Warm the milk. Mix it with the yeast. Add salt, water and 1 (not boiled) egg. Make a bread dough.
Leave the dough in the bowl for 1,5 hour to rest.
Mix chopped onion, garlic, meat and eggs with parsley.
Roll dough into the sausage. Put inside of the mixture from the meat and parsley chorizo and eggs.
Cover the edges of the dough with the beaten eggs and leave it for a half an hour. Make a small hole in the bread and bake it for 45 minutes in the Air Fryer – temperature should be 360oF.
