Whoa.
Lots of things have happened this spring. I passed the one year mark of writing survival fiction, published my eighth novel, launched audiobooks for the first time, and hit massive author burn-out. Turns out raising three littles and keeping a up an eight-book-a-year pace is a bit more challenging than I expected!
So my sincere apologies on the delay between Brace for Impact and Escape the Panic. I’ve realized if I want to keep up writing for the long-term, I have to slow it down. This book was one of the hardest I’ve written since it takes place where I call home. I took lots of “research” trips all over not just Atlanta, but North Georgia parsing out how I wanted to tell this story.
With that in mind, please note that names and details of real places have been changed! Although I try to be as realistic as possible, I do take liberties with regard to names, places, and events for the sake of the story (and to not ruffle real life feathers!). I hope you don’t object and can still go along for the ride.
