Saving Sadie

“Oh I’m definitely at full attention for you, babe.” He did move to the bench and eased down. While she worked on the bottom straps for the brace, he did the top ones. While she set it aside, Keagan pulled off his shirt and undid his pants. With a little side to side wiggling, he got his pants off and eased them down his legs toward his ankles.

She was settled between his legs and looked up at him. Her mouth watered and because she could, she put her mouth to his cock once again. She loved being able to touch him, being able to taste him, and loved the way that he would put his hands in her hair or the low, throaty moans he gave. She loved it.

“Jesus, Sadie,” he groaned out. “You’re damn well spoiling me, woman. Fuck that feels so good. The things you can do with your mouth, love it. And that tongue of yours, mother of God, how good it feels.”

“That’s a damn good thing,” she said with her hand on him, her mouth at the head of his cock and licking him. She began to once more work him in and out of her mouth. She began to lick and suck him with determination.

“Look at me,” he demanded. She lifted her gaze to meet his heavy lidded one. “I like seeing your eyes when you get me off. Fucking love the look you get. But you do realize that I fully intend to lick you into an orgasm as well, right? In fact, I think we can do that right now if I lie down on this handy bench.”

She began to moan, humming slightly. She wasn’t going to say anything, not when she could tell him without saying a word just how much she loved the way that it felt. She began to lick, suck, and move up and down. She wasn’t going to give him a chance to lie on his back, not when she was enjoying watching him watching her suck him off.

“Sadie.” Her name came out with a growl in his tone. “You’re playing dirty now, and I will get you back for that. Come on, sweetheart. Don’t you want me to suck your tight little clit? I bet it’s throbbing right now. And I know you’re wet, your sweet cream pulsating from your pussy and sliding over your thighs.”

She moaned, her eyes closing slightly. She pulled her mouth from his cock and shivered. “Are you sure that you are okay with lying on the bench and me climbing up and over you, babe?” She didn’t want to hurt him, never wanted to do anything that would cause him pain.

“All your weight will be over my torso,” he said. “Damn straight I’m more than fine with it. You brace on the bench, or my hips, and your sweet little pussy will be over my face where I can lick you up. I’ll even leave my leg down so it’s not taking any weight, or potential weight, from anything we do.”

“That sounds perfect.” She felt her clit all but swelling in need. She felt her pussy clenching as well. “God yes,” she whispered in need. “Okay. Do it. Lie back. I want you to make me come, and damn I need to make you come as well.” She seemed to have a seriously overactive sex drive right now but couldn’t help herself. Not when it came to Keagan and Bryce.

“I thought you might see it my way.” He shifted around, adjusting his leg, and then lay down. “Straddle the bench, and then wiggle up so that you’re in position.” He held out a hand so she could balance herself as she did as he’d asked.

She did as he instructed and laughed when he smacked her ass. “Oh, that’s so bad of you.” But, damn, so good that her pussy released a bit more of the cream he so desperately wanted. Once she was in place, she felt him starting on her pussy and moaned. She rode his face for a couple of seconds and then got back to teasing and sucking his beautiful cock.

She felt his growl when he licked over her clit. His hands were on her ass, keeping her down on his face with no chance of escaping him. Sucking her clit into his mouth, he rubbed a finger over her ass then smacked her a couple of times, Keagan’s tongue moving to meet the new rush of liquid from her pussy.

Sadie worked faster and harder on his cock. She let her hands move up and down his shaft while she hummed and sucked him. She was certain that she was going to come before him, and gasped, taking him deeper down her throat. She pulled off of his cock. “Jesus, Keagan, I’m going to come. You damn well better come with me.” She whimpered and put her mouth back on him once more.

The vibrations from his laugh made her clit pulsate more when he latched back onto it. He smacked her ass again, in quick fire order, each cheek a couple of times. As she moaned, he thrust a couple of fingers into her pussy and slid them in and out fast and hard.

Sadie ran her fingers over Keagan’s balls and hummed again. She worked his cock over and over again as he made her pussy quiver and ache in need for release. She tasted the slightest salty tang of him and sucked harder. She orgasmed and moaned loudly against his cock, needing him to come with her.

His one hand clenched on her ass as he kept pumping his fingers in and out of her spasming pussy. Then he came, his semen hitting the back of her throat as he bucked under her slightly, and let out a moan against her clit that sent her flying again.

Sadie gobbled up every single drop of his seed that he spilled and licked up and down his shaft as she pulled back from him. Releasing him, she moaned and laid her head against his leg. “Damn I could so get used to doing things like this with you. Often.” She was panting, her body covered in sweat and her pussy still clenching and releasing its honey.

He slid his fingers from her greedy pussy slowly. Sliding his tongue over her gently, he cleaned her up. “Be even better when I can bury my cock inside of you and fuck us both into this state of lethargy,” he said. Pressing a kiss to her inner thigh, he rubbed a hand slowly over her back.

“I’m all for you fucking me.” She couldn’t wait for him to be inside of her pussy as well. “I want that. I need it. So badly. I am missing being able to have you inside of me and having Bryce inside of me as well. I want that. So badly.”

“It’ll be a little bit longer yet, sweetheart. Trust me, I’m with you on that wanted list of things to do, but we can’t rush it. I’d rather heal right once, and be done with this contraption and all the irritation that goes with it.” He smacked her ass again and nipped at her thigh. “Up you get, babe. Let’s get into the pool.”

“Okay, sounds good. Do you want shorts or are you good naked like I am?” she asked as she looked up and down his body. “Goodness.” She reached out and touched the tattoos on his arm and frowned. “Is that?” She turned his arm so that she could see the inner arm and blushed. “That’s my name. You’ve carried my name on your body all this time?” she asked with tears dropping from her eyes.

“Of course I have,” he said. Sitting up, he took her hand in his, lifting it to press a kiss to the middle of her palm. “It was the first thing to go on my arm,” he told her. “Well, besides the obvious Marine Corp insignia. Everything goes around it, though. Tattooists don’t like putting names on people, and I’ve had a lot of them offer to cover it up. But I knew I couldn’t, and I never will. You’re with me, no matter where I am, and always will have a place of prominence in my life and on my arm.”

“And I will always be with you as well. I need a life with you and with Bryce both. I want forever with you both, and I’m not going to be happy unless we have that forever. We will all have our happily ever afters, right?”

“Of course we will,” he said. Frowning, he pulled her closer, over his good leg, and then down to sit on his thigh. “Sadie, we’re not going anywhere. Not now, and not ever. I intend to have a full and wonderful life with you. I love you, sweetheart. I wish you’d believe me when I say that, because I truly mean it.”

“I know you do.” She touched her fingers to his cheeks and nodded. “I believe you. I believe in us as well. I just hope that whoever it is that’s doing this to me will be caught soon so that we can have that time. The sooner we find that son of a bitch, the better, in my opinion.”

“We’ll catch him, or her. Have no doubt about that, Sadie. No way in hell am I leaving a threat out there in the world, especially a threat directed at you. You’ve had more than your fair share of bad shit in your life, no more. Only good things from here out, where Hark
er and I spoil you as you should be.”

“I look forward to it. Especially the spoiling part. You both always were so good with that part of it.” Even though they were re-learning each other, some things hadn’t changed at all. Her feelings for these men, theirs for her, and the way that they treated her. All of it was the same happy feelings and she enjoyed every moment of time with her men and always would.

“Because we knew what a treasure you were, even then,” he told her. A hand to her back pressed her in closer, and he kissed her gently. “Now, enough worrying, let’s get in the water. Anything to get off my feet for a while is pretty much top of my list right now.”

“Sounds good to me.” She walked over to the pool and turned on the water so that they would be able to do laps. “All right, mister man, walk up the little steps there and slide into the pool. I will join you. You can either hold onto the bar under the water and let the water flow over you, or you can do laps with me.”

“Considering I’m currently a bit on the lopsided things for leg muscle, I’ll hang on for today.” Using his crutches to get closer, to the pool he eyed the steps, tipped his head, and got a look on his face. Finally he moved to the side, away from the steps, and sat on the edge. “Steps are not my friends,” he explained. She must have been staring at him in confusion, she realized.

“Yes, that I can understand completely,” she said as she got into the pool with him. She moved to one of the lanes and allowed him to take the other lane. “I’m going to do laps. I might not be able to hear you, so if you need me, just touch me?” It wasn’t like she was going to go around the pool, but on her side she would increase the volume of water falling toward her so it felt like she was doing laps.

“Sounds like a plan,” he told her. Keagan moved over a bit and took hold of the bar there. Dipping his head under water, he came back up and wiped his hand down his face. “Do your thing, sweetheart.”

She gave him one last look, nodded, and began to swim her laps in the pool.

  Chapter Thirteen

  One week later…

Sadie was becoming more and more antsy. It had been nearly two weeks and she hadn’t been able to go to the cemetery. Granted, she did have the men she loved around her, but it was starting to grate on her nerves. A lot. She had asked repeatedly to be able to go and had been told no, multiple times. It was too open, it wasn’t secure, it was too much of her normal routine. Well she had had enough and wanted to go. She needed to visit her children, if only to tell them that their fathers were in her life once more. She knew how strange that was, logically she understood that the babies were long gone from life, but dammit, she still could talk to them.

“I’m going today,” she said without even saying hello to the men that were seated around her table eating. “Like it or not, I’m going today. Period. So whoever is coming with me, you need to finish up because I’m going to go to the cemetery today. End of discussion.”

“Sadie, it’s not a good idea,” Cutter told her.

Keagan was watching her and then looked toward Bryce. They had some sort of exchange between them before Bryce sighed. “We’ve put her off too long, we can’t keep doing this to her,” Bryce said finally. “We’re going to go. So eat up, grab the gear, and load up. Period,” he added when several of the men opened their mouths.

Markham gave her a quick look, nodded, and finished his coffee. “I’ll go find a perch,” he said quietly.

“Thank you.” Sadie looked to Markham and nodded. “I appreciate this, I really do. I just need to see them. I hope that you can all understand.” She looked at all of the men around the table and nodded. “Besides, it’s time for their daddies to come visit them as well.”

He gave a nod and left the kitchen on silent feet. Which was odd, yet not really. Most of the men moved the same way, Markham, though, took it to a whole new level. “This is a bad idea,” Connor said.

“I know,” Bryce agreed. “Trust me, I’m feeling the same thing, but she needs to go. So we will go, and we will watch over her. Keagan will stay in the truck, behind the wheel in case we need to make a sudden departure. At least he can drive, which is a plus on this one.”

“Agreed,” Cutter said. With a growl he finished his coffee and pushed to his feet. He didn’t look particularly happy, but he didn’t offer any further protests either.

She should feel bad that she was asking them to take her out of the house, but she didn’t. She had been feeling more than a little anxious, more than a little sad because of not being able to check on the babies’ graves and ensure that they were still okay. She knew how silly that was, but it was her way of dealing.

The other men finished their meals and coffees and left the kitchen to do whatever was required to prepare for their outing. Which left her and Keagan. He pushed to his feet, tucking his crutches under his arms, and made his way around the table. “Be glad Bryce caved finally,” he said quietly. “I’ve been working on him for nearly a week to get him to agree to this. He wants to go, but he knows as well as the rest of us do this is a huge risk. Whatever happens, do exactly what any of them tell you to do, when they tell you.”

“Thank you for doing that.” She felt nervous, but anxious as well. She didn’t like the feeling at all. “I just need to know that the headstone and graves are okay. I need to touch it, to put new flowers on their graves and ensure that they know their mom is still loving them.” She was feeling so anxious and didn’t know why. She didn’t like this feeling at all.

“I know, love. Which is why I fought for this,” he said. Putting a hand on her cheek, he stroked his thumb slowly over her skin. “We’ll make a pitstop for flowers, but not your usual place or places. It will have to be somewhere completely random on the off chance someone is watching your normal stop. So do me a favor, while they are gearing up, look up a place on the way, but nowhere you’ve ever gone to.”

“How about I just get flowers from the garden? Or have one of the guys get them? There are a bunch out there that they could cut off for us.” She leaned into his touch and sighed. “We don’t have to stop, not when there is a whole backyard full of the kinds of flowers I leave for them.”

“Even better,” he said. Lowering his head, he kissed her. “I love you, Sadie. But know this will be your only time to see them until this is all over. I’m sorry, but I doubt I’ll talk them into a second trip. And yes, we are digging as hard and fast as we can. We will find this person, I swear it.”

She nodded. “Thank you. I understand, but something is eating at me to get to their graves. It’s more than just the time away from them, it’s something else and it’s bothering me. A lot. It’s like a cloud of bad feelings that are hanging overhead. I know you guys are working as fast as you can, I really do, but god, sometimes I wish that this would just all come to a head and be over.”

“I understand,” he said. Smiling, he dropped another kiss to her lips. “Go and see if Bryce will gather your posies for you. I need to get a vest on, and something I can shoot potential bad guys with.”

“Sounds good.” She moved away from him after giving him another hug and went to hunt down Bryce. Seeing him putting on a bulletproof vest and strapping weapons onto his body drove home just how dangerous that this was. “I’m sorry I’m being so difficult, I just really need to go. Please tell me you understand?”

He gave a nod and moved closer to her. “I get it, Sadie. I do, believe me I do. It worries me that this person could get to you, especially in something as open as a cemetery. Stick close to us, and we’ll get through this.” Catching her hands, he lifted them to press kisses to her fingers. “Now, was there something you needed?”

“Yes, please. Will you go and pick some posies for the gravesite? I would like to place some on the graves, and this way we won’t have to stop and buy them.” So that it would be one less stop that might cause them issues along the way.

“You’d better tell me which ones you want. Mainly because I only know three kinds of flowers,
and somehow I doubt you have any of the three out there. Come on, you can point them out to me from the kitchen,” he said.

“Sounds good.” She waited on him to finish and then walked with him to the kitchen. From the window she said, “The vibrant pinks and purples out there. There is a massive grouping of them by the wall.” She pointed them out. “If you will pick those, please?”

“Can do,” he said. “Uh, should I just pull them out, or do you have a pair of scissors I can use?”

A sigh sounded behind them. “Here, use this,” Cutter muttered. He was holding a blade out, his arm between them with the blade in his palm. “Be quick about it, too, we want to be there and back with plenty of light left.”

“Agreed.” Sadie looked to Bryce and nodded. “Just get a handful of each color? Not a huge amount, just a handful, okay?” She never covered the graves in lots of flowers, just enough to prove that the babies were still loved.

“Got it,” he told her. He took the blade from Cutter and headed out the door.

“You ready to go?” Cutter asked. “You have your jacket, purse, and whatever else it is women tend to take on short trips out of the house?”

“I have my jacket and credit card, and that’s all that I need since you guys will be driving. I have my credit card in case we stop for anything that I might need, or that you guys might need.”

He gave a grunt, and then walked off.

Bryce came back inside a couple of minutes later. He held the flowers out to her. “Hope this will suffice,” he said. Moving to the sink, he rinsed the blade, dried it off, and then looked to her. “Come on, let’s go, shall we?” he asked, holding out a hand.

She tied the flowers with the hair tie she had in her hair. She looked to him and nodded. “Okay, I’m as ready as I’m going to get as well.” She took a deep breath and moved in closer to Bryce. “Are you okay?”

“For the moment, don’t count on me staying so stoic by the time we get there. Another reason we’re taking everyone with us, I’ll probably be next to useless,” he said. Squeezing her fingers, he tugged her out of the kitchen and to the front door where only Cutter waited.
