  Fa Zhaozhen’s heart pounded in alertness and he quickly interrupted, “I can promise you this, but I’m not a man of my own, I break promises, I kill as I like, and I act solely on my own will. If you get into trouble beyond my abilities, then I will definitely not help you and will have fun watching you being killed instead. However, if it’s something minor, then I will fulfill my promise!”

  Zhong Yue nodded and left.

  Yu Bochuan watched Zhong Yue off, and suddenly, he turned back around with a face full smiles, “Realm Lord, you didn’t grant Brother Zhong, then can you grant me another wish? I’d like to have…”

  “You’ve already granted your wish to Zhong Yue, why are you asking for another wish now?” Fa Zhaozhen smirked as he said, “Out!”

  Zheng Yan chortled, “Did Realm Lord Fa bully you? He didn’t grant you your request? I heard that Realm Lord Fa of the Prison Realm is a man who goes back on his words all the time. How foolish of you to believe him? I was chatting with Senior Martial Sister Wudao and told her our deal. She told me that there are so many cultivation techniques in this world and each has a uniqueness of their own. What if the Creator-level cultivation technique you are to impart to me is useless to me? I took her opinion into consideration and agree with her. Some of the Creator’s cultivation techniques are indeed useless to me, and what if the one you are going to impart to me is one of them?   Zhong Yue’s face changed drastically while keeping quiet.

  Zheng Yan suddenly shuddered in cold, she felt an appalling aura brewing within the young man’s body, cold like the ice mountain on the outside and yet, burning in heat like a volcano within. Her grew uneasy and murmured apologetically, “Evil God Zhong, what are you thinking? Don’t act rashly, this is the Heaven Realm!”

  Zhong Yue answered softly, “I’ve thought of a senior martial brother of mine who goes by the surname of Feng. He is quite a celestial being, an immortal who seeks for only the profundity of Dao. I’m thinking whether if I should, for one, follow his ways of cultivation.”

  Feng Xiaozhong’s cultivation was a path paved of corpses, soaked with blood, and resounded with the cries of pain and torments of his subjects. He would do anything to get his hands on the gods’ mortal bodies and spirits, including entering the tombs of the dead and dug them out himself.   Zhong Yue was pondering while he looked at the young lady.

  Zheng Yan heaved a breath of relief, she said with a smile, “I thought you were going to do something bad to me.   Zhong Yue was startled, while Zheng Yan raised her jade finger and poked his forehead, she smiled naughtily, “Now our deal is complete. Evil God Zhong, I hope to see you again in the future!” As she finished, the young lady pranced toward the exit.

  Zhong Yue instantly found a new cultivation technique appearing in his mind, it explained how to cultivate the complete Five Elemental True Spirits through only one of the Elemental True Spirits by the reversal and generation of the five elements then followed by a brief introductory on reversing the prenate states of the True Spirits into the Innate True Spirits.

  However, a notable chunk of the cultivation technique was missing, which was the part that explained how to awaken the Five Elemental Innate True Spirits.

  Without that, the cultivator would never be able to truly reverse the innate states. But even its incomplete, the [Art of Reversal Innate] was still a profound cultivation technique.

  “Senior Martial Sister Zheng Yan, wait for a second.” Zhong Yue suddenly stopped her, he added, “Wait here just for a few days.”

  Zheng Yan was filled with suspicions, “I don’t want you to repay me with marriage.”

  Zhong Yue laughed speechlessly, he was extremely curious about what was in the young lady’s head, why was her thinking so different to most ordinary girls.

  He shook his head and recollected his thoughts. Zhong Yue sat down and comprehended the [Art of Reversal Innate]. After a long time, Zhong Yue’s body shivered and countless Yin and Yang lines billowed out from his body. They were continually reforming into many marvelous symbols around him while he tried to recalculate the missing part of the cultivation art.

  However, the Creator-level cultivation art was still a distance away from his current comprehension, he couldn’t even calculate its flaw, let alone recovering the lost information!

  Even so, he still had confidence; mainly because he had succeeded in reversing the states from prenate to innate. He had cultivated both the Golden Crow and Star Toad into the innate state and also awakened them!

  He could be said as having experienced in reversing the states of prenate to innate. However, he had yet to fully understand how to reverse the Five Elemental Spirits into the innate state. But now, Zheng Yan, who had cultivated it successfully, made a good subject for him to study to as he recovered the lost information in th
e art. In addition to his exceptional deductive ability, there was a high chance he could succeed in recovering the missing part in the [Art of Reversal Innate]!

  Days flashed by, and finally, after half a month’s of waiting, the bored Zheng Yan suddenly got up from her seat and walked toward the exit.

  All of a sudden, the symbols around Zhong Yue grew lesser as they were disappearing one after another.

  Zhong Yue opened his eyes, he hovered inches above the ground and poked his finger on Zheng Yan’s forehead. He laughed and said, “You may leave now.”

  Zheng Yan was stunned, “Hold on, I did not receive anything.”

  Zhong Yue then asked, “What? Wait, let me try again.”

  He lifted his hand up and poked the young lady’s forehead again and he asked, “Now?”

  Zheng Yan stood there obediently and after Zhong Yue poked his finger at her forehead, she said again, “Nothing still! Are you sure you did it right?”

  Again, Zhong Yue poked and asked, “Now?”

  “Nothing still,” replied the puzzled Zheng Yan.

  Zhong Yue poked again and this time, Zheng Yan who was about to cry tried to encourage and helped Zhong Yue, “When I poked your forehead just now, I poked with my psyche before sending the incomplete [Art of Innate Reversal] to you and when you did the same, there was no flow of psyche. Try again.”

  Zhong Yue did it again and this time, Zheng Yan guided him patiently, “See? There was no psyche and you were merely poking my forehead. You should imbue the information within and deliver through your psyche to me, let me teach you how. Wait! Hold on!”

  She suddenly realized something and when she stomped on the ground angrily, she shouted, “You did that on purpose! You are just trying to poke my head!”

  On the other hand, Zhong Yue quickly poked her forehead for a few more times again and this time, he no longer held his laughter and he said, “Who asked you to accuse me of crying? If I do not take my revenge, why would I be given the title as Evil God Zhong?”

  Zheng Yan gritted her teeth in anger and when she was about to throw punches at Zhong Yue, Zhong Yue laughed and transmitted the completed incomplete [Art of Innate Reversal] right into the head of Zheng Yan without touching her forehead.

  Right away, Zheng Yan could not be bothered anymore as she quickly went through the art in surprise and joy; what Zhong Yue transmitted to her was still the [Art of Innate Reversal] but this [Art of Innate Reversal] was a better version with the missing parts replaced and made the awakening of the Five Elemental True Spirits possible!

  Thus, if she could cultivate this art into a higher level, she would naturally become the Five Elemental Innate Spirit Body!

  Now, with her ultimate goal, which was to become the Five Elemental Innate Spirit Body, made possible, she was struck with extreme happiness!

  Zhong Yue coughed and he added, “I’ve improved the art for you but it is still unknown about you being able to awaken the Five Elemental Spirits. Perhaps there would be many conditions, you might have to find the right innate Qi, or the innate spirit from the five elements. I would say that there are still many imperfection within this art.”

  “It’s okay, this is more than enough!”

  Zheng Yan was still very happy with the results and she laughed and said, “After being eliminated by you, I almost lost my patience and planned to directly cultivate into the level of deityhood! But now, with this art, I can look for the spirits of the five elements. I am confident that I will get to that level at some point in my life!”

  She then hopped around happily and pointed her finger towards Zhong Yue’s forehead to poke him.

  Zhong Yue couldn’t help but smile upon seeing her actions; he had poked her for so many times just now and now, this lady must be very unhappy and wanted to poke him back. He closed his eyes and allowed the lady to do what she wanted.

  However, when Zheng Yan’s finger was close to his forehead, she suddenly kept her hand back and kissed Zhong Yue on his forehead. Then, the lady flew away in lightning speed as she giggled, “Evil God Zhong! I will come back to you one day! I will have my revenge for you poking me so many times!”

  Zhong Yue was stunned and when he looked at the lady that got further and further away, he shook his head as he recalled the kiss and he murmured, “Crazy girl.”

  He recollected his thoughts and he was very happy as well. He was happy at the gain he obtained through completing the flaws in the [Art of Innate Reversal].

  And the biggest reward was that he finally found the key to awaken the Innate True Soul!

  Although the [Art of Innate Reversal] was an art that reversed the five elements to cultivate the Five Elemental Innate True Spirits. It contained not much important information about the awakening of the five elements, but even so, he had learnt a lot of extremely useful information for the awakening of the Innate True Soul.

  The time to awaken my Innate True Soul is near! However, I will need to do something big first, something that must be done or god knows when will I be able to do it if I head to the Bo Luo Six Path World for the competition.

  His eyes blinked and when he invited Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud over, he said, “May I have a look at your eyes, dear brothers and sisters.”

  Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud were surprised and Heavenly King Lu said, “Queen Shi Ji is a Creator and her skills are incredibly strong. They are out of your league and nothing can be done about it even after you take a look at them.”

  “It’s fine, I just need one quick look at it,” replied Zhong Yue.

  Heavenly King Lu hesitated for a moment before he agreed to Zhong Yue’s suggestion as he said, “Please, King Zhong.”

  Zhong Yue then stepped forward and with his divine third eye opened, he examined the stone eyes of Heavenly King Lu, which amazed him greatly; within the eyes were complicated totem carvings that twined around into a marvelous Dao totem patterns that were self generating.

  And that was the exact reason why someone that was strong like Heavenly King Lu couldn’t even destroy the totem carvings in the stone eyes; these Dao totem patterns would regenerate after they were destroyed and that ultimately prevented Heavenly King Lu from removing them!

  Such a magnificent skill from the Creator was imperceptible even with his divine third eye, it was natural that Zhong Yue failed to glean anything out of it.

  Zhong Yue then examined the Heavenly King Lu’s severed hands and legs before he proceeded to Celestial Emperer Ai Shan’s eyes.

  It did not take him too long until he examined the stone eyes of the eighteen emperors and formed a vague idea in his mind.

  These stone eyes created by Queen Shi Ji were indeed powerful. The [Dragon Shears] is only an emperor-level skill and is futile against such profound seals. That leaves me with only the [Mystic Dao Crusher]. However, even the [Mystic Dao Crusher] can only crack the seals instead of completely removing them.

  Unlike the [Dragon Shears] that was supposed to decimate the seals in bloodline, the [Mystic Dao Crusher] was used to crack a hole in seals and open up a path in every dire situation.

  But right now, these two skills were both useless when facing against the seals left behind by Queen Shi Ji.

  Previously, as strong individuals like the Realm Monarch, Heavenly Kings and Ream Lords were present for the competition, Xin Huo had no choice but to enter a slumber to keep himself from being discovered.

  But now, with them having returned to their own territory after the competition ended, Xin Huo could finally come out but he still had to act carefully to not leave Zhong Yue’s vicinity.

  “It’s not hard to remove these seals.” Xin Huo replied, “Just hand over control of your body to me and I can destroy the seals effortlessly.”

  But Zhong Yue discarded this suggestion and
he said, “Now it’s not the time. If we remove the seals now, Queen Shi Ji will be alerted right away. Just wait for a few days more and after completing the thing I want to do, then we will return for the seals.”

  Then, he contacted Bi and An and after having a discussion, Zhong Yue returned to his room and he shut himself in.

  Ten days later, Zhong Yue came out from his room and when he reached his hands out, a scarlet red cloak landed on his hands obediently.

  Another Innate Kun Tu Qi flew out from his Yuan Shen Secret Realm and it landed on his hands as if it was extremely compatible with his soul.

  Whereas within the scarlet cloak contained the Qi of Innate Tai Yin Qi. Be it Innate Tai Yin Qi or the Innate Kun Tu Qi, both were incredibly hard to be cultivate; it would usually require at least a few hundred years to achieve that.

  But now, the two innate Qi lay quietly in his hands as Zhong Yue clearly cultivated the two Qi to a very high level!

  The Innate Yuan Shen!

  Zhong Yue had finally awakened the Innate True Soul, Innate True Spirit and had the soul and spirit’s prenate state reversed into the innate state, and merged the two, thus giving rise to the birth of the Innate Yuan Shen!

  Along with the awakening of his Innate Yuan Shen, his strength had increased by thirty percent!

  However, that was not the only thing Zhong Yue had gained. The greatest gain he had was the improvement on his Fuxi Yuan Shen!

  He had three types of Yuan Shen, the Golden Crow, Star Toad and Fuxi Yuan Shen. Among the three Yuan Shen, the Fuxi Yuan Shen was his main Yuan Shen and the other two were jsut supports for the main.

  With that, the Innate Yuan Shen he cultivated naturally took the form of the Fuxi Yuan Shen!

  Ever since he left the Ancestral Star, Zhong Yue had never touched his Fuxi Yuan Shen and never exposed anything related to the Fuxi Clan; he had been trying his very best in every fight and this very best was actually the full power he could unleash after completely restricting the use of any Fuxi related power!

  Now, after the awakening of the Fuxi Yuan Shen into the Innate Yuan Shen, if he cast his Fuxi True Form, the increase in his power would not be as simple as thirty percent anymore but by an even scarier extent!
