Thea snorted. "In your dreams. I say it'l be her," she said pointing at Paige, who merely rol ed her eyes.
"Anyone care to wager?" Delaney asked.
"I thought you were trumpeting the glories of the single life." Stef gathered Sabrina into his lap, pressing a kiss on her temple.
"Sure, but I don't mind a little profit taking. I'm making book. I'm betting that by the time Cil a and Rand get married in a year or so, we're going to lose a few more soldiers."
"And I'm betting that you're going to be first on the list," Kel y wagered.
"Put your money down, ladies and gentlemen, I'm happy to take it," Delaney said genial y. "In the meantime, a toast to Cil a and Rand for giving me the opportunity."
Cil a rose. "Better yet, a toast to al of us. To the best of friends and the best of times." She smiled down at Rand. "I wouldn't have had it any other way."
"To the Supper Club," they chorused and raised their glasses.
