When was the last time he’d smiled like that in a picture? Hell, he wore a goofy-ass grin on his face. So did Dustin.

They look like two goobers in love with each other.

Or guys who’d managed to score front-row tickets to Hamilton.

Since he knew it wasn’t that, he had to admit it looked like two guys in love.

Realizing Dustin was awaiting a reply, he quickly sent him one.

Whatever you feel like making. No preference. I’ll be there around seven, after I take care of Archer.

Instead of working, he sat there and awaited Dustin’s reply.

  Yes, Sir. :)

After a thought hit him, he went in and set his phone not to delete texts. He didn’t want to lose a single one.

Whatever this was, he didn’t want to lose any of it. Not a second. He wanted it forever emblazoned in his mind and memory and able to scroll back through things so he could smile over them.

The way he was smiling in that picture.

  * * * *

The week passed in a blur for Dustin. By the time Friday night rolled around and he’d finished last-minute details for that weekend’s open houses, he felt the good kind of exhausted.

Due in no small part to him and Bryce wearing each other out every night.

Which had also led to the best week of sleep in Dustin’s fricking life.

Tonight they were going to meet at a pizza place not far from Bryce’s house before heading there. This actually worked better for Dustin anyway, because his two open houses were only minutes from Bryce’s, meaning a few extra minutes he could sleep in both mornings.

Bryce was already there when Dustin arrived and had grabbed them a table. He couldn’t help the way his heart thumped when he saw Bryce. He’d shed his tie and jacket, but still wore the slacks and dress shirt he’d left in that morning, his collar open and sleeves rolled up his forearms.

  He’s all mine.

Who said submissives couldn’t feel territorial or possessive about their Dominants? He wasn’t jealous, but he knew he was in love with the man and would do whatever it took to keep this working between them. The bond between them only deepened the more time they spent together. They really hadn’t had an actual “scene” yet, just a lot of sexy play. They had already negotiated the rope scene for tomorrow night, and Dustin was looking forward to flying for the first time.

There were a lot of things he was looking forward to doing with Bryce—like hopefully spending the rest of his life with him.

Bryce smiled when Dustin walked up and kissed him hello before sliding into the booth. Dustin didn’t give a fuck who saw them together. People could get over themselves if they didn’t like gays. He wasn’t going to hold himself back and deny himself something straight people took for granted.

Bryce’s intense blue gaze held his from across the table. “Did I tell you how fucking sexy you look in a suit, boy?” he murmured just loudly enough for Dustin to hear.

“I believe you did, Sir. Every morning, so far.” He winked at Bryce. “You’re no slouch yourself, either.”

And Bryce had already ordered him a water and an iced tea, too. Bryce slid the menu across the table to him. “Want to split a pie?”

“Sounds good. Your choice, Sir. I have no preference. How was your class?”

Bryce smiled and waggled his right hand back and forth.

“Having trouble with it?” Dustin asked.

Bryce smiled. “Eh, sort of. That’s the sign for so-so.”

  “Ah.”

“We had a practical exercise today where we were supposed to have a very basic conversation with signs we’ve already learned. I could remember most of the signs to sign them, but interpreting someone else signing isn’t going so well.”

  “Sorry.”

“I need more practice. Kimbra’s been trying to help me in the office, but she’s not nearly as fluent as Walt is. She knows more conversational ASL.” The waitress returned, and Bryce put the order in. He waited until they were alone again to lean in with a smile. “What time will you be finished tomorrow?”

“By six, at the latest. Plenty of time to get back to your place and change clothes.”

“Where are they at, again? Your open houses.”

“The listings are on my Facebook page.”

“You have a page? I thought you just had a profile.” He pulled out his phone.

Dustin laughed. “The page is for business. I shared the open houses on my profile.”

“Ah. You are tricky. I’d like to hit dinner tomorrow. Kimbra said we’re welcomed to join a group of them at Sigalo’s tomorrow night before going to Venture. There’s usually a standing Saturday night reservation for a back corner. The people fluctuate depending on who’s got what going on, but she said she’ll be going.”

  “Sounds good.”

Saturday morning, Dustin had totally forgotten about the conversation. The open house was going well, although not quite as many people as he’d hoped due to a rainy morning. Still, several of the people who’d come through looking at the listing seemed pretty serious about it. He was between people, alone in the house and standing in the kitchen, reading his e-mail on his phone when he heard the front door open.

He slid his phone into his pocket and put on a professional smile before rounding the corner—

To find Bryce standing there with one of the fliers from the hall table in his hands and an evilly playful smile on his face.

  “Sir?” he whispered.

  “You alone?”

  Dustin nodded.

He grinned. “Well, show me around.”

“Um…okay.” He actually didn’t get any farther than the hall bathroom, because Bryce stuck his head inside, scoped it out, grabbed Dustin’s hand, and dragged him into the room, locking the door behind them.

“Hands on the counter.” Bryce’s voice barely registered above a whisper, but it was all Sir, and Dustin was helpless to argue.

He placed his hands on the counter and Bryce nudged his feet wider apart even as he reached around Dustin and unfastened his belt and slacks.

Over his shoulder, in the mirror, Dustin spotted the playfully evil gleam in Bryce’s blue eyes as he shoved Dustin’s slacks and briefs down before unfastening his own slacks, revealing he’d gone commando.

  Yep. Total slut for him.

“Sir missed his boy, and him being soooo close was too much temptation.” Bryce pulled a condom pouch from his pocket and ripped it open with his teeth. “This’ll be fast and hard and one-sided, boy, so try to stay quiet.” He made fast work of rolling on the pre-lubed condom, tossing the wrapper in the toilet, fortunately.

Dustin’s head drooped even as his now rigid cock throbbed, screaming for attention. Bryce lined up the head of his cock with Dustin’s ass and shoved in hard, deep, fast. Dustin sucked in a sharp breath at the bright burst of the good kind of pain that rolled itself into pleasure even before his cock fully impaled him.

  “Watch me, boy.”

Dustin had to force his eyes open. He knew he’d do anything for the smile Bryce was giving him right then.

“Look at you, sticking your ass out so well for your Sir.” Bryce grabbed his hips and Dustin had to bite back his own needy moans over the blistering fuck Bryce threw him. It was raw and hot and sexy as hell. Dustin prayed no one walked into the house right now, but he probably would have let Bryce take him even if he’d had a dozen people milling around out there.

He needed this man, needed what he gave him, needed it like oxygen. It was like Bryce held the blueprint for his soul and knew exactly what connections to make where for maximum results.

It didn’t take Bryce long to get over, only taking a moment to catch his breath before pulling out and flushing the condom and wrapper.

Dustin didn’t move, because he hadn’t been told to. And he wasn’t sure how the hell he was supposed to get his cock back into his pants now, anyway. Bryce washed his hands and fastened his slacks, looking pleased with him
self. He turned Dustin to face him, smiling as he held Dustin’s cock in one hand and used a finger from his other to catch a drop of pre-cum from the slit.

Dustin’s mouth was already open when Bryce’s finger rose. He sucked it from Bryce’s finger, swirling his tongue around the end of it. Then Bryce pulled his finger free, quickly tucked Dustin’s cock back into his briefs, and got his slacks fastened.

The playful smile returned. “Better tuck in your shirt. And text me before you leave later.”

He was doing that when he heard the front door open. Bryce swatted him on the ass and scooted past him, already out the bathroom door and heading down the hall toward where the master bedroom was.

Ducking out, Dustin intercepted the couple before they even made it farther than the entryway, but it took him a moment to settle his brain and get back into agent mode. He knew from the angle there was no way the couple could have spotted Bryce or him emerging from the bathroom.

  Whew!

  Speaking of Bryce…where was he?

He emerged from the master bedroom like he’d been innocently looking around in there, and now was nothing more than a potentially interested buyer, not even a hint of the evilly playful gleam in his eyes.

He waited for a natural break in Dustin’s conversation with the couple to shake hands with him and offer him a smile. “Thanks for your time today. Still have a few more to look at.”

“Of course. Thanks for stopping by.”

Dustin was pretty sure the couple couldn’t see the wink Bryce dropped him.

  * * * *

Dustin shot Bryce a text before he started his car. Bryce must have had the reply text already queued to send, because he responded immediately.

  Door’s unlocked, boy.

His cock hardened. Hell, now all he wanted to do was stay home tonight and wear each other out.

When he returned to Bryce’s, he didn’t spot him, at first. It wasn’t until he walked into the master bedroom and pulled up short.

Bryce, on his hands and knees on the bed, ass in the air, a lazy smile on his face. “Thank gawd. It didn’t take me that long to get home when I left there.”

Dustin didn’t remember unfastening his slacks as he strode across the room. He didn’t even kick off his shoes or remove his jacket. He shoved his slacks and briefs down and hoped Bryce had lubed himself, because otherwise, this would be uncomfortable for one of them.

They both moaned as Dustin sank his cock balls-deep inside Bryce’s well-lubed ass.

“Ride it hard, boy, because your ass belongs to me for the rest of the night, and I plan on putting pretty marks on it before I bring you home to fuck your brains out. Again.”

Dustin didn’t hesitate to unleash on him. Bryce met him stroke for stroke, and even Archer jumping onto the bed in the middle of things didn’t distract him from his goal.

  “That was fucking mean, Sir.”

  “Ah, but someone didn’t safeword.”

Dustin dug his fingers into Bryce’s hips as he slowed his strokes and ground into him. “Honestly? I didn’t even think about it at the time.”

“I watched and waited until you were alone.” He grunted. “Fuck, yeah, boy. Get in there and get you some. Jeeezus, I think I’m addicted to your cock.”

That was another thing Dustin loved about Bryce. When it came to sex, positions were irrelevant to Bryce. If he wanted Dustin to fuck his ass, that was a Dominant telling his boy what to do, and his boy happily following orders. Same with giving oral—he was a Dominant, and if he wanted to suck his boy’s cock, by god he would suck it.

And damn, could the man suck a cock. Dustin had always considered himself pretty good at it, and had always received favorable responses, but he’d learned a few new tricks from Bryce he’d added to his own repertoire.

Bryce clamped his ass down onto Dustin’s cock, increasing the friction and almost driving Dustin over the edge. He picked up the pace again, long-stroking Bryce until he felt his orgasm boiling up and cum ready to explode from his balls. He finished hard and deep, gasping for air as his cock pulsed and pumped inside Bryce’s ass.

“Good boy,” Bryce said. Dustin finally let go of him and Bryce pulled away, flipping over onto his back. His hard cock stood proud and erect, and Dustin’s mouth automatically opened as he lowered his head, fully intending to enjoy sucking that load out of him.

Bryce caught him by the tie and stopped him. “Uh-uh. Not now.” Bryce reeled him in to lie next to him, kissing him. “That’s for later. By the time that goes off inside you, one way or another, I want it nice and ready for you.”

Dustin kissed him, foreheads together, nose-to-nose. “Best. Open house. Ever.”

  “You sell it?”

“Not yet, but fuck.” Dustin started laughing. “You keep this shit up, you will be stuck with me for life because I’m gonna be addicted to you.”

Bryce tugged on his tie to get another kiss from him. “Maybe that’s part of my evil plan, boy.”

  Chapter Eleven

They somehow managed to make it to dinner on time. Bryce knew some of the people there, but those he didn’t know acted warm and friendly. By the end of the meal it felt like they’d been friends for years with all of them. Everyone had been welcoming to both of them.

On the drive to the club, Dustin noted that. “This is not like Miami,” he said. “Well, I never managed to find a group of people like this in Miami. That was fun. Thanks for not letting me talk you into staying in bed tonight.”

“I was hoping you’d like them. I think every region has its own wavelength in their kink community, you know? This area, a group of them started a munch group decades ago and it’s morphed into the community here now. I know one of the guys passed away a few years ago, but Tony was part of that original group. Ross and Loren. Gilo. Even Walt’s been around for years, although I’m not sure if he was part of the original group. Seth and Leah who were at the munch? The guy who passed away, Kaden, was her first husband, so she was there at the very start. And the people who opened Venture, too. They started the club because the house parties were getting too big and people were worried about liability.”

“Felt like a family reunion back there,” Dustin said. “A good one. Felt like I could be myself.”

Bryce patted him on the thigh. “That’s because you can. With them, and with me.”

At the club, Bryce unloaded his implement and rope bags from the trunk and had Dustin carry them in. They made their way through the entry process fairly quickly, and it was actually Tony who gave Dustin his orientation and tour after his paperwork was finished and their fees were paid. Once they were done, Bryce retrieved his bags from where he’d left them along the wall and led Dustin over to a large, red metal A-frame set up on the old side. He’d seen Walt and Holly and a friend of theirs, who was also a lawyer friend of Kimbra’s, enter the club before them, but they were already set up over on the new side.

When Voodoo by Godsmack started playing, Bryce knew someone had put Walt’s custom playlist on.

Bryce toed off his shoes. “Strip.”

  * * * *

Dustin wasn’t sure he’d heard him correctly at first. “Sir?” The sign on the side of the A-frame warned people to take off their shoes before stepping onto the MMA mats under the A-frame, or to move the mats if they weren’t using them. So he understood why Bryce was shedding his shoes.

Bryce arched an eyebrow. “Strip or safeword. Did we not talk about this? I’m pretty sure you told me you were fine playing naked, or I would have made sure you brought a jock to wear.”

  “Right now? Here?”

“I want to play now. You have to be up early in the morning. If I want to get you home in time to enjoy a big finish we can’t do here, we need to play early. So either strip, or safeword. Either choice is fine, but please pick one. I don’t want to tie up the equipment if we aren’t going to play. Once this thing starts getting used, it’s usually busy all night.”

  It wasn’t the nudity that
was the problem. Dustin had been to dungeons and play parties before. It was…

He didn’t know what it was.

Maybe because in the past when he’d been somewhere, it’d always been more of a…party. Music so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think and no one else could hear you, either, so dark you could barely see, people too involved in themselves or their activities they really weren’t paying attention to anyone else…

Bryce stared at him, awaiting his response.

Dustin started to unbutton his shirt when Bryce reached up and closed his hand around Dustin’s.

“Are we okay, boy?” he softly asked.

Hell, he couldn’t say he didn’t trust Bryce, because that’d be a fucking lie. He absolutely trusted him despite the fact that they’d known each other less than a week. His friends told him he could trust Bryce. His gut told him he could trust Bryce.

All of Bryce’s actions told him he could trust Bryce.

But they did this, it took them into serious play, formal play, not just two guys fucking around in bed.

It was the final area where they really needed to see if they were compatible so they could start working on the rest of them.

Dustin nodded. Bryce physically was no different now…yet something felt different. He seemed…bigger, somehow.

“I need a color, boy. You have to say it.”

  “Green, Sir.”

Bryce’s hand skimmed up, around the nape of Dustin’s neck, cupping him. “I can take you to the other side, to the mats over there, and tie you on the ground. Wouldn’t be able to fly you over there.”

Another couple had already taken up residence on the smaller A-frame on the other side. They weren’t using it for suspension, but for an impact play scene, and it looked like they would be a while. And Walt was playing with someone at one of the trapeze bars while Holly looked on, but as Tony had explained during the walkthrough, those couldn’t be used for suspension because they weren’t a secure hardpoint.
