“Ice cold coffee it is,” said Franny jokingly. She stood up off the couch and rushed towards the kitchen.
“I said hot coffee,” Jordyn yelled back at Franny.
Jordyn let out another yawn and fumbled around for her cellphone. She found her phone and picked it up off of the coffee table. She pressed the phone’s on/off button. The phone read out ‘11:34 AM’. Jordyn was startled by the time. She was gonna be the latest she had ever been ever since she worked in the advertising firm.
“Boss is definitely gonna kill me.” Jordyn dropped her phone on the couch letting out a big sigh and immediately ran up the stairs to take a bath. She flung open the door to the bathroom and locked it as soon as she stepped inside.
Franny pressed the button on the coffee maker. She yawned and stretched her body that ached because of sleeping on the couch. Franny stepped back into the living room to check in on Jordyn but she had already left to take a hot steamy bath upstairs.
Franny picked up Jordyn’s phone off the couch. She dialed back the number from the firm. A woman answered the phone call.
“Hello, this is Jordyn’s friend. I wanted to ask if Captain Thomas Grant is still there?” Franny asked the lady on the phone.
“I am sorry dear but he just left. He said he had things he had to take care of.” The lady on the phone answered back. “I am pretty sure that he will come back some time later. Do you want to leave him a message?”
“No, thank you. It’s all right. I’ll just talk to him when I can. Thank you for answering.” Franny turned down the lady’s offer and hanged up the phone. The cell phone vibrated on her hand. It was a late text message from the number she called. The text message read out, “I promise that I will do everything in my power to get Jordy back. You have my word. –Tom”.
“You better keep your word,” Franny muttered to herself.
Ring! The coffee maker was finished brewing the coffee. Franny headed back to the kitchen to fetch a portable thermos for Jordyn’s coffee.
Jordyn stepped out of the bathroom soaking wet. She had forgotten to bring a towel in so she had to yell for Franny to bring her a towel or she could leave the bathroom au naturale. She opened the door slightly to peek through. Franny was still downstairs fetching her coffee. Seeing that the coast was clear, Jordyn ran towards her bedroom.
Jordyn fumbles around to find the clothes she needed to wear. On her drawer she grabbed an identical pair of the underwear that Tom ripped apart. It even had a tiny rip on its sides. Jordyn paused for a moment to take a deep breath as she is reminded of what happened yesterday.
“Am I ready to go to work?” Jordyn asked herself. She knew that Tom was going to be there again today waiting for her. Jordyn exhales and encouraged herself that she can face whatever she needed to face with Tom.
“Jordy? I have your coffee.” Franny called out to her friend after knocking on Jordyn’s bedroom door.
“No time Fran, I’m already way too late for work.” Jordyn rushed putting her clothes on. Jordyn felt pumped. It may have been because of her dream but she felt much better than she did last night.
“Don’t worry. I’ve filled your thermos with coffee.” Franny leaned against the door waiting for Jordyn to finish dressing up.
“Thanks Fran, I’m almost finished getting ready.” Jordyn shouted through the door to let Franny know.
“Do you want to talk about what happened last night?” Franny got curious waiting for a couple of moments. The doors swung open.
“No need to talk Franny. I’m fine.” Jordyn grabbed the thermos filled with coffee from Franny’s hands. She gave Franny a reassuring smile and a warm embrace.
“How do I look?” Asked Jordyn while she twirled around with her arms making gestures.
“You always look amazing,” Franny gave Jordyn a boost of confidence to pull through to today.
“Alright, I also have to get ready for work now.” Franny wrapped her arms around Jordyn before she went on her way to work. Jordyn climbs down the staircase, saying her goodbyes to Franny.
“Don’t stress yourself out too much,” Franny yelled out to Jordyn as she opened the front door. Jordyn stepped out and yelled back, “Bye Fran, Have fun with Jorge.”
Chapter Eight
Jordyn stood on the sidewalk and stuck her right arm out to hail for a taxi cab. Before long, a taxi cab stops in front her. She quickly opened the door.
“Hi miss. I hope you’re feeling better than you did last night.” The same driver from last night steered the car forward.
“Where to?” He asked Jordyn. Jordyn pointed the location to the driver towards the advertising firm.
“I’m sorry that you had to be a witness to my suffering last night,” Jordyn told the driver.
“I’ve seen worse tragedies in this cab, miss.” The driver tried to reassure Jordyn that she has nothing to be ashamed of. “A woman once gave birth on your seat. She had a beautiful set of twins.” The driver continued to make small talk as he drove to the firm.
“That’s not a tragedy,” replied Jordyn out of curiosity.
“Oh no. The twins were a miracle but the mother did not make it. It was something about her having complications with the birth.” The driver took small glances at Jordyn through the rear view mirror. He was trying to make eye contact while driving because he felt like the story was a little too personal for small talk.
“What happened to the twins?” Jordyn asked the driver while looking for her wallet in her handbag.
“They’re almost graduating from elementary. I pick them up from school everyday.” The driver gave Jordyn’s reflection on the mirror a quick smile.
“Oh, I am so sorry for your loss.” Jordyn realized that the woman that gave birth inside the cab was the driver’s wife.
“There is nothing to be sorry about. You were not the one who took my beautiful wife away from me. Wherever she is right now, I hope her soul has found peace.” The driver said to Jordyn as he parked the car near the building.
“Here we are,” The taxi driver moved the gear shift to park. Jordyn handed the cab driver a 50 dollar bill. The driver refused the cash but Jordyn insisted so he had no choice but to accept.
Hearing the driver’s story about the loss of his wife has made Jordyn feel a little bit better. She knew she was not alone and that there are others that have had more losses than her. They still found their way back to keep moving forward despite the tragedies that found them.
Jordyn stepped out of the cab and straightens her back. She looks back at the taxi driver and gave a smile as he drove away.
Jordyn marched towards the front door of the building with a newfound sense of motivation. She stepped through the front door and smiled at the guard cop. Jordyn was ready to face Tom.
Jordyn stepped through her office space. The place was covered in bouquets of roses. Each bouquet with a note stating how much Tom loved Jordyn and how much he treasured her.
“Your boyfriend was waiting for you here the whole morning. I am pretty sure he was the first person to enter the building.” The intern Joey told Jordyn. “If only I can find a man that would love to cover my desk and body in chocolate. You are so lucky, Jordyn.”
“Tom is not my boyfriend,” Jordyn said defensively.
“Well soldier boy wanted to meet up with you later to apologize about something that happened yesterday,” Joey turned around to head back to doing her workload.
“Thanks for the information, Joey.” Jordyn said as Joey walked away.
“You can thank me by telling me all the juicy details tomorrow,” Joey yelled back at Jordyn.
Jordyn fell silent. She was surrounded by the same flowers in her dream, the same flowers that Tom gave her yesterday. Tom was nowhere to be found in the building. Jordyn could not concentrate on her work. She needed to talk to Tom as soon as possible.
Time passed by and all Jordyn could do was make doodles on pieces of paper and moved back and forth the entrance to see if Tom was there.
&
nbsp; 4:56 PM. It was almost time for Jordyn to head home. Tom was still nowhere to be seen. Jordyn headed to the bathroom. For some reason she had the urge to fix herself up and put on her makeup. Jordyn pressed the silicone sponge on her face to spread the concealer. A few brushes of blush here and there, some mascara, and a rouge lipstick to top it all off.
5:22 PM. Jordyn stepped out the door looking her best. The mascara really made her eyes pop. Tom was standing beside the front door of the building. His hair was styled like a 50’s greaser. He wore a camouflage muscle t-shirt that showed off his pectoral muscles. On his hands were a picnic basket and an oddly huge blanket.
“Looks like you’re more than ready for our dinner date.” Tom said with a forced smile trying to make everything seem fine. Tom had pretended that some of the stuff yesterday did not happen and that he still had a chance to win back Jordyn.
Jordyn walked towards Tom and embraced him. She could feel his warm body press against hers.
“I’ll do my best to be ready Tom.” Tom wraps his arms around Jordyn’s body, careful not to hit her with the picnic basket. He waits a few moments to enjoy her embrace.
“I have something for you.” Tom took out a piece of garment from the picnic basket and he handed the garment to Jordyn. It was the torn piece of underwear, Jordyn wore yesterday. Tom had sawn the ripped panties as best as he could.
“I was going to keep the underwear so that I always have something that smells like you but I decided to fix it instead.” The picnic basket’s handles and blanket moved up to Tom’s arms as he grabbed a hold of Jordyn’s arms. He looked straight at Jordyn’s eyes and continued to speak his mind.
“Jordy, there is nothing we can’t fix when we put our minds to it. I am willing to do all the work and put in the countless amount of effort to make you the happiest woman I know.” Tom gave Jordyn half a smile and puppy dog eyes hoping for her to give him one last chance to make everything right.
Jordyn bit her lips. She was confused whether to be happy that Tom was still trying so hard after she ran away from him last night.
“You don’t have to try so hard Tom. I forgive you. I thought that I was alright and that I have really moved on. I buried those feelings deep down and buried myself along in my job so I did not have to confront those feelings that I had back then. I wanted Gracie’s death to motivate me into making more of myself while I am still breathing. While I am still alive.” Jordyn’s eyes started to have that glassy look but she fought the tears so she didn’t ruin her make up. Tom kissed Jordyn to shut her up as she was starting to mumble.
“I am ready to make the most of my life with you, Jordy.” Tom pulled back his lips from Jordyn and pressed his forehead against hers. His eyelids were shut and he nuzzled his nose against Jordy’s nose.
“I am ready Tom. Let’s have another baby so that we can make the most of this life and maybe our future lives together.” Jordyn quickly pressed her lips against Tom’s lips and smiled.
“I love you, Jordy.”
“I love you more, Tom.”
“I love you most.”
Chapter Nine
Tom and Jordyn stood on the middle of the hallway for a couple of minutes making the most out of the moment.
“Why did you bring the picnic basket and a huge ass blanket? We should get going to wherever you planned if we want to catch the sunset.” Jordyn pierced the bubble of silence surrounding them.
“Oh, well we’re already here. Well not here, here. I bribed the guard cop to let us stay on the rooftop for as long as we want.” Tom let go of his arms that covered Jordyn’s body.
“So, I’m guessing that the blanket is for sexy time?” Jordyn smiled and bit her lip at the dirty thoughts that were going on through her mind.
“I would not have it any other way.” Tom bits Jordyn’s lip and tugs on it lightly. “We better go upstairs to catch the sunset together.”
Jordyn took Tom’s arms and led him to the building’s elevator. The building was almost completely deserted at this time. Jordyn pressed the button and hops up and down in place. She was getting a little too excited to control herself. The elevator door finally opened. They had the elevator all to themselves. Just Jordyn and Tom.
Tom leaned against the elevator wall pulling Jordyn towards him. He pushed aside Jordyn’s hair and he wrapped his arms around her waist. Jordyn felt Tom’s lips leave tiny kisses behind her neck. She swooned over the soft pressure of Tom’s kisses. Tom did not let Jordyn press any of the floor keys. He kept on biting and nibbling on her neck.
Jordyn’s hands travelled to her back and just right in front of Tom’s huge package. She slid her arms down his pants and grabbed his hard shaft.
“Are you sure you want to do that here?” Tom stops Jordyn and points at the security camera on the ceiling. Jordyn’s face blushed through her makeup. She let go of Tom’s big veiny shaft and immediately pressed the button for the highest floor. Tom chuckled at Jordyn’s reaction and pulled her back closer to him.
The elevator doors swung open. Tom and Jordy stepped out of the elevator and climbed the staircase to the rooftop. The door to the rooftop opened to a beautiful image of a warm orange sunset.
“This sunset will never be as beautiful as you, Jordy.” Tom said as he gently pulled the smiling Jordy towards the center of the roof top. Tom put down the picnic basket and spread out the blanket over the floor. Jordyn pulled at the corners of the blanket making sure that they had enough covering.
“I bought something special for the occasion.” Tom opened up the picnic basket and took out a 1998 vintage bottle of Dom Perignon.
“Ooh la la. You sir are as fancy as you are legendary.” Jordyn said mockingly.
“I’ll have you know that my lady deserves only the best things in life and I may be one of those few things.” Tom said in an arrogant but joking tone.
Jordyn giggled and asked Tom, “You forgot the wine glasses didn’t you?”
Tom’s forehead creased as he tried so hard to look at Jordyn with a straight face and said, “Who needs wine glasses when we can have the whole bottle to ourselves?”
“That is quite unsanitary but I have put dirtier things inside my mouth.” Jordyn crawled towards Tom and leaned in for a kiss. Her lips brushed against Tom’s soft lips. She nibbled on his lower lip and gently tugged. Tom took in deep breaths as his body was heating up.
“You’re going straight to dessert and we still haven’t had dinner yet.”
“That’s because I’m a bad girl that will eat you whole.”
Jordyn rubbed her hands against the front of Tom’s pants. She pushed him down and made him lay down on the blanket as she straddled on top of Tom. She grinded her nether regions against Tom’s hard shaft.
Jordyn reached up her skirt and ripped off her panties, “Oops.” The panties were dropped in front of Tom’s face. He took a huge whiff of Jordyn’s panties and bit his lower lip.
Tom began unbuckling his belt as Jordyn licked his hands making Tom wanting to remove his pants faster. Tom stood up and pulled down his pants. That huge bulge of his showed through his underwear. Jordyn licked the front of his underwear. Her tongue going up and down Tom’s rod. He moaned louder at Jordyn’s skills with her tongue.
Jordyn pulled down Tom’s underwear to reveal more of him. Jordyn made that licking movement again that made Tom say cursed words. His rod tasted sweet and salty from the sweat and pre-cum.
Tom lifted up his t-shirt showing his hard rock military abs. Jordyn kept on sucking while she stared at Tom’s eyes. She enjoyed every inch of his body.
“Lay down so I can ride you,” Tom was surprised by Jordyn’s statement but he followed her order immediately. He laid down on the huge blanket as Jordyn climbed on top of him. She squatted on top of Tom and slowly put his rod into her moist hole.
Tom could not help but say another few curse words and compliment Jordyn. “You are so freaking hot.”
“I know,” Jordyn said as she thrusted her hips up and down wh
ile she moaned in pleasure.
Tom tried pushing himself up the floor but Jordyn took charge and pushed him back down. Tom wanted to do most of the work but seeing Jordyn be so dominant turned him on. He cupped her breasts and began massaging as Jordyn’s hips thrusted faster and faster. Jordyn took her hands off the floor and grabbed a hold of Tom’s hands. She was leading him and Tom had never felt so hard in his life.
The soldier moaned in tempo with Jordyn’s hip thrusting. He was almost there. Tom’s rod was hitting Jordyn’s g-spot just right because she took control of how fast and how hard she wanted him to go.
Jordyn’s body shivered as she felt sparks throughout her body. Her juices soaked through Tom’s groin. Jordyn’s legs began to feel weak as her eyes rolled to the back of her head. She laid down on top of Tom, exhausted. Tom was not finished. He took his hands and put it around Jordyn. He rolled both of them so that Tom was on top of her.
Tom kneeled in front of Jordyn and grabbed her legs. He let them rest around his waist while he inserted his shaft inside her. Tom moved his hips back and forth. He grinded deeper into Jordyn.
After repositioning themselves, Thomas gave a small smile to the exhausted Jordyn. Her body was glistening under the night sky, small beads of sweat collected around her temples, her abdomen and especially her thighs. Seeing her familiar voluptuous body rekindled his energy for love. Though exhausted, Jordyn could faintly see the outlines of Thomas’ body. Her pleasure was still not receding. And being held by the same arms that she had longed for only intensified her want.
Jordyn’s crotch still felt hot and raw and wet. She, herself, could feel the slowly cooling breeze of the night. She wanted more of Thomas’ everything. Every tryst thus far had been nothing to sate her hunger for the man she had once dedicated her life to. His return did not only rouse old feelings of annoyance, but also of the feeling of love and admiration. And lust. Lust that she tried to bury with her work. Unprecedented lust. Lust that wanted to sate itself with the pleasures of the flesh. Lust for Thomas.
