  4 pounds mussels

  Olive oil

  1 cup white wine

  2 teaspoons salt

  2 bay leaves

  1 tablespoon pepper

  1 ½ cup flour

  1 tablespoon onion powder

  1 tablespoon fenugreek

  2 tablespoons vinegar

  5 garlic cloves

  4 bread slices

  ½ cup nuts

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 350oF.

  Blend bread into crumbs. Add garlic, vinegar, salt, nuts and pepper to the crumbs. Add olive oil and make a cream.

  Boil bay leaves in the white wine. Add mussels and wait until they are open.

  Clean mussels of the shells.

  Add flour to the cream sauce.

  Cover mussels with the cream sauce and flour.

  Bake mussels in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes.

  Serve with fenugreek.
