Touchdown and Dirty

Roxy moaned as she rocked after she was fully seated with Clay deep inside of her. God, what a feeling. Closing her eyes, she went with what her body told her, followed its unspoken demands. Leaning back, she rested her hands on his knees as she rolled her hips letting him hit her from every angle.
This right here was why he was certain there would never be anything as beautiful as Samantha lost in pleasure. Her full breasts jiggled with every move she made. Her hips, already curvy, took on deadly turns. Lips parted with only his name on her lips. Not a damn thing he’d ever seen had been more erotic than watching this confident woman seek her pleasure as she brought him more than he knew was possible.
Opening her eyes, she met his, and he took the opportunity to say those words again. “God, I love you, Samantha.” It’s as if having said it once—now he couldn’t stop, hell, he didn’t want to stop.
And then she shocked the hell outta him. “I love you too, Clay.”
Thank you, God!
Those words fanned the flames that licked his skin. Her heat that surrounded his girth felt even hotter and an urge to fuck her harder, faster hit without apology. His balls pulled tight to his body, ready for release, and a shudder ran through his body prickling his skin as he held out for her climax.
Reaching between their bodies, he pinched her clit over and over at the same time taking her mouth again. Not only possession this time, but a sign of love shared.
Roxy bit her lip and Clayton held his breath fighting the urge to come. “Come on, Samantha. Come on my cock. This pussy is gonna do me in… you gotta come!”
Three more pumps and she came in a loud, wet, oh-so-fucking-sexy way. This time he didn’t fight it. Clayton let his release shoot from his body. He filled her flushed body that still quaked above his with his come.
Every damn time he swore he came harder than the last time. This time had meant so much more than their earlier sexcapades. This time she had told him she loved him, too. Words he once feared hearing from a woman he now couldn’t imagine living without hearing them again and again.
Minutes later, they both came back from wherever they had floated off to. He had softened enough that he slipped from her body when she sat back. The sight of moisture trickling down her thigh in the moonlight did something to him. Clayton had claimed her body numerous times but not like tonight.
Standing after she did, he pulled her in for a kiss. Then, resting his forehead against hers, he asked just because he had to be sure she hadn’t confessed during a moment of passion only to regret it later. “You love me, too?”
After a deep, cleansing breath she admitted, “Yes, I do.”
His heart swelled and his mouth curved. “Let’s crawl into bed—”
“In a minute—”
Clayton figured she wanted to take a shower after their sticky round of sex. “No, come to bed with me now. I want you in my arms and I like the thought of you filled with me.”
At first, his admission surprised her, but the thought made her tummy tingle. No doubt, Clayton Karz was all male and acted like it.
She followed him to her bed and let him pull her close against his body for the second time that night. Sleep was far away. There was just too much to talk about, too much to figure out, too much to share. And, this time when the sky began to lighten and sleep took them it did it after love left their lips again.
Chapter 29
Walking into her office it was hard to believe she was really here. Never had she thought she’d end up where she was today. It had been a long road to get here—not that she regretted much except a few years she could’ve lived without.
With football season almost over, Roxy was content knowing for the first time since her schooling that she wouldn’t be packing up and traveling to the next job like before. Not one piece of her missed the gypsy lifestyle.
Ugh! Packing.
Not something she missed. She hadn’t packed in five months—that had been the last time she’d put her belongings into boxes and waited for the movers to arrive. It also happened to be the night before Clayton had admitted his love for her. Damn man had broken through her hard candy shell and melted her insides that day and she’d never forget it. Never had she felt so many emotions running their course through her body as she had then. Who would’ve thought that the same cocky pain-in-her-ass man would end up holding her heart in his strong capable hands as easily as he cradled a football?
To hear those words from him was one thing but to trust him with returning them was another. Poor guy had to walk around with a mark on his forehead for a week solid after she nailed him with his own sneaker. Violence wasn’t really her thing, but when an animal gets scared, you never know what it will do. And, that’s how she’d felt. Cornered in her own territory with nowhere to flee, Roxy had lashed out and just so happened to use her attacker’s own clothing as a weapon. Now? It seemed so stupid, but at the time, fear ran her body and controlled her thoughts.
Can’t say she missed her apartment even though the view was nice and having Michael Brooks as a neighbor was no hardship.
Today is the AFC game, and she was more than ready. Watching a player have a year like he’s had is as much of a gift received as a gift given. To think, today she’d see more than one player she helped on the field.
Her office door swung open and a black and gold jersey appeared. “You ready, baby? Time to hop on the bus.” She hadn’t realized she was staring until she heard her name. “Earth to Mrs. Samantha Aurora Karz.”
“Sorry, I spaced there,” she replied.
Clayton’s mouth lifted into that cocky smile she loved so much. “You thinking about last night?”
Well, she hadn’t been but now…
Coming over, he pulled her into his arms and ground himself against her. “I haven’t stopped thinking about it.” His eyes shone with lust and mischief. “Who knew a kitchen sprayer could be so much fun, huh?”
She giggled. “Yeah, fun until we had to clean up the flooded kitchen.”
He whispered against her ear, “You trying to claim that was all water?”
The smack against his shoulder he fully expected. But seeing his wife blush made it well worth it. Especially when he knew that her whole body had taken on that pretty pink color.
“I should’ve known. Mr. and Mrs. Karz get your butts on that bus now! Samantha, don’t make me send you a warning on fraternizing with the players—”
“We’re married, Coach.” Clayton laughed.
Coach Gresser rubbed his jawline as he appeared lost in thought. “Well, no fraternizing when we have a damn game to get to. Now, hustle!”
********
Losing a championship game by a field goal was no way to go. It hurt. What a year to have it end that way just didn’t seem fair. Watching the Colts walk away with the win was downright painful.
At the press conference following the game, it would be easy to point out mistakes made and even bad calls on his part, instead Clayton held his head high and spoke of coming back stronger next season.
A question about his wedding wasn’t surprising. They had only married a few months back. It was nothing big, just the two of them, Michael Brooks, the Gresser’s, his parents, and sisters. Clayton didn’t know what was funnier, his dad’s reaction to seeing his fiancée’s tattoos or Brooks when he heard ‘Roxy’s’ real name was Samantha.
The media caught wind of the nuptials long after they had headed for clear blue water on their honeymoon.
“Clayton, how’s married life treating you? Any superstitions that your wedding band may have brought you any good or bad luck?” The reporter from the local Fox affiliate asked.
Finding Samantha next to the podium beside Coach Gresser, he asked her. “Are we really not playing in the big game because of you?”
The room erupted with laughter, including his own. Samantha took to the stairs and was by his side in seconds. “I can’t play for you, Hun.” A series of ‘Ooo’s and aaahh’s’ echoed in the room.
“Look, now you got me in trouble,” he said into the mic.
Samantha leaned in close and whispered in his ear for only him to hear. “Actually, you got me in trouble.”
He smiled before his head snapped back to her. “Really?”
She held up three fingers and mouthed the word, ‘months.’
Bowing his head, it took him a minute to compose himself before addressing the media. “Nah, I consider starting training camp this fall with a child as pretty good luck, wouldn’t you?”
Football may have brought them together but nothing would keep them apart.
