A Winter’s Tale

  The room echoed with congratulations from her family, but Kitty was too busy staring at Adam to take much in, too busy grinning at him, and seeing him grin in return.

  As a child she’d dreamed of finding her happy-ever-after. Now he was here, it was more wonderful than she’d ever imagined, and so much sweeter than she’d ever believed it could be.

  It really didn’t get much better than that.

Watching you both grow up to be the funny, clever and sometimes challenging young adults you are today has been a pleasure, and I love you both so much. I hope you both achieve everything you dream of – but remember that sometimes (as in my case) it can take a lot longer than you think! The trick is always to enjoy the ride.

  I have such a supportive family and so many lovely friends – both in real life and online – that to name you all would be a new story in itself. Just know that you’re loved and I’m so pleased to have you in my life. Let’s get together very soon.
