  Ingredients:

  Broccoli

  1 teaspoon cumin

  6 carrots

  1 tablespoon mixed spice

  Peas

  1 tablespoon coriander

  ½ cauliflower rice

  1 tablespoon Thai green paste

  Onion

  Olive oil

  Courgette

  1 tablespoon garlic puree

  2 leeks

  1cm cube ginger

  1 can coconut milk

  1.76oz flour

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 360oF.

  Add onion, garlic and ginger for few minutes.

  Cut all the vegetables in cubes and fry them on the frying pan for 10 minutes.

  Add courgette and leek with paste to the Air Fryer. Cook 5 more minutes.

  Mix coconut milk with the salt and pepper and cauliflower rice.

  Mix this marinade with vegetables and onion, garlic with ginger.

  Make bites of the mix and place in the Air Fryer. Cook for 10 minutes.

  Serve with cheese sauce.
