  They sat in bed, taking in the warmth of the drink and each other.

  Olivia took a sip. “This is good.”

  “Cream and sugar, just how you like it.” Roya grinned against the rim of her mug. Her fingers crawled across the comforter to tangle with Olivia’s free hand. “So about last night…”

  “I think it’s all pretty obvious now.” They kissed again, this time softly. Enjoying the wonderful newness of their love. It tasted sweet from the coffee on their lips. Olivia brushed a strand of dark hair from Roya’s face. “And I’m never going to let you go.”
