Double Her Pleasure

Page 8

by Randi Alexander

He withdrew again, his breath catching. As if he wanted to say something.

Digging her heels into the sweet spot where his sexy ass met his hard thighs, she pulled him to her, deep into her canal, blasting heat through her blood.

  “Megan.”

Under her hands, he tensed, then moved faster, harder, as deep as he could pump into her. He punctuated each breath with a short groan.

She rolled her hips to meet every thrust, tipped herself just right to let her clit rub against his pubic bone, his wiry hair scratching erotically.

Her nails dug into his back as pulses of bliss shot from her pussy to her brain, sending her under a dark cover, silent except for the pounding of her heart.

His shout sounded like it came from miles away as he thrust into her, shaking her whole body with his climax.

She tightened every muscle to keep him close. Her mind circled, spiraling faster with each breath. She exploded, a spray of tiny lights tinkling through her head then radiating along her skin in delightful pinpricks.

Trey collapsed on her, and her breath whooshed out. She smiled as he snuggled his head into her neck and his lips pressed against her pulse point. She didn’t need to breathe as long as she had him inside her.

“Aw, sweetheart.” He lifted off her. “Sorry. I lost it there for a...” He just looked at her for a moment. Tucking her leg under him, he rolled onto his back, pulling her flush on top of him.

“Are you going to be able to breathe with me weighing you down?” The sun warmed her back like an electric blanket. She smiled. An item they’d probably never heard of in western Texas.

“A little thing like you?” His chest rose and fell as he caught his breath. “You weigh nothin’ more than a fly.”

She laughed and wiggled along his length. At nearly six feet tall, and with what her mother called “sturdy bones,” Megan weighed about one hundred and fifty pounds more than a fly. “Cowboy, you know how to make a girl feel special.”

His hands roamed the length of her back. “You are special, Megan.” He sounded like he wanted to say more, but after a minute, his muscles relaxed. “You gonna fall asleep on me?”

“Probably.” The warmth of his body combined with the solar heat sent her slogging toward a nap.

“Not too long. Your Canadian skin will fry in this heat.”

She should get up and put on her clothes but...too content.

  ****

Trey kissed Megan’s temple as her breath slowed and her muscles melted on top of him. He’d give her five minutes, then move her out of the sun.

His cock twitched, pressed between their bodies. He would take her again after she woke up. Maybe from behind. Her sweet ass looked so fucking good when she bent over, tempting him with her delicious pink pussy.

Now he was half-hard down there. Damn, he knew it would be good to be with her alone. He hadn’t expected it to be the best orgasm he’d ever had without his brother in on the action.

How had that happened? How had his heart gotten mixed up in this? Garret would clock him one good if he admitted he was falling for Megan.

He kissed her wet hair. She was what he’d been looking for. Pressing his cheek against her forehead, he let himself think of a future with her.

His phone chirped. “Damn.” The sat phone.

Megan stirred and he rolled her over onto her back and reached for his jeans. “Trey McGatlin.”

  “Brother, we’ve got a problem.”

He sat up, instantly awake. “What is it?” Looking around, he watched for any movement in the trees.

“The flowers. They were sent by some man the Ungers didn’t recognize.”

“Shit.” His gaze landed on Megan.

She stared at him with wide eyes.

“Get back to the ranch.” Garret sounded like he was running. “I’m leaving town and I’ll meet you there.”

“Right.” Trey stood and held out a hand to Megan. She took it and he helped her up. “We’ll head back right now.”

“Go along the river. I’ll send a couple security guys out on ATVs to meet you.”

“Okay.” Trey picked up Megan’s jeans and handed them to her.

  “And brother?”

“Yeah?” Trey watched her dress, her gaze never leaving his face.

“You got a gun, right?” A door slammed and tires squealed.

“All taken care of.” He disconnected and grabbed his clothes.

“What’s going on?” Megan pulled on her boots, hopping to keep her balance.

“We need to get back to the ranch.” He didn’t want to frighten her, didn’t even know if the strange man the Ungers saw was her stalker, but he needed her to move quickly.

“What’s wrong?” She folded the blanket. “It’s not...”

She had to be thinking about her stalker. He wouldn’t lie to her. “Let’s concentrate on getting back, then Garret will go over everything with us.”

She nodded, he picked up the backpack with their untouched food, and guided her to the horses. As he helped her up, she looked down at him. Her brows were drawn together and her face looked too pale.

She was worried, but he had no words to alleviate her fears.

They struck out at a gallop. Trey had his rifle close, and kept a sharp eye on the landscape. Halfway home they heard the whine of the four-wheelers coming toward them.

“Oh, jeez.” Megan gripped the reins.

“It’s okay.” Trey slowed them to a walk and reached to touch her shoulder. “They’re security. Gonna make sure we find our way home.”

When she looked at him with panicked eyes, his heart thudded. She knew what was happening.

One ATV took the lead, the other followed behind them, and within twenty minutes, they were in the barn.

Trey helped Megan into one of the ranch trucks and drove to the house. She stayed silent, her hands clenching and unclenching in her lap.

His new white pickup sat in the driveway. Garret must have taken it to town. Normally, Trey got riled at his brother using—and abusing—his newest vehicle, but today, he didn’t give a shit.

  Nothing mattered but Megan’s safety.

Trey opened the kitchen door and let her in ahead of him.

Garret stood in the middle of the room, still as a statue, his gaze following Megan. She stopped a few feet from him, glanced back at Trey, then dropped her head and let out a breath. “Okay, what is it?” Her body stiffened, as if bracing for a blow.

The brothers’ gazes met. Garret nodded and put his arm around her while Trey pulled a chair out from the table.

“Sit.” Garret guided her into the chair.

She plopped down, pale and breathing fast. “Just tell me.” She looked at each of them. “It’s about me, isn’t it. It’s him...” She blinked rapidly.

  Chapter Ten

Trey stood next to Megan as Garret pulled a chair up to the kitchen table and sat facing her. “We don’t know that, Megan.” He held her hand and gestured toward the flowers. “These were delivered this morning. With no note.”

“Red and white.” She mumbled the words. “The colors of the Canadian flag.”

Garret lifted a brow. “Inez caught that, too. Didn’t even occur to me.”

Trey hadn’t thought of that, either.

Megan squeezed his fingers. “Are they from him?” Her lip quivered.

“Here’s what I know.” Garret explained what Mr. Unger told him about the delivery. “When his wife got to the store, she gave me a description.”

  Megan nodded, staring at Garret.

“Short black hair, brown eyes, a crooked nose, and about six feet six.”

She tipped her head. “Six feet six inches? Are you sure?”

Garret held his hand above his head. “She said he was ‘yea big,’ and she’s about five-six.”

Megan sat back in the chair. “It couldn’t be him.” She turned to Trey.

He moved closer and set his hand on her shoulder. “Too tall?”

; Nodding, she stared at the flowers. “He was shorter than me. Five-five, I think. And he had brown hair and gray eyes. His nose was straight, and...” She shivered. “God, I don’t even like to think about it.”

Garret kissed her hand. “Don’t then. Let’s assume it was some kind of mistake. The Ungers are older, could have written the wrong ranch.” His brother’s gaze met his. Neither of them would dismiss the possibility that it might not have been a mistake.

Trey took a knee beside Megan. “Just to be sure, we’ve increased security.”

She sucked in a breath and let it out slow. “Okay.” She laughed quietly. “It would be too much of a coincidence for him to show up here. Thousands of miles away. And years since he...” She swallowed hard.

“Do you want to talk about it?” Trey wanted to hear the story. Some day. But not until she was ready.

With a sad look at both of them, she shook her head. “I’d rather not right now. Being on the ranch with you both has been wonderful. I don’t want to get into that whole thing until...” She shrugged.

They needed to get her mind off it. Trey stood and picked up the backpack he’d hauled along on the ride that afternoon. “I got enough of Inez’s fried chicken in here to feed a small town.” He held out his hand to Megan. “Let’s go out back and sit on the pool deck and tuck into it.”

She smiled as she slid her hand onto his palm and stood. “In the shade.”

“Yeah.” He wiggled his brows at her. “A very...private...shaded corner of the deck.”

Megan bit the corner of her lip and a flush of color bloomed on her pale cheeks. “Sounds perfect.”

  Garret didn’t move.

“Coming, brother?” Was he hesitating because of the afternoon Trey had spent with Megan?

“Yeah. Coming.” Garret stood. Then he grinned. “Do we need condoms?”

Megan rolled her eyes. “What is it with you two? It’s either food or sex or beer. Is that all it takes to make you boys happy?” She grabbed Garret’s hand and pulled both of them along as she headed toward the back of the house.

“Yep, but not in that order.” Trey adjusted the fly of his jeans as a wicked boner pressed painfully against his zipper.

An hour later, after some creative threeway adventures in the pool, on a padded lounger, and in the big, sunken spa, Megan napped on a chase lounge. A huge umbrella hovered over her, blocking the last rays of the setting sun.

Trey covered her beautiful, naked body with a robe from the pool house.

He and Garret slid into trunks they’d left in there, and headed for the outdoor kitchen on the opposite side of the pool from Megan.

Trey grabbed two cans of beer and tossed one to Garret. “What do you think of this whole thing? Too much of a coincidence, right?”

His brother flopped down into a cushioned wicker chair and stared out over the barren landscape. “Yep. Something ain’t right.” He drank half his beer. “But until something else happens, we just gotta stay vigilant.”

Trey gestured toward Megan. “Meanwhile, keeping her safe without getting her paranoid is gonna be tough.” He stood at the edge of the pool looking at her. Their afternoon alone together had been cut short, and he wanted a replay.

“You, ah, have a good time out at the lake?” Garret’s voice sounded strained.

“As good of a time as you had with her on the four-wheeler last night.”

  His brother laughed.

Trey padded over and sat next to him. “You know, if this is gonna put a wedge between us, we should—”

“No.” Garret crushed his empty can. “We’ll learn to deal with it because it’s what she wants.” He nodded toward Megan. “It’s probably good that we get to know her more personally.” He stood. “Hell, whenever the three of us are together, all we do is fuck.”

His brother’s coarse term didn’t sit right with Trey, but that was Garret’s way.

Garret stood there looking at him.

Trey finished his beer. “What are you waiting for me to say?”

“Shit, I don’t know.” He ran his fingers through his wet hair. “I’m looking for some direction with this thing between us three.” His mouth turned down at the corners. “Does it feel like more than just damn-hot sex to you?”

Trey stood. “Wasn’t braced to hear that comin’ from your pie hole.” Was his brother getting soft? Soft on Megan?

“You know...” Garret pointed a finger at Trey’s chest. “I try to open up a little, and I get a smack-down from you.”

He was right. Trey was so used to teasing and poking at Garret, it came automatically. He raised his hands in surrender. “Little brother, I got those same ideas rolling around in my head.” Trey smacked him on the shoulder. “Let’s get through this stalker problem first.” He grinned. “Then we can work on getting in touch with our emotions.”

  They both laughed.

Garret shook his head. “Man, what’s that woman doing to us?”

Out of the corner of his eye, Trey caught movement. He jerked his head that direction. It was just Megan.

She stood, threw on the robe, waved to them, and ducked into the house.

“What was that?” Garret glanced at Trey.

He shrugged. “Fuck if I know.” He tipped his head. “Let’s go find out.”

  ****

Megan bolted up the steps and into Trey’s bedroom, her belly cramping. She knew the signs. Her monthly was coming early. “Damn.” Grabbing her purse, she ducked into the bathroom and closed the door.

Rummaging through her purse, she found emergency supplies to last through the night. She needed to get to town tonight.

She peeled off the robe and stepped into the shower. The warm water sluiced over her heated skin and tender muscles. Her men had given her a workout. She paused. Were they trying to keep her mind off the flower delivery?

Paranoia had been her constant companion over the years, and it wasn’t something she easily discarded. She had to trust that even if things went bad—if her stalker reappeared—she’d be safe with Trey and Garret.

But for how long? What would happen once she got home?

A knock on the door snapped her from her dark thoughts. “Megan? You all right?”

“Fine.” She wanted a few minutes alone, and the temptation she presented her men—a naked, wet, and willing woman in the shower—would be too much for them to resist. “I’ll be out in a couple minutes.”

“Okay, sweetheart.” A pause. “Let me know if you need anything.”

She smiled. What would he say if she asked him to run to town and pick up a box of tampons, a package of pads, and a bottle of menstrual pain pills? Turning off the water, she stepped out and grabbed a towel. The sweet guy would probably do it. Garret, however, would more likely laugh in her face and make some poor ranch hand run the errand.

She adored both her cowboy and her movie star, but for very different reasons.

Throwing on the oversized robe Trey had covered her with, she walked out of the bathroom.

Her men sat on the edge of the bed looking at her, both sexy and cute in their swim trunks.

Silence stretched for a long moment.

“I need to go to town and do some shopping.”

They looked out the west-facing window.

She tightened the belt on her robe. “I know it’s late, but there’s something I need to get.”

Their heads swiveled back to face her. “Girl stuff?” Garret’s voice sounded too quiet.

Trey looked at him, then at her, then awareness dawned in his expression.

Garret stood. “I’ll drive you in. Drugstore’s right next to the bar. We can grab a burger.” He winked. “Maybe do some dancing when the band starts.”

Trey’s brows dropped and his lips tightened.

With a glare, Garret silently communicated something to his brother.

Megan would never get used to the telepathy between these two.

Her cowboy stood. “Sure, you two go. I need to check on
a few things across the river anyway.” He strolled into the bathroom and started the shower running.

Garret stood and kissed her forehead. “Let me shower and I’ll meet you in the kitchen in ten. And wear your new cowgirl boots.” He ambled out and down the hall.

Should she talk to Trey? Was he feeling left out? As another cramp settled in her belly, she put the thought aside for later. She had only ten minutes to dress and throw on some makeup before Garret would make a fuss for her to get her ass in gear.

At the closet, she chose her shortest denim skirt, a sexy little black top, and her boots, which smelled a little too much like horse. She would ignore her cramps, put the stalker scare out of her mind, and concentrate on having a damn good time dating her hotshot.

Near ten o’clock that night, Garret guided Megan out the front door of the ironically named desert-town bar, The Wet Spot. Her period symptoms had been a false alarm. She and Garret spent a few hours eating, dancing, and sharing a couple bottles of beer before exhaustion hit her and she asked to head home.

When she’d actually used that word—home—he’d looked startled, then grinned like a fool and herded her out onto the sidewalk.

“Mr. McGatlin.” One of the two boys Garret had called to watch his fancy, expensive sports car, stood. “I watched real close, sir.” He had to be sixteen or so, but he stood tall and spoke with conviction.

The other kid sat whittling a stick.

“Good work, cowboy.” Garret pulled his wallet from his jeans.

Megan glanced at the car. It shone dark blue under the streetlight, and a flash of red on the passenger side of the windshield caught her eye. A flower? She gasped and stumbled back a step.

  Chapter Eleven

Garret caught her. as she stared at the flower on the windshield of his car and felt her world close in on her “Megan?”

Her stomach lurched and she couldn’t take a breath. She pointed to his car.

Garret’s body tensed. “What the fuck?” He looked at the boy. “I thought you said you watched the car?”

The kid’s eyes were wide as headlights. “Just the guy putting flowers on the windshields.” He gestured down the street. “He put them on all of them.”
