  Reading Group Guide

It is imperative for us to share our journeys with one another. It’s time for us to bridge the gap and begin intergenerational conversations. The older women are admonished to teach the younger women. Here are some suggestions for you to begin your discussion with others:

  1. Name three things you have discovered about yourself that you did not know before you embarked upon your journey to wholeness.

  2. What are the top three things you need to improve as you journey to wholeness?

  3. What is your ultimate dream? What steps are you taking to make that dream a reality? If you are not taking any steps, why?

  4. There are some things that have hindered your progress in the past that won’t touch you in the future. Affirm for the group that you now have power over it (whatever you have survived) and intend to live a victorious life. The fact that it did not kill you means you now have power over it.

  5. Share some of your favorite journal entries with the group and tell why they have such impact.
