Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 egg
3 oz. flax seeds
3 oz. mozzarella, grated
1 tablespoon water

Directions:
Crack the egg into the bowl and whisk it.

1 zucchini, grated

Directions:
Shred Cheddar cheese, and Mozzarella cheese.
Combine the grated zucchini with the shredded cheese.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.
