By the time we got home, I was feeling horrible. Nothing about today had been good. Going to the beach had been a terrible idea. Going swimming – even worse.

“What’s for dinner?” Kirk asked, plopping on the couch and kicking up his feet on the coffee table – the table I had just cleaned. I twitched slightly, feeling like I would snap at any moment, but of course, I couldn’t bring myself to say anything. I just went into the kitchen and pulled some leftover pizza onto a paper plate and tossed it into the microwave.

I grabbed an apple off the table and started to munch on it. I probably should have eaten a proper dinner… but I wasn’t very hungry.

Ding! The microwave came to a stop. I pulled out the pizza and brought it to Kirk, dropping it on the coffee table. “I don’t feel too well… I’m going to go to bed.” He shrugged, turning on a movie. “Do you mind lowering that?” Of course, he didn’t.

I sighed and shuffled into the bedroom, feeling like my body weighed a ton. I collapsed onto the mattress and curled up into a tight little ball. Even the blankets felt cold. I couldn’t understand how my life had gotten to this point. What had I done to deserve a boyfriend who treated me like dirt?

I struggled to fall asleep with the sound of Kirk’s movie blaring in the background. How I wished I had the courage to go out there, snatch the remote out of his hand, and just turn off the TV. If I was any other girl, I would have broken up with him ages ago and yet, here I was, feeling sorry for myself. If only the ocean had taken me that afternoon…

Eventually, I fell into a fitful slumber, tears soaking my pillow.

I was in the middle of the beach, all by myself. It was strange seeing the expanse of sand without the usual scattering of people. It felt so peaceful. I walked along the shore, allowing the water to lap at my toes. I smiled at the bright blue sea, finding it friendly for once in my life.

As I walked, something seemed to materialize in the distance. I hesitated, but for some reason, I was drawn towards the white object. As I got closer, I realized it was a person lying down on a beach towel. I slowed my step, wondering who it could be.

As I got closer, I realized it was a woman. She suddenly looked at me, pulling the sunglasses off her face. She propped herself on her elbow and it was only then that I noticed she was completely naked. I blushed, pulling back. I squinted against the bright sun, shielding my eyes. As my vision focused, I realized it was the woman who had saved me. Only… she wasn’t wearing her lifeguard uniform anymore…

My eyes traveled along her body, taking in every inch of her. I couldn’t believe how breathtakingly gorgeous she was. Her milky white skin seemed to sparkle in the sunlight. She smiled at me, her lips looking so kissable. What? No. What was I thinking? She was a girl. I was a girl. And I was straight. I wasn’t supposed to be thinking about kissing her lips.

Yet, as this woman got up and started to approach me, I couldn’t help the shudder that ran through my spine. She was only a few feet away from me, her body on full display. I had the sudden urge to reach out and grab her breasts, to feel how soft and silky they were under my fingertips.

  What had gotten into me?

She stepped closer, holding out her hand. I looked at it for a moment before placing my hand on hers. She smiled, her face glowing like a midnight star. I gravitated toward her like a moth to a flame and as I did, I felt the water under my feet climb up my body, higher and higher, until it teased at the underside of my breasts.

I looked down and was surprised to find that I was naked as well. When had that happened? The lifeguard smiled at me before she wrapped her arms around me, hoisting me up. She draped my legs around her waist, holding me as if I weighed nothing. I was sure it was just the buoyancy of the water, but still, it felt good to be in someone’s arms like this. I blushed and looked into her eyes, only to find that our lips were mere inches apart.

I held my breath, wondering what would happen next. Her smile deepened before she closed the distance between us and kissed me. It was slow and steady at first. Our lips found a natural rhythm, fitting together perfectly. I was a little skeptical at first, but soon, I found my confidence, my tongue slowly slipping into her mouth, tangling with hers. My fingers wrapped around her blonde hair, pulling her closer, as if I was addicted to her touch.

While I was lost in her lips, her fingers slowly crawled down my body, finding my already wet pussy. I moaned, breaking the kiss. I froze in place, wondering what was going on. She gave me an innocent expression before taking one of my nipples into her mouth, swirling her tongue all around it, immediately turning it into a hard nub. I moaned even louder, my eyes rolling into the back of my head with pleasure. “God…” I whispered. “That feels amazing.”

“That’s it baby, relax.” She cooed, her fingers grazing against my pussy until she finally pushed one of them inside. I moaned even louder, grinding my hips against her finger. I wanted more of her. Much more.

She seemed to read my mind because she quickly added a second finger into the mix. She started to pump them in and out of my wet folds as her tongue continued to work its magic on my nipples. When her teeth sunk down on my sensitive flesh, I thought I would lose any and all control. She took her chance to push in a third finger, bringing me toward the edge.

I pulled on her hair. “This…” I wanted to find the words, but my chest felt like it would explode. With all the water around us, I had never felt an experience like this before. I didn’t even mind that I was having this moment with a woman… in fact, the more I thought about it, the more I realized I wouldn’t have it any other way.

  “You like that, don’t you?”

  “So much…”

“Are you going to cum for me?” Her voice was beyond seductive as she whispered in my ear, nibbling on my lobe. She moved her fingers around inside of me, hooking them to and fro, sending me to a place of bliss.

Pushing a fourth finger against my entrance, she teased me even further. I didn’t know how I would be able to fit so many inside of me. Her thumb grazed my now engorged clit, flicking it back and forth until I thought I wouldn’t be able to handle it for much longer.

“I…” She started to finger-fuck me harder and harder, picking up the pace until her fingers nearly pulled out of me before ramming back in again. The feeling that coursed through my body was indescribable. It was like she knew exactly how to touch me… in all the right places.

Her thumb rubbed circles into my clit. I screamed out, the water washing over me as I orgasmed hard, all over her hand.

When I opened my eyes… she was gone.

  Chapter 3

The next day, I waited for Kirk to leave for work before I rolled out of bed. Technically, I worked from home as a fashion blogger who also bought and sold designer clothes online, but today, I didn’t plan on working. I was going to go to the beach. I never thought I would want to do such a thing, but I had to find the woman who saved me – I had to at least thank her.

I put on a modest summer dress and a large beach hat, which covered up most of my face. That way, I wouldn’t have to constantly worry about sunscreen. I started to walk down the street, feeling a little strange. A few joggers passed me by, wearing tight athletic attire and looking like the type of girls Kirk would stare at as they ran by, their asses bouncing with every step. I tried not to stare, but I could feel envy forming in my heart. Why couldn’t I be like those girls?

I sighed and tried to keep my head up, but it was difficult. Last night, Kirk had been exceptionally bad. He just kept berating me for going into the water and nearly drowning. At one point, he asked me why I didn’t just stay in the water since it would have saved him a lot of trouble.

These thoughts haunted me all the way to the beach. Unlike yesterday, it was pretty empty. There were a few older couples enjoying their retirement as well as a few teenagers who had decided to play hooky. I glanced up at the lifeguard chair, seeing someone there, but I couldn’t quite tell if it was the woman from yesterda
y. My heart started to beat just a little bit faster at the thought of her. My lips started to tingle as if she was giving me mouth to mouth all over again. I blushed. Why was I feeling this way about another woman?

I tried to ignore the feelings welling up inside of me as I approached the chair. “Um… excuse me…” I knew my voice wasn’t very loud, but the lifeguard seemed to hear me. She bent over and looked down at me, her face lighting up as she saw me. I felt lightheaded just seeing her smile. I couldn’t believe she was happy to see me.

She jumped down. “Hey, you’re that girl from yesterday.”

I nodded. “I just wanted to thank you for saving me…”

“Of course, it’s my job.” She smiled, resting a hand on my shoulder. I nearly gasped at her touch. It was like nothing I had ever felt before. My cheeks burned and my heart started to rampage. It was like this woman was made of pure energy. “But… I mean, are you alright? Yesterday, when that man towed you away, I wanted to say something, but I didn’t think it was any of my business.”

“Oh…” My face dropped at the mention of Kirk.

“He’s your boyfriend, isn’t he?” I nodded, refusing to look at her. “And he’s not very nice to you, is he?” I shook my head this time. She sighed. “Why do you put up with that? If a guy is going to treat you like that, then he doesn’t deserve you. Especially someone as beautiful as you.” She tilted my chin so I had to look her in the eye. My heart was deafening everything around me, making it hard to hear. “If you were my girlfriend, I would treat you like a princess.”

My eyes widened at her remark. Was she being serious? I just stared at her, unsure of what to do. Before either one of us could say anything a tall, lanky man joined us. “Hey, Madison.”

“Hey Henry, you here to take over my shift?”

“Yep.” He climbed onto the chair and sat there, watching the shore.

“Well, looks like I’m off duty. Do you want to grab lunch with me?”

“Uh…” I hesitated, biting the inside of my lip.

  “I promise, I won’t yell at you.”

Still, I hesitated. I wondered what Kirk would say if he saw me sitting with this woman at the food court. Deep down, I wanted to say yes just to piss him off. “Sure.” I smiled for the first time in ages.

“Great. The food court here makes great hot dogs.”

“Ooh, do they?” I followed her.

“Yeah. Way better than some of the other places in town. Haven’t you ever tried them?”

“I’ve never been to this food court before…”

“You don’t know what you’re missing.” Madison grabbed my hand and pulled me toward the food court. After a short walk, we arrived at the outdoor snack bar. It wasn’t very big but there were a few restaurants and tables set up. “Wait here, I’ll go get us some.”

I felt awkward just sitting there. I was the only one there, save for the seagulls who kept looking at me. I scooched away from them. I didn’t like birds.

It wasn’t long before Madison came back with four hot dogs and two sodas. “I got you a cola, I hope you don’t mind.”

  “It’s okay. I usually drink water –”

“Do you want me to get you one?”

“No. Cola is fine.” I smiled, taking a sip just to prove it to her.

“Well, go on then, have a bite.” I didn’t want to disappoint her, so I grabbed a hotdog and tasted it. My eyes actually widened in surprise.

“Wow! This is so good!” My smile deepened. “It’s so juicy.”

“Isn’t it?” She laughed. “I’m not usually a hot dog fan, if you catch my drift, but I make an exception for these.”

I felt my cheeks burning up at her comment. Paired with what she had said earlier, I was starting to get the sense that this woman was a lesbian… But if that was the case, did that mean she was hitting on me?

“You don’t say much, do you?” She asked, taking a sip of her soda.

  “I…”

“Hey, it’s alright. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing. I actually think shy girls are pretty cute.” She winked at me, a smirk playing on her lips. “By the way, you never told me your name.”

“Oh… it’s um… Chloe.” My blush was getting even darker. Now, it was obvious that she was flirting with me.

“Cute.” She winked again. “Name’s Madison.” She paused to pick up her second hotdog. “So, did you really come all the way out here just to thank me.”

“Of course, you saved my life yesterday.”

  She shrugged. “It’s my job.”

“Still, if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t be here right now.” I looked away, feeling the weight of her gaze.

“Well, I couldn’t let someone as beautiful as you drown, now could I?”

“What?” I blurted out before I could stop myself.

“You heard me.” She grinned and got up, throwing away her trash. “Did you walk or drive here?”

“I walked.” I was still a little stunned by her compliment. How could someone as gorgeous as her think that I was beautiful… I couldn’t help but stare at her body. While she was curvy just like me, she managed to present herself in such a way that it made her seem like she owned the whole world. The way her hips swayed as she walked or how her bathing suit clung to her body…

“Like what you see?” She asked, catching me in the act of staring.

  “No… I mean… yes… but I wasn’t…”

She just laughed at my stammering. “Don’t worry about it, I’m just teasing you. Now, c’mon. I’ll give you a ride home.” I didn’t want to say no so I followed her out to the parking lot. It was pretty empty. “I parked in the back.” She told me. Walking right behind her, I noticed my eyes gravitating toward her shapely ass. Inside my chest, my heart started to beat harder and harder. Why was I feeling this way?

I tried to look away, but it was impossible. It was like her body had put me in a state of trance. I envied her in a way. She was so confident, even though she wasn’t exactly model thin.

As we reached her car, she turned around and grabbed me, suddenly pushing me against it and kissing my lips. My eyes grew wide at the suddenness of the kiss. It took me a moment to figure out what was going on.

Her lips gently pressed into mine and I could taste her chap stick. Vanilla. I smiled, melting into the kiss. As the kiss prolonged, I wrapped my arms around her neck. All of this happened rather naturally. It was as if I was always meant to kiss this woman.

My body melted into hers and I found myself kissing back, my tongue sneaking forth to meet hers. She pulled me closer, her fingers tugging at my long brown hair. I tilted my head back in response, our lips breaking apart. With my neck exposed, she leaned down, kissing my flesh. Her lips danced across my skin, sending a shiver running through my spine.

She found my collarbone, planting kisses along it. Her hands were on my hips, keeping me in place as her lips continued to explore my skin. “Madison…” I whispered. I couldn’t understand what had suddenly gotten into her. Why was she kissing me like that? Why was I enjoying it? Why did it feel like I was getting wet? No… it had to be a figment of my imagination. Why would something like this turn me on when I was straight?

I felt a shiver run down my entire spine. I felt cold and hot at the same time. Between my legs, I was burning up. I tried to keep my legs closed, but as her hands found my thighs I spread them apart from her. I just couldn’t help myself, remembering my vivid dream. The feeling of her fingers deep inside of me. I was starting to wonder if real life could compare to my fantasy. What it would feel like to have her fingers exploring my velvet folds, pumping in and out until the juices ran down my legs.

Just thinking about it left goosebumps covering the rest of my body. Deep down, I knew I wanted this woman. Straight or not, she was one of the sexiest people I had ever seen. I pictured her naked, my hands reaching out, grabbing her large breasts and caressing them slowly if only to hear her moaning my name.

  Madison continued to
suck on my skin, biting down every so gently. I arched my back, feeling pleasure course through my every vein. I had never felt this way before. Even after being with Kirk for nearly two years, he had never made me feel this good and Madison was only kissing me.

Her kisses ventured further until her lips lingered between my breasts. “You’re intoxicating…” She whispered, looking up at me with fire in her eyes. A smirk flashed across her face before she opened the back door of her car and pushed me inside.

I fell back, landing on the seat. She pushed me down, straddling me with her body. “I’m going to show you what that boyfriend of yours could never even dream of showing you…” She leaned down, once again kissing my neck. I was too shocked and overwhelmed to do anything to stop her advances – not that I wanted to.
