  Dong Ah and Xi He exchanged looks as this thought crossed their minds.

  Suddenly, a god observing at the side asked curiously, “Yi Feng, you called Bo Di as little friend, is this not your first life?”

  The other gods realized this as well and they all looked at Zhong Yue.

  Zhong Yue on the other hand, hesitated and he said openly, “If everyone here promises not to say anything, I will tell you the truth.

  Everyone’s attention and interest were all brought up by Zhong Yue and they all promised, “Just tell us, we won’t say a word about your story!”

  Bo Di was also curious and he added, “Don’t worry, we are all men of our words. We wouldn’t go back against our words!”

  Zhong Yue let out a relieved breath and he explained, “To be honest, I was an innate god in my previous life.”

  He paused for a moment and everyone around looked at each other and they saw realization among each other. A lady from the top ten Qi Practitioners in 3,000 Six Paths World then murmured, “No wonder you had the innate presence….”

  “With a human body, you managed to reach such an extent, you live up to your identity as an innate god!”

  After a moment of hesitation, Zhong Yue continued, “I was a Creator among the innate gods in my previous life but one day during seclusion, my location was discovered by my enemy. Through nefarious means, he injured me severely, and after I escaped with barely a breath left, I had no choice but to reincarnate. Shame….”

  Zhong Yue said, “In my previous life, I knew not of age or death. I will not die as long as I was not killed. But after being reborn as a human, not only am I cursed with a lowly bloodline, my lifespan had been cursed too…..”

  As he said, he suitably put up a morose expression.

  The others, however, failed to notice that Zhong Yue was just acting; innate gods were immortal and this Yi Feng was unceremoniously jettisoned from that legendary class of existence to be subject to the lowest possible bloodline in the universe.

He was an innate god and a Creator that possessed ability far beyond their knowledge that ordinary Imperial Emperors might be of no match for him.

  Also, with his knowledge that far outstripped the likes of Bo Di’s, it should have come as no surprise that he managed to overwhelm Bo Di.

  With a baritone voice, Zhong Yue said seriously, “Please, say no words about what you just heard, dear senior martial brothers and sisters.”

  Everyone nodded except for Dong Ah and Xi He as they both thought, It’s definitely not a problem to us but if teacher asks, we have no choice but to tell him everything.

  Zhong Yue, however, did not notice this and his eyes blinked and he said with a smile, “I heard that everyone is trying to test their strengths?”

  The many gods and demons laughed and said, “We did not know that you were a reborn innate god but since we know now, we no longer dare to challenge you!”

  A lady said, “Senior martial brother, you have much higher seniority than us and yet you still address us as your senior martial brothers and sisters. Don’t you think you are being way too polite? How about this, we will call you as senior martial brother and you can call us junior martial brother and sister!”

  Zhong Yue burst out laughing and said, “Ok, I’ll grant you your wish then!”

  Hearing this, everyone was surprised and happy at the same time for it was an honor that a reborn innate god recognized them as his junior martial brothers and sisters!”

  Though they were the disciples of Imperial Emperor Xian Tian, the number of disciples he had amounted to at least a million!

  Imperial Emperor Xian Tian was a person who valued talented individuals greatly; as long as he noticed any talented one, he would take them in. With this method, he had managed to grow his power base to encompass the entire Zi Wei Galaxy.

  However, with the huge number of disciples, Imperial Emperor Xian Tian spent a puny amount of time on everyone and he barely had the time to teach them.

  Hence, if they were supported by Zhong Yue, they could ask Zhong Yue if they ran into a problem in cultivation and Zhong Yue could help them if they are in trouble.

  “After becoming a god, you would need someone to test your skills now so why don’t you challenge the others on the same level and same age around Zi Wei Galaxy?”

  Zhong Yue smiled and said, “A battle is the best lesson you can ever have. Only by tempering your abilities through battle will you be able to improve even more. Ladies and gentlemen, you should challenge the strongest among each race so that you can improve even further!”

  Everyone nodded against his words and they said, “This is indeed a brilliant suggestion. Battling a strong foe is really one of the best ways!”

  Dong Ah and Xi He, on the other hand, had their jaws opened so wide that they could reach the ground; they were here to kill this Yi Feng and now, the situation had turned out like this.

  “Senior Martial Brother Yi Feng, why don’t you come with us?”

  A god said, “With someone like you standing at the side, we could fight without holding back and without fear of getting ourselves killed.”

  Zhong Yue frowned right away and this immediately caused the gods and demons to felt uneasy. He pretended to be very troubled by this suggestion and after a moment, he said, “Fine. Now I’m living under the same roof as Imperial Emperor Xian Tian and you guys are his disciples. If I don’t promise you and accidentally offend him, I might not be able to face his wrath. I’ll go with you!”

  Everyone got extremely happy and Dong Ah and Xi He looked at each other with an empty mind; not only did Zhong Yue not get killed, but he was also viewed highly now and these gods and demons even wanted Zhong Yue to accompany them as they headed out to train themselves.

  Things had really turned out the way he least wanted them to.

  Teacher, this man is not one to be messed around with.

  Left with no other option, the duo complained bitterly in their hearts, Not only he is not easy to be dealt with, but even we are beginning to grow fond of him as well!

  Everyone then left Zhong Yue’s palace happily as they smiled and talked to each other. Dong Ah and Xi He exchanged looks again and they suddenly said, “Dear senior martial brothers and sisters, we have to get back to our teacher and report to him about our whereabouts and where are we heading.”

  Zhong Yue nodded and said, “Make sure you will be back in no time!”

  Dong Ah and Xi He immediately excused themselves and reported back to King Zi Guang without hiding anything, to which King Zi Guang had a shock and suddenly sneered, “Reborn innate god? I can’t believe you believed him just like that! I need to see him personally and see if he is a real innate god!”

  Dong Ah and Xi He were both confused, “Teacher, how do we know that he is not an innate god?”

  “It’s easy. Didn’t he say that he was a Creator in his previous life? Innate gods have one specialty. Their body are their Yuan Shen and soul at the same time. If he really is a reborn innate god, his soul would definitely a Creator level soul.”

  Dong Ah and Xi He both understood the situation by a little bit after hearing this explanation but were still mostly confused.

  King Zi Guang continued explaining, “For example, after a god dies, they would enter the Six Path Reincarnation to be reborn. After they are reborn, their soul will not remain the same as they before and would revert into the ordinary soul. But things are different when it comes to innate gods. Even after they are reborn, their soul cultivation level will be preserved. If this Yi Feng is an innate god, his soul will be a Creator level one and the truth will be unveiled with just a simple test.”

ter hearing this, the confusion in Dong Ah and Xi He finally cleared and they both praised, “Impressive, teacher. But how are we going to do that?”

  “Easy. Dong Ah, come here, let me write down the word “Soul” in your hands.”

  He then wrote the word “Summon” on Xi He’s hand and said, “These two words are more than just words. When you manage to back behind him, face your palms towards him and wave. That will then trigger the power inside these two words and drag his soul out. If he was an innate god, my power will do nothing to him but if my power manages to drag his soul out, it will prove that he is nothing more than a liar and that it was a good thing if we kill him.”

  Dong Ah and Xi He looked at each other and they both hesitated, “What if things fail and he finds out? We will be in deep water by then.”

  King Zi Guang comforted them and said, “Don’t worry, I will be around since I suggested this. If he is an innate god, I will come out and reason with him.”

  After being rest assured by their teacher, Dong Ah and Xi He returned to Zhong Yue, Bo Di, and the others and said, “We’ve our teacher’s permission now. Let’s go!”

  They then started walking out from the sacred ground while Dong Ah and Xi He silently faced their palm towards Zhong Yue and waved.

  Suddenly, Zhong Yue stopped, and frowned before he turned around and said, “Junior martial brother and sister, what are you trying to do? Why are you trying to drag my soul out from my body?”

  His fierce gaze immediately spooks Dong Ah and Xi He and they immediately smiled and said, “We did this because our teacher told us to. It’s not what we wanted to do!”

  “Your teacher, King Zi Guang?”

  Zhong Yue was surprised and suddenly, he sensed something and after he turned around, he saw a man donned in purple robe standing on a purple cloud while covered in purple light.

  It was King Zi Guang.

  Zhong Yue once saw him and his heart skipped a beat right away; he knew that it was this man that banished him into the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror and that it was also this man that caused him to be suppressed by the mirror for 30 billion years.

  I must not flinch now, if I show any sign of fear, everything will end right here!

  Zhong Yue maintained his cool expression as he flew up before King Zi Guang to greet him.

  King Zi Guang greeted back and after that, the surprised Zhong Yue asked, “What is the meaning of this?”

  King Zi Guang smiled and explained, “Because you are too suspicious so I decided to see things for myself. But I came here today with no ill intent. I wouldn’t have used such a method if I really wanted to hurt you.”

  Zhong Yue’s confusion was cleared and he replied, “Though I was reborn because of my enemy, I still have one or two friends. Please don’t cross the line, brother.”

  Worriness flickered in King Zi Guang’s eyes for a brief moment as those that this a reincarnated innate god could consider a friend could not be any small individual. He was clearly worried about the friends that Zhong Yue spoke of; to be able to become friends with an innate god, these friends of his were most probably innate gods.

  “I have a question, brother.”

  King Zi Guang hesitated and asked, “Was it you who gave ideas to Yan Sovereign in these few days?”

  Zhong Yue did not hide anything and he admitted, “That’s right.”

  Initially, King Zi Guang decided that if Zhong Yue admitted to everything was his idea, he would immediately struck Zhong Yue down on the spot but after seeing Zhong Yue’s response, he hesitated.

  After a minute, he said, “Brother, could you please give fewer ideas to Yan Sovereign?”

  Zhong Yue nodded right away and said, “Yan Sovereign knows about my origin so he asked me to help him. Now, I am a human and he is the Human Sovereign so I have no choice but to give him advice that I think is most suitable. Since you’ve specifically asked me to give fewer ideas, I will refrain from doing so, out of respect for your wishes.”

  King Zi Guang let out a relieved breath and just as he wanted to excuse himself, Zhong Yue suddenly said, “Please hold.”

  King Gi Zuang stopped, turned around and looked at Zhong Yue awaiting for an answer, to which Zhong Yue said, “The suggestions I gave Yan Sovereign may be simple but are definitely effective. Now that Imperial Emperor Xian Tian has some conflict with the current Heavenly Monarch now, the Heavenly Monarch will definitely raise his guards up when dealing with Imperial Emperor Xian Tian. If Imperial Emperor Xian Tian’s cultivation level rises anymore, he will threaten the Heavenly Monarch’s throne, and this may result in the Heavenly Monarch committing some foul play. After a few days of observation, the Heavenly Monarch is most probably going to punish Imperial Emperor Xian Tian soon. King Zi Guang, if I were you, I would make preparations beforehand to prevent unnecessary troubles.”

  King Zi Guang’s heart thumped and he left quickly after this.

  Zhong Yue looked at King Zi Guang as the king left while he thought, Zi Guang is a very smart man. However, if he did not make any preparation, the Heavenly Monarch will start to suspect things and it is just a matter of time until he acts against Imperial Emperor Xian Tian. If Zi Guang advised Imperial Emperor Xian Tian to make early preparations, the Heavenly Monarch will act even quicker. Well, this however, has nothing to do with us. The humans will have a chance to grow strong if the conflict between the two worsens.

  On the other hand, King Zi Guang, who had already returned to his place by now, suddenly realized Zhong Yue’s intention and he thought, You are a cunning one, aren’t you, human Yi Feng? You’ve driven me into a difficult situation and the results are the same no matter what I do.

  After thorough thinking, he requested to see Imperial Emperor Xian Tian and he said, “Heavenly Monarch is suspecting you of committing treason. Perhaps there would be punishment looking for you soon. I hope My Majesty will make early preparations.”

  With a heavy heart, the Imperial Emperor Xian Tian nodded.

  Not long later, the Heavenly Monarch set up a banquet and he invited every Imperial Emperors except for Xian Tian, to which Imperial Emperor Xian Tian told King Zi Guang, “He is indeed unhappy with me now. You’re right, I need to prepare myself.”

  And King Zi Guang sighed at this, Yi Feng is really impressive.

  Meanwhile, Zhong Yue, Bo Di, and the others traveled around within Zi Wei Galaxy and challenged the people all over. Zhong Yue took this chance to learn as much as he could about the techniques of the many races out there.

  Apart from Dong Ah and Xi He, the others were all Imperial Emperor Xian Tian’s disciple, which was essentially licensed to challenge anyone they pleased.

  If anyone refuses their challenge to duel, it would mean that the Heavenly Monarch is starting to move against Imperial Emperor Xian Tian. Sides would then have to be taken at that point.

  One day, they arrived at Imperial Sacred Granary, where the Zhu Shi Celestial Race lived.

  “Zhu Shi Celestial Race is also one of the largest clans in the Zi Wei Galaxy and they are responsible of managing the supply and money for Heavenly Monarch’s army.”

  Dong Ah smiled and explained, “Imperial Emperor Xian Tian viewed the Zhu Shi Celestial Race highly so we will be visiting the Zhu Shi Celestial Race and competing with the younger gods. Senior Martial Brother Yi Feng, your knowledge is really impressive. In just a few days, we have greatly improved ourselves under your lead.”

  Zhong Yue smiled and when they entered the Imperial Sacred Granary, they introduced themselves and they were invited into the sacred ground without any troubles.

  “Something’s not right. They seemed to be hostile to us.” whispered Xi He softly.

  Zhong Yue nodded and said, “Agreed. Be careful.”

  Suddenly, a loud laugh was heard, “Ladies and gentlemen, you have guts for challenging so many people. Today, let me be the one who challenges all of you!”

  Zhong Yue looked towards the source o
f the voice and after seeing a hundred young gods from Zhu Shi Celestial Race walking towards them, he warned, “Be careful, they do not look friendly to me!”

  Bo Di and the others’ heart thumped and they secretly raised their guards while Dong Ah got up and said, “Dear senior martial brothers, we are here only for a friendly match as we wish to learn a thing or two from you. Please.”

  A god among the Zhu Shi Celestial Race laughed happily suddenly and said, “Of course. I’ve heard of the Imperial Emperor’s disciples for a very long time. I’ve been eager to meet one of you. Now that we have this rare chance in front of us, why don’t we start a friendly match here? How about now, at this place and this time! Bring the Garden of Grain here right away!”

  Soon after, as topless giants were seen carrying a massive disc towards them.

  These giants then placed the disc on the ground and after a few Celestial Emperors channeled power into the disc, it enlarged and massive warehouses could be seen standing on this disc.

  There were totem patterns on these warehouses that suggested that they were the seals of a Creator level god!

  Bo Di and the others frowned. Zhong Yue said to them through a mental transmission, “He is definitely to be able to control the Garden of Grain. Ask him who he is.”

  Bo Di bowed right away and he asked politely, “May I know how to address you, senior martial brother.”

  This Zhuyan Mingshan then suddenly ascended into the air and landed on one of the huge warehouses and said, “Now, who’s going to come at me first? I suppose there are quite a few that specializes in close quarter combat!”

  “Let me.”

  Beside Zhong Yue, a disciple of Imperial Emperor Xian Tian charged out right away and landed onto a warehouse before greeting, “Senior martial brother, please advise me.”

  The two young gods then started hurling attacks at each other after a quick salutation. After quite some time, the disciple of the Imperial Emperor’s was sent flying away while Zhuyan Mingshan stepped onto his face and mocked, “So it seems like you’re just like that? Anyone else?”
