Meanwhile, Synx is getting Gronder ready for combat. Synx is getting armor made for Gronder, including a heavy-duty shield. Cora’s mother is creating a very large sword for him as well. Before he is revealed to the world, they are going to see how well he does with this new equipment. They are not disappointed by the results. Gronder destroys all of the targets he was given with ease. Synx announces to his family, “I give you the world’s greatest and strongest creature to ever walk this planet. The world will come to an end very shortly. Now, we are ready to take over the world and reveal my greatest accomplishment and creation. All of you, get ready for combat.” Synx and his family get ready for battle. They are now ready to reveal Gronder to the outside world. He will be joining Synx’s side throughout the whole entire battle.
Raider and Sarah arrive at the combat training area. The combat training area is loaded with other people getting ready for combat. Lucas will be watching Sarah and Raider battling each other. Lucas smiles when watching Raider and Sarah battling each other, because it brings back good memories. He is happy to see how strong they have become. He can tell these two have been working alongside each other, because they are both evenly matched and have similar combat styles. They are training in both grappling and kendo. Raider is better at grappling than Sarah, but she is better at kendo than him. However, they are both very skilled in these combat styles and are not much better than the other at them.
Lucas walks over to Sarah and Raider with a kendo stick in his hand. He says to them, “I want you two to fight me and a partner in kendo. I want to see how well you two do as a team. It has been a while since I seeing you two.” Raider and Sarah both except his challenge. Lucas has picked his top student to be his partner in this matchup. His partner’s name is Leah. Leah is the General’s youngest daughter. The General has three daughters. All of his daughters are highly ranked in the military. They all have earned their high ranks fairly. Leah is only 13 years old and is almost ready to go on her first mission. Lucas hopes Leah will be joining Sarah and Raider on a mission in the future. This is why Lucas picked her as a partner, because he wants to see how all three of them look in combat.
Lucas and Sarah fight each other mostly during this battle. Raider and Leah fight each other mostly during this battle. Lucas is very impressed with Leah, because she can fight off Sarah and Raider without any problems. Lucas is not focusing on the battle like everyone else. He is more focused about how good Leah is doing against her two opponents. So far, Leah seems to fit perfectly with Sarah and Raider’s combat styles. After they are done battling in kendo, they are going to move into grappling. This time, Leah will be battling Sarah and Raider one at a time. Leah will be facing Sarah first.
Leah is a very skilled grappler and should not be underestimated just because she is 13 years old. She mostly learned how to grapple by practicing it with her older sisters. She started grappling at the age of seven years old. Leah was born and raised in a family that is known throughout the world for their hardcore combat styles. She was able to beat her oldest sister at the age of nine years old in grappling. Sarah and Raider should be very worried.
They all put away the kendo sticks and get ready to grapple. Lucas stands by Leah’s corner to keep a close eye on her. Raider stands by Sarah’s corner as support. Raider is curious to know how well and how skilled Leah is in grappling. Judging from how well she did in kendo, they are all expecting a good fight.
Leah is able to take down and defeat Sarah in under a minute of them grappling. They are all in disbelief, including Leah. They were not expecting the first fight to end in under a minute. Leah helps Sarah off the ground and they get ready for another battle. Leah took down Sarah with a deadly power bomb. Raider would go next, but they want to see Sarah actually fight in a battle. Lucas wants to see how all three of them do in both grappling and kendo. So far, everything is going well. Lucas likes what he is seeing by Leah, Sarah and Raider. He has made his decision if they will or will not all be part of the same team. He will tell all of them after they are done battling each other.
Meanwhile, Synx and his army are getting ready to head over to the World Army’s main military base. But before they head out, Synx will be introducing Gronder to his military. Synx says to his leaders and other members of the army, “Nobody is allowed to know about my new weapon. If I find out anybody without my permission knows about this, they will be executed alongside the person who snitched. Do I make myself clear?” Everyone is in agreement. Synx says, “Now, let me introduce to you my prized possession.” Synx orders Gronder, “Gronder, get over here and meet your servants. They will protect you at all times.” Gronder marches over to Synx’s left side. His army is very impressed by Gronder’s appearance, especially his size. He is a very large and powerful demon. Now, they are all heading out for the World Army’s main military base. All of Synx’s wives will be joining them in combat, because this is a very dangerous territory to be entering. They need all of the help they can to break into the military base and need very strong people in a battle like this.
Leah and Sarah’s second battle is going a lot better than the first one. Sarah and Leah are going back and forth with their takedowns. This time, Sarah is not putting down her guard one bit. She openly admits to underestimating Leah’s power and as a grappler. Luckily for Sarah, she is able to defeat Leah with an arm bar. Leah taps out after being caught in the arm bar for a whole minute. Leah will be grappling Raider after they are done taking a break.
Raider and Sarah both walk up to Leah. They are very impressed by the skill level of this 13-year-old girl. They never seen anybody so strong and at a very young age as well. Raider says to Leah, “You are a highly skilled individual and you are so young.” Sarah says to Leah, “I wish I was that skilled at such a young age. I didn’t even know how to throw a punch when I was your age. This whole new life has changed me drastically. You are going to be a very high ranked individual, much like your father and sisters.” Leah smiles and replies, “Thank you, you two are the strongest opponents I have ever faced, besides my sisters. It would be an honor to fight by your side during battle.” Lucas smiles, because he is both impressed by all of their actions and they are all getting along beautifully. He cannot wait to tell all of them they will be working together on the battlefield.
Moments later, Leah and Raider get ready to battle it out in grappling. Lucas is still at Leah’s corner. Sarah is now at Raider’s corner. Raider has seen Leah in action, so he knows what to expect from her. He is making sure he does not underestimate her and keep a close eye on her every move. Leah and Raider’s battle begins. Their battle lasts longer than Leah battling Sarah. Raider and Leah are going back and forth with their takedowns, but Raider seems to have the advantage in this battle. Raider is wearing down Leah a lot faster than she is wearing him down. This battle seems as if Raider is going to be the victor, but he is not. Leah defeats Raider by locking him into a guillotine with her legs wrapped around his core. Raider taps out after being trapped for two minutes. This was a major upset, because they were sure Raider was going to be the victor.
Now that the battle is finally over, Lucas is going to tell all of them the wonderful news. Lucas explains to everyone, “All three of you will be training alongside each other and fight with each other in combat, after Leah has finished her combat training of course. However, Leah will be joining the military in just a couple of weeks.” Leah asks Lucas, “Wait a minute, I am not expected to graduate until I am 18 years old. Are you telling me I am able to graduate early?” Lucas smiles and replies, “That is exactly what I am saying. Congratulations on being the youngest person to ever join the military and fight in combat. Of course, I have to get your father’s permission first. I’m sure he would be very proud to hear this and will accept this offer. In fact, we are done for today. I’m going to put in a request for you to graduate early to your father right now.” Lucas leaves the combat training area to go see the General.
Leah is excited, but also ne
rvous about joining the military at such a young age. She is hoping her father will accept this request and will be able to fight alongside Sarah and Raider. Sarah and Raider both congratulate Leah about the possibility of her graduating early. Fortunately, her father accepts this request and Leah will be fighting alongside Raider and Sarah. She will be mostly part of Raider’s squadrons when they go on missions, because she is not at all a sniper. Leah will be using a suppressed M-16 assault rifle as her gun. Leah decides to wield a battle axe as her melee weapon. She cannot wait to head out on her first mission. What she does not realize is it is going to happen much quicker than she realizes. Nobody is aware Synx’s army is on its way and will be arriving in two days.
Sarah and Raider head back home after a long day of combat training. They are both excited and happy for Leah. They can’t wait to team up with her on the battlefield. When they do arrive home, they are hoping the twins are making dinner and they can eat right away. They are both very hungry after fighting and training Leah the whole day. Fortunately, the twins have made dinner for everyone in the household. They made everyone chicken alfredo for dinner. Raider and Sarah cannot wait to have a delicious meal at home.
Raider and Sarah arrive home. Everyone is eating dinner, except for Chelsea. Chelsea is cleaning up the kitchen before eating. She prepares a plate for Sarah and Raider. Raider and Sarah grab their plates and sit down at the table to eat with the rest of the household. Raider sits down next to Scarlet. They will be going on their first date tomorrow night. Of course, they are keeping it a secret from the rest of the household. Chelsea is the only one that knows about what is going on between Raider and Scarlet.
After they are all done eating dinner, they all plan on watching a movie in the living room. Raider does not sit next to Scarlet during the movie, because they do not want anyone to have an idea or get any ideas of what is happening between them. Instead, Raider will be sitting next to Sarah during the movie. They are going to be watching “The Revenant” and will be going to bed afterwards, if they are able to get some sleep afterwards.
Meanwhile, Synx’s army is almost through the desert. Gronder is proving himself worthy to be part of his army. Along the way, they ran into wolf like creatures called radiaks. Radiaks are wolves that have been infected by a radioactive chemical that was introduced into the species long time ago. They are extremely dangerous to humans and demons, but they never stood a chance against Synx’s army. They especially never stood a chance against Gronder. He eliminated more of these creatures than anyone in this army. He was able to eliminates 15 radiaks on his own. Everyone else was lucky enough to even kill two of them, but he managed to kill 15 of them with ease. He could have killed more of them, but they retreated after realizing they never stood a chance against this army. They especially never stood a chance against Gronder. Synx smiles from the amount of blood, flesh and intestines on Gronder’s shield, armor and weapon. Synx says to Gronder, “Excellent work, now only if you can do that on the battlefield. Do not underestimate our opponents, especially my rogue son.” Synx and his army continue through this desert and into the swamp and forest. They will be arriving sooner than expected.
Sarah and the rest of her household are done watching “The Revenant”, now they are all heading into their bedrooms to go to bed. Fortunately, they are all able to go to sleep without any problems. However, Scarlet is having somewhat of a hard time following asleep. She is nervous about going on her first date with Raider. She never thought she would go on a date with somebody that was not human or not even from this planet. However, she doesn’t worry too much, because they are both very good friends anyway. Even if this date did not work out well, they would still be very close friends. This will not ruin their relationship at all. After she is done getting over these nerves, she eventually falls asleep.
A day later, Synx army is just moments away from arriving at the World Army’s main military base. Someone from a lookout tower spots Synx’s army out in the distance with a sniper scope. This person is part of Sarah’s team of snipers inside of the military base. They do not leave outside of the military base with Sarah when she goes on missions. The sniper sounds off the alarms to alert everyone about them being under attack. The snipers move from the lookout tower and head over to the sniper towers. Sarah will be joining them very shortly. Raider and Leah will be on the ground floor alongside the General. Leah will be standing next to her father on his left side. Raider will be on the frontlines and will be the first one to attack his father’s army.
Meanwhile, Synx’s army is in sight of the World Army’s main military base. Synx orders his army to pause for a moment. His army comes to a halt. Synx orders Gronder, “Gronder, tell me exactly what you see beyond those walls.” Gronder is very different from any kind of demon walking on this planet. He has the ability to look through walls and use infrared vision at the same time. Gronder analyzes the military base. Gronder replies, “There is a large group of people on the ground floor with many snipers in the towers.” Synx asks, “Where is my son?” Gronder replies, “Raider is on the ground floor by the main entrance way. He is the first one in line for an attack.” Synx replies, “Excellent work.” Synx announces to his army, “Today is the day we end humanity forever and kill my son in the process. Nobody is allowed to kill my son other than myself or Gronder. Do I make myself clear?” Synx’s army replies, “Yes, sir!” Synx replies, “Now let’s kill and destroy humanity forever!” Synx’s army continues to march towards the military base.
Meanwhile, Sarah arrives inside of the sniper tower with her fellow snipers. Sarah asks the person that sounded off the alarm, “How big is the army we are looking at?” Sarah pulls out her sniper rifle and aims at Synx’s army. The person that sounded the alarm was Jessica. Jessica replies, “The army is pretty big, but it doesn’t appear to be as big as the last time they were here. However, there is a very large member of Synx’s army. We have never seen it before. Have you seen it before?” Sarah replies, “No, but Raider did mention a hidden door inside of the castle when they invaded it. Maybe this is what was hidden behind the door? I’m going to alert the General about this.” Sarah alerts the General about the mysterious large creature that is part of Synx’s army. The General orders all of the snipers, “Open fire on the creature once you get a clear shot of it. Let me know what happens and how it is going. This thing needs to be eliminated immediately if it is as big as you say it is.” Sarah alerts all snipers about Gronder and how they all need to take it out.
The General walks over to Raider to alert him about this creature and to see if he has any more information on it. The General asks Raider, “There is a very heavily armed creature inside of your father’s army. Do you know anything about it that will help us out in this battle?” Raider replies, “I don’t know anything about it, but let me take a look at it.” The General allows Raider to look over the walls to look at the creature. Raider looks at the creature. His eyes light up from the size of the creature and how heavily armed it is. Raider has never seen anything so huge or heavily armored before in his life. Also, Gronder is the only member of his father’s military that is drenched in blood from head to toe. After he is done taking a look at his father’s new weapon, he heads back down to the floor to report back to the general.
Nobody knows anything about Synx’s new military member and weapon. Not even his own son knows about this thing. Gronder is a creature that should not be taken likely or underestimated. He is going to play a very big part in this war and attempt to destroy the whole entire military base. With Gronder by Synx’s side, humanity has a good chance of going extinct and demons taking over this planet. If Synx and his army does win this war, he will enslave a large group of the humans and kill the others. What will happen to the slaves? They better hope and pray to God that this does not happen at all, because it is going to be a bloodbath and a nationwide disaster.
Synx’s spy has the same job as the last time the military base was under attack. The spy must find
a way to allow Synx’s army into the World Army’s military base, but he is going to do it a different way than the last time. This time, he plans on blowing up a huge chunk of the wall with a bomb planted on a trash bin full of gasoline. He filled up a trash bin of gasoline, because nobody will expect an explosion to come out of a trash bin. The spy will receive orders from Synx when they are close to the walls and he should blow it up. The spy will make sure this area is clear until it is time for the bomb to go off.
Chapter 11
Nonhuman VS. Humanity
Synx and his army are approaching the walls of the World Army’s main military base. They know they are about to take heavy fire from the World Army’s snipers, especially Sarah. His army is getting very close to the military base. Once Sarah and her snipers have a clear shot at Gronder, they all open fire on it. Gronder hears all of the gunshots and sees all of the bullets heading towards him. He pulls his heavy-duty shield in front of him and endures as many shots as possible. Most of the shots strike the shield, but some manage to hit him. The bullets that do strike him do a lot of damage, but not enough to take him down. Some of the shots have struck his shoulders and head, but most of them hit him in the ribs. Sarah and her snipers can’t believe they were not successful at taking down this new powerful enemy. Sarah orders all of her snipers, “Hold your fire, it doesn’t seem like we’re doing much damage at all. I am going to alert the General to see what we should do next.” All of her snipers obey this order, but do not lose their aim at this new enemy. Sarah contacts the General to see what they should do next. The General orders Sarah, “Tell your brave men and women to hold their fire. Let the enemy get closer, so your bullets can do more damage and the people on the walls can fire at the enemy as well.” Sarah agrees with these orders and tells all of the snipers about their next plan of action. They will not fire one bullet until the enemy gets close enough to the walls. Once the people on top of the walls start shooting at Synx’s army, all of the snipers will shoot at Gronder.
