“So do I. I love you, too, Evan. Really, I do. I think I have since I first saw you.”
He gave her an appreciative smile. “Just promise me one thing.”
“Anything.”
“The next time you plan on making drastic changes to my personal life, do you mind letting me in on what you’re doing?”
She smiled and reached up to hug his neck. “I promise.”
