“We’ll keep practicing.” Chase wrapped a hand around her waist, pulling her into his side, and Jessica laughed.
“Oh crap!” Alyssa yelled, getting everyone’s attention.
Jessica ran over, slid on the ground, and knelt next to her chair. “What? What happened?”
“My water broke,” she said, scrunching up her face, and Jessica felt her eyes widen in shock.
“What!” Jessica screeched. “How long have you been in labor?”
“This morning,” she complained. “But I really wanted this party.”
“Get the truck, Justin,” Grant ordered. Picking up Alyssa, he swung her up gently in his arms and raced outside. “Bella, can you grab the bag out of the closet?” Bella raced to the closet, and Jessica sat there for a minute as everyone started heading out to their cars.

Pacing around the waiting room, Jessica waited to hear the news. Beau and Chase were sitting down watching her. She could feel their eyes following her every move, but she couldn’t sit down and relax until she heard some news about Alyssa. They had followed Grant, Justin, and Alyssa to the hospital as well as a ton of other people.
Bella sat on Clint’s lap with both Clay and Cody sitting on either side of her. Hannah was perched on Reece’s lap, while Logan held her hand. Surprisingly, Diana was sitting next to Sam, chatting about something, and Jessica smiled broadly, hoping that maybe Diana would get her happily ever after.
Heavy footsteps grabbed her attention and Jessica turned around and watched Grant stride toward them, smiling broadly. Moving toward him, Jessica stared at him, waiting to hear the news. She knew it was good from the look on his face.
“We have a very healthy baby boy, eight pounds, three ounces. Alyssa is doing great. Come on back.” Grant led the way and Jessica followed him. Looking over her shoulder, she saw that both Bella and Hannah were following as well.
Opening the door, he held it for them, and Jessica walked in and went straight to Alyssa’s bedside. She was holding a small bundle in her arms and smiling while tears streamed down her face, and Jessica’s eyes started to fill as well. The sight was beautiful. Her very best friend was finally a mommy.
“Hey there, beautiful lady.” She smiled and Alyssa looked up, a huge smile planted on her face.
“Look at him.” She looked back down. “I can’t stop looking at him. He’s so beautiful.” Lowering her voice, she whispered, “He looks like Grant.” Moving the blanket, Jessica looked down and saw the most beautiful, innocent little face and fell in love on the spot.
“I think he looks like you,” she said. Leaning in, she hugged Alyssa the best way she could without crushing the baby. “What’s his name?”
“Riley,” she said, putting her son in Jessica’s arms. Jessica immediately brought him close and held him tight. Rocking side to side, she stared down and realized that she did want to have a baby with her men.
They all chatted for a while until Riley started to get restless and she handed him back to Alyssa. Gathering all the visitors, Jessica led everyone to the exit. She wanted to leave mommy and daddies alone so that they could have some private time together. Looking through the little glass window, Jessica stared at the three of them. Justin and Grant were on either side of Alyssa as she held their son in her arms. The whole scene was picture perfect.
Turning, she went into the waiting room and headed directly for her men. They surrounded her instantly and she closed her eyes, feeling their warmth seep into her.
“Let’s go home,” Beau said, and she nodded. That’s the only place she wanted to be.
Heading out the front door of the hospital, Jessica climbed into the truck, taking the middle seat as Beau and Chase settled in on either side of her. This was the only place she wanted to be, in between her men.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I fell in love with romance novels after reading my first one years ago. I read everything I could get my hands on after that. Thousands of books later, I’m still reading. I love taking trips and meeting wonderful characters with various personalities.
I started writing a little over a year ago. Bella’s Rodeo was my first book. After leaving a job I loved, I turned to writing as an escape. Through Bella, I was able to take a journey and live out some dirty fantasies in the process.
This book, Jessica’s Breakdown, was a tough book to write because Jessica kept morphing and changing throughout the story. I wanted to write about an in-charge woman with a Domme streak, but she changed into a submissive right before my eyes.
My hope is that readers will find something great in each book I write and that they will follow me on this journey. I’m learning as I go, and my style changes and becomes better with each book.
I love to hear from readers, so please feel free to contact me anytime. Happy reading!
