“What are you doin’?”
“You don’t want to tell me what secrets you’re keeping. You don’t want to answer my questions. Everything with you is always sex. I’m sick of it!” She is not leaving me standing here with a fucking hard on the size of Texas, is she? I watch her as she pulls her clothes back on. Yeah, she is.
“Are you kiddin’ me right now?” I snap loudly. She turns to look at me, her eyes falling to my harden cock.
“I guess a club whore will have to do now, huh?” Her eyes blaze with fire and I know she’s serious. I grab my cock and start stroking it as I look at her.
“You just gonna walk away?” I ask, keeping a slow pace. She licks her lips but nods her head.
“I’m tired of this,” she says softly. I nod my head this time.
“Me too. Now come on, Lauren.” The words come out a little harsher than I meant them to. Lauren’s eyes snap back to mine and that’s when I see it. She’s pissed. I step closer to her but she sidesteps me and walks toward the door. I fall back onto the bed and lay there.
“I’m over this. Bye,” she snaps, slamming the door behind her. My phone rings not even five minutes later. I grab it up and answer.
“You comin’ back?” I ask expecting it to be her. It’s not. It’s so not her.
“I’m so wet right now,” the voice on the other end sounds almost pained but still sexy as hell.
“Oh yeah?” the line goes silent.
“Bryant?”
“No fuckin’ way is this Bryant, but don’t you dare stop,” I whisper huskily into the line. The girl on the other end pants softly before I hear her moan. “Where is your hand right now, darlin’?” I listen to the soft pants before she answers. I hope like hell this girl isn’t underage.
“On my stomach.”
“Hmm, move it lower for me,” I whisper into the phone as I stroke my cock with my other hand. I’ve never had to do this shit before but damn, she picked the best time ever to call a wrong number.
“Where?”
“You know where.” Her soft sighs and moans make my cock harder than ever. “Slip a finger inside of yourself.”
“Oh God.” I chuckle softly.
“Tell me what it feels like,” I urge her on.
“It’s not enough.”
“Add another finger,” I tell her. Her moans get louder. She’s enjoying this.
“Picture my pierced tongue slippin’ all over that clit.”
“Pierced? Fuck,” she moans louder.
“Use your other hand and play with your clit,” I tell her. My cock is so fucking hard I’m about to blow but hearing this unknown girl panting in my ear is too fucking erotic to end just yet.
“Oh, shit. I’m so close,” she whines into the line.
“Move them faster. Harder,” I tell her as I jerk myself off to the point of pain. I don’t give a shit either. I’ll gladly take the pain as long she doesn’t stop.
“Oh, fuck! Shit,” she hisses as she comes. I jerk a few more times until I come, spilling my release all over my stomach. I’m panting for air as I come back down, never having come like that in my life.
“You okay?” I ask into the line. I can still hear her heavy breathing.
“That was…I don’t know what that was, but I want to do it again.” I chuckle at her boldness.
“You got my number now, sweetheart.” I hang up the phone and lie here completely worn out by my own fucking hand. Isn’t that ironic.

Krista
I sit with a cigarette hanging from my lips as I watch her. She’s so damn beautiful. There are times when I question myself, why did I do it? Why didn’t I keep her? Then it all hits me. I was sixteen and had no way to keep her. She was sent to me from the god’s above, but she held a higher place in this world. Eva was born my little girl eight years ago. I knew I couldn’t keep her, but I also knew that somewhere out in the world were parents that couldn’t have a child that needed her. So, I did what I did. I gave her up for adoption. It was an open adoption, so I knew what family she was going to. They are amazing. They take care of her far better than I ever could have. She has everything a little girl could ask for.
“How long do you plan on doing this?” I roll my eyes when my friend, Ester asks that.
“As long as I need to.”
“Shouldn’t you just tell them? I mean, it’s not like they can’t afford security,” she huffs. Ester grew up much like me. Not having a dime to our names, we knew the streets were our home and we made those same streets our bitch.
“That’s not the point. I can handle that bastard,” I say, knowing damn good and well that if he tries to step foot anywhere near that little girl, I will kill him and enjoy it. The circumstances surrounding Eva’s conception weren’t loving. In fact, it’s the opposite. Her biological father, if you can even call the piece of shit that, came from money. He was wealthy, much like her parents are now. I’m sure you’re asking yourself why I didn’t go to him with the news of Eva then. Well, that’s easy. He raped me. If he could do that to me, what would he do to her?
“Do you really think he’s looking?” She asks glancing over at me. I shrug and take another drag.
“He was pretty pissed when he found out.”
“He never wanted kids before,” she adds and she’s right. He didn’t.
“Which makes me wonder why he gives two shits about her now. It really doesn’t matter to me. I’m not leaving here,” I tell her.
“I can’t stay with you forever, Krista.”
“I know that. What the fuck? Did I ask you to spend your life with me?” I ask glaring at her. I didn’t ask her to come here to begin with. I might like Ester and yes, she is one of the only friends I have, but that doesn’t mean I will put up with her shit.
“You’re such a bitch. I think this whole plan of yours is stupid as fuck.”
“I didn’t fucking ask you. No one knows I’m here. For all they know I’m still in Wisconsin. That’s the way I’m going to keep it.” Nobody knows that I’m in Maryland. Hell, I never thought I’d be here either, but I will do what I need to do to keep that bastard away from her.
“Tom is stupid as hell if he thinks he can actually fight you. I’ve never seen anyone fight like you,” she adds with a laugh pulling one from me too.
“I trained hard. It wasn’t for nothing. If I have to use it against him, I will. She’s happy, Ester. Look at her,” I say, nodding toward the little girl smiling and running with her puppy in their yard. I stare at her, mesmerized by how much she looks like me. There would be no mistaking her for another child; that much I know for sure.
“She’s perfect,” she whispers.
“I know. That’s why I won’t let him near her, and I can’t tell them. If they knew, they would hide her, Ester. I would never see her again.”
“A little selfish, aren’t you?” I roll my eyes.
“No. I just know that I can’t live with not seeing her. I don’t expect you to understand.” As I stand from the bench I’ve been perched on, I head toward the park. I know Ester won’t follow me and I’m glad for that fact. There are a lot of people in the park today. From the looks of it, they are having a birthday party. I don’t go to my usual spot under the big droopy tree since they are all over there, instead I walk over and sit on the swing. I often wondered why this swing was here. It’s nowhere near the others. It’s off by itself. I sing to myself slightly when I hear laughter behind me. Looking over my shoulder, a little girl runs past in a big fluffy dress laughing so hard she can barely keep going. A smile tugs across my face.
“You’ll never catch me, Wolfman! You’re too old!” She calls out over her shoulder. Another round of laughter and she keeps going. I laugh a little too at her innocence. To be young and free. Someone coughing behind me causes me to turn and look over my shoulder. The man stands there with his head down, hands on his knees trying to catch his breath.
“Little shit,” he hisses between gasps. I laugh alth
ough I didn’t mean to laugh out loud. His head comes up and our eyes lock. The corners of his lips curl up. “Krista, right?” He asks. Shit, it’s the guy from the tattoo shop. I nod my head once before looking straight again. He comes up behind me, I can feel his presence as he grabs the chains of the swing.
“What are you doin’ out here?”
“Taking a break.”
“From work?” I shake my head.
“Life.” He grunts in response before he moves to lean against the post that the swing hangs from. His hair’s pulled back, his big blue eyes glittering in the sunlight as he looks down at me.
“Sometimes a break is what we need. Sometimes it isn’t what we think either.”
“What does that mean?” I ask confused by his words. He smirks at me and shrugs. “Is that your daughter?” I ask nodding toward the little girl.
“No. That’s my little sister. It’s her birthday. Ten years old,” he says with his eyes full of pride.
“She’s beautiful.”
“Thank you. You got any family?” He asks looking back down at me. Not anymore, I think to myself.
“No. Just me.”
“You live here?” I shrug.
“Do we ever really live anywhere?” That earns me a laugh from him.
“I like you. You wanna come hang out with us?” Although the offer was nice, I don’t know that I could handle being around all those kids right now.
“Thanks, but I’m good here.” He nods his head and shoves off the pole.
“Change your mind, you know where to find me,” he says nodding toward the group. I smile my thanks and watch him walk away from me. The little girl comes running toward him once more, slamming into his legs and knocking him to the ground. I find myself laughing out loud which isn’t something I’ve done in a very long time. Wolf stands back up wiping his ass before turning and winking at me.

Wolf
The night crawled by and all the kids left with the parents. That left us adults out here to do our thing. The guys decided that since there was already liquor here, they might as well come hang out. I didn’t mind. That’s how we roll.
“How is Savannah?” Sly asks about my sister.
“Growin’ up too fast. I don’t like it,” I huff and take another pull from my beer.
“Heard that. Reminds me of Dezzy. I missed too much of her life when she was growin’ up. It’s good you’re close to your family.” I nod my head. I know I’m lucky to have my family close to me. Sly didn’t always have that with Dez and I know he regrets it till this day. Most of the guys are loners looking for something more, some kind of family in the club. While I have the picture-perfect family on the outside, I don’t see eye to eye with my parents the way I should. Dad was a cheater most of my young life and mom turned a blind eye to it. I never wanted to see my mother cry the way she did, but I always knew he caused it. I guess that’s when I started to get a little more rebellious.
“Who the hell is that?” Shaft asks pointing toward the trees. I glance over and blink a few times.
“Shit, she’s still here?”
“Who is she?” Gauge asks this time.
“Her name’s Krista. I’m doin’ some tattoo work on her down at the shop. She was sittin’ out there earlier too.” It’s a little weird that she’d still be there but it also piques my interest. I stroll away from the guys and over to the swing she’s been on for hours only to find her sleeping. How in the hell is she staying upright?
“Hey,” I say softly so I don’t startle her. She slowly opens her eyes and blinks a few times before looking up at me.
“What?”
“Why are you sleepin’ on a swing?” I ask amused with the whole situation.
“I was taking a nap.”
“On a swing.”
“So?” Damn she’s mouthy. She glances around when it must finally dawn on her what time it is. The suns long since gone down and the moon hangs high in the sky. “Fuck!” She leaps from the swing and runs toward the back of the park and out of stupid curiosity I follow along. I see her standing at the edge of the buses gazing down at one of the houses in the neighborhood next to the park.
“What the hell was that about?” She looks over her shoulder before looking back to the house once more.
“It was nothing. Thanks for waking me up,” she says as she turns and tries to walk past me. I reach out and grab her wrist, pulling her back a step. Her big blue eyes come to rest on mine and something hits me in the chest. I don’t know what this feeling is, I don’t want to know either.
“You okay?” Her mouth opens and closes a few times, but no words come out. I want to push her and ask more but it’s not my business.
“I’m fine.”
“We got beer,” I tell her nodding toward the party that will soon be moving to the clubhouse.
“I don’t know,” she says shaking her head.
“They can get rowdy but they’re harmless,” I add with a smirk. She smiles back this time and fuck, I didn’t realize just how beautiful she was until right now. The moon behind her illuminates her in a glow.
“I guess it wouldn’t hurt.” With the shrug of her shoulders, she walks along next to me as we head back toward the guys.
“The cut, that’s your club?” She asks.
“It is. Soulless Bastards,” I tell her proudly.
“I’ve heard about them. You. Well not you specifically.”
“Good things?” She narrows her eyes at me, and I laugh. “Okay so bad things. We do what we do. We don’t apologize for it, but we also have reasons behind it.”
“You don’t have to explain anything to me. I know how the world works, Wolf.” That answer intrigues me more than the girl herself. The girl that walks around in oversized clothes to hide from something I’m not sure of. Right before we make it back to the guys, I step in front of her, turning to face her.
“How does the world work, darlin’?” She looks up at me and I can see the pain and hurt behind her eyes. I can see the pent-up frustrations that she holds onto.
“The world’s sick. The people in it are worse. They take what they want and give you nothing in return. They hurt you, rip you apart until the only choice you have left is to fight. You fight for yourself; you fight for your family. You never let them hurt you again.” Jesus Christ, someone has done a number on her mind. I nod my head.
“Sounds like you’d fit right in with us. Come on, I’ll introduce you.” She follows behind me as I walk up to the table the guys are all sitting at.
“Hey, this is Krista. Runnin’ some tatts on her. Krista, this is Sly, Gauge, Shaft, Dezzy, Temple,” I say each one’s name as I point them out to her before moving to a few of the others.
“It’s nice to meet you,” she says politely. I motion for the prospect to grab a few more beers before ushering her onto the picnic table.
“You lettin’ this fuckhole put his ink on you, huh?” Shaft asks her. I flip him off.
“Yeah. Freehand.” They all look at me like she’s mentally insane.
“If anybody can freehand you somethin’ special, it’s Wolf. He does all our club ink,” Sly tells her.
“I think he can do it too. What he’s already started looks amazing,” she says with a huge smile boosting my ego a little higher.
“He did mine. Look,” Dez leaps out of Gauge’s lap and rushes around the table showing the sprawling cherry blossoms I did on her arm to cover her old scars. It was an honor to do that for her. Especially after how far she’s come with her addiction.
“That is beautiful! I love that,” Krista gushes as she runs her fingers over Dez’s tattoo.
“He’s good at what he does.” Dez’s words cause me to smirk. I take down the rest of my beer before tossing the bottle in the trash.
“Ain’t it about time to we head back to the clubhouse? Don’t wanna wake up the normal people of this town,” I say. Sly stands first coming around and offering Krista his hand. She takes it and stan
ds.
“Thanks for letting me hang out.”
“Night’s not over yet, sweetheart. We’re headin’ back to the clubhouse. Come with us,” Sly tells her. I grab her half empty beer and bring it to my lips as she watches me. Tipping it up, I swallow down what’s left before tossing that bottle too. Krista licks her lips and my cock strains in my jeans.
“I don’t know if that’s a good idea. I don’t really have a ride home,” she says.
“You can stay. We have extra rooms,” Temple says before leaping into Shaft’s arms.
“I don’t know…”
“It’s fine. I’ll take you home if you wanna go later.” All eyes come to meet mine as I shrug. What? I just offered the girl a ride home, not my cock on a stick.
“Okay. I guess I can come for a while.”

What the hell was I thinking? I don’t know any of these people! Half naked girls roam around the room, grinding on guys. Some are kissing each other. Jesus, it’s like a brothel in here.
“You having fun?” Dez asks me over the music.
“I don’t really know,” I admit making her laugh.
“You get used to it. The girls know which guys they can touch and which ones they better keep their hands off,” she says.
“Hands off?”
“Yeah, the guys with old ladies, they steer clear of,” she says pointing out Gauge, Shaft and a few other guys that don’t have women hanging off them. I get it now.
“So, all the others are single?” I ask curious about Wolf.
“Yeah, they are.” My eyes find him across the room. Not like I had to look very hard. Two girls straddle each of his thighs, grinding themselves against him. He doesn’t even seem to notice them or if he does, he isn’t acting like it. He’s carrying on a conversation with another guy.
