The Red Cough (Blood and Red Dust Book 1)

“Is there something wrong?” The officer asked with a smile. Michael shook his head sheepishly. “I’ve been waiting for you.”
“Excuse me? I don’t even know you, dude.”
“Well, it looks like you were waiting for me, and you’re happy to see me.” Michaels looks down at his body and notices he’s fully naked, and the officer can see that Michael is aroused. Michael looks back at the officer who now has nothing on, and they are now in a hospital room standing near a bed. “Don’t worry, no one will catch us. Please let me kiss you?”
Michael began to slowly walk away, and the officer carefully walked toward him. “It’s been a long time since I’ve let anyone touch me.” Michael stirred while asleep in the hospital emergency room waiting room.

“Sylvia!” the nurse called, “Sylvia Banks!”
“Here, right here. It’s my daughter, she’s ill.”
“Right this way ma’am,” the nurse turned and began to walk away.
“Excuse me. Am I supposed to push this,” gesturing to the gurney. “Isn’t that your job?” The nurse politely turned to her, grabs the gurney and pushes it away. “You homeless motherfucking bums!! Fuck ALL of you BASTARDS for infecting these hard working citizens with your damned…Red Cough!! OR whatever the fuck…”
“Ma’am, we have to go.”
“Sorry. I’ve just been stressed with my daughter being sick because of these damned bums! And now with my precious little girl like this… I’ve tried to wake her and she won’t do anything! No movement at all, and she won’t even mumble like she does in her sleep!” The nurse escorted them to an empty examination room and proceeded to put a gown on Sylvia before Mrs. Banks snatched the gown from the nurse, “I’ll do that myself” she sneered at the nurse.
“That’s perfectly fine,” The nurse replied unabashed by Mrs. Banks rude disposition. “I’ll leave you to tend to your daughter and I’ll return shortly.” With that, she left, closing the door behind her.
“Sylvia…wake up. I’m going to need your help. Please…wake up? WAKE UP!” She slapped Sylvia hard. “Wake up, you little bitch!” She began to cry as she struggled to undress her and place the hospital gown on Sylvia. “Nurse! Nurse!” The nurse entered and with ease, put the gown on Sylvia.
“The doctor will be with you shortly.” The nurse smiled and left the room.
“Thank you…” Mrs. Banks muttered as she began to cry uncontrollably.
“Is everything alright?” Mrs. Banks slowed her sobbing and lifts her head to see a short, pudgy doctor. He had on a face mask and gloves along with the stereotypical lab coat and stethoscope, along with thin framed glasses. His eyes were bloodshot with bags under them. He looked like he hadn’t slept in days.
“My daughter…She won’t wake up.” Mrs. Banks said in between sobs. “She’s not responding to anything. Doctor I need your help! Please! Tell me what’s wrong!!”
“Ma’am, to be honest, I don’t really know, I’ve been talking with our other doctors here and we’ve got nothing. These infections are unprecedented. We’re doing all we can to find a way of treatment and we’re working as fast as we can to treat everyone.”
“You can’t tell me anything about what’s wrong with my Sylvia.” Her voice now annoyed, with brewing rage. “Look here, you son of a bitch. I pay good damn money for good damn health care. You do everything you can to find out what’s wrong with my child. I don’t give a damn how long it takes. You do what you have to do, or so help me god I will have your job.” She leans in to the doctor poking him in the chest, “You’re fucking with the right one.”
“Calm down, Mrs…”
“Olivia. And don’t tell me to calm down when my child is coughing red dust and throwing up blood!”
“We’ll run whatever test we need to.” The doctor exits in a hurry.
“Sylvia, please be okay? I haven’t been the best mommy, but I can be…if you just wake up.” Olivia caresses Sylvia’s hair and cries softly to sleep.

“I don’t want to just touch you, I want to feel you,” he whispered softly in Michael’s ear, “I want to feel your soft body against mine, you breathe on my neck, your fingers slowly discovering my body. I want all of you. Michael, I want to feel you inside me - deep inside me. Don’t you want that?” The officer charmed Michael on to a hospital bed and straddled him; the officer’s plump rump sitting on his pelvis. Michael feels him and becomes over erect, he throbs. They both throb.
Michael’s hands cup and squeeze the officer’s plump, round ass almost automatically. A soft moan of words escaped his lips, “You want me inside you?” He positioned his hard, long thick dick at the officer’s welcoming ass, which was now pushing on the head of Michael’s dick. They both moaned as the officer clinched his wetness repeatedly. “Don’t tease me… Don’t stop. Take me,” Michael now grinding the head of his dick in his moist, dripping wet ass.
“Unh unh unh!” The officer stands up on the hospital bed, and turns his back to Michael, “Not yet. You have to show me how bad you want it, first,” He knelt down on all fours. “Eat it.” Michael, unhesitant, buries his face in the Officer’s large, Muscle clean body smelling ass.
“Damn…” Michael pulls back and sniffs the Officer from his ass under, past his big balls, to the tip of his long Red Bone dick! Michael, salivating, opened his mouth and the officer slid in his rock hardness. Michael sucked intimately, as the Officer passionately made love to his drooling mouth. His dick jumped with each suck, releasing small amounts of his god nectar. Michael pulls off the officer’s dick and slowly licks his balls, sucking and pulling on them slightly.
“That shit feels good, pa!” The Officer began to jack his dick as Michael sucked on his jewels like fragile candy; The Officer’s dick dripping a constant stream of precome. Michael reaches to feel the Officer’s ass and feels that it is wet. Wet enough to slide his two fingers into feel his warm, wet ass gripping. “Eat this ass.” The Officer lays Michael down and sits on his face, grinding softly, while sucking Michael’s dick. Michael then slides from underneath the officer and lays him on his back, and continues to lick his warm ass. “I want to feel you in me, pa.” Michael slowly crawls to the Officers face, and kisses him passionately and softly.
“I don’t know your name.” Michael told the Officer.
“Is that important now?”
“Yes. Now, what is your name?” Michael asked while he rubbed the head of his dick on his ass, and licked his nipples. “Tell me or I’ll stop.” He stuck his head in and bit the Officer’s nipple. The security officer, being bigger than Michael, grabs him and tosses him on his back on the hospital bed. “Aye, Bruh! What you doing?” Michael Cried as the officer held him down while he sucked on him as if he were sucking peanut butter off of a banana and not trying to break the banana. Michael somewhat tried to fight him off, but eventually gave in, now being unable to control the curling of his toes, and his eyes rolling back into his head. “Damn, dude. That shit feels good.” The security officer continued deep throating his large manhood, making Michael precome like Niagara Falls, and squirm in his held down position.
“I see you like this shit. I knew you wanted me.” The officer slowly sucked and licked, Michael now shaking.
“I’m about to…” Unable to finish his sentence he explodes, thrusting his dick into the security officer’s throat and coming. “Fuck!” He Screams, shakes, moans, twitches and jerks while the officer sucks him empty. He releases Michael, who lays there breathing heavy. “That was good. Damn good. I still want to know your name. I want to know the name of the person who just gave me the best feeling I’ve ever had.” The Security officer says nothing. “You hear me, yo’?” Michael sits up noticing that the security officer is bellowed over groaning in pain. “Aye, man. You a’ight? Did my nutt make ya’ stomach hurt? Say something dude.” The officer began to gag violently. “Dude, what the fuck!” Blood began to spew from his mouth like water from a fireman’s hose. He grabbed at
Michael’s leg, and began to cough uncontrollably. “Get the fuck off me, man.” Red dust; a cloud of red dust floated into the air from his mouth. Blood ran from his eyes like tears, his nose like snot, and his ears as he continued to cough red dust and vomit thick blood.
Michael tried to exit the room when he suddenly noticed that there were no doors or windows. He stood there terrified covering his mouth while screaming for help. The Security officer began to walk toward him as Michael frantically tried to get away. The faster he tried to move the slower he seemed to move. He tried to yell for help again but no words escaped his mouth. There was so much red dust in the air he felt as if he were suffocating losing all the energy he had. He collapsed on the ground as the security officer stood over him dripping with blood, as if he had bathed in it, and vomits. Michael jerks awake pawing at his face trying to remove the blood realizing it was only a dream. There was no blood or dust on his and he was fine and happy to be that way. However, the front of his pants was stained with nutt and precome. It looked like he pissed himself. “Fuckin’ Great!” Embarrassed he wraps himself in the hospital blanket and leaves.

“Mommy…wake up.” Sylvia sang. “Wake up sleepy head. Mom!”
“Sylvia?”
“Yeah…”
“Oh My god, you’re awake! I thought you’d never wake up” Hugging her daughter.
“I was just sleep, and I think I had the stomach virus.” Olivia still hugger her, “Mom, you’re choking me.”
“Sorry. How do you feel?”
“I feel fine. Great, actually.”
“Fine? Just last night you were throwing and coughing up dried blood. That’s not normal. You can’t be ok. You may need a blood transfusion at least, with all the blood you’ve lost.”
“Well, mom, I’m fine now.”
“Good Morning ladies,” the doctor said in his soft voice. “Sylvia, it’s nice to see you’re awake.”
“Yeah, I guess I was exhausted. Midterms coming up, I have papers to write, then boys… you know girl stuff.”
“Make sure you still get lots of rest. Ladies, other than a scare, we found nothing wrong. She has some congestion in her chest, but I’m going to prescribe something for that. But other than that you guys are good to go.”
“Are you sure Doctor,” Olivia asked, being concerned about her daughter.
“Yes, I am sure. But I would suggest a few days in bed to recover…”
“No! I can’t miss school. They’re treating the honor students to dinner at the Space Needle; I don’t want to miss that. Can I go?”
“I don’t see why not.”
“That might not be a good…” Olivia interrupted.
“Thank you doctor,” Sylvia stopping her.
“You’re welcome. Take care.”
“Let’s go home mommy.”

The sun rose behind the city. The cold, dry wind blew fiercely as the citizens of Seattle busily walked the streets. Cars sped through the streets with urgency, ignoring most signs and driving dangerously. The market sellers are setting up shop and preparing to open. The sun sits low and the air is sharp. There are no seagulls, no pigeons, no finches, no crows – nothing, not one bird in the sky. Just the sounds of a waking city.
“Sounds like a good morning. Glad to be off-duty,” He got into his patrol vehicle, and drove off slowly with no rush. His phone rang. “Hey honey! I just got off on my way to the station so I can change and get to you.”
“I won’t be here when you get here. I was called in early. I’m sorry sweetie. I’ve left breakfast for you on the stove. I love you bunches. I have to go.” She ended the call and that was that. All he wanted to do was get to the station on Virginia Avenue then get to the nearest link station so he could get home. He rode past Occidental Park and noticed that it was empty and not one homeless person was sleeping or loitering there. There were no people standing in front of the mission like they usually would. “I guess the homeless found some warm places for today. I hope so.” Riding past all the parks downtown, and through Belltown and noticing no homeless worried him. Even the little old woman who sits in from of Social Services building wasn’t there.
“Virginia Avenue.” After changing his clothes at the precinct he walked over to the homeless shower and laundry facility. He was sure to find it full of homeless individuals. However, there were only four people in there; two attendants and a homeless woman and Michael. “Hey Shelia.” He spoke to the desk attendant as he entered on ninth.
“Officer Rick! How are you?”
“I am fine, just Arthur, I’m off duty.”
“Sorry, I don’t see you out of uniform much.”
“It’s ok. I guess I need to make that a habit. Being called by name when not at work helps me enjoy my time off.”
“I can understand that.”
“Listen, Shelia, where are all…”
“The homeless?” He nods his head, “To tell you the truth, I have no idea. I have never seen this place this empty, especially when it’s this cold outside. Usually this place is packed and we have to tell people to leave. I called around to a few shelters and apparently they’ve been pretty empty as well. No one knows what’s going on. There have even been a few missing persons reports filed, but you know how it is with the homeless, sadly.”
“Yeah. Nobody on the force has said anything about it. Just seems kinda’ weird, I guess.”
The homeless woman sitting at the table waiting for her clothes to finish drying began to cough again and again, and wheezed terribly. She grabbed her inhaler and puffed, the coughing and wheezing subsided.
“Ma’am, I am going to have to ask you to place on a face mask,” Sheila demanded. “Ma’am?” The lady continued to cough even more violently, finally releasing red dust into the air. “Ma’am, now I really need you to cover your face.” Bringing the lady the face mask and covering her own face. “That’s been all over the news, that red cough business. That’s probably what’s been going on with the homeless. Being homeless you’re more easily introduced to communicable diseases. So many of them may have gotten sick.”
“If you hear anything make sure you let me know.”
“I will Offi-..I mean, Arthur. Have a good day.” Arthur turned around to exit and bumped into Michal who was coming back through the door.
“Excuse me sir,” Michael stumbled while still holding on to the hospital blanket.
“That’s alright,” Arthur caught him in his strong arms. “I got’cha! Are you going to be okay?” He asked Michael as he helped him regain his balance. He also caught a long glimpse of Michael’s aqua blue eyes, with flecks of green and his hospital band.
Smiling, “Yes, I’ll be alright, thank you.” He walked to a chair and sat waiting patiently to wash his clothes. The woman who had previously had the coughing fit began coughing again, this time vehemently and with such force you’d think she’d cough up a vital organ.
“Oh Shit!!” Michael jumped away from her and darted to the other side of the room and as far away from her as he possibly could. “Get that sick muthafucka’ outta’ here man!!”
“Calm down” Officer Rick said sternly. The woman coughed and coughed, billowing out red dust into the room with every dry, hacking, loud, cough. Everyone moved away from her and did their best to cover their faces and mouths from the dust that now permeates the air of the shower and laundry facility.
“Nah man get that mutha’…the fuck!?” Michael screamed. “She throwin’ up!!”
“What the hell…? Blood? Call an ambulance!!” Officer Rick barked at Sheila as he rushed to the woman “Ma’am, I’m going to get you some help. They’ll be here soon. I need you to say something to me ok? Do you hear me ma’am? I need you to talk, say something, anything.”
“Sorry Michael, I gotta’ shut down the shop today.” Sheila said as she hurriedly dialed 911.
“Man,,,that’s some fuck shit!!”
“Calm down, I need your help over here. I need to
sit her up so she can breathe. She’s unresponsive. I’m trying to get her away from the blood, but she’s kinda’ heavy.” The other people in the room were too scared to come near her, fearing exposure to her infection. The ambulance wailed down the street and stopped out front. Michael moved towards the right of the front door and into a small sitting area.
“Bitch won’t let me shower cause some bitch throwin’ up n’ shit.” Michael grumbled under his breath.
“Excuse me? Did you just call me a bitch?!” Sheila asked, raising her voice.
“Nobody talkin’ to yo’ ass man….leave me alone cause you pissin’ me off!” Michael retorted.
“SHEILA! MICHAEL! – PLEASE!!” Arthur boomed, instantly grabbing the attention of both Michael and Sheila. Her eyes were wide with surprise – she had never heard Arthur raise his voice until now. Michael opened his mouth to speak but he’d decided it was best not to speak once he saw Arthurs face; stone cold, serious, commanding, yet there was a kindness, calm, and fear underneath that tough visage. In a way, it turned him on. Arthur spoke slowly and seriously.
“The ambulance is outside. We don’t have time for arguing. Michael, clear the area. Sheila, clean the blood up. Everybody got me?”
