  His wings fluttered and he flew out of the hole, appearing beside the ladies in the next second. He hoisted Yin Fanxuan up in his arms and spun around a few times in laughter before placing her down and repeating it for Jin Hexi and Shi Yinji.

  Yi Wanjun put up some resistance when he tried to do it to her, but soon gave up after a few seconds, letting him do as he pleased. Then, Zhong Yue carried the Moon God up, but she was only staring at him with a pair of emotionless eyes, she did not resist nor have any emotions of bewilderment or the likes.

  Zhong Yue placed Moon God down awkwardly before scratching his head, he didn’t dare to be rude toward her.

  “Darling, why are you like this?” Yin Fanxuan asked puzzlingly.

  “I’ve found the truth behind the Void World!” Zhong Yue immediately tossed the awkwardness to the back of his head and laughed happily, “I finally know the truth of the Void World!”

  The ladies exchanged a look and saw the same question in each other’s eyes. Shi Yinji asked in perplex, “What’s the truth of the Void World?”

  “A psyche world of the ancient saints, a dimension that never existed!” Zhong Yue spoke in zealous excitement, “Perhaps, it’s wrong to put it this way. It’s not only the ancient saints’ psyche world but the psyche world of all of the souls and spirits in the Void World. It is a universe made of psyche alone! Great Sui is truly brilliant, truly brilliant! He knew the hopelessness of trying to achieve immortality like the innate gods, so he found a way for the atmans to achieve immortality!”

  “Gathering the strongest paragons of his era, merging their psyches together, Great Sui opened a unique world! You can call it a psyche ocean eventually, as it is formed from pure psyche. Anything physical would be repelled by the psyche ocean and only the souls and spirits can enter it! Such is the Void World!”

  Zhong Yue blurted out his guess in one go and Yi Wanjun questioned, “If the Void World is a psyche ocean, then whose psyche ocean was it that the Void World originated from?”

  Zhong Yue was dumbfounded, he murmured, “Could it be Great Sui’s psyche ocean? Did he open up his psyche ocean and turned it into the Void World?”

  Somehow, a bizarre thought slipped its way into his mind. If the Void World was Great Sui’s psyche ocean, wouldn’t that mean that every single soul and spirit enters his psyche ocean strengthen it?

  As it stood now, the Void World was so vast that no one cared to measure it anymore!

  The general consensus was that the psyche ocean was where one’s atman was stored and that it was the source of one’s psyche. When the psyche grew stronger, the psyche ocean would grow bigger; and when the psyche ocean grows bigger, the psyche would also grow stronger!

  If Great Sui’s psyche ocean was turned into the Void World, and the countless paragons have resided their spirits in the void; doesn’t that make Great Sui’s psyche miraculous?

  If Great Sui were still alive, just how miraculous would his psyche be?

  But is Great Sui really dead?

  Zhong Yue was dumbstruck, a paragon who opened the Void World and possessed such a powerful psyche… could he really be dead?

  Zhong Yue asked puzzlingly, “Ever since the opening of the Void World, the monarchs, sovereigns, Imperial Emperors, and Creators have offered their psyches to Great Sui’s psyche ocean. With this vast amount of psyche, could Great Sui’s spirit really wither from the lack of his worship?”

  Xin Huo was startled, his voice began to quiver, “You are saying that…?”

  “I’m saying that Great Sui’s spirit may still be alive!”

  Zhong Yue grew incredibly excited, so much so that his veins were bulging out and his scalp tingled, he said, “Great Sui evolved his psyche ocean into the Void World, it contained more than countable spirits of the ancient and current saint paragons. As they are residing in his psyche ocean, these spirits’ psyches have essentially became part of Great Sui’s psyche! With this amount of psyche, he is definitely still somewhere in the Void World! I need to enter the Void World again!”

  Xin Huo grew excited as well but he suddenly remembered something and quickly said, “The Void World is repelling your mortal body and attracting your Yuan Shen, do you have the confidence to resist the Void World’s forces?”

  Rays brimmed in Zhong Yue’s eyes, he looked up into the skies and said solemnly, “The [Immortal Divine Psyche] has strengthened my psyche, in addition to the [Sui Sovereign Flame Order Palace Visualization Art], I think I will be able to connect with Great Sui’s atman if he is still alive! If I can get in touch, he will be able to help protect me from the Void World’s repelling force!”

  Xin Huo was silent for moments, then he asked bitterly, “What if you are wrong? What if Great Sui’s spirit was already gone?”

  Zhong Yue kept quiet, after a long time, he said, “Xin Huo, you can now teach me Great Sui’s complete cultivation heritage?”

  Xin Huo immediately understood his meaning. If Great Sui’s spirit really did disperse due to the lack of worship, then the only way for Zhong Yue to remain in the Void World was to cultivate Great Sui’s cultivation art.

  After all, Great Sui was the one that opened the Void World, so it wouldn’t repel him. Thus, if Zhong Yue cultivated his art, there might be a slim chance that the Void World would not repel Zhong Yue as well.

  Unlike the other cultivation arts that provided full sets of guidance to the cultivators on how to progress in their cultivation, explaining the Dao abstrusities step by step, the [Sui Insight Dao Scripture] was more like Great Sui’s personal memoir. It recorded his cultivation path in a mixed and random manner. There wasn’t a complete guide on how to cultivate it and even had some peculiar ways of cultivations in the scripture that didn’t belong to Great Sui’s totem cultivation system.

  But that was precisely why the [Sui Insight Dao Scripture] was so precious.

  Great Sui’s [Sui Insight Dao Scripture] was crude and unrefined in almost every single aspect. Its cultivation techniques and skills were far behind current cultivation heritages.

  However, he was the progenitor of the current totem cultivation system. Every single totem pattern cultivation heritage that the universe had ever known stemmed from his work. They were merely different flavors of Great Sui’s cultivation heritage.

  Hence, it was hard for cultivators to see what was beyond the totem cultivation system, even fewer would try to explore if there were any other better cultivation systems apart from the totem cultivation system.

  However, this cultivation system was too far from the Daos as the cultivators would only start to learn about Daos when their Yuan Shen was formed. But, by the time their Yuan Shen was formed, their lives would already be approaching the end.

  Other than that, there was also a peculiar cultivation system. It came from the ancient innate gods’ Dao language. Much like Feng Wuji’s [Skills of Diction], it was also a kind of Dao language that when chanted in words, the cultivators could cast skills.

  But the future prospects of this cultivation system was too limited, it wasn’t a good choice to begin with at all.

  Zhong Yue skimmed through the many cultivation systems. One of the stronger ones he found was a cultivation system that focused on two sets of secret realms. One being the greater secret realm and the other being the lesser secret realms.

  The cultivators would first identify the two sets of secret realms and proceed in opening the lesser secret realms first to attain the power of stars, then opening the greater secret realms to obtain the power of the universe.

  This cultivation system was on par and even superior to the totem cultivation system in certain aspects. However, the death rate of cultivating this system was incredibly high, making it hard to cultivate and popularise.

  After all, there were far too many secret realms in one’s body. Even Zhong Yue only managed to open all of his secret realms through the help of the saint herbs. If Great Sui intended to popularise this cultivation system, those who could cultivate it would only be one in a zillion!

  “However, if one managed to cultivate this, wouldn’t he have all the secret realms in him all opened?”

  The cultivation system had a bright prospect waiting ahead for those who manage to cultivate it. If it was perfected into a feasible cultivation system for all, it would make an even better cultivation system than the totem cultivation system!

  “Great Sui created the Void World, he must’ve recorded the process somewhere inside here. The secrets are sure to be hidden in the [Sui Insight Dao Scripture].”

  But after countless times flipping through the [Sui Insight Dao Scripture], he still couldn’t find any records about the Void World. Zhong Yue was puzzled. The opening of Void World could be said as the greatest event that has ever taken place other than the Fu Min’s creation of Six Paths, how could Great Sui not leave behind any records about it?

  He tried to cultivate the [Sui Insight Dao Scripture], but even after a long time, the result was only to have his Innate Divine Fire Dao growing stronger and nothing else.

  Something important seemed to be missing.

  “No time anymore!” Zhong Yue stood up abruptly, he cast the Seven Paths Reincarnation and was ready to enter the Void World!

  The Seven Paths Reincarnation turned and he disappeared from the spot. Through layers and layers of dimensions, he entered a space of nothingness. Then, he cast out the innate wings and with a shudder of his body, he bolted into the Void World!

  Immediately, Zhong Yue could feel the Void World’s horrendous tearing force acting on him. He quickly cast the [Sui Insight Dao Scripture] but frowned right away as he realized that the [Sui Insight Dao Scripture] couldn’t stop the Void World’s repelling force.

  “Flame Order Palace Sui Sovereign!” His body swayed and turned into the form of the dragon-headed Sui Sovereign. But it was still useless as the Void World continued to repel his entrance!

  “Immortal Psyche!”

  Zhong Yue gave a stern yell, his divine psyche burst out toward the deepest region of the Void World. Ever since his cultivation of the [Immortal Psyche Scripture], his divine psyche had grown as strong as the Imperial Emperors’. For him to burst out his divine psyche, it would be equivalent to the supernova from an ancient sun!

  His divine psyche was so condensed that it became a beam of ray that lit up the darkness in the Void World!

  The divine psyche had no obstructions in the Void World, it could even penetrate through the ancient spirits and it was incredibly fast.

  Zhong Yue fluttered the wings as much as possible, he withstood the Void World’s tearing force while maintaining his divine psyche. The divine psyche imbued his voice, trembling as it transmitted two words —’Great Sui’.

  Moments later, just before he couldn’t hold any longer, a wave of obscure transmission reached out from the deepest part of the Void World.

  “A dream that lasted a thousand autumns, what year is this? Who, who disrupted my slumber?”

  Zhong Yue was stunned as his mouth was agape. He stared into the deepest part of the Void World. Three eyes could be seen tardily opening, there were fire burning in the eyes, lighting up the whole Void World.

  The voice continued to sound in Zhong Yue’s mind, “Young Yanzi, what a shame, what a shame, has the Yanzi divine blood in your body waned to such extent?”

  Zhong Yue’s mouth was wide agape, but he was lost of words.

  This tone, these words, they were just like the first time he has met Xin Huo!

  “It’s the inheritor, I see.” The voice was puzzled, “Xin Huo Inheritor, what brings you here? Why are you not speaking? Oh, yes, we are too far away, it will take a long time for your words to reach my ears.”

  Then, the immense pressure around Zhong Yue disappeared, the horrendous tearing force from the Void World was no longer acting on him!

  “Great Sui!”

  Xin Huo leaped out from Zhong Yue’s psyche ocean and bolted out like a meteor into the deepest part of the Void World. At the same time, the fire spirits of the Fire Order Era also flew out from Zhong Yue’s atman, following closely behind Xin Huo.

  Xin Huo was the first fire spirit and also the fire of inheritance created by Sui Sovereign whereas the spirits in the Fire Order Era were born only because of Sui Sovereign, it was only natural that the fire spirits would have to greet Sui Sovereign as well.

  To Xin Huo, of course, he was the most excited one. That was, after all, his first master, the creator that brought him to life!

  But Zhong Yue was left on the same spot, he frowned and glanced around as he thought, Wh
ere did that curtain came from? Now that I am in the Void World, will it detect me?

  Just as he thought of it, a strong force pulled him to the center of the Void World.

  There, many ancient giants were in slumber. Their races were unknown to Zhong Yue, even unheard of to him. This was because the Fire Order Era was too ancient that these races would most likely long extinct already.

  However, by the looks of these giant spirits, they would be the monarchs of the Fire Order Era!

  There were 24 monarch spirits in total, the one at the center of them all was the only awakened spirit. He was much bigger than the monarch spirits around him. Xin Huo was floating on his palm whereas the fire spirits were around his feet, all happily smiling.

  The monarch spirit had the head of a dragon and the body of a snake, it was none other than Great Sui’s atman!

  Zhong Yue looked up. This was the ancestor to the human race, the ancestor to the Fuxi, the son of the dragon and snake, the son of Lei Zhe and Hua Xu, the creator of the Fire Order Era, the grand teacher of all postnate living beings, the one who overturned the Dark Age, the creator of the totem cultivation system, the one who made the postnate living beings into the masters of the universe, and the one who discovered the 30 Heavenly Daos!

  Great Sui!

  “Greetings to the grand ancestor.” Zhong Yue bowed in reverence.

  “So it has been this long.” Great Sui’s atman was murmuring softly, “Even my Yanzi Clan has gone extinct, only a sparse few Fuxi are left.”

  Clearly, Xin Huo has told Great Sui the history after his death, leaving the ancient existence with mixed feelings.

  “Fuxi, you entered the Void World, you want to meet with your ancestors?” Great Sui’s voice sounded in Zhong Yue’s mind, “I cannot stay awake for too long. Otherwise, the Void World will crumble and revert into the state of pure chaos from my awakening. I will impart you with the missing piece of my [Sui Insight Dao Scripture], that way, you can leave and enter the Void World as you wish.”
