Bear Triplets (Triplet Harems Book 2)

He positioned himself on top of her, April’s hands working his belt buckle and zipper until she had his pants open, his cock out, hard and dripping. She stroked him firmly, Jack growling with pleasure as she handled his shaft.
“Fucking hell, baby, you’re gonna make me cum if you’re not careful.” He wasn’t lying—her touch was insane. But he knew he wouldn’t shoot his load until he was good and ready.
“Then put it inside me. Fill me up good.”
He didn’t need to be told twice. Jack kicked off his combat boots and quickly was out of his jeans and socks and boxer-briefs. April continued to stroke him as he lowered himself down, down, until his cock grazed her soaking wet lips through her panties.
With her free hand, April rolled her panties down her legs and guided Jack inside of her. The moment his head touched her bare lips, he knew she was something special, and with each inch he pushed into her, he only became more certain.
Soon he filled her just like she’d wanted, burying his fat cock to the hilt inside of her.
“You like feeling me inside of you?” his voice came out in a low, sensual purr. “Feeling all those inches?”
And he knew he had plenty of inches to work with. He was almost amazed that she’d been able to take all of him so easily.
“So fucking much,” she moaned back. “You feel so fucking good inside of me.”
He grinned—Jack loved it when a woman could talk dirty right back to him. He pulled his hips back and drove into her hard, feeling her velvety wetness, savoring how her tight cunt gripped him like it was made for his cock, and his alone.
He propped himself up on his thick, muscular arms as he fucked her harder and faster. Her luscious tits bounced back and forth with each driving of his cock into her cunt, her nails digging into the thick, tattooed skin of his back.
Jack knew she was tight enough to make him cum hard. But he wasn’t about to finish until she had.
“I want you to come for me,” he growled. “I want to feel your pussy come around my big cock.”
She nodded before biting her lower lip and closing her eyes. Then her eyes and mouth opened wide as her body shook hard. She gripped him even harder, her lips sealed around his shaft as he relentlessly pumped into her.
“Oh my God,” she screamed. “I’m...”
She didn’t get a chance to finish before the orgasm rocked through her body. April came hard, now gripping him tight enough to force Jack’s orgasm from his cock. He let out a groan as he came, his cock throbbing as he shot his thick seed deep inside of her.
April pulled his head towards her and kissed him hard as they both came, their orgasm both intense and simultaneous. Then they faded, Jack leaving his cock inside of her as they both caught their breaths.
When he was ready, he slipped his prick out of her pussy, glancing down to watch his cum drip down her thigh. He loved the sight of it.
Then he collapsed at her side, wrapping his arm around her, pulling her close and planting one more kiss on her red lips. He was content. Jack knew the sex they’d just had would be burned into his mind forever, and he thought he might go insane at the idea of never having her again.
Be patient, dumbass, he thought to himself. We need to make sure she’s the right one.
He knew he was right, but more than that, he was almost certain she was. But he’d have to wait to see how well she bonded with the other brothers. Jack couldn’t wait. April had made him feel a way he hadn’t in as long as he could remember.
“That was...amazing,” she said.
“No kidding.”
They kissed again. But this time, before it could go any further, Jack heard a rustling in the trees.
“What the hell is that?” He rolled over and stood up, his cock hanging between his legs.
Then he saw it. From among the bushes, two pairs of yellow eyes emerged, followed by two lean growling wolves.
April screamed, but Jack stayed silent.
They weren’t alone. And he knew their new guests didn’t have friendly intentions in mind.
CHAPTER 8
APRIL
April let out a scream as the wolves approached. They were lean but muscular, menace written all over their long faces. She backed up, trying to put as much distance between her and them as possible.
“April!” shouted Jack. “Stay where you are!”
Jack moved, getting between April and the wolves. He glanced back at her, making sure she was safe before turning his attention back to them. It occurred to her to shift, to join Jack and fight them off, but she was too scared, too uncertain.
The wolves spread, trying to get on both sides of Jack. And as they did, April noticed them glancing at her, as if trying to make sure she wasn’t about to flee.
What the hell is going on? she thought. Who are these wolves?
Jack made a fake leap at one, the wolf stepping back.
“Come on, you fucks! You even come close to her, and I’ll tear your throats out!” There was rage in Jack’s voice, and April didn’t doubt for a second that he was speaking the truth.
Jack lowered his head and shifted, taking the form of a massive red-furred bear. April was terrified, but the moment he shifted into his powerful form, she eased, if only a little. Having a beast like him on her side was no small consolation.
The wolves stepped back again as if knowing what they were dealing with. They snarled and barked, snapping their teeth into the air like they were taking big bites out of it. Then, at the same time, they tilted back their heads and let out long, powerful howls.
But Jack didn’t seem bothered. In reply, he stood up on his hind legs and roared, the noise so loud April was forced to cover her ears. When it faded, the wolves moved in.
They were both black, hard to see in the increasing darkness. And as a wolf, April knew that nighttime was when the wolves were at an advantage.
The one on the right moved in close, his head low and his eyes locked onto Jack, who turned his attention toward him. But the moment Jack swung his huge paw around toward the wolf on the right, the other darted in, moving so fast that for a moment, he was nothing but an inky blur.
He leaped, flying through the air and landing on Jack. Once there, he opened his jaws and sank his teeth into Jack’s shoulder. Jack let out a roar of pain as he began to shake his body. It took some doing, but he managed to throw the wolf off and onto the ground, where he landed with a thud. Even through the red fur, April could make out the blood the bite had drawn.
She gasped, fearing that the two wolves might be too much for Jack to take.
Come on, she thought. Shift. Shift and help him out!
But the fear clouded her mind, made shifting impossible. To shift required focus, and April found herself unable to do it. For a moment, she was reminded of that last night with Sam, when she considered the possibility of shifting during his drunken rage, biting into his neck, and ending her and Sean’s suffering.
She hadn’t been able to do it. She’d been too scared, too full of doubt. What little strength she’d had, she’d summoned up later when she’d decided to flee.
April shook her head, coming back to the moment. The wolf was back on his feet, Jack still focused on the two of them. Then they moved in at the same time, and April could sense they were going to attack at once, taking Jack down for good.
He had to do something. Right at that second, it occurred to April what was happening. Jack stepped toward the wolf on the right and lunged. He scooped the wolf up into his claws, lifting him into the air and throwing him at the nearest tree. The wolf slammed into the wood, the sick sound of bones breaking following shortly after.
The wolf landed and was still. April realized he was dead. The wolf on the left took a glance back at his partner, more anger filling his features when he understood what happened. April worried his anger might make the difference in the fight, but Jack was much bigger—one wolf against one bear was no match at all.
That’s when the wolf decided
to take a different approach. He shot to the side, putting distance between him and Jack. Then he turned his attention to April. She let out a scream as the wolf ran toward her, backing up.
She moved and moved until she placed one foot back and landed on nothing. With a turn, she understood that she’d reached the cliff edge, and one more step would result in her tumbling down to her death. Jack whipped around and realized what was happening.
April’s arms waved through the air as she tried to balance herself, but she felt her foot slip. With one more scream, she fell backward. The last sight she took in before falling was Jack shifting back into his human form and running to her.
The night sky filled her vision as she fell back. But right at the moment she was set to tumble backward, she felt a hand wrap around her wrist.
“Got you!” It was Jack.
April dropped down, but her body jerked in place as Jack held her. She screamed again, fearing that he might drop her at any second. Then she swung forward toward the cliff face, Jack struggling to hold her still and prevent her from slamming into it.
He did. April hung from his arm, looking down at the drop she’d been only seconds away from taking.
“Stay still!” cried out Jack. “I’m gonna pull you up! But if you squirm, you might slip out of my hand!”
It was hard, but April took a deep breath and did as he said.
“Now breathe!”
She did, taking one breath after the other. Soon, her body was still.
“Now, don’t look down!”
April put her eyes on Jack, the muscles of his arm tight and bulging as he held her.
“I’m gonna pull you now, OK?”
She said nothing, still scared.
“Tell me OK!”
“OK!”
With a heave, Jack pulled her up. He was strong, and it didn’t take much effort to lift her back onto the ground. April looked around, seeing that she was safe. As soon as it dawned on her, she threw her arms around Jack and pulled him close.
“Oh my God!” she cried out.
Then it hit her—the wolf. Her eyes shot open, and she searched the area for any sign of him.
But he was gone. The other wolf, the one Jack had thrown, was still lying motionless by the tree he’d hit.
“Where’s the other one?” asked April.
“I don’t know,” said Jack. “He must’ve run off, used you as a distraction to get away. Fucking coward.”
April put her head down on Jack’s shoulder. His arms stayed tight around her, and she felt better with each passing second she was in his arms.
“You’re safe now,” he said. “Just calm down.”
His words were even and firm. Everything about him, from his touch to his voice to his tone, put her more at ease. Finally, she felt the calm overtake her.
And then she felt a wetness on Jack’s shoulder. April lifted her head and looked down, seeing his clothes were torn and red; sticky blood covered the exposed skin.
“You’re hurt!”
Jack regarded the wound. “It’s fine. It’s nothing. You’re the important one here.”
“No, you’re bleeding. We need to get you back to the ranch.”
“It’s fine...but you’re right—we need to get moving.”
Jack stood, sticking out his hand for April to take. She did, and he lifted her to her feet.
Together, the two of them made their way back to the bike and climbed on. Jack gunned the engine, and they were off, tearing through the trees back down the way they’d come.
The fight played over and over again in April’s mind as Jack drove. The wolves...were they random shifters? Why would they go to the trouble of reaching the high point where she and Jack had been? Why pick a fight with them for no reason?
Questions like these filled her head as the bike whipped through the forest. After a short time, she spotted the ranch off in the distance. Jack pulled the bike to the front and killed the engine.
“You still OK back there?” he asked as soon as the bike was off.
“I’m fine. But you’re not.”
“I’m fine. I told you—it’s nothing.”
“Come inside with me so I can make sure.”
Jack nodded as if understanding there were no way to tell her “no.” Together, they entered the house.
“Ah, fuck,” said Jack, stumbling a bit as he crossed the threshold.
“Come on,” said April. “Let’s get to the bathroom, and I’ll take a look at you.”
“Go check on Sean,” said Jack. “I’ll get to the bathroom on my own.”
April paused, not sure what to say. Sean had been on her mind like he always was, but at that moment, she wanted to take care of Jack. However, his mentioning Sean made her worries return. She wanted to see him, and it was almost as if he could sense it.
“Go,” he said. “I’ll be fine for now.”
April nodded before hurrying up the stairs to the second floor. The men had taken the lock off the door, and she quickly opened it. Sean was there, sleeping, fine. April went over to his side and looked over the wound. It was still red and swollen but seemed to have gone down. At that moment, Sean was OK.
With a sigh of relief, April left, shutting the door slowly behind her.
Jack had been concerned about Sean. April thought about it, wondering why he’d been so insistent that she check on her son. Did he care about him? Care about the both of them?
She put those thoughts out of her head as she rushed to the bathroom. Jack was already there, his shirt off as he sat on the edge of the bathtub. His sculpted torso had blood smeared on it, and despite the situation, she couldn’t help but relish the sight of him bare-chested.
The sex. It had happened so suddenly, like something in a dream. But April knew she didn’t have time to think about it, or what it had meant.
“How does it feel?” she asked as she opened the cabinet and took out a bottle of rubbing alcohol and some medical wipes.
“Hurts like a bitch. But I’ll be fine. Should be healed up in less than a day.”
Supplies in hand, April sat down next to Jack and looked over the wound. She breathed a sigh of relief as she realized he was likely right, that the wound wasn’t too severe.
“Fucking wolf. Shithead took a chunk out of me.”
“Hold on,” said April. “Let me do this.”
She dabbed the rag with alcohol and placed it on the wound.
“Ah, fuck!” cried out Jack.
“That hurt?”
“No. Just...surprising.”
April allowed herself a small smile at Jack’s attempt to seem like it hadn’t bothered him. He was a tough guy. And part of her liked it, liked how strong he was. More than part of her.
She worked slowly, wiping away the blood and making sure the bite was disinfected.
“That’s a good call,” he said, tapping the bottle of rubbing alcohol. “If those were feral wolves, they might have some nasty shit on those teeth of theirs.”
“You think that’s who they were?” she asked.
He shrugged. “Dunno. Whoever they were, they sure as hell weren’t being smart. Why would two wolves try to take down a bear? Almost fucking impossible.”
April went back to work. As she did, Jack’s healing began to kick in—the wounds had already sealed slightly.
“OK,” she said as she dabbed away the last traces of blood. “I think you’re going to be OK.”
He nodded. “And what’s up with Sean?”
She was surprised to hear him ask. “He’s...good. Still sleeping. The fracture looks better, too.”
Another nod. “He’s just a kid, but I think he’s tougher than he looks. Bet he’ll be a strong male when he grows up.”
“That’s what I’m thinking, too.” More surprising words to hear out of Jack. She’d been under the impression he was the one who’d had the biggest problem with her and Sean. Was he having a change of heart?
Once she was done, April tossed the bloo
dy rags and put away the supplies.
“Where are the other guys?” she asked.
“Don’t know. Saw Stone’s car, so he’s probably doing some work around the ranch. Ryder might be in town for supplies, think I heard him mention it earlier.”
He regarded April with eyes that were almost...soft.
“Don’t worry—we’re not gonna let your boy be here alone. Especially not after what happened tonight.”
“Thank you,” she said, meaning it.
Jack stood up and stretched. “Alright, I think I’m gonna be fine.”
“Are you sure? I don’t want you getting into bed if you’re going to be having problems with that.”
He gave her an expression that was curious and sly at the same time.
“If you want to make sure, you could always stay with me.”
April’s eyes went wide. Was he really asking her to share his bed?
“You...want that?”
“Only if you do. Figure after tonight, you might want some company.”
He was right. She was shaken by what had happened, didn’t want to be alone.
“I do.”
He nodded. “Then come on. I don’t know about you, but I’m fucking wiped.”
He offered her his hand, and she took it. Together, they left the bathroom and went down the hallway, Jack opening the door and letting April in first.
She was worn out. Without thinking, she stripped down to her underwear and fell onto the bed, fatigue falling over her as soon as she did.
Jack took off his clothes down to his boxer-briefs and fell next to her. Through her exhaustion, April curled up to Jack and nuzzled her head into his side. Jack responded by wrapping his arm around her and pulling her body close.
She felt good. She felt safe. Being with Jack, seeing how he’d defended her, it gave her a sense of calm that she hadn’t known in a long time. And with Sean sleeping soundly in the other room, April felt well enough to close her eyes and sleep.
It was a complicated situation. But April was soon at rest.
