To the most amazing mom in the world, thank you for always being so eager to read what I’m writing and for spreading the word about my latest books to everyone you know. And don’t know.

To my Aunt Diana, and my good friend Susan, thank you for your support and for always being willing to let me run ideas by you.

To my wonderful author friends, Genevieve, Kristin, Jena, Kelly, Jessica, Patrick, Wendi, and Samantha, thank you for your valued input on covers, blurbs, anything to do with the indie publishing world, and for always being willing to beta read my latest works. You guys are amazing.

Thank you to Michelle VanDaley for the name Evan Lewis, and Alex Dise for the name Ludvikas, both of which were used in Of Blood & Magic.

To my newsletter subscribers, thank you for helping to choose the series name, Blood Decent. You guys rock.

And finally, to you my Lovely Readers, the biggest thank you of all. You have no idea how much it warms my heart to know you are out there reading and enjoying my stories. It both amazes and humbles me everyday. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart.

  About the Author

T.L. McDonald lives in Ohio with her husband, her three wonderful children, and her two pets – Lola, a Miniature Pinscher who thinks she’s a big beast, and Shellina, a Russian tortoise who hangs out in the living room all day. When she’s not spending time with her family or friends, she can often be found staring at her computer screen as she writes new material. Okay, sometimes she’s actually surfing the Internet or browsing Facebook and Twitter (Shh). She also likes to curl up with a good book whenever she can, or binge watch shows on Netflix. T.L. has been writing since childhood, and although Marked was her very first published book, she plans to publish many, many more. Nothing makes her happier than knowing she’s put something out into the world for people to enjoy.
