Leaves rustled above her in silent protest, reminding her of why they were here. Through Mina, Dragos would be bound to her tree—the three of them forever one. As much as she wanted satisfaction, the knowledge that this was her wedding night made it more than just incredible sex.

He took his time, loving on her pussy until she was nearly blind with want. She came hard, howling her completion to the sky as he eased back, gentling her, extending the orgasm until she was left panting and limp. Her pussy still throbbed, his gentle strokes continuing to fan the flames. “Gods, Dragos. More. Please.”

“As you wish, draga mea.” He proceeded to drive her completely insane, sucking and licking every inch of her pussy until she was shaking, left with a raging desire that eclipsed what she’d felt before. She needed more now, needed him inside her, filling her. Taking her.

Using her free hand she pushed him away from her, flipping onto her stomach until she was draped across the root. She heard him muttering in Romanian as she pushed herself up on her free hand. His shifter nature would be unable to resist the temptation she offered. The position would drive both of his beasts wild. She looked over her shoulder, knowing her desire would clearly show. “Take me.”

He snarled, his control broken, and thrust inside her. He draped his body over hers, driving into her with short, staccato thrusts that pushed her up against her tree. She braced herself, loving the feel of him pounding into her. Only she could do this to him, make him wild, drive him until he forgot caution and simply took what he wanted.

He grabbed hold of her shoulder, the grip almost too tight, holding her steady as he fucked her with everything he was. He reached around and circled her clit, making the pleasure that much more intense as his fangs scraped across the back of her neck.

His beast wanted her pinned, helpless. It wanted her to submit, and she would, but only to him.

“Yes, my Mina. Give me your everything.”

Mina screamed as she came, her body clamping down on his, riding the brutal orgasm he gave her until she was panting and breathless. Still he rode her, taking what he needed, his cock filling her over and over again.

Guttural sounds dripped from his lips, some words, some simply his voiced desire as he nibbled the back of her neck.

His mind was filled with the need to mark her as his, to put his stamp on her so that all others would stay away. He would fill her with his seed, mark her with his scent, keep all others from touching her.

When he grabbed hold of her hair and pulled her head back, she moaned, giving him what he wanted. She surrendered, allowing him to use her as his nature demanded. She relaxed in his hold. “I need you.”

The very act of giving in allowed him some control. His movements slowed, his beast purring its contentment against her flesh. His thrusts became less erratic, more sensual, the pounding becoming a rolling of his hips.

She managed to look behind her once more. “Let me ride you.”

He shuddered. He’d dominated, won, and now he would get his prize if he’d allow her to give it to him. “Da.”

Dragos pulled free and sat back on his heels. He watched her through bloodred dragon eyes, the beast still in control. She climbed as gracefully as shaking knees would allow her off the root, her hand still embedded in her tree. “Sit with your back against my oak.”

He complied, his gaze never leaving her, roaming over her with increasing heat. Her surrender had only eased the beast so far. If she didn’t sate his other hungers soon she would once again find herself flipped on her stomach and taken.

That was a tactic she would definitely explore on another day, when they both desired to have the hunter become the hunted.

She managed, with his surprisingly gentle help, to climb onto his lap. She took him into her body, lowering herself until she rested against his thighs, his cock hard and throbbing inside her. She kissed him, tasting his passion and hers mingling on his tongue before she began the long, slow slide upward.

His expression was wanton as he pushed her back far enough that he could stroke her breasts without breaking her connection to her oak. “Take me, Mina. Fuck me. Make me yours.”

She adjusted her legs so that she was more comfortable, putting her breasts practically in his face. In response, he sucked one of her nipples into his mouth.

Gods, she wanted him to bite her there, to feed from her. She’d bet the sensation would be incredible.

She swiveled her hips, taking him back inside her, rubbing her clit against his stomach at the same time. Gods, it was so good, filling her over and over, her body once again driving the pace.

He held her steady as he began to thrust upward, riding her as hard as she rode him. His mouth left her breast only long enough to latch on to the other one, sucking it with increased hunger, sending shockwaves straight to her clit. She felt the sharp sting of his teeth as he gave her exactly what she craved. He bit into the fleshy part of her breast, sinking into her body and soul. He fed from her there, near her heart, exactly where he’d taken up residence. She came on a throaty moan, her head back, her muscles clenching around him.

He felt so good inside her. She needed more, needed him to...

“You need me to claim you once again.”

He was right. That was what she needed, what she craved. As much as he belonged to her, she belonged to him. They had to join as one—him in her, her in him, soul to soul.

Above her, leaves rustled and limbs quivered as her tree prepared itself for not one, but two souls.

She bent over him, offering her neck. “I love you, Dragomir Ibanescu.”

He cried out and bit down, drinking deep of all she gave him as her tree bound them together. He gave everything he was back to her, filling her with his cock, his seed and a love so intense she was humbled by it.

The tree struck just as the orgasm ripped through them, using their joined bodies to take Dragos in. It shared in their pleasure, their love, as it would for the remainder of their days.

They screamed as one as they came, the pleasure so intense Mina almost lost consciousness. Her thoughts and his swirled together with the familiar, quiet strength of the great oak, its benediction and love alien, yet familiar to all their senses.

As they came down off their peak, Dragos leaned his head back against the oak. He was covered in sweat, his eyes dazed, red still threaded throughout the gray. “And I love you, Mina Chainey.”

She laughed as she snuggled up to him. “Wanna go again?”

He flexed his hips, his half-hard cock making her gasp and moan.

“Always, draga mea.” He licked his mark, and she shuddered. She wanted him again as badly as if they hadn’t just had some of the best sex of her life. “Always.”

  About the Author

Dana Marie Bell wrote her first short story when she was thirteen years old. She attended the High School for Creative and Performing Arts for creative writing, where freedom of expression was the order of the day. When her parents moved out of the city and placed her in a Catholic high school for her senior year, she tried desperately to get away, but the nuns held fast, and she graduated with honors despite herself. She’s now a USA TODAY bestselling author with Carina Press and Samhain Publishing.

Dana lives with her soul mate, Dusty, their two maniacal children, an evil ice-cream-stealing cat and a bull terrier that thinks it’s a Pekinese. She’s been heard to describe herself as “vertically challenged” and “a lapsed brunette.” Dana also suffers from ankylosing spondylitis (a progressive inflammatory arthritis that primarily affects the spine), and can be seen walking with a cane or tooling around in her mobility scooter.
