“Seriously, you didn’t plan this?” Tatum was saying.

“WHAT is going on?!” bellowed Todd. “Eliza! What are you doing?”

She shook her head, shook all over in fact, but could only point and breathe to the point of hyperventilating.

“Don’t go getting your knickers in knot,” said Tori, modestly drawing the covers over her perky tits.

“Speaking of knickers…” growled Todd eyeing Tatum, who covered himself as well but couldn’t hide his blush.

  “Sorry, honest mistake.”

Eliza started nodding furiously. “It was a mistake. I didn’t know. I thought it was you.” She pointed accusingly at Todd. “What are they doing in your bed?”

Tatum interjected. “He was just being a good host. We had a small flood in the other suite. Sir Todd gallantly gave us his room.”

“Obviously, I didn’t know you were coming.” Todd gave her a level look. “Maybe next time you’ll think about texting?”

Next time? Texting? I didn’t know you were coming…

Eliza blanched. Coming… She had been palming Tatum, their tongues had touched. He had almost slipped inside her! She was still incredibly wet from the physical encounter.

“Are you all right, Eliza?” It was Tori. Her friend. She had nearly fucked her friend’s husband and here she was making sure Eliza was all right?

“I guess that was a bit of a rude shock?” said Tori.

“Hey,” said Tatum. “I’m not rude.”

“Oh, honey, relax,” said Tori patting Tatum’s shoulder. “You scared her silly.”

“Well maybe she’s just not used to—” Tori whacked him to shut him up.

Todd had come up behind Eliza and was holding her, supporting her.

“You have to admit, it’s a bit funny.” He kissed the back of her head.

  “You’re not mad?” she said.

The really odd thing was that Tatum and Todd were similar enough that, in the dark, Eliza hadn’t been able to tell the difference. There had been some differences, of course—lots, now that she thought about it—but they were things Eliza could easily rationalize away. Maybe that was the most shocking part.

“It’s kind of my fault, I guess,” said Todd.

“No, it’s mine!” said Eliza. “You’re right, I should have let you know…”

“Under different circumstances that would have been a nice surprise.”

“Hey, guvnor, I can guarantee it was.” Tatum winked.

Tori rolled her eyes. “You see what I have to put up with?” But she was joking, smiling. She reached for Tatum under the covers. “You’re still randy, aren’t you?”

Todd had turned Eliza to face him. “It’s no one’s fault.” He kissed her on her still trembling lips. “No harm done.”

“Kiss me again,” she said. His warm wet mouth on hers was calming, and stimulating. This is what she’d traveled so far to experience. She pressed her body into his. She gave herself fully to his ravenous kiss, grabbed his buttocks, and drew them tightly to her hips.

“Ahem,” coughed Tatum. “Maybe you two should get a room? Oh, sorry. We’re in it!”

Eliza, calmer now, looked over at Tatum, scruffy-cheeked, cheeky, and as gorgeous as ever. He seemed to be having the time of his life. And then she remembered the things Tori had talked about when they last went for drinks.

“You like this, don’t you, Tatum?” teased Eliza, and she kissed Todd passionately again, letting her tongue peek out and trail over Todd’s cheek and lower lip.

“Grrrrr, yes,” purred Todd. “But I liked the lights-out part even better.” Tori still had her hand under the covers and she was moving it up and down as she watched Tatum watching Eliza and Todd. This was getting bit weird.

“I think I need a drink,” said Eliza, turning to Todd.

“I was sleeping in the small room down the hall. The one at the top of the stairs. I’ll get the whiskey from the library and meet you there?”

  “All right.” She nodded.

Tatum looked disappointed. “And here I thought it was going to be my lucky night.”

“Down, boy,” said Todd, with a smirk. But it was obvious he, too, had a raging erection.

The room near the top of the stairs had once belonged to Todd’s nanny, after Todd’s mother had died and he and his father had moved down to Evergreen. It was small and simple with single bed.

“We can’t both sleep here,” said Eliza when Todd returned with the whiskey and two glasses. She was sitting on the bed, atop the green velvet coverlet, legs stretched out and leaning against the headboard.

“We can move over to the other room. The one you stayed in last time.”

“Technically, I never stayed there,” said Eliza with a wink. “The sheets are still clean.”

“Oh, good. Then we can dirty them up.”

After handing Eliza a stiff drink, Todd stretched out next to her on the single bed. He held his head up with one arm and took a glug from his own glass.

  “What a night.”

“That was weird, wasn’t it? I can’t believe I did that. Are you sure you’re not mad?”

“Why would I be mad about catching you naked in bed with another man?” He squeezed her thigh as he joked and she felt her arousal surge again. “Actually, in a funny way, it was kind of sexy.”

“Yeah, I noticed the way your body responded, or one part of it.” She threw back a gulp of whiskey and then coughed from the intensity of its burn on her throat.

“I’m still responding that way, or haven’t you noticed?” said Todd.

She had. Something long and stiff was nestled by her knee.

  “Because of all that?”

“Mostly your nakedness, but I did catch a glimpse of Tori’s breasts and that was rather titillating. Pun intended.” He grinned up at her and she couldn’t resist smiling at the absurdity of it all.

“I thought, at first, that it was you and that you were dreaming I was Tori and then thought I was Tori. You were calling me by her name and I could have killed you.” She laughed hard now. Poor Tatum, thinking his wife was horny and waking him up in the night for surprise sex.

“And did I—who was really Tatum—turn you on?” His hand slipped under the hem of her robe, between her legs, and buried into her still very wet, warm folds. “Ooh, I see, or rather, feel how much he turned you on. Mmmmm….”

“Todd! I thought it was you.”

“But maybe, in the dark, it wouldn’t have mattered. How far did you two get?”

She did not want to admit how close they had come to actual penetration.

“You know, to be completely honest, I used to have a little crush on Tatum. Before I met you. Don’t ever tell Tori.”

  “Interesting,” he said, amused.

“You two are quite alike,” said Eliza. “Physically anyway.”

  “Interchangeable?”

“No!” Eliza should have kept her mouth shut. Todd’s fingers were still between her legs, lightly exploring. Eliza shifted down a little lower on the bed, so that one hand could reach Todd’s erection. Her other hand held her quickly diminishing whiskey. She was beginning to feel all warm and fuzzy, and tantalizingly aroused. They had come to an edge together, and she liked the flow of honesty and openness they were now navigating. It added to her turn-on somehow.

“Did you ever have a crush on Tori?”

“No,” said Todd. “I mean, I can appreciate her beauty, her vivacity, but I’ve never really been attracted to her…” His voice trailed off in a funny way.

“You mean, until tonight?” Eliza had a choice to go down the road of jealousy or curiosity. The fact that Todd was choosing to be playful rather than jealous about what just happened made her choose to take the curious path too.

  “My heart is yours, Eliza.”

“But eyes and other body parts like to rove, is that it?”

He shrugged. “That’s just being human, fulfilling appetites, being curious.”

  Th
ere was that word again. Curious.

“Does it bother you that I speak like that?” he asked.

“Not if these are your honest thoughts. I appreciate you trusting me enough to share them.”

“You deserve no less. And I do trust you.” He’d set his glass to balance momentarily on her belly while he dabbled with her pussy, and now he withdrew his touch, reached for his glass, polished off the remaining sip of whiskey, and set the empty glass on the side table. She missed his fingers. After setting his glass down, he licked them, and then rolled on top of her half-reclining body, with his head, his lips, poised above her belly button. He drew the panels of red silk aside, and kissed the soft skin below her belly button.

“Have you ever had sex with more than one woman?” asked Eliza.

Todd paused in his ministrations and looked up at her.

  “We’re speaking honestly?”

She nodded, suddenly afraid of what he might say. But the strange events of the evening had opened something for both of them, and it felt as if there were no turning back.

“Well, before Jocelyn—I already told you I dated her, and got engaged, because I thought settling down and getting married would make my father happy, and possibly me, too.”

Eliza nodded. She remembered. Snobby Lady Jocelyn Elliot. Eliza was so happy Todd hadn’t ended up attached to her.

“Before that I was pretty much a loner. I had the horses and the business with my father, and I didn’t want to be tied down. I had occasional one night stands, short flings, and…” He paused and looked into her eyes. Eliza gulped. What was he hesitating to admit?

“… And a few group sex parties. So yes, to answer your question, I’ve had sex with several women, and several men as well.”

He went back to kissing her belly but Eliza was feeling a little stunned. And for some reason she had a stupid grin on her face.

  “You had sex with men?”

“Not exactly. They were there. There was some touching and, you know… oral stuff, but nothing more.”

Eliza was trying to imagine it. Things got pretty sordid in Sheffield but she’d never heard of these group sex parties. Were they private affairs? Just for rich people? Did you have to be a member? She was curious.

Todd was moving his kisses lower down. His tongue snaked through her short pubic hair and slid lower to find her clit. She gasped at his immediate success. She opened her thighs to make more room for him to get comfortable. The slight buzz from the drink, and the talk, made Eliza feel all warm and loose and delicious down there. Todd’s tongue lapped over her labia and then sought her opening. With a flexed tongue-tip, he penetrated and then swirled around the outer edges. Eliza moaned softly.

And then she heard a light rapping on the door. It opened before Todd and Eliza could adjust their position.

“Sorry to interrupt,” said Tori. But she didn’t seem sorry. She didn’t leave, turn away, or even look down at her feet. She just stared at them, smiling.

“Remember what we talked about, Eliza?” said Tori.

Eliza shook her head. In this moment, like this, she couldn’t remember anything.

“You know. About spicing things up? Well, Tatum really liked what just happened. It totally turned him on. It was spicy. And I, well—we—were wondering…”

Todd had lifted his head as soon as Tori walked in and was watching her, listening to her. He turned back to Eliza.

  “What’s she talking about?”

“Nothing. I don’t know. Tatum wants to spice things up before they settle down and have kids or something.” She drew her legs together and Todd shifted to his side and supported himself with his elbow.

“Tori, what exactly are you wondering?” said Eliza

Tatum came in behind her. “Sorry, guv. Eliza.” He nodded to her but didn’t make eye contact. “We’re just wondering if you want to have a little fun. With us.”

Todd and Eliza looked at each other. Eliza, a little fuzzyheaded from travel, drink, and shock, tried to piece together her thoughts about this strange situation. And the strange request. What was she supposed to say?

Tori was her best friend, apart from Stella. Todd and Tatum were cousins, albeit distant ones. Tori was asking for help with her marriage. But this was the weirdest kind of therapy Eliza could imagine. Or was it?

Todd shrugged, looking at Eliza he said, “You want to play out your crush fantasy with Tatum?”

“No!” She shoved him with her foot. “You said you wouldn’t tell.”

“You have a crush on me?” Tatum sported a wide, handsome grin.

“Had. A long time ago. Tori, it was never a big deal. I promise.”

“I get it,” she said. “He is gorgeous.” She reached back and squeezed the front of his pajamas. “And sexy. I know you’d never do anything about it, Eliza. But… well, I’m inviting you to now, if you want. If Todd wants to.”

Eliza was sure there were two raging hard-ons in this room, and she was wet and ready. Given how relaxed Tori seemed to be, she was probably aroused too. But it was still all so strange.

Without even thinking, she said, “I only want to have sex with Todd.”

For a moment, everyone looked disappointed.

“I mean the penetration part, the actual sex.” Eliza felt like she was falling of a ledge with every word she uttered.

Todd cleared his throat. “This is sudden and unexpected. I mean, Tatum’s mentioned a thing or two to me, but I think this whole night has caught us all off guard.”

Eliza reached for the bottle of whiskey and took a drink. Tori took a few steps toward her and took the bottle after Eliza had sipped.

“May I?” She had such a sweet smile on her lips. Eminently kissable lips. Eliza closed her eyesand tried to sort out the jumble of thoughts in her mind and the sensations in her body.

Then she felt lips on hers. Whiskey-flavored, soft, feminine lips. Eliza’s eyes flashed open. Tori had already moved away.

“I hope that’s okay. Tatum said you were a good kisser. I wanted to see for myself. Listen, we don’t ever have to talk about this after tonight. And we don’t have to do anything. But when I came in, you two looked so hot. What if Tatum and I just watched?”

Tatum caught Eliza’s eye. “We kind of already started this, Eliza. I know you thought I was Todd, and at first I thought you were Tori, and that’s a good thing, and an honest mistake. But when you said you were you, and that clicked for me, it was a whole other thing. Not good or bad, just different. And Tori’s okay with different. At least this once.”

“Because it’s you,” said Tori. “And I trust you. And Todd, too. I trust Todd.” She took another gulp from the bottle and then handed it to Tatum, who took at least three deep mouthfuls.

Todd was lightly stroking Eliza’s calves and knees. “I don’t mind if they watch. What matters is that I’m with you, and that you know it, that you’re sure of it.”

Eliza nodded. The recent gulps of whiskey had relaxed her even more. Todd’s gentle stroking had relaxed her legs, so that she didn’t flinch when his fingers trailed up to her pussy again. Eliza looked up and saw Tori and Tatum watching Todd’s fingers. Tatum had reached around his wife and was cupping her tits in his hands and massaging slowly. Tori leaned her head back into his chest, her mouth slightly open and eyes half closed. She looked so sexy and beautiful. She was wearing a black negligee that fell just above the knee. Todd was still wearing the trousers he had quickly slipped into when he’d come running at Eliza’s screaming earlier. His trousers were undone, his erection released, but not visible to their voyeurs. And Tatum was still in his loose pajama pants. He was blocked by Tori at the moment, but Eliza wondered if his cock was poking out the top again.

Todd’s finger swirled around her clit. Eliza moaned with pleasure and leaned back against the pillows and the headboard. Todd bent his head and kissed her vulva, and soon let his tongue take over the swirlings of his finger, which slid lower and into her pussy. Eliza gasped and then let h
erself drift toward these irresistible sensations. She closed her eyes.

Todd’s mouth on her felt exquisite. Her arousal felt like a deep powerful ache emanating from the center of her being. She remembered the feeling of Tatum’s cock sliding between her legs, searching for her center, and how welcoming she’d felt, how easily he might have slipped in and explored her most private territory. She wished she’d seen him with her eyes, touched him... with her mouth...

Todd’s hands reached up toward her chest and pushed her robe fully open revealing her tits. His fingers found her nipples and tugged lightly and first, and then pinched more aggressively. Eliza moaned….

…And then remembered they were not alone. She opened her eyes halfway, drunk on her own pleasure. Tori’s negligee was off her shoulders and draped at her waist. She had turned to the side, and so had Tatum. He was bent over Tori’s tits, sucking one and then the other. Eliza watched Tori’s nipples stiffen, her neck arch, her hands grip Tatum’s hair. Tatum kept glancing at Eliza as he gnawed hungrily at Tori. Then he dropped to his knees, dragging Tori’s negligee down to her ankles, and pressed his face into her pussy.

Eliza sighed involuntarily, almost in unison with Tori’s moan of pleasure. Eliza could see Tatum’s cock now, rising above his pajama bottoms. He touched himself, pulling his cock out of his pajamas and wriggling them down to the floor. He gripped his shaft and stroked himself slowly, staring at Eliza on the bed. For a moment their eyes locked. At that exact moment, Todd’s clit-sucking reached a crescendo and Eliza cried out, her legs clenching around his head. He pulled back quickly, not taking her to the point of climax just yet, and her body pulsed in small surges of intoxicating desire. She felt almost desperate for release and yet she was swimming in this heightened state of arousal. She breathed deeply, using her mind to spread the pleasure throughout her whole body. Her heart warmed, her scalp tingled and she felt loose and dangerous all of a sudden.

Her cries of near climax had distracted Tatum and Tori who approached the single bed. Tatum bent over Eliza and kissed her on her lips. A long, deep, searching kiss that Eliza lost herself in. When he was done, he whispered, “You are beautiful.”
