  Queen Shi Ji’s eyes flashed. She remained silent and at the same time, the silence consumed Heavenly King Lu and the others, making them nervous as they had no clue of what the lady was thinking about.

  Zhong Yue, however, was calm at this moment for though Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror’s power could not be fully unleashed by him. Heavenly King Lu and the others could unveil even more power hidden within this mirror if they were the ones using the mirror. Hence, if Queen Shi Ji turned hostile, Heavenly King Lu an the others will still be able to defend everyone from her with the mirror and perhaps even be able to kill her.

  But Zhong Yue did not wish things to unfold in such a way because he will never be able to face Shi Yinji again if this happened.

  After a moment of silence, Queen Shi Ji nodded and said, “I’m going to need a promise and a token of yours, a token that will make you keep your words in the future.”

  This time, Zhong Yue kept quiet and after a short moment of deliberation, he shot out a strand of Innate Yang Qi which gently fell into the hands of Queen Shi Ji, “Is this alright?”

  “Get out of my sight right now!” Queen Shi Ji said right away after keeping the Innate Yang Qi within her secret realm.

  Zhong Yue let out a breath of relief upon and along with Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud, he entered the teleportal in front of them. With a flash, they were all teleported into space and were carried away from Wei Shen Six Paths World.

  Shi Yinji, on the other hand, returned to the Heaven Court where Realm Monarch Yunshan was commanding his army. He had stationed them all over the Heaven Realm to set up an ambush to kill Zhong Yue. Queen Shi Ji then got up to him and she said, “My Majesty, have you seen anything abnormal in Yinji recently?”

  “What happened to Yinji?” asked the surprised Realm Monarch Yunshan.

  Queen Shi Ji replied, “I suspect she has an intimate relationship with Zhong Yue.”

  Realm Monarch Yunshan’s expression changed slightly before he became extremely happy and shouted, “Seems like the honour of capturing the Fuxi is mine! Good, good! My queen, tell Yinji to continue to stay in Lesser Saint Heaven Realm. This Zhong Yue who values love and friendship will definitely return for our daughter. That’s when he will walk into the trap we set up! With that, my place in the imperial emperor’s heart will increase even more!”

  Disappointment struck Queen Shi Ji upon hearing his words but on the outside, she nodded and agreed with Realm Monarch Yunshan, “I am sure that things will only proceed smoothly under your command, My Majesty.”

  Queen Shi Ji managed to hide her emotions, but unbeknownst to him, Realm Monarch Yunshan said happily, “That’s right! I should arrange things personally to prevent any mistakes!”

  Queen Shi Ji nodded and she left immediately. But the disappointment rooted in her heart continued to eat at her as she thought, Back then, I thought he was an extraordinary genius. He rose from a peasant family to someone only a rank below Realm Monarch, which was why I aided him in his conquest in this Six Paths World and oppress King Geng. Little did I know that his true colors would be like this… Seems like the admiration and love I had for him was long gone…

  The disheartened Queen Shi Ji then returned back to her clan from the Heaven Court and closed herself in for cultivation.

  Meanwhile, realm Monarch Yunshan dispatched innumerable men to secretly keep an eye on Shi Yinji. This continued for a couple of years but Zhong Yue had never once shown himself, to which Realm Monarch Yunshan got furious and scolded, “This little brat is way too cold-blooded! He never even returned once for my daughter! This fool!”

  The 3,000 Six Paths World floated silently within the universe in their very own ways. Sometime later, a mirror that was a few feet long flew past these Six Paths World without anybody knowing.

  Within this mirror was another vast dimension that seemingly had no end to it. Yi Wanjun, Shi Buyi, Bai Canghai and the others had all embarked on their own adventures in the mirror, and each of them had come out of it with their own fortuitous encounters.

  This was an independent dimension filled with the treasures left behind by Heavenly Monarch Tian Yuan. With that, its value was no less than the Ancient Land of the God Graves. Moreover, the danger was far lesser than the Ancient Land of the God Graves.

  Apart from that, with Xin Huo now being the mirror spirit, he would be able to help them overcome any dangers should they happen to crop up.

  “Brat Yue, there are a few hundred thousand gods and demons here that you have yet to take care of.” said Xin Huo out of a sudden.

  Zhong Yue was stunned for a second and he immediately recalled when he brew chaos within Bo Luo Six Paths World, he hurled these soldiers into Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror. He had tossed them right into the maze located at the core of the mirror, which was also the place he spent 30 billion years in.

  “How are they now?”

  Zhong Yue asked nervously, “Did they discover the core of the mirror?”

  “They have all gone mad,” replied Xin Huo with a shake of his head, “After I reconstructed and patched the mirror’s core, the patterns you left behind were erased completely. These guys have experienced death for god knows how long. They are all insane now.”

  These few hundred thousand heaven soldiers and generals witnessed the deaths and revival of their companions time and time again, all forgotten their previous memories, thus, even if they were still alive, they would’ve gone mad by now.

  Besides, the time flow within the mirror was insanely fast that a second on the outside world was a thousand years within the mirror. Just imagine the suffering these men had to go through.

  Zhong Yue frowned slightly upon realizing this; back when he tossed them into the mirror, he had been completely occupied by the pursuit from the Creators and Realm Lords. Hence, he had totally forgotten about these men and now, they had all gone mad.

  If it were just a couple of them that went crazy, it would not be a hassle. But with all of them having gone insane, a catastrophic event was bound to happen if they were all released!

  “Forget it. Just leave them alone within the mirror but take them out from the maze so that they could live new lives,” said Zhong Yue.

  Xin Huo immediately unbound these poor souls from the core; though the arrival of these men within the mirror posed quite a threat, nothing would actually happen with Xin Huo here.

  Among these men, some still managed to maintain a cool head and after getting out from the maze, they immediately sought shelter among the sacred grounds around them; a few Celestial Overlords that knew their position immediately came forth and surrendered to Zhong Yue and they said, “Master Yue, we are all yours to command now.”

  Zhong Yue laughed and said, “Forget the formalities. From now on, the few of you will be in charge of this continent within the mirror. Keep things in order for me, will you?” replied Zhong Yue with a smile.

  The few Celestial Overlords immediately understood that their new master wanted to make the army yield upon hearing this but they dare not even resist his order. After all, their lives were in Zhong Yue’s hands and even if they did start a rebellion, they would only face death in front of Zhong Yue, not to mention that there were still Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud.

  With them taking charge of taking care of these mad gods and demons, all of them could probably become an asset to me in the future.

  Zhong Yue thought, Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror is really a nice item. Too bad that ordinary humans can’t live here because there is no sun, no moon and no stars. I wonder if this will be changed after I throw in a couple of suns into the mirror? If this works, then humans can stay there too.”

  All of a sudden, Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror trembled vigorously and loud explosions were heard from the outside as if something was attacking the mirror. Zhong Yue’s heart skipped a beat and when he looked up, an endless lightning zone had appeared right outside the mirro
r and menacing lightning clapped onto the mirror!

  The lightning was just like spears dangling in the universe, and each time these dangerous spears struck the mirror, the mirror would shake vigorously!

  Strange… This is clearly the void in the universe that is not within the vicinity of any Six Paths World so why is there such a lighting zone?

  The surprised Zhong Yue thought, This lighting is extraordinary! If I can retrieve it and forge it into a divine weapon, its power will definitely be amazing !

  Just as this thought crossed in his mind, The Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud had already flown out of the mirror and attempted to retrieve this universe thunder only to be burnt and left with no choice but to escape back into the mirror.

  The Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror then flew out from the lightning zone and with another loud explosion, it was struck down by some unknown object. Zhong Yue and the others looked around only to see nothing but pure darkness where there was not even a single light around the twisted dimension they were now at.

  “It seems like we’ve fallen into a black hole!”

  Demon Empress Bi Er lost her voice for a second and shouted, “There is no heaven and earth here, no stars, no sun and no moon. How is there a black hole here? That universe thunder’s appearance was also very odd!”

  Heavenly King Lu stunned for a second and after a moment of realization hit him, he said with a deep tone, “Ladies and gentlemen, keep an eye on your surroundings. We are closing in on my old friend’s residence soon!”

  Those within the mirror shook right away and Bai Canghai shouted, “Your old friend? That Curse Innate Spirit Body?”

  “That’s right!” said a worried Heavenly King Lu, “She was not this strong the last time I saw her. Back then, she was just a Celestial Overlord. Her curse was very strong but it could not harm me at all. However, judging from the lightning zone and the black hole just now, she is probably a Celestial Emperor now….”

  Heavenly King Lu shuddered and he warned seriously, “We have to be more than just careful. Just by getting close her place we have already been met with such catastrophe. I fear things will only get worse once we got there! My suggestion is that we stay in Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror where possible and refrain from leaving the mirror lest we get struck with a spell of disastrous bad luck!”

  Everyone immediately felt a shiver crawl down their spines after hearing his words.

  The Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud then combined their powers to control Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror to jump out from the twisted dimension and not long later, they ran into a massive trembling deep within the universe. This tremble was the shockwave created by the big bang where the universe was born and somehow, it was absolutely bad luck to run into such event.

  With every trick up their sleeves, Zhong Yue and his companions finally managed to get away safely but their hearts were still pounding rapidly.

  Bai Canghai on the other hand, was all hyped up and he walked here and there as he mumbled, “There really is a Curse Innate Spirit Body! I am finally not alone anymore!”

  Chapter 762: Strongest Innate Curse |

  Zhong Yue and the others were promptly struck by a spree of bad luck; the dangers they encountered only continue to grow in severity as they got closer and closer to the Innate Curse Spirit Body.

  Their heartbeats never slowed since their first encounter with the lightning zone; without the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror, even someone like Heavenly King Lu would have been killed more than once by now!

  “Some said that the Innate Elemental Spirit Body was the strongest innate spirit body and some said it’s the Sun and Moon Innate Spirit Body. But from the looks of this, I say that the Innate Curse Spirit Body is the strongest….” murmured Yi Wanjun with a pale face.

  “Not quite.” replied Heavenly King Lu who also wore a pale face right now, “The Innate Curse Spirit Body may be the harbinger of apocalypse and disaster but they too, have their own natural enemy. The Innate Blessing Spirit Body is the Innate Curse Spirit Body’s arch nemesis. The very presence of an Innate Blessing Spirit Body can easily suppress the bad luck brought by Innate Curse Spirit Body. I heard that the only reason Realm Monarch Bo Luo became the first and strongest Realm Monarch was because he had one Innate Blessing Spirit Body under his command, who in turn bestowed him with luck and prosperity. This Blessing Innate Spirit Body of his is called Heavenly King Fu and it was him that allowed Realm Monarch Bo Luo to overcome every crisis and now, half way into the Imperial Emperor level.”

  Zhong Yue’s mind went completely blank right away as soon as he thought of the strong yet plump fatty and he shouted, “Heavenly King Fu? He is an Innate Blessing Spirit Body!?”

  “That’s right. It’s him.”

  Heavenly King Lu said, “All he cares for are power and wealth. If you are poor and powerless, not only will he not help you, he might even push you even further to the bottom. But if you are rich and powerful, he will become good friends with you. The only reason why Realm Monarch Bo Luo could put up with his nonsense and even give him the title of Heavenly King is because that he is an Innate Blessing Spirit Body. The Innate Blessing Spirit Body and Innate Curse Spirit Body are like fire and water, neutralizing one another. Thus, none of them can be considered as the strongest innate spirit body.”

  Demon Empress Bi Er laughed and added, “I heard that Heavenly King Fu was visited by bad luck; he was taken care of by Realm Monarch Bo Luo for bribery and he was banished into the Elemental Realm as the Plague God. Just what kind of bad luck he ran into that he couldn’t even protect himself.”

  Heavenly King Lu was stunned and he assumed, “Perhaps he was met with a harbinger of bad luck that was stronger than his Innate Blessing Spirit Body.”

  Zhong Yue was left speechless right away because this harbinger of bad luck they were talking about was him. Heavenly King Fu tried to patch things up with him, improve their relationship even further, thus, he gifted Zhong Yue the Bi Xie Rhino carriage but in the end, things went sideways for Zhong Yue and also for him.

  “The strength of the Innate Curse Spirit Body wasn’t heaven-defying, but they are all individuals that were to be greatly feared. In the ancient days, the Curse Spirit Disaster God, the Million Venom Plague God, the Seven Slaughtering God, the Northern Dipper Death God were the four strongest gods to have in a war. If the opponents didn’t have the Blessing Spirit, Life Spirit, Wood Spirit, and Southern Dipper Spirit, the would lose terribly.”

  “So that’s how it is.”

  Upon listening to their explanation, Zhong Yue felt that whatever he learned from them was more than whatever he learned from the books for a whole ten years. He then said, “And I was wondering about the fruitful yet surprising encounters I ran into in Bo Luo Six Paths World. It never struck me that it was because of Heavenly King Fu until now. Since he had aided me greatly back then with his Blessing Innate Spirit Body, I guess we have to return one day to pull him out from rock bottom.”

  The surprised Heavenly King Lu and the others exchanged a glance upon hearing this and Celestial Emperor Qian Han carefully asked, “My king, are you somehow friends with him?”

  Zhong Yue laughed and replied, “The Bi Xie Rhino carriage was a present from him. He wanted to present his daughter instead of Bi Xie Rhino carriage to me at first but I feared that there was something fishy going on so I rejected his offer.”

  So king is that harbinger of bad luck Heavenly King Fu ran into!

  Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud were met with a moment of realization and they all thought at the same time, Heavenly King Fu tried to be as nice as he could to Master and this ended up offending Realm Monarch Bo Luo. He really is unlucky, running into Master Zhong with no reasons….

  Yi Wanjun then asked curiously, “If the Innate Curse Spirit Body is not the strongest, then which one is?”

  “I don’t know.”

  Heavenly King Lu shook his head and said, “In the Fire Order Era, the Fi
re Innate Spirit Body was the strongest and in Earth Order Era, it was the Sun and Moon Innate Spirit Body. But now….”

  He too, was unsure so he said, “With the Six Paths unified and the Reincarnation, the Innate Galaxy Spirit Body’s strength surged tremendously and so did the Innate Elemental Spirit Body. The Sun and Moon Innate Spirit Body, however….”

  Heavenly King Lu took a quick glance at Zhong Yue and continued saying, “I initially thought that the Sun and Moon Innate Spirit Body could only compete with the Elemental Innate Spirit Body but I honestly have no idea now.”

  With the Six Paths unified and the reappearance of Reincarnation, the innate spirit bodies deemed useless back in the ancient days started to shine brightly. With the ability of converting the energy element in their body, the once strongest Sun and Moon Spirit Body was beaten and it now possessed a lower ranking.

  But this when Zhong Yue came in. As a Sun and Moon Innate Spirit Body, he punched right through the 81 levels Pure Yang Lei Zhe and changed the view of Heavenly King Lu on the Sun and Moon Innate Spirit Body. Now, Heavenly King Lu could no longer determine which was the strongest now.

  As they spoke, things began to calm down gradually and the silence became slightly eerie. The worried Bai Canghai immediately asked, “Are we lost? Why has everything gone quiet?”

  Heavenly King Lu shook his head and said, “We are definitely on the right path. Perhaps I was wrong. The Innate Curse Spirit Body might have already reached the level where she could control the curse and bad luck around her. She must have noticed our arrival so she starts to restrain the bad luck. How can there possibly be disasters around her if she plans to stay here for long?”

  As he spoke, the darkness around them cleared and what appeared before them was a planet with a moon and a sun hanging quietly within the endless dark; the moon circled around the planet and the planet around the sun but all around this planet was just plain darkness.
