  1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  ½ teaspoon salt

  1 teaspoon ground white pepper

  ¼ teaspoon ground coriander

  Directions:

  Shred tofu cheese and sprinkle it with the apple cider vinegar, salt, ground white pepper, and ground coriander.

  Mix it up and leave for 10 minutes to marinate.

  Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 370 F.

  Then transfer the marinated shredded tofu cheese in the air fryer basket tray and cook the cheese for 13 minutes.

  Meanwhile, beat the eggs in the bowl and whisk them.
