Catriona's Golden Angel [Prometheus in Chains 6] (Siren Publishing Classic)

by Clair de Lune

“Will you wear this for me?” she asked.

Angel knelt and bowed his head to her. She clasped a collar around his neck. He couldn’t believe what was happening. If she was here, then they knew and approved, he thought. It was going to be all right. She loved him and wanted him as much as he wanted her. He was overjoyed.

“I love you, my Angel. I want you to wear this collar forever,” he heard her say.

She took his hand, and he got up. He went over to the mirror to look at the collar. It was made of flat gold links, joined with little bars, so it would lie flat even under his work shirts. The disc hanging at the front had no name on it, just the date, engraved on the back of a cat. The cat had an arched back, erect tail, and two small emeralds for eyes. He turned to Catriona, with tears in his eyes, so she went over and touched his cheek very tenderly.

  “What is it, my Angel?”

“I love you so much it hurts, Mistress.”

Then he took her in his arms and proceeded to kiss her witless.

  ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I was born in South Yorkshire in England and moved to southwest Scotland more than twenty years ago. I retired from teaching a few years ago and spent my time reading, sewing, cooking, and gardening. I decided that there ought to be more to retirement than that.

Reading has always played a large part in my life, and the house is full of books. My youngest son challenged me to write a novel of my own, and Initiation, book one in the Prometheus in Chains series, was the result.

I found that writing suddenly took over my life. Now, with a head full of Doms and subs, I love to spend a few hours a day writing or researching. Retirement has certainly delivered a lot more. I go nowhere without a pencil and notebook at the ready.

I believe the world has enough sadness in it, and my characters will always get their HEA, even if the road is rocky.

I would like to thank Arden Leigh for her help with the mind-set of a female rope Top, Master “K” for his help with Kinbaku, and both of them for their generosity and patience. The expertise is theirs, any errors are all mine.

I am very grateful for all the help and advice I have received from everyone at Siren. Especially my editor Alex, and Christine for the lovely covers.

I would love to hear from you, and I always answer e-mails or contacts on Facebook.
