But the incarnations were simply recreations of themselves through certain means. The clones were formed using their body parts, such as a finger or a strand of hair. Anything that was from one’s body and refined into a replica of themselves would be considered as clones.
In contrast, incarnations required one to allocate a part of their soul to reside and manipulate the body, it was more agile and responsive; whereas the clones required the cultivator to manually control them.
But Zhong Yue and Gu Yue clearly did not have this kind of relationship, whether it be master-incarnation or a master-clone. They were both Zhong Yue, both had their own independent and complete souls, spirits and Yuan Shens, together with genuine mortal bodies.
It was so strange the elders felt like banging their heads on the walls.
Zhong Yue looked at Gu Yue and asked, “You’ll walk the 3,000 Six Paths Worlds in my place, what treasures should I give you?”
“The more, the better.” Gu Yue replied, “I want all of the treasures you’ve plundered from Realm Monarch Bo Luo’s treasure vault. The abundance of treasure allows me to befriend with experts easier and make ties with more allies.”
Zhong Yue nodded, he passed all of the treasures from Realm Monarch Bo Luo’s treasure vault to Gu Yue, as well as the Bi Xie Rhino carriage, he said, “The Zi Wei Galaxy has no Six Paths World, it is useless with me. Take it with you, it can help you out of dangers.”
Gu Yue took it over and boarded the carriage, he gave a stern yell and the four Bi Xie Rhino rushed and disappeared in the dimension of Hell.
Then, Zhong Yue turned to the elders and smiled, “I’ve embarassed myself in front of the elders by talking to myself.”
The old clan master and the elders looked at one another; a few moments later, an elder asked, “Cousin, you and Gu Yue, who is the main one?”
“We are both myself, there is no difference in position. However, he is the old me while I am the current and true me; thus, you can consider me the main self.” Zhong Yue smiled.
The old clan master and elders were still puzzled, while Zhong Yue smiled, “I’ll leave behind the cultivation technique of my innate mortal body and innate Yuan Shen. Please, may the elder cousins correct me if there is anything wrong.”
The old clan master and elders were agitated, they immediately grabbed a cliff over and placed it in front of Zhong Yue. Zhong Yue mulled for moments beside the cliff, then carving his attainments and knowledge of his innate mortal body and innate Yuan Shen on the cliff surface.
The old clan master and elders rushed to the front and praised from the bottom of their hearts.
Zhong Yue had even carved his cultivation technique of the innate soul, including some of Goddess Shen Hou’s attainments after Goddess Hou Tu shed away her old skin.
This was also the inspiration for Zhong Yue to shed away his old mortal body. But the key for him to do so was actually the ancestral blood given to him by Goddess Shen Hou. When he refined the ancestral blood, he found it containing Goddess Hou Tu’s attainments in shedding the old skin. Thus, Zhong Yue was able to also shed away his old mortal body during ascension into deityhood, allowing his prowess to be purer and stronger!
He didn’t separate his cultivation base into two parts, but instead, created a new self out of his old self; while in the process of improving his cultivation, all the while retaining the old him behind.
The crowd looked at the carvings on the cliff that was even obscure and difficult to understand for them. Even if they could understand it all, it would still be nearly impossible to replicate Zhong Yue’s success. After all, the experiences, the battles that Zhong Yue had gone through, his attainments, his mind and soul, and heart were all unique to him and only him.
All of a sudden, the teleportation portal in the Lei Zhe Continent glimmered, a burst of loud laughter could be heard saying, “Old clan master, Yiqi is here to trouble you again.”
The old clan master quickly stood up and welcomed the guest, “Yiqi, why are you back again?”
Jiang Yiqi walked out of the teleportation portal, he said, “I’ve told Nong Sovereign of the Fuxi’s appearance. Now, Nong Sovereign wants to meet with the Fuxi, there are many things he wants to tell him. Nong Sovereign also chided me for asking Fuxi to act as Xuan Yuan’s guardian. Today, I am here looking for the clan master to see if I can still track and chase up to Fuxi’s whereabouts.”
The old clan master laughed, “Just right in time. He was here for a second attempt of the Ancient Lei Zhe Realm and hasn’t left yet.”
Jiang Yiqi followed the old clan master, he asked curiously, “The second ascension ceremony? The last time he was at the 48th level, clan master you said he has the potential of an Imperial Emperor. How about this time?”
“The 81st, he has acquired the Innate Dao Fruit.”
Jiang Yiqi was shocked, he asked quietly, “The 81st level of the Ancient Lei Zhe Realm, what potential brims within him?”
The old clan master smiled, he raised his head and stared into the sky, “Just how high are the heavens?”
Jiang Yiqi remained silent for seconds, then he sighed, “I am far below Nong Sovereign’s wisdom. Nong Sovereign said I shouldn’t have asked Fuxi to act as a guardian, stating that my request is only looking down on Fuxi, a humiliation to him. I didn’t agree with it back then, but now I know, the depth and width of Nong Sovereign’s wisdom are beyond my reach.”
The old clan master asked curiously, “How did Nong Sovereign describe Zhong Yue?”
Jiang Yiqi replied, “Nong Sovereign said he didn’t dare to let Xuan Yuan become a Fuxi; but Zhong Yue was brave enough to become a Fuxi. Fuxi stands at a higher platform than him.”
The old clan master startled, then sighed, “Nong Sovereign has been trapped in the Zi Wei Galaxy for all his life. If he was to be let free in the wild, who knows what kind of empire can be built. It’s a shame that he was confined to the Zi Wei Galaxy with no chance of using them even till the end of his time. But if he wants to see the Fuxi, I am afraid it is impossible as the risk that follows is too great.”
Then, the old clan master told Jiang Yiqi of Zhong Yue’s capture by King Zi Guang and escape from the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror. Jiang Yiqi frowned, he let out a deep breath saying, “Nong Sovereign wants to see him before his time ends, to pass Fuxi his ideals and dreams. No matter what, I will convince the Fuxi to come with me!”
When the duo found Zhong Yue and Jiang Yiqi told him Nong Sovereign’s wish, “Nong Sovereign is dying, he wants to meet Fuxi before he takes his last breath.”
The old clan master opened his mouth, he wanted to advise against, but couldn’t speak a word.
“I will go!” Zhong Yue’s heart shuddered in emotions, he said, “Without Nong Sovereign, there will be no humans in the Ancestral Star! I will follow you to see the Nong Sovereign!”
Jiang Yiqi initially prepared a long speech to convince Zhong Yue and he was on his plan doing so when he suddenly heard Zhong Yue saying. Then, he quickly replied, “Your identity is exposed, going for the Zi Wei Galaxy will place you in great danger! Fuxi, think thrice of your decision!”
The old clan master immediately rolled his eyes at Jiang Yiqi, he thought, What a funny guy, first he wants to convince Fuxi to follow him, then now Fuxi accepts to go, he turned around and adviced Fuxi against it…

Zhong Yue replied, “Even if you didn’t come, I still would’ve gone to the Zi Wei Galaxy. Don’t worry, I have my own way of hiding my identity.”
He had always planned on creating Gu Yue. His old self would continue to walk the 3,000 Six Paths Worlds, diverting their and the Zi Wei Galaxy’s attention away from his true self. Meanwhile, Zhong Yue would be free to begin a new adventure in the Zi Wei Galaxy.
This plan had come into motion since he acquired Goddess Hou Tu’s ancestral blood. However back then, he had yet to cultivate the innate mortal body and separate himself into the old him and true him, just like Godde
ss Hou Tu and Goddess Shen Hou.
But since that was achieved, he now had the confidence to enter and survive the Zi Wei Galaxy.
Although, before I head over for Zi Wei, I need to change my appearance and adopt a new identity.
Zhong Yue pondered, then he remembered Feng Shouzhu who died in place of Feng Shang and Feng Shang who fought his life for humanity’s peace. A thought rose within his mind and he smiled, “In Zi Wei, I will take the surname of Yi and the name of Feng. Time is no friend, Elder Yiqi, let us begin the journey now.”
“Oh no, I dare not be called an elder by the Fuxi; just Yiqi will do,” Jiang Yiqi hesitated, he turned toward the old clan master who nodded back at him and the old clan master said, “Since cousin you’ve said that you have the confidence, then be careful on your own. However, after my death, don’t forget our promise.”
The old clan master was worried about Zhong Yue’s safety in the Zi Wei Galaxy, and so he made sure to remind Zhong Yue about their promise, giving the latter a reason to return.
Zhong Yue also knew this. Hence, he bowed and thanked the old clan master.
Right after, two silhouettes walked into the portal and teleported toward the Bo Luo Six Paths World.
The old clan master watched as they left, he sighed in his heart and summoned the dragon elders. “After my death, the outsiders will begin their invasion. Be prepared, a grueling battle lies ahead of us, blood will be shed and many lives will be lost. The outsiders are not to be tolerated in our last sanctuary!”
The elders nodded and left in preparations.

Half a year later, Zhong Yue and Jiang Yiqi arrived in the Bo Luo Six Paths World. Jiang Yiqi smiled, he said, “Fuxi… Yi Feng, our journey will become incredibly treacherous. We still have a long way to go, at least 7 years before we arrive in Zi Wei. A long and harrowing journey, but it is the only path to Zi Wei. The gods called it the Heaven’s Starry Road. It will take us through the ancient teleportation formations and into the ancient universe before finally leading us to Zi Wei.”
“Starry Road? Ancient universe?” Zhong Yue was puzzled.
Jiang Yiqi laughed, “The universe we are in now is the new universe. The 3,000 Six Paths Worlds are relatively new, they were only created 220,000 years ago by the ancient cultivators. The cultivators before then all lived in the ancient universe. That is also the innate gods’ origins, the ancient Lei Zhe, Hua Xu and others were born there. It was only after the creation of the 3,000 Six Paths Worlds that the ancient Lei Zhe and Hua Xu migrated out from it and entered the new universe. The teleportation formations along our way were all built by the ancient experts, it leads us to Zi Wei. Without them, even an Imperial Emperor wouldn’t be able to travel to Zi Wei on his own.”
Zhong Yue knew nothing at all before this, and so Jiang Yiqi’s exposition was particularly eye-opening for him.
Just right before they entered the teleportation formation, Zhong Yue’s heart pounced an extra beat and he suddenly smiled.
Gu Yue was also here in the Bo Luo Six Paths World, heading toward the Elemental Realm in search of Heavenly King Fu. He planned to invite the Innate Blessing Spirit Body to aid him in his quest.
With Heavenly King Fu by my side, I will be able to stay safe and secure in the lower realms . Zhong Yue thought, The greater my presence in the lower realms, the safer I will be in Zi Wei.
At the same time, Gu Yue had arrived in the Elemental Realm of the Bo Luo Six Paths Wo Six Paths World. The Bi Xie Rhino carriage brought him toward Heavenly King Lu’s courtyard, he thought, Since I will be in the higher realm, the more ruckus I cause in the lower realms, the safer I am in the higher realm. What a pity, I can’t have Xin Huo by my side. But that’s alright, my true self is in greater danger, he will be safer if Xin Huo is by his side.
When the old Zhong Yue found out where Heavenly King Fu stayed, he didn’t rush to it right away; but instead, he crushed the courtyard of a Heavenly Deity and battered the victim to a half-dead state before leaving.
“So this is not where Heavenly King Fu stays.” Before leaving, Zhong Yue shook his head and said in disappointment, “Heavenly King Fu is a loyal one, he has been serving me well. Now that he has been banished from his usual post, I should make sure that he doesn’t suffer. But where could be?”
Then, he did the same thing to ten over Heavenly Deities. Immediately, word began to spread around the Elemental Realm and the rumor was delivered from level after level, finally up to the Realm Lord.
It was only then that Gu Yue headed for Heavenly King Fu.
Heavenly King Lu’s Plague God Courtyard was isolated from the other residences. Because he was now the Plague God, no one else wanted to stay or even get close to him at all. Everyone knew Heavenly King Fu was once a valued subject to Realm Monarch Bo Luo, but he made a big mistake, infuriating the Realm Monarch.
Especially after Zhong Yue plundered Realm Monarch Bo Luo’s treasure vault and indirectly injured him, Heavenly King Fu was truly stuck in a quagmire.
Thus, there was simply no way out for Heavenly King Fu anymore.
When Gu Yue arrived in the Plague God Courtyard, there were only a few house servants who were only Qi Practitioners; there weren’t any gods that were under Heavenly King Fu.
He who was Realm Monarch Bo Luo’s valued subject had thousands over gods under his lead during his prime days of serving in the Heaven Court; but now as he was banished, not a single one of them was willing to serve under him anymore!
Gu Yue walked straight into the Plague God Courtyard and laughed loudly, “Heavenly King Fu, an old friend has come to visit!”
Heavenly King Fu heard Gu Yue’s voice and his heart skipped a beat. When the Heavenly King whose wife and daughter were walking behind him saw Zhong Yue, he immediately put up a smile and clasped his fists together, “Lord Yue! Why are you so free to come and visit me? Oh, look at me, forgetful as always. Lord Yue, please wait for a moment, I have something for you.”
As he finished, he turned and walked into his room, removed his two round divine hammers from the wall and walked out with the same smile. It was then only his face grew terrifyingly ugly and he roared with the two round hammers raised high up, “Don’t stop me! I will kill this little prick!”
Then, his wife and daughter slipped to the sides and giggled.
The furious Heavenly King Fu surged his arcane energy into his two round hammers and shouted, “The fire of revenge burns vigorous in me, none shall stop me!”
Shi Qie’er and his wife were still on the sides as if they were watching a movie.
Heavenly King Fu glanced at them, he lowered the hammers and said, “Stop me, please?”
His wife chortled, “Husband, you said to not stop me, so how are we daring enough to defy your will? Ever since your banishment, you’ve been honing your hammers, saying that one day when you see Lord Yue again, you will kill this little prick. Now that he is here, your dream is now within arm’s reach.”
Heavenly King Fu lowered his reddened face, he said, “He is a Fuxi, and numerous hidden experts stand by his side. Even Realm Monarch Bo Luo suffered grave wounds in front of them just trying to keep him in imprisonment. If I kill him, we will all die. So, stop me? Please?”
His wife and Shi Qie’er immediately rushed over and laid on the ground, one grabbed on his left feet and the other the right feet. They were sobbing and weeping, “Please, please, calm down, please!”
Heavenly King Fu grew furious again, he raised the hammers high up and chided, “Lucky prick! If it weren’t for my wife and daughter that pleaded me to spare your petty life, I’d bash you into minced meat!”
Gu Yue snickered, “Heavenly King Fu, before I come, I’ve paid a friendly visit to some 14 Heavenly Deities and battered them to a near-death state. I told them I was looking for you, I had the wrong place, and I also told them you are my subject. Those Heavenly Deities should’ve notified the Realm Lord by now. I suppose they’re now on their way toward you now.”
“Please, calm down!”
“I am serious now!” Heavenly King Fu stomped his feet, he chided, “This prick is an embodiment of misfortune! First I was banished as a Plague God, lost all of my wealth and power, and now he is even trying to get me exiled! I will kill him today!”
“Not joking?” asked the wife.
Heavenly King Fu shouted back at her, “Of course not! I’ll kill him first, then bring us away as far as possible, leave at once!”
Mistress Fu and Shi Qie’er stood up, they exchanged a look and smiled, “Then we will go and pack our things. We’ll leave you two men to settle your differences then.”
“For what? I’ll kill him right away!”
Heavenly King Fu raised a hammer and brought it down on Gu Yue’s head and suddenly, the latter said, “If I succeed, you will be crowned Realm Monarch of the Bo Luo Six Paths World.”
Then, the hammer stopped an inch above Gu Yue’s head, Heavenly King Fu kept the hammers and asked, “Promise?”
“Promise!” Gu Yue held a solemn face as he said.
“Alright!” Heavenly King Fu accepted it immediately, “I’ll go with you!”
Gu Yue brought out the Bi Xie Rhino carriage and invited Heavenly King Fu into it. Then, they saw Mistress Fu and Shi Qie’er trotting with the bags behind them and entered the carriage as well.
Heavenly King Fu stuttered as he said, “My love, my daughter, I didn’t kill him.”
The two ladies exchanged a look and chortled right after, “We knew you wouldn’t. We were just packing up to follow you in serving your new lord.”
Heavenly King Fu was puzzled, “You all knew?”
“Realm Monarch Bo Luo has lost his trust in you, moreover, he doesn’t want you to exist anymore. As a selfish tyrant he is, he will not allow an Innate Blessing Spirit Body to fall into the hands of others; thus, with or without killing Lord Yue, he will seize this chance to kill you. Of course by then, exile we must go. However, if you had killed Lord Yue, there would then be two forces hunting for you. That leaves the best option as clear as crystal. As Lord Yue came and invited you, you will eventually accept it.”
