Academy of Vampires (Fireblood Academy Book 1)

"Shut up." I said, rolling my eyes
He smugly grinned again.
The truth is that I'm warming up to him. And fast. There’s something about his cocky demeanor and personality that turns me on. He's a bad boy that does whatever he wants.
He places a hand on my breast and bites his lower lip. I gasp again. He has me right where he wants me, and he knows it.
"Tonight I will make you mine." He says, whispering in my ear, "Do you want it?"
"Yes." I say, meekly.
I couldn't hold it back anymore. I couldn't hold back my desire to have him own me with his manhood.
Another tap on my shoulder. Who could that be?
I turn around to see a pale man in a slick black cloak. The uniform of...the vampire police?
"Are you Mira Parker?" he asks me through the loud music I was totally confused.
"Uh...yes." I said, frightened at what could possibly happen.
"You are under arrest for the murder of Melinda Vanderblood. Please come with me." He said, grabbing my arm and placing me in magical handcuffs that were so tight I could feel my movement totally restricted.
"What's going on here?" Paul said, walking up to the man.
"You better stay out of this, son." The officer said to him.
All eyes were on me in this totally surreal moment. The officer pushed me towards the door and students got out of my way.
The whispers and gossip started again. I could see phones pulled out as they video taped me getting arrested.
I was in total tears. Makeup was smeared on my face.
Oh God, how could this get any worse.
Out on the driveway in front of the Great Hall is a black horse-drawn carriage with bars on the windows. Three other police vampires are standing around it, writing notes and doing general paperwork.
I look back to see Paul, George, and Austin looking at me from the entrance in the sea of students that had come out to see me be put in the police carriage.
I could see them mouth something to me, but I couldn't make out what it was over all the noise and chatter going on.
The cop pushes me into the cold, dark carriage. I manage to fix myself up on the wooden seats.
"I don't know what's going on, but I didn't kill her....please." I said, tears rolling down my eyes.
He ignored me and rolled up the metal barrier that separated the front of the carriage from the back. He whipped the horse and it began to gallop away from the campus.
I looked through the bars to see the three men that made my life the most interesting and lively get smaller and smaller until they disappeared.
