"What baby momma? All I see is my wifey standing in front of me."
Sierra stepped close to him and pressed her body against his. "Then, come dance with your wifey."
She wiggled against his groin area causing Ethan to groan. "You're not playing fair."
She laughed and pulled him towards the dance floor. "Three weeks, Mr. Coleman. Three weeks left.”

Jonathan was disappointed when he saw Sean and Johari dancing together.
Avery was witnessing the look on Jonathan's face and decided to do something. She sauntered over to him and, before he could react, she tugged his shirt and pulled him into a kiss. Jon was shocked by the bold move.
"Avery what are you doing?" he whispered afterwards.
"I'm helping you. Is Johari watching?"
Jonathan looked over Avery's shoulder and saw that Johari's eyes were on them. "Yeah."
"See, it’s working. Let's dance." She grabbed his hand and pulled him to the dance floor. She was already moving to the music before they made it to the area.
Avery was an amazing dancer thanks to her mother who forced her to take dance lessons until high school. Despite how well she moved, Jonathan thought it was a bad idea.
"There's no point in this, Avery," Jonathan stated. "She chose him. I lost her.”
"Only because she doesn't know how you feel," Avery responded. "Jonathan, believe me, she still wants you. She's still staring at us. Next time you get the chance to tell her how you feel, you need to do it. Stop waiting before it's too late. Stop being the good guy and take charge."
Zeke and Sydney stood on the sidelines watching Avery and Jonathan dance. It was Sydney's turn to gloat. "I told you Jonathan and Avery would make a good couple. You were wrong.”
Zeke ignored her. "It isn’t over baby. Watch me work my magic."
Sydney watched him walk over to the DJ. "What is my husband up to?" she mumbled to herself.
"When I give you the signal, change the song to something slow," Zeke yelled to the DJ. After he nodded his head in agreement, Zeke danced over to Johari and Sean. "Do you mind if I cut in? My wife refuses to dance with me."
Sean didn't see anything wrong with it, so he allowed Zeke to dance with Johari. "Do you mind if I dance with your wife?" Sean asked.
"Go right ahead."
Zeke started dancing with Johari as the music continued to play.
Zeke was dancing with Johari but was gradually moving them closer to where Avery and Jonathan were dancing. As if Avery was reading his mind, she stopped dancing with Jonathan and started moving to the music with Zeke forcing Jonathan and Johari to dance with each other.
Zeke and Avery moved off the dance floor. Zeke waved his hand to the DJ and immediately the song changed from hip hop to a slow R&B song.
Avery and Zeke watched Johari and Jonathan come together to the slow song.
It was executed perfectly. Zeke blew a kiss at Sydney who was still dancing with Sean.
Avery nudged Zeke in the side. "How did you know?" she asked referring to Jonathan and Johari.
He shrugged his shoulders. "You see the way he's looking at her?" Avery nodded her head. "That's the same way I look at my wife. I like Sean, but he's not the one for her. Jonathan is. My wife and I have a bet going on, and I seriously think Jonathan and Johari belong together."
Jonathan held Johari close as the music continued to play across the speakers. He didn't care that Sean was a few feet away from them. He was tired of playing it safe.
"Johari, I need to tell you something."
"Is it that you and Avery are a couple? I saw the way you were dancing with each other."
Jonathan shook his head. "No. We're just friends. I promise."
"You kissed her."
"No, she kissed me."
"But you didn't stop her."
"Why does it matter to you, Jo? You're with Sean."
She paused. "It doesn't matter."
"When you lie, your nose twitches. It matters to you. Avery only kissed me to make you jealous."
Johari stopped dancing. "Why would she do that?"
"She believes we belong together and I do too. I love you, Jo. I'm in love with you. I want to let you know that you have another option besides Sean, and I'm the better choice."
Johari didn't know what to say. She stood there speechless. "I need to go," she stated before leaving the dance area heading inside of the house. She needed time to think, so she escaped into the guest bathroom.
Did she have feelings for Jon? She didn't know and never really thought of him in that way. He was good-looking, and she loved being with him. But what about Sean?
She felt flushed, so she splashed water on her face to cool off. Feeling better, she opened the door to leave and was pushed back inside of the bathroom. She looked up and faced Jonathan. Before she could speak he pressed his lips against hers. She immediately responded and started kissing him back with the same heat and passion. Jonathan picked her up and placed her on top of the sink and continued to ravish her mouth.
They were moving too fast, but she couldn't find herself to tell him to stop. She instead moaned against his lips as he slipped his hand under her dress, in between her legs and into her wetness.
Jonathan started placing kisses down her neck. "It took every ounce of strength I had to not attack you that night you slept in bed with me. To not drag you in my arms and make love to you."
"Jon."
He continued touching and kissing on her. "You deserve to be loved, Jo, the right way. Your husband didn't know how to do it and Sean can't either. Only I can."
"Jon," she moaned again.
"That's right baby, it's Jon."
Johari held onto his shoulders as he continued to play with her. She hadn't been touched in so long and Jon knew all the right buttons to push causing her to orgasm quickly.
There was music playing, but Johari was making a lot of noise. Jonathan covered her mouth with his. "You're too loud, Jo. Someone might hear you."
She didn't care. Johari arched her back and continued to enjoy the ride. It had been too long, she wanted and needed more. She started pulling at his clothing determined to get him naked when there was a knock at the door.
Jonathan noticed the distress on Johari's face. He pressed a kiss to her shoulder. "Don't worry I locked the door. They'll probably just go away," he whispered before kissing her again.
He grabbed a hold to her hips and lifted her off the sink and walked over to the toilet and sat down placing Johari on his lap. He mated his tongue against her and pulled the straps of her dress down revealing her beautiful breasts.
Too fast...too fast. Johari thought, but it felt right.
There was another knock on the door. "Johari?"
She froze on Jonathan's lap. It was Sean at the door.
Jonathan felt her body become rigid and knew that their moment was over.
"Jo?" Sean asked again.
She was about to answer, but Jonathan beat her to it. "It's not Jo," he yelled through the door. "I think I saw her go to one of the bedrooms."
She waited for Sean to move away from the door before moving. She stood and straightened her dress. "I need to get out of here."
"We can leave together," Jonathan stated standing as well.
She shook her head. "No Jon, I need to be alone to think. My mind is all muffled right now. I didn't expect this. I need to think."
He didn't want her to run away but didn't want to pressure her too much. He would talk to her later at home. "Jo, I love you. Can you just consider everything I said?”
"I will."
Jonathan kissed her one last time before allowing her to escape out of the bathroom. A minute later, he came out and bumped into his sister.
Sierra squinted her eyes at him. "Didn't Jo come out of there? What were you doing in my bathroom, Jon?" she asked playfully.
"Nothing."
"Liar, pants on fire..." she teased. "Are you fucking Jo?"
"No Sierra."
"Oh my God, you are! I need to tell someone!" She turned to walk away, but Jonathan caught her and threw her into the nearby laundry room and shut the door.
Sierra started banging on the door. "I'm going to kick your ass, Jon!"
He ignored her and locked the door and walked away. He went outside in search of Johari but couldn't find her. "Where in the hell did she disappear to?"
Ethan approached him. "Have you seen my wife?"
He almost told Ethan but held his tongue. Sierra was a menace while she was drunk, and he didn't need her telling everyone what she saw. "Nope."
Chapter 12
After Johari rushed out of the bathroom she bumped into Sean. He asked her out for a late-night dinner, and, because she was desperate to escape, she accepted.
It was a disaster.
The conversation was dead, and she spent the majority of the time playing with her food and waiting for time to pass. After dinner, she persuaded Sean to head home instead of staying in Austin. She lied and said that she had to work early. When he attempted to kiss her, she turned her head and his lips landed on her cheek.
She couldn't get her mind off Jonathan and wanted to be alone to think. Instead of going home where he would be waiting, she checked into a hotel and had a hard time sleeping. She tossed and turned before giving up and going to see Jonathan. He was the reason for her restless night.
At 4 a.m., she walked into his townhouse and went straight to his bedroom. She found him there sleeping in the middle of the bed cuddled up with his pillow.
This is where she needed to be, with him…in his arms. It was, she felt, the most comfortable and safe. Jonathan had a way of making her feel calm no matter the situation.
Slipping off her shoes, she climbed into bed with him and placed her head on his chest. Jonathan stirred and opened his eyes. "Jo? What are you doing?"
"I couldn't sleep," she replied simply lifting her head to stare at him. "I missed my cuddle buddy."
He dragged a hand across his face and sat up in bed causing Johari to sit up as well. "Where's Sean? I thought you left with him?"
"He's home. We had dinner after the party, that's all."
Jonathan stood from the bed and paced the room. "Jo, I'm confused. I'm happy you're here, but you ran away from me at the party."
"Because I was scared."
He stopped pacing. "And what are you now?"
"Still scared," she admitted. "I didn't know you had feelings for me and then we almost had sex in the bathroom and everything was happening so fast, Jon."
Now he felt like shit. He didn’t want to rush her into anything. He sat on the bed and held her hand "I'm sorry. I had a few drinks at the party and I took things too far."
"Don't be. I liked it," she admitted while blushing.
Jonathan thought it was adorable.
She bit her lip in a nervous manner. "You said we belong together. Did you mean it?”
“Yes, I did.”
“What if we don't work?"
"It's going to work."
"My marriage didn't work."
Jonathan framed Johari's face with his hands forcing her to look at him. "I'm not your ex. I would never hurt you," he said before kissing her softly on the lips. Jonathan then placed small kisses along her cheeks, chin and neck.
His lips were the softest she ever felt on her body. She arced her body against Jonathan's as he kissed the top of her breasts. There was no doubt that a physical attraction was strong between them and they got along amazingly. She loved being with him and wanted to see what could happen between them romantically.
"Okay," she said breathlessly.
"Okay what?" Jonathan stated lifting his head up.
"Okay, let's do it. I want to be with you. I want to expand our relationship."
That took Jonathan by surprise. "Really?"
"Yes really."
"I thought there would be more of a struggle. I thought you would need more time, and I would have to fight for you."
She shook her head. “I realize that I feel something for you. I think about you all the time, even when I'm with Sean. While I was away, I missed you. When I saw you with Avery, I got jealous; and when I saw you without a shirt on, I got horny," she said with a small laugh while tracing his abs.
“Jon, I wasted so many years being unhappy, and I'm not doing that again," she declared. She liked Sean, but it was already too hard and complicated. And she didn't feel as compatible with Sean as she did with Jonathan. She wanted him and didn't need time to determine it. "So yes, really."
Jonathan captured Johari's lips with his and wrapped his arms around her body pulling her close.
She settled on top his lap and stroked her tongue against his. The same passion that exploded in the bathroom progressed to Jonathan's bedroom.
Her hands traced the contours of his muscles as she tightened her legs around his waist. Jonathan squeezed onto Johari's ass and lifted her dress so that his dick was pressed against her pussy. If it wasn't for her underwear and boxers, they would be having sex.
"Is this too fast?" he asked huskily.
It was, but she didn't care. It felt too good to stop. "No," she replied before casting her lips against his again.
Every instinct told Jonathan to strip Johari down and take her on the bed, but he refused to give in. She deserved to be loved the right way and he was going to make sure it happened.
Standing up with her in his arms he turned and gently placed her on the bed before climbing on top of her. "Too much?"
Johari shook her head. "I'll let you know. Right now, this is exactly what I need," she replied.
Jonathan pecked her lips quickly. "Tell me exactly what you want, so I know my limits."
Johari pussy quivered in excitement. "I want what happened earlier again."
He smiled. "You want the magic touch?"
"Yes."
"I think I can do something that can top that." Jonathan kissed her on the lips before leaving a trail of kisses down her body. "Lift up," he ordered so he could slip her panties off.
Lifting her dress, Jonathan gave Johari the magic touch with his tongue instead of his fingers.
Pleasure radiated through her body. No man had ever given her oral sex before. Her ex thought it was nasty, even though he demanded she perform it on him. She didn't understand the big deal surrounding it, until now. Jonathan had her squirming all over the bed as he assaulted her with his tongue.
"Stop running," he said before grabbing her hips to hold her down.
Johari screamed as the orgasm took over her body. Her legs started to shake as Jonathan continued to feast on her. She had no brain function and couldn't talk when a second orgasm ripped through her.
He got the satisfaction of seeing her in a comatose state as he lifted his body up off the floor. Cleaning his face with one of his shirts from the dresser, he went and got back on the bed with Johari. "Was that okay?"
She could barely nod her head, causing Jon to laugh. "I think you're done for tonight, Jo."
"I am."
Jonathan lifted her limped body and placed it under the blankets before wrapping his arm around her to cuddle. He placed another kiss to her lips.
After finding her voice again, she spoke. "Jon, is it alright if we keep this between us? I need to break up with Sean."
He didn't like it but agreed. "Yeah, but do it soon. I don't want us to be a secret."
"Me either. It's just that when he left tonight I wasn't expecting us to happen," she admitted.
"Are you regretting it?"
"No! I'm with the better choice, right?" she said mocking what he told her at the party.
Jonathan smiled. "Hell yeah, you are," he said kissing her again. "Just tell him tomorrow."
"I will."
Johari laid against Jonathan's chest trying to figure the best way to end it with Sean. She should've never said yes to him at the party.
"Jo, stop thinking so hard. It's going to be fine
."
"Okay." She fell asleep trusting that Jonathan was right.
Chapter 13
Jonathan woke up from his sleep and reached over to grab Johari. His hands searched the surface of the bed and came up empty. Rubbing his face, he got up and went to find her.
In the kitchen, he could hear her moving around. He stood at the entrance and watched as she grabbed the pots and pans for breakfast. He could stand there for hours and observe her.
Her long dark hair was stacked on top of her head in a messy bun and she was dressed in a pair of cotton shorts and a t-shirt that bared her stomach. He loved her tiny frame, especially when it was pressed against him. They were in the beginning stages of their relationship, but he hoped it lasted. He would never see a day when he would grow tired of being with Johari. He hoped she felt the same.
He quietly walked towards her and grabbed her waist. "Boo!"
Johari jumped and dropped the egg she was holding. She turned and yelled at him. "Jon!"
He looked to the ground and saw the mess he created. "I'm sorry." He grabbed a paper towel and cleaned the egg off the floor. "See, it’s all better.”
Johari took a deep breath. "I don't like to be scared.”
He got the message loud and clear. It was a mistake to sneak up on her. He pulled Jo into his arms and held her tight. "I wasn't thinking, Jo. It won't happen again."
She took a deep breath and shook her head. "This is silly." She stood on her toes and kissed him. "Good morning."
He grinned like a small child on Christmas Day. That what Jo was to him, a gift. "Good morning, Jo."
She unwrapped herself from his arms. "Go sit down. I'll bring you breakfast."
"No, let me help."
"I got it, Jon. Go rest your feet."
He listened and went to sit at the kitchen table. Ten minutes later, she was placing a plate in front of him. He eyed the yellow concoction suspiciously. What in the hell was it?
She noticed his reaction. "Try it before you judge it."
He took a small bite and thought it was good. "What is this?"
