Tyler reaches for my hand. “Oh God, Emma, I’m so sorry, if I’d known…”
But then I’m doubling over into giggles, laughing so hard that tears are streaming down my face. Then Tyler’s laughing too, a deep barking laugh straight from his chest. Everyone is staring at us again, but I find that these days, I don’t care at all. Let them stare.
I have Tyler, and Tyler has me. Everything else is just details.
