After attending a plethora of colleges studying art, photography, and whatever else came along. He then stumbled into working in advertising, a chemical plant, and as a journeyman electrician.
John then made a transition, which few if any humans ever make. He changed from liberal arts to engineering. This lead to a BSEE and a career at computer companies and an electronic game manufacturer. Which in turn brought chances to travel and meet people throughout the world. He even got to live in Minnesota, talk about exotic. You can read a lot of Sci-Fi books in a Minnesota winter. The idea of writing books was always there but never fulfilled.
After returning to California and retirement, came more travel. John then lost Ruth his beloved wife of many years. He focused on a project beyond grief and began writing. Today John lives in Southern California. He recently married Janice, who fully supports all John’s various obsessions. They live life writing, traveling, drawing, photographing, reading, and appreciating life.
