I wonder how many civilians even think about aiming at and killing an individual. Heats of the battle, shooting to keep “them” down, that sort of thing, we all think that. The personal touch of what you did is a whole other thing. I chambered one round and switched my M-14 to “fire”, pointed it at one man’s chest one time and STILL wonder.

My fear is that you are not going to be able to keep up with the demand of this book. I’m the wife of a Vietnam Vet. I’m not sure if he will read it because he still suffers from his tour.
