“Look, I trust the law, okay. Please, let’s go, and have some food.” She sprinkled each steak with pepper, and handed them back to Brant. “Go, and grill.” She shooed him away, and gave Sean a smile. “It’s okay.”

Carl had given Kasey a warning, and seeing as it was her first offense, there was nothing else any of them could do. Brant wasn’t happy with it, and he didn’t like leaving Elisha alone. The biggest problem was the fact he couldn’t get her to stop working because one of his exes was being crazy.

“Will you keep an eye on her house today?” Brant asked.

“I’ve got my binoculars and a thermos of soup. I’m good for a day of camping. I’ve also got porn on my tablet, and a sock,” Sean said.

“You’re disgusting,” Brant said, laughing. He really did love his brother’s humor, even if at times, it was misplaced.

“This coming from the guy who had me up half the night fucking his woman. Elisha is not silent.” Sean shook his head, but clearly had the sense not to try to imitate her sounds. Brant loved making her scream. Sex should be loud, messy, and he was dirtying her up. It wouldn’t be long before he could take her ass, and he’d been getting her used to taking his fingers. She went wild whenever he touched her ass.

She’d left to go back to her place to get ready, and he was picking her up, taking his car.

“Don’t ever let her hear you saying that.”

“I won’t. You know next week is my last week, and then you’re on your own until Christmas.”

“Will you be coming here?” he asked.

“Yeah. Mom and Dad wouldn’t let me bring women back to the house to fuck.” Sean took a sip of his drink, and glanced down at his study book.

Brant almost passed out in shock. His brother never studied, or at least he’d never seen him study, and he said so.

  “I’m full of surprises.”

“I’ve got to head out. Call me if anything happens.”

“Nothing is going to happen. With luck, she’s moved onto another guy with a big cock,” Sean said.

Brant didn’t even bother rising to his brother’s bait. Leaving his house, he found Elisha already walking toward him. She wore a pair of jeans and a red shirt that molded to her curves, highlighting her large tits, hips, and thick thighs. He loved it when she wrapped those thighs around his hips, and rode his cock.

He could no longer pick a favorite position. If he took her from behind, he got to play with her ass, and watch his cock fuck her from behind. When she was on top, straddling his hips, he watched her tits bounce as he pounded inside her. There were so many positions, and so many advantages with fucking her.

His cock started to thicken, and he tugged her into his arms. “You’re making me hard.”

“You’re always hard. That’s not my fault.” She kissed his lips and wriggled in his arms. “Come on, Beth’s so excited to meet you.”

Climbing into the car, he pulled out of his drive, and followed the directions that Elisha gave him.

Beth lived in a nice neighborhood that had several groups of kids playing in the street. She pointed to the large house at the end of the street, and he pulled inside.

“Aunt Elisha,” a little bundle said, running up the drive.

Climbing out of the car, he watched as Elisha picked her up, bouncing her up and down, and the girl giggled. “Charlotte, I want you to meet my friend, Brant.”

“He’s your boyfriend. Mommy told me.”

“Charlotte, let her breathe.” A brunette left the house and walked toward them. She tugged Elisha against her, giving a hug before her attention was pulled toward him. “And who are you?”

“Beth, this is Brant. Brant, this is my sister, Beth.”

  “Pleasure to meet you.”

“It’s nice to meet a man who actually puts a smile on my sister’s face, even if she does try to hide it. Come on, let’s go on in.”

More kids were running around the house, and the sound of their father growling and chasing them followed.

  “Andrew,” Beth said.

A man a little older than Brant appeared around the doorframe, smiling. “What, honey?”

  “Elisha and Brant are here.”

  “I’ll be right there.”

They were left alone, and Beth led them toward the kitchen. “The heart of the home,” Beth said. “So, Elisha tells me you’re an artist.”

“I try to be one, and it pays the bills.” He placed his hand on Elisha’s shoulder. She covered his hand with her own, glancing back at him and smiling.

“Let’s try not to have the third degree, Beth. I brought him for you to meet, and we can leave just as fast.”

“Where’s the fun in that?” Andrew asked, coming back in. “Kids are playing in the garden.” He moved behind Beth, and kissed her cheek.

Brant spotted their matching rings, and he’d already seen the photographs of them. They had married young, and gotten pregnant young.

“Why don’t you and I go and set up the grill? Summer is almost at an end, and it won’t be long before I have to put my beauty away.” Andrew kissed Beth and made his way toward the door.

Kissing Elisha, Brant hugged her tightly against him, and made his way outside.

Andrew was sitting on a deck chair, looking out toward his kids. “Take a seat. I’ve not got beers on offer.”

  “I’ll take a soda.”

Andrew threw him a can, which he caught.

“Beth is very protective of her sister, and I have to say that I feel the same way.”

  “You’re protective of her?”

“She’s a sister to me, Brant. A young, baby sister. The kind of sister you don’t want to hear nasty things about.”

Brant frowned and looked toward him. “I’m younger than you by a couple of years. I’m not about to start sharing bedroom secrets.”

“Good.” Andrew took a sip of his drink. “So, what are your intentions when it comes to Elisha?”

  “I don’t know.”

“I’m not going to allow you to hurt her.”

“I have no intention of hurting her. I just don’t know what to say to your question. Elisha and I, we’re taking it slow, and we’re having fun.”

“Do you want more from her?” Andrew asked.

“I don’t know.” He was being as honest as he could be. The last thing he wanted to do was frighten Elisha away with needs and desires that she didn’t feel.

“Beth and I, we got pregnant in high school, and at first I wanted to run. I didn’t want a kid at that age. I wanted to party, and have some fun, but the truth is, there was only one person I ever wanted to party and have fun with.” Andrew chuckled. “I wanted Beth to leave her pregnancy behind, and run with me, which we couldn’t do. There’s only ever been one person I wanted, and it’s that woman in that house. I’m living the dream, and there are times I see the fear in Beth’s eyes. You see, she thinks I’m not happy with my life, but I am. She’s my soul mate, and providing I’m with her, I don’t care what happens. We can have a hundred kids providing she is by my side at all times. I make sure she doesn’t allow those thoughts to manifest. Sometimes, though, insecurities win.”

“Why are you telling me this?”

“When it comes to Elisha, I want you to consider it being all or nothing,” Andrew said. “Elisha hides it well, but she is an all or nothing kind of woman. She deserves it as well.”

“She’d make an amazing mother,” Brant said.

“She would, but she would make an even more amazing wife. Consider that, Brant. You care about her, and you may even love her. Don’t hide what you want. Elisha works well with the truth.”

  Chapter Eleven

  One week later

They had seen Sean leave together, and now they had the pick of each other’s places. Sean hadn’t wanted to leave, and Elisha did miss him. It had only been twenty-four hours, but his personality was huge. Seeing Sean off had been the first week that she’d missed going to her si
ster’s for dinner. She cooked for herself and Brant. They had shared a meal, and spent the rest of the night having sex. Well, she’d started to think of it as making love.

Brant had asked her to stop by his studio as there was something he wanted to show her. Monday was proving to be a slow day, and she’d given Anna the rest of the day off. They were still cleaning up for Danny, getting ready for a show in two weeks’ time, and it wouldn’t be long until they had finished. He had decorators in, and she and Anna cleaned away the mess they left behind. Brant had invited her as his plus-one, and as his girl. Every time she thought about it, she got giddy.

Their relationship had taken a turn, but she didn’t know what to make of the turn they were experiencing.

Knocking on the door of his studio, she waited. The closed sign was on the main door, and she wondered how he was selling his artwork. She now owned three of his pieces, and she loved each and every one of them.

  “You’re late,” he said.

  “What? I was busy.”

He tugged her inside, locking the door again.

“You’re being really secretive at the moment,” she said.

“Come on.” He took her toward his main creative studio where all the work happened. She’d seen him drawing in little books when they were alone. Last night, she’d been snuggled up against him as he drew. He didn’t show her what he was working on, and she did her best not to invade his space.

“I want something from you,” he said. “Actually, there’s something I want to show you.”

“You’re talking really fast, and I’m kind of struggling to follow.”

“You inspire me, Elisha. I want to remember our time together, and, you know what, it is just easier to show you.”

They walked into a main room that was filled with light, and had several canvases covered with blankets.

“Okay, nothing so far to scare or startle me. What’s going on?”

Brant started to remove the blankets, and Elisha gasped at what he was showing her. There were several drawings of her. One of her asleep, others were of her body, like her leg, and then the curve of her breast.

  “You’re drawing me?”

“Don’t be mad. I just can’t move on. I’m not going to show these to anyone. This is for me, and me alone.”

She placed a hand over her mouth, and looked around at the six drawings. “I’m not mad. I’m honored.”

“I want to draw you, Elisha, naked. I’d like you to model for me, if that’s possible.” He moved toward the far end of the room, and started pulling a chaise lounge toward the center of the room.

“You want me to get naked so that you can draw me?”

  “Yes.”

Biting her lip, she stared at several of his art pieces, and couldn’t help but admire his skill. He was really talented, but then, that was why she now owned several of his works. “I don’t know.”

“Elisha, please. You inspire me, and this is how I see you. No one will see these. They’re mine.”

“What about the erotic section you have on display downstairs?”

  “This is for us.”

She wanted to. Elisha wanted to give him everything. “Yes. I’ll do it, on one condition.”

  “What’s your condition?”

  “You’re naked with me.”

“Baby, that’s not a problem for me.” He gave her a wink, and started to remove his clothes.

Taking a deep breath, Elisha watched as Brant got undressed, removing her clothes at the same time. He really was a perfect specimen of a man. She loved watching him get naked, and the way his body moved. Brant was so confident that being around him filled her with confidence.

“Where do you want me?” she asked, standing completely naked for him to see.

“I want you on the chaise lounge, babe.” He took her hand and led her toward the rather uncomfortable looking seat. Brant eased her into the position he wanted to draw her, with one of her arms across the side of the lounge and the other spread across the back. One of her knees was bent toward the ceiling, and the other lay partially open.

“Don’t you think this is a little exposed?”

“Nah, babe, you look beautiful.” He pushed some of her hair back, paused, assessing, and then he moved back toward his board.

  “Am I allowed to talk?”

“Yep, just don’t move too much.”

She went to nod, and stopped. “This is kind of strange for me to be doing.”

“I don’t imagine any of your useless boyfriends ever considered painting you for their pleasure.”

Elisha couldn’t help but chuckle. “My boyfriends wouldn’t even know how to wield a knife, let alone a brush. I think you’re very good, and I do trust you.”

  “Good, trust is really important.”

He kept on painting, and she did her best not to move, and she believed she succeeded.

“I’m going to ask you a few questions, and I don’t want you to move. Do you think you can do that for me?” he asked.

  “Sure.”

“What do you think of the future?”

  “What do you mean?”

“You know, where do you see yourself in five years? Or better yet, what do you want to do in the next five years? What did you dream about when you were younger?”

“When I was younger I always imagined I’d have a family.”

“Do you still want a family?”

“Yeah, I do. Beth, she had it young, but she’s living the real dream, know what I mean?”

  “Yeah, I do.”

Elisha was curious about where his thoughts were going. Glancing toward the clock, she already saw that an hour had passed. Between them talking, the silences, and him working, the time had flown by.

“Do you mind me asking why you want to know?” she asked.

  “Because I’m curious about something.”

“What would that be?” She watched as he placed his paintbrush down, and walked toward her. He knelt in front of her, and once again she was blown away by his confidence.

“When I’m around you, you make me feel alive, like for the past ten years I’ve been living in a daze, not really living at all.”

Her heart started to pound. This was against the rules, wasn’t it?

“What are you trying to say?”

“Let’s not just live in one moment, babe. Trust me not to break your heart, and give this a shot.”

  “Do you mean like dating?”

“That’s exactly what I mean. I want to date you, and get to know you. I want us to have something more than just sex. Give us a chance,” Brant said.

“Okay.” Elisha smiled. “I’d kiss and hug you, but my artist has told me to stay in the same place.”

  “He’s an asshole.”

Elisha squealed as he pulled her into his arms, breaking the pose that he wanted to paint her in. She wrapped her arms around his neck, and felt happier after their conversation.

He claimed her lips, and any doubt that she might have had about what was going to become of them evaporated into thin hair. Brant sat down, and positioned her over his already rock hard cock.

Sinking down his length, she bit her lip, and moaned from the pleasure of being filled by him.

Brant was an amazing man, and she knew she was lucky to be with him. He made her feel whole, and he completed her in ways she really didn’t think were possible.

Making love in his art studio was just another dimension of their relationship, which had broken through many barriers, and she couldn’t wait to explore them.

  ****

The days passed, and turned into weeks. Brant split his time between being with Elisha, and being at his art studio. Most of the time Elisha was with him when he was at the studio painting. Elisha had become his inspiration. She’d pose naked so that he’d draw her. She was a beautiful, sexy, sensual woman, and he captured that in his work. Whenever she saw his finished work, she’d always go shy, and a little embarrassed. Brant wouldn’t sh
are those pieces, even though he considered them his best work. Elisha was all his, and the paintings were for him. He was constantly on guard for signs that Kasey would possibly go a little crazy on his woman, but nothing happened. Sean kept in touch all the time, teasing him about finally being caught by a woman.

Brant had no complaints. From the moment he first saw Elisha he’d been intrigued by her. Since getting to know her, he’d discovered that underneath all of her calm, cold exterior was a woman desperate to get out, and to come free.

She was out shopping Sunday morning as he was cleaning away the leaves decorating both of their yards when Kasey pulled up outside of their houses. He tensed up, reaching for his phone in case he needed it.

“What are you doing here?” he asked, already on the defensive.

Kasey was dressed in long jeans and a thick sweater, which he’d never seen her wear before. Even in the cold of winter she was always the one to expose her body. She held her hands up. “I’ve come in peace and forgiveness. I’m not here to cause any harm. I was hoping I could see your neighbor.”

“What do you want with Elisha? She’s my girl now, so you better back off.”

He expected her to lash out, but instead, Kasey tilted her head and smiled. “I’m not here to cause trouble. I’ve actually come to apologize.” She reached in her car, and pulled out a small bouquet of flowers.

  “What is this?”

“Look, Carl stopped by, and we talked, and we talked.” Kasey had a twinkle in her eye. “What we had, it was great, but it wasn’t what I was looking for. I thought maybe we had a shot, and my temper got the better of me. I’m not that person anymore, and calling Elisha a slut, it was below the belt. I came to apologize.”

“You’re dating Carl, the police officer?”

“Yes, and I’m happy. Really, really happy. Are you?”

  “Am I what?” Brant asked.

“Happy. You deserve to be happy.”

Thinking about his life with Elisha always put a smile on his face, and he nodded. “Yes, I’m happy, more than happy. I have to say you kind of scared me.”

  “Why?”

“I thought you were going to cause me some problems.”
