Alpha's Love

The three of them collapsed into a heap on the grass, breathing hard. Slowly, Lloyd slipped out of her ass. He grinned, his pupils now small slits and his body burning hot, but as he touched Emily, she didn’t move away. She didn’t get hurt. The mating had been a success. He grinned and peered at her neck where two, small dragon tattoos now marked her flesh.

“I love you…” Foster whispered as he looked up at her beautiful, flushed face. He kissed her pink lips, pulling her close.

Emily giggled. “I love you too, Foster.” She smiled before looking over at Lloyd. “And you too.” Content, she laid down, sandwiched between her two lovers. In that moment she didn’t want to be anywhere else in the world.

“Get back here!” There was a crashing noise. “Hey! That’s my good vase! No. Not the curtains…” Emily groaned and hung her head in her hands.

“What’s going on in here?” Foster appeared in the doorway, peering inside their bedroom. Emily had redecorated to make it more human-like after she became a little homesick.

“Your child. He has turned into a Tasmanian Devil!” Emily groaned

“What on Earth is that?” Foster looked at her before he heard another crash. “Kristopher! You get down from there this instant.” Foster rushed forward, about to grab his little boy, but he snuck between his father’s legs at the very last second. Emily tried to intercept him. “What did you feed him? Liquid sugar?”

“I didn’t feed him anything! He came back from training…” Suddenly, the two of them looked at each other.

  “Lloyd!” They called in unison.

“He must have fed him some Kanas.” Emily shook her head. “How many times have I told him not to feed Kris those fruits? He won’t tire for hours now…”

“He must be teaching him how to fly…” Foster was still running after the child, trying to grab him.

“Isn’t he too young…?” Emily asked. She ran forward but collided with Foster. Together, they slumped to the ground. “This is hopeless. The kid’s like a tornado.”

Suddenly, Lloyd came into the room with a smirk on his face. Kristopher spotted his other father and smiled brightly, dashing into his arms. Lloyd caught him with ease. “Hey, little buddy. You aren’t giving mommy and daddy a hard time, are you?”

The tiny dragon shook his head, peering up at his father with large, innocent eyes. Lloyd chuckled, ruffling his dark hair. “I didn’t think so.”

“Don’t lie, Kristopher,” Emily said in a reprimanding voice. The baby dragon hid in his father’s shoulder before slowly peeking out.

Foster was on the other side. “Boo!” He made a funny face and Kristopher broke into hysterics. Foster grabbed him, holding him on his shoulders as he zipped around.

“You two spoil that boy silly…” Emily shook her head, watching as Foster and Kristopher collapsed onto the bed. Kristopher’s happy laugh echoed through the room as his father tickled him.

“You love him,” Lloyd whispered as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

“Of course I love him. He’s my son. He means the world to me, but I never thought raising a dragon would be so much work!”

“Do you regret it?” Lloyd questioned.

“Not at all. I wouldn’t change any of it.” Smiling, she joined Foster on the bed, grabbing her son and tickling the sides of his tummy. He scrunched up and laughed before he pounced on his mother, hugging her tight and kissing her cheek.

“I love you, mum.” He said before he gave her another sloppy kiss.

“Aww. Yuck.” She teased. Seconds later, Foster and Lloyd joined in, dog-piling around her, all of them giving her sloppy kisses. “C’mon guys! That’s enough…” She tried to push them away, but they held her tight. Emily sighed and forfeited. “Okay. Okay. You win.”

She sighed and smiled. “I can’t believe this is all real.”

“What do you mean?” Foster asked, propping himself on his elbow.

“Only a year ago, I was getting dirty looks from every dragon around here. Now, they’ve accepted me as one of their own. They’ve allowed me to love you and have a child with you two… I still can’t believe it sometimes.”

Lloyd chuckled. “I’m with you on that one. I thought for sure Sylvia would take over the throne once father found out we were going to share a mate. I didn’t think he would be fond of the idea.”

Foster nodded. “You’re right… he took it rather well. Almost too well.” Foster glanced over at Kris. “But you have to admit, he’s a wonderful grandfather now. Softened up a bit too.”

“Is grandpa coming?” The little dragon asked.

“Not tonight, sweetie. Tonight, it’s just the four of us.” Emily answered, pulling her child into her arms and hugging him. The boys grinned at each other before they joined the hug. Emily’s heart swelled, knowing there was no place she would rather be.
