Savage Planet Caveman

Her last thought was of Raxar, of regret and sorrow, and wondering what his horrible tribe might have done to him because of her.

When she woke up, the rain had stopped. It must have continued for some time throughout the night since the ground was covered with a healthy layer of damp ground. Puddles very dotted around the grass beneath the tree, making Loraine's perch up there seem like an island in the endless sea of wild jungle around her. It occurred to her that she might have been saved by the rain. Animals were quieter out in the distance. The whole place seemed to be a lot more docile, almost like it would be safe to close her eyes and settle back into further sleep. It was tempting, but she didn't think to push her luck was a good idea.

Looking down for a good place to get down without slipping on the wet limbs of the tall tree, Loraine saw something—someone—very unexpected. "Oh, shit!" she let out, instantly wishing she had kept her mouth shut and remained silent. It was good that the tree had plenty of thick foliage, or she would have been completely exposed up there

It was a man coming toward the area where the tree was, one of the cavemen from the village. He was too obscured by the lush leaves and bushes in his path to see his face, but Loraine was almost sure this was a Hungdar man. Her options were to try and remain very still and hope that a practiced hunter, whose home was in the middle of the jungle, might somehow walk right by her with seeing her up there. Or, she could slip down immediately and make a run for it. Then there was the less passive option, of waiting until he was closer and jumping down upon him with the spear readied.

The physically tired and emotionally battered Earth woman's heart was beating faster and faster as the point came when she knew it would be too late to make a decision. It was now or never, so she went for the less severe option and slid down out of her ad hock bed in the tree. The branches were softened by the rain, but a broken tip still managed to scrape up her midsection and cause a painful sting, as she slid down onto the soft ground with barely a sound.

"Hey!" shouted the man, seeing her before she had even touched down on the grass and dirt. "Loraine!"

About to continue running, she noticed a familiar tone in that voice. And she could not remember for certain whether any of the other Hungdar actually knew her name. So, she turned and held her spear up, ready to fight. There was no need, however. "Raxar!" she cried out. "Uh, sorry, I should learn to keep my voice down. I think that would be for the best."

"Then you would not have the same fiery ways that I am growing to enjoy." He was grinning, looked absolutely ecstatic, as though he'd just been giving a lifetime worth of birthday gifts all at once. "Are you hurt?" he asked, noticing the scrape that ran along her belly and across one of her breasts.

Loraine had forgotten about that, but it still hurt. "Shit," she said. "It's just from when I jumped down from the tree." There was blood coming from the bold, white lines where the broken tree limb had bitten into her flesh. "Don't worry about that. I want to know what happened after I, y'know, abandoned you."

Raxar looked indignant, and it was pretty obvious that he was mad at her for that.

"Are you here to bring me back to the village or something?"

"How could you think such a thing? I was willing to risk much to be closer to you, to know you deeply. They do want to send you home to the stars, and the spirit walker is convinced that killing this worldly body is the only way to set your spirit free. But I know that you are flesh and blood, just as I. Because, I have evolved my way of thinking, thanks to your divine influence." He smirked at the irony of that statement.

Loraine walked over to him, still hesitant and holding the spear up in front of her. She had gone through enough break ups in relationships that had seemed excellent at first, but turned to shit so fast; enough to know that no matter what, Raxar was still a man.

He had brought his club with him, but dropped it to the jungle floor and held his arms out to welcome her embrace. "Will you come to me?" he said.

"How can I know for sure that you weren't just sent to take me back so they can kill me?" Loraine was getting scared now and wondering if she should have just run for it and hoped to get away.

Raxar looked like he'd just received a severe, physical blow to the chest. There might have been the faintest hints of tears in the corners of his eyes, although the idea seemed absurd. "Loraine, I have no way to prove my intentions to you, unless you give me the chance to prove myself to you."

She looked into his eyes for a moment longer. They were clear and plain; shining and attractive—but there was no hidden intention there that she could detect. Loraine put down her spear and ran toward him, letting the big lug wrap his steely arms around her and make everything feel warm and safe again. They kissed, but not in a sexual way like they had the previous night. It was much more an expression of intimacy than of lust.

His face went dead serious as he pulled back from her body so that he could look down into her eyes. This does mean that we may never return to the Hungdar."

"I figured that. How could you possibly give up your home for a girl you only just met? There are Druazz out in the world though, right? Can we start a new home with them?” The idea was not thrilling after the experience she'd had with these ones.

But Raxar was shaking his head. "Word does travel between the different tribes, however slow. They would not harbor us for long after they learned that you are a 'bad omen.'"

  "Where will we go?"

"You left your home in search of new things. I will join you. We will find crewmates if you wish."

"They could have landed anywhere if they even got away safely."

Raxar didn't seem put off by that possibility. "I'm willing to risk a fruitless search."

"Well, you've really put your money on a winning horse, haven't you?" Even saying that, she pressed her head against his solid chest and breathed him in deeply. At least, for now, she felt safe.

  -RAXAR-

The jungle was just another part of his home. It was slower going with his red-haired star woman, but she was impressively adept at survival among the plant life and crawling denizens of the jungle. When they had to pass through a thicket of sharp leaves, he would halt her with a raised hand and demonstrate the safest way to move through without being cut from head to tie by their razor-like tips. If she was about to step on a mound of killer insects or upset a sneering reptilian creature, such as the striped yerpen, Raxar was quick to tell Loraine.

"God, that looked kind of like a snake—only bigger than any I've ever seen up close, and what was with all those spikes?"

"You must never let those touch you. They excrete a deadly poison, as does its fangs." It was necessary to reprimand a newcomer to the jungle, for the sake of their own life. One step too far in the wrong direction could mean an agonizing death that would not be over for days.

Loraine was not surprised at all by the quantity of things that could kill them there. "This is just too similar to the jungles we have back on Earth. I mean, I have never actually been to those myself, but there is a lot of information online."

"Online? That translation is missing in my mind."

"We have machines, like your spirit walker's altar is a machine, that are connected all over our planet. These can be used to learn, communicate," she laughed, "and even watch more silly cat videos than you could ever hope to see."

"I think this all confounds me nearly as much as this jungle does you," he said in earnest.

They could not work out precisely how the scanner-slash-altar had enabled Loraine to understand the Hungdar's language while letting Raxar learn English. It was not same as sharing memories. It was more like being given detailed descriptions of everything, place, and person the other had ever encountered, without the first-person experience that was necessary to have an actual memory. As far as he could tell, anyway.

They continued to walk for several days through the jungle, and the going became easier, faster. Loraine learned easily and was
attuned to the world around her. "I don't know what else I could explain to you without going into all the boring details of my life up until joining the Space Corp," she said. "I've told you about Earth, as much as I can without having a computer in front of me, or at least an encyclopedia. My family, parents, friends. I think you know more about me that I do you, and that's after I visited your home. I never thought I'd meet a caveman who was so inquisitive."

"That term you use, 'caveman,' I do not believe it's accurate. I'm not as primitive as you might believe. I have a lust for knowledge, change. My people made me feel as an outsider would."

Loraine laughed. "I'm sorry, but yeah, they are the biggest dicks."

"Your use of this colorful language is also hard for me to grasp. In my mind, I know that a 'dick' can be a person who is rude, inconsiderate, unkind. It can also mean," he gestured to his own penis. It was dangling between his legs as he walked.

"I didn't use to swear so much. Ever since I joined the Corp, I've been cursing like a fucking sailor. I've never even been on a boat though."

Raxar stopped walking. "I saw boats in the distance once, on the ocean. It was during the drought when I was a fledgling hunter. We traveled a great distance to find prey. When we neared the big, blue water, the leader of our hunting party decided we should catch fish to sustain the group. Truthfully, it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever come across … apart from you."

Stopping to speak with him, Loraine replied, "Hey, that was so sappy. And sweet. Thank you. Really though, the ocean, and boats? That sounds promising. Maybe we could find a coastal settlement and get ourselves a boat? That would make moving so much easier, right?"

"The spirit of adventure does fill you, Loraine. These things all sound fine to me." He took her hands in his own and pulled her closer for a kiss. The sun was shining down and making her hair brighter than a precious stone. "I cannot fight the way you leave me wanting, as though I will never be able to appreciate you completely." Her salty, warm lips locked with his own and their tongues played together. It made his dick twitch.

"You know, there's no reason why we should waste such a beautiful day, especially after the storm last night," she said. Her eyes glinted along with her shining hair. While maintaining eye contact, she slowly reached down and took his hanging length in her hand.

It seemed so large when she held it, making Raxar feel like the most virile of all men in the world. He kissed her again, leaving space between them so that she could play with his slowly hardening cock.

Loraine stroked him and started the throbbing that was a genetic trait among the Drurazz males. No woman had been known to complain of that, and his star woman was no different in that regard. She said, "I can't wait to feel that inside me again. How about you fuck me up against one of this tall trees?"

The need to primal and bend her over up against a tree, to enter her from behind like an animal and expel his seed inside of her—was hard to stifle. However, he had been having confused feelings about his place in Loraine's heart. He had decided that being a wild caveman might not be the best way to make her think of him as an equal, perhaps a real partner.

It was still hard to resist going "doggy" style, as she had put it during their first time. Raxar felt the surge of male power rushing through his body. He settled on the idea of fucking Loraine down on the soft grass. It was an especially sunny afternoon, making the ground warm to touch. "You will ride me," he said.

"Will I? Okay, anything you say, big boy." She started to rub her pussy and get herself ready to sit on his cock.

Raxar lied down on the grass, and it felt like summer on his tight ass cheeks. He grabbed his cock and wiggled it back and forth, squeezing so that the blood would build in it even more. And he massaged it so that he could be as stiff as possible for Loraine's waiting cunt. "Get on me," he said with a smile.

She stood over him, looking down past her perky tits, her glowing skin and radiant red hair making her seem like an incredible vision that might come during sweet dreams, instead of a real person. Lorain licked her lips and grinned at Raxar as she lowered herself down over his waiting dick. She made contact and let him slide it into her. It was easier now, as they had been doing quite a lot of fucking since leaving the Hungdar village. This was the first time they had done it during the day, though.

"I can't believe I've never watched myself enter you in the light of day," Raxar commented.

"Do you like watching your cock go inside of me?" Loraine asked.

"Nothing could be better," he answered happily as Loraine knelt over him, working her pelvis back and forth, up and down, so that her tight pussy could caress and envelop him. The feeling was brand-new again, no matter how often they had sex, and it was just as good as it had been the first time. It was uncanny how quickly she could transform from a calm and distant individual to a red-hot sex goddess who was eager to make love.

Raxar wanted to grab her supple butt cheeks and squeeze each one with his powerful hands. He wanted more than anything to pound the living hell out of her and drive his solid shaft hard and deep inside her, until she was screaming for him to relent, aching for his hot load to fill her up once again. But that instinct was coupled with the urge to be aggressive in other ways, which was something that all males of his species lived with continually. Many did little to fight it, but Raxar had been trying to avoid his more Druazz based urges.

So, he instead rested his head back on the warm grass and looked up, as the golden circle above them formed into a halo of light behind his star woman's head. The leaves of the tree beside them was letting just enough sunlight through to make their little area glow.

It was serene to see her move, twisting her body this way and that, working her hips so that she could make the most use of all of the many inches of his cock. Not only that, but she explored the shape of it, from the wide shaft, up and down, to the bulging head.

The inside of her was the best place to be. He closed his eyes and let himself be swept away in a sea of endless bliss. The day could have become night, and it would not have been apparent to Raxar. All he could feel was the throbbing motion of his cock as it slid in and out of her. Her firm, silky thighs glided over his hard, rough skin as she worked herself down onto his erect cock.

There was a strange sensation, sharply different to the sexual pleasure surrounding his cock. When Raxar opened his eyes, he saw that Loraine too had her eyes shut, her head thrown back in ecstasy as she rode him. He looked down at the sharp sensation, expecting to find her digging fingernails into his chest.

It was a yerpen, one of the spikes serpents he'd been told nightmare tales about since he'd been a boy. The thing must have dropped down from the tree above them, but had not chosen to sink its teeth into him, yet. Raxar cried out in panic and brushed it away from his bare chest. The spikes scraped the back of his hand and wrist when he did so, but the yerpen was thrown to the grass beside them. Immediately thinking Loraine's safety, Raxar grabbed her and rolled them both away.

"What the fuck?!" she cried out as she fell onto the grass, Raxar's dick sliding out of her abruptly. Then, she saw the thing slithering away from where they had been fornicating. "Is that?"

"Yes, a yerpen. And I fear that it has poisoned me."

"No! Can I do something to, I don't know, suck out the poison? Is there a treatment, some herbs, a plant? Just tell me what to do!" It seemed like she was about to start crying.

"There has never been a remedy,

You'll be alright, won't you?" She got to her feet in a hurry and backed away from the bush where the yerpen had gone.

"There is no telling if the poison has entered my blood. This is going to get bad, Loraine."

"Don't worry, I'll take care of you."

  -LORAINE-

They continued to walk for the rest of the day, eager to find a source of drinking water and a place where they could easily forage for food. Hunting was not Loraine's strongest skill yet since she had only
been trying to do it for a matter of days.

"I feel the weight of the spirits upon me," he said.

"Oh … you've got the poison in your blood, don't you?" If there was ever the right time to start crying, this was it. She couldn't keep fighting that off forever. Anyway, a good session of tears and misery might help her to prepare for whatever was going to happen next. She helped Raxar to a large rock where he could take a seat.

"No," he said. "There's still hope, so don't count me lost yet, please." He brushed the hair from the side of her face and tucked it behind her ear. He seemed so peaceful and willing to accept his fate, which gave Loraine strength to hold it together, if just for a little while longer. He continued, "Either way, a small amount of the poison has apparently entered my system. That can happen with anything more than sickness and a day or two of fevers, possible hallucinations. Are we near water? I will need to drink often … I expect to be sick often."

"There's a stream just near this spot. Wait, you didn't notice? No, no, Raxar, you really are losing it, aren't you?" Loraine bit her tongue, determined not to break down when he needed her so much."

They both gathered drinking water and picked wild berries to eat. Raxar insisted on hunting for some meat, despite his deteriorating condition. He actually managed to catch a small fury animal that resembled a rabbit, but without the long ears, and a lot fatter. By that time, the sun was getting low. And he wasn't talking much, even when he returned to their camp with a successful hunt, which worried her to no ends. He went about gutting it and putting the meat on a stick for roasting, but still didn't speak.
