“I can do that,” said Marisa, trying not to let her mind wander to what dinner with the elusive and much-loved Bitsy would be like. “What did you agree to do?”
“Not to let the love of my life get away. Okay, Runner Girl. Go fish some sandwiches out of the galley and then join me up here in the cockpit. Since you liked our long drive so much, I think you’re really going to enjoy the rest of our flight.”
