Shadow Sands

As always, thank you for choosing to read one of my books. If you enjoyed Shadow Sands, I would be very grateful if you could tell your friends and family. I’ve written this at the end of every book, but a word-of-mouth recommendation remains the most powerful way for new readers to discover one of my books. Your endorsement makes a huge difference! You could also write a product review. It needn’t be long, just a few words, but this also helps new readers find one of my books for the first time.
As I’ve written previously, the UK seaside town of Ashdean, its university, and its inhabitants are fictitious, as is Thurlow Bay, where Kate Marshall lives on the cliff top. If you would like to look up the location on a UK map, I imagine Ashdean occupying a place on the south coast of England, next to a beautiful town called Budleigh Salterton.
I will also add that the Shadow Sands estate, reservoir, and power plant are also fictitious, as is Great Barwell Psychiatric Hospital, where we got to visit Peter Conway for the second time.
The other locations used in the book are real, but as with all fiction, I’ll hope you forgive me for using a little dramatic license.

Kate and Tristan will return shortly for another gripping murder investigation! Until then . . .

The biggest thank-you goes out to all the book bloggers and readers. When I started out, it was you who were there reading and championing my books. Word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising, and I will never forget that my readers and the many wonderful book bloggers are the most important people. I hope you enjoyed reading Shadow Sands. There are lots more books to come, and I hope you stay with me for the ride!
