Angie’s heart ached seeing how happy they were and knowing how lonely she felt now. But she’d made her decision. And it was the right one. Her job was in Atlanta, and her family lived close to her.

I can’t uproot myself, change jobs, and marry two men. She put the picture frame back on the table and stared out at the mountains to calm her aching heart.

The magistrate married Dana and Steel in the first wedding ceremony. Steel had worn a dark-blue suit and Chayton a gray one. Chayton stood beside Steel during the short ceremony.

When they turned to face their guests, their family and close friends clapped and threw rose petals. Dana clutched Steel’s hand tight.

“Folks, we’re going to take an hour break, have some refreshments, and then Nana will perform our next wedding ritual,” Steel said.

He and Chayton walked down the aisle with Dana and into the house. Their mothers had coffee, tea, and hors d’oeuvres arranged on the dining room table. On a separate table the large, beautifully decorated wedding cake sat in all its glory. Chayton’s mom had insisted on baking and decorating it.

Steel put his arm around Dana’s waist as the guests joined them in the house. “Do you want something to eat?” he asked.

“Not yet. I’m too excited and looking forward to the next ceremony. Then we’ll all three be married.” She took hold of Chayton’s hand. “Are you all right?”

He grinned. “You worry too much. I’m fine.

Nana walked to their side. “Do you two mind if I talk with your lovely bride?”

“Of course not, Nana. Use our family room. I’ll bring you some refreshments,” Chayton said.

“None for me until later.” Dana showed Nana to the room, and Nana sat in a chair close to the fireplace.

“I can start a fire if you’re cold, Nana.”

“I’m fine. Come sit by me.”

Dana took time to get the small blanket she’d used when she didn’t want to bother with the fireplace. She wrapped it around Nana.

“Ah, I see I don’t need to worry. You will make a fine wife for Steel and Chayton. I’ve heard good things about you as a doctor, but I wanted to meet you before the ceremony and get to know you better. I take my ritual as seriously as the more official wedding you and Steel just participated in.”

“I take it seriously, too, Nana. We all three must feel bonded as a family.”

“Good, you understand. I heard Chayton and you already have a special bond.”

“I’m sure you know he has second sight and is particularly receptive to me, especially when I’m in trouble.”

“I also have a similar bond with my grandson. Let me explain some of the ritual. One of the changes I’ve made is to have flute music. I found a man who plays the flute. It adds more beauty to the service.” Nana went over the ceremonial rite. “Do you have any questions?”

  “No. It sounds lovely.”

Chayton knocked and came in the door with a tray. “I got a little of everything. Enjoy.” Then he handed them both a cup of hot tea. “Try to eat a little,” he told Dana. “I don’t want you fainting at my feet.” His gray eyes sparkled, and he smiled. “You have twenty minutes before we start. Not that I’m counting or anything.” He winked at them both and strolled out.

“When I’ve been around Chayton, he’s usually more reticent. You have brought out another side of him. I like it. These do look delicious.” Nana reached for a stuffed mushroom. Then she ate several more appetizers.

  “You must have a few.”

Dana took two. “I’ve gotten hungry watching you eat.”

Just before time for the second service, Dana excused herself and went to her room to freshen up. Then as the house got quiet she walked to the back door.

Their families and friends were seated and Steel and Chayton stood by Nana. Beautiful flute music soared into the air. With her heart filled with joy, Dana took the first step down the aisle. Steel and Chayton’s warm smiles took any nervousness away. Her heart swelled with the love she had for them.

When she stopped in front of Nana, Steel got on one side of her and Chayton on the other. The ritual was longer than the wedding ceremony. Nana put up her hands and invoked the spirits of the wind and rain, of the sun and stars in the sky, and all the goodness to bless their union. Her words, some said in her Native American language, were like a beautiful melody. The flute played softly in the background.

At the end, Chayton took her right hand and slipped an emerald ring on her finger. He whispered the words, “With this ring, I thee wed.”

Dana looked from the gold band Steel had made and put on her left hand to the lovely ring Chayton gave her. “No one can doubt I’m married,” she said and proceeded to kiss both husbands.

  Chapter Nineteen

Angie hung back and waited for the crowd to clear from around the newlywed threesome. She’d noticed Russ and Flint came in late to the wedding and sat at the back.

During the time between ceremonies she’d gotten her appetizers and hidden in one of the empty bedrooms. Her heart had raced since her first sight of them. But now there was no place to hide. She smelled his cologne of sage and musk before he spoke.

“You left without saying good-bye.” Flint’s golden-brown eyes stared into hers.

“I thought it best. I had to return to my job.”

“How have you been?” Russ asked.

“Fine,” she lied and forced a smile to her face.

  “I’ve missed you,” Russ admitted.

She saw an opening in the crowd. “Excuse me. I want to speak with Dana and her new husbands.” She didn’t look at their faces as she rushed toward the front.

“She hasn’t forgotten us,” Flint said. “I wish I could say I’ve not thought about her every day.”

“I know. We’ll give her a bit more time to come to us. If she doesn’t, we’ll go to her,” Russ said.

“I don’t know. I’ve never chased after a woman.” Flint’s tone was as hard as his name.

“You may change your mind this time.” Russ stared at Flint and then at the group where Angie stood. “I have a plan. We’ll talk before you catch your flight to Atlanta.”

Flint didn’t respond. He kept staring at Angie.

Dana’s parents were staying with Chayton’s for the night. Once everyone left, the house got very quiet. Chayton and Dana stood in front of the family room fireplace. Steel had gone to the kitchen.

When he returned, he carried an open bottle of champagne and three glasses. He handed a crystal flute to each of them. “To us”—Steel raised his hand—“may we always be happy and healthy.” He clicked his glass against theirs. Steel looked intently at Dana, from the top of her head to her feet. “You are so beautiful and especially in that gown. I want to draw a picture of you. Let me get my camera.” He hurried out of the room.

Chayton put his arm around her waist and kissed the top of her head. “Was your wedding what you wanted?” he asked.

“The only thing I needed was for you and Steel to be there. It was a lovely wedding though, just the right size, with the special people in our life here to enjoy the day with us.”

Steel came in carrying his camera. “I’ll take a picture of you two there by the fireplace.” He clicked several, and then sat the camera where it was focused on all three of them. He turned on the automatic button and rushed over to stand on Dana’s other side. “There, that should be enough.”

“Our moms took tons of pictures if these don’t please you,” Chayton reminded him.

“These will be good. The fire flickering on Dana’s gown brings out the faint pink color making it different from theirs.”

Chayton turned Dana toward the fire. “We’re wasting valuable time. I want to see the sweet woman under the gown.” He slid his fingertip down her back. Then he unfastened her gown at the neck and brushing her hair aside, kissed her there.

“When you turned and I saw the back of your dress for th
e first time, my jaw almost dropped open,” Chayton said. “That’s the sexiest wedding dress I’ve seen. It’s difficult to believe our mothers chose this gown, but I’m glad they did.”

“They chose two lovely wedding dresses. We all liked this one best.”

He held the gold chain to the side and kissed all along her spine. When Chayton got to the zipper he slowly pulled it down.

Dana took a gulp of her champagne as heat sparked in her core. Steel stepped in front of her and pulled the top of her gown down exposing her chest and arms.

Chayton kissed the back of her legs as he slowly pushed her gown to her feet. “Step out of it.” He carefully carried the gown to the sofa. When he turned, he stared at her face and body. Steel walked to his side.

Naked except for her lacy pink panties, Dana’s body trembled from the bold, sexy look in their eyes. Her heartbeat skyrocketed.

“The fire brings out the red and gold colors in your blonde hair.” Steel moved closer and reached out to touch her. His fingers slid from the side of her face, down her neck, to her breasts. He cupped them in his hands. His thumb stroked her bare skin.

“She still has on too many clothes.” Chayton had placed himself at her back to slide her panties off. When they were removed, Steel swept her into his arms and took quick strides to Chayton’s bedroom.

He gently placed her on the bed. He and Chayton threw off their suits and underwear. They’d kicked off their shoes when they came in the door. Chayton opened a drawer on the bedside table and pulled out two condoms.

“Do we have to use those now that we’re married?” Dana asked.

“I thought you wanted to wait a while before starting our family.”

“Yes, until we’ve had a little time with just us, but not too long. I’ve started taking birth control pills.”

Chayton threw down the condoms. Steel climbed on the bed with her and he walked to the other side. Each kissed one of her breasts. Her nipples responded by tightening into peaks.

Dana’s heart fluttered in her chest and desire spread to every part of her body. Chayton gazed at her and touched her face. His tender caress brought tears to her eyes and a lump in her throat. He rose upward and kissed her lips. His tongue moved inside her mouth to gently lick and taste. Her tongue and his did a slow seductive dance while Steel kissed her breasts and grazed his teeth across her sensitive nipples.

Her juices flowed out wetting her lower lips, and her pussy clenched and unclenched as her need for them became ravenous. She moaned and pleaded for one of them to go inside her.

Steel sucked on her nipple, and then he slid downward to her midriff. He sprinkled kisses all across her abdomen. With their every touch, her body tingled. Her whole mind centered on their loving her.

She pouted when Chayton moved away from her. He chuckled. “Don’t worry, I’m not finished.” He settled at the bottom of the bed and moved her legs wide. He started at her ankle and kissed along the inside of her legs. Steel rose forward and kissed her mouth.

Dana had overwhelming feelings of delirious joy. She was certain her heart would explode at any moment and the rest of her body would follow.

Chayton spread her lower lips exposing her sensitive bud. His tongue swirled around and over her clit before continuing along her pussy lips to her opening.

“You smell and taste delicious, sweetheart.” He put two fingers into her pussy and grazed her clit with his teeth.

Steel kissed her neck and pinched her nipples. Dana’s body bowed as a wave of euphoric bliss flooded her senses. He moved to the side as Chayton positioned his hard cock at her opening and plunged into her hungry pussy. Unbridled pleasure rocketed up her spine, and her whole body trembled.

Chayton thrust faster and harder. She raised her hips to meet his cock and he went deeper into her pussy. Then he took hold of her hips and slowed his movements into a seductive massage of her tender pussy walls.

She ran her hand across his wide chest and rubbed his nipples. In her pussy she felt his cock pulsate in response.

He rolled to his back and she straddled his body. He let her set the pace. She took him deep inside her pussy. Then she withdrew to the crown of his cock. As she did her hands stroked along his chest and chiseled abs.

Chayton closed his eyes and leaned his head back. “Sweetheart, your slightest touch kindles the fire in my belly. My body craves being connected in any way to you.”

Gradually, he took control and thrust harder and faster until each stroke became a mixture of pleasure and intense, almost-painful passion. Her pussy clenched tight around his dick and her walls began to throb. Another huge wave of seductive sensations overwhelmed her. She screamed out his name as her hips moved faster up and down his cock.

He flipped her under him and thrust deeply a few more times before she heard him yell out with his orgasm. His cock throbbed against her rippling pussy walls as delight and love kept them wrapped tight in each other’s arms.

Her heart raced, and she gasped for breath. Chayton rolled to her side, but kept his arm around her waist.

“Damn, watching you two was a real turn-on. I have a little problem.” Steel scooted down to her, and she rolled to face him.

“It looks like a big problem,” Dana teased as she admired his large cock. “I think I can help you with it.”

She licked the salty drop off the slit in his crown. Her hand wrapped around his wide girth, and she held him snug in her grasp. Then Dana moved her hand up and down his satin-smooth cock.

Chayton got off the bed and waved. “Have fun. I’m going to shower and fix us a snack.”

Dana continued to lick across his crown and caress his cock. When her fingers trailed the length of his dick, she heard his raspy intake of breath. She put her mouth over his shaft and took him deep inside her mouth.

Steel put his fingers in her hair. “Oh, baby, that feels good. Your sweet mouth is soft and warm.”

Heat sparked in her core hearing his sensual voice and his words. She liked to pleasure her husbands as much as they liked to do the same to her. The mere touch of his hands in her hair made her shiver.

Dana gazed at his dark-as-the-ocean-at-night blue eyes. The muscles in his face had drawn tight from his hunger.

She took his cock back into her mouth and cupped his balls. His body arched in response. Then she moved her head up and down his length and gently caressed his sac.

“Damn, you’re wonderful,” Steel yelled out as she tasted his spicy essence.

Heated blood coursed through her veins. Steel grasped her arms and pulled her beside him. Her curves molded to his lean, hard body.

He kissed her and massaged her scalp. She settled against him, enjoying the feel of their body’s intimate touch.

Chayton stuck his head in the door. “I’ve got a snack on the kitchen table. Come eat and we’ll plan our happy future.”

Dana grinned. “I’d better shower in my old room, or we’ll never get to the kitchen.”

“True.” Steel gave her ass a brief smack when she got off the bed. “Hurry. We have a couple of surprises for you.”

“No fair. I didn’t get you all anything but your rings.”

“You married us.” Steel winked and sauntered into his bathroom.

Dana watched. She did love seeing his backside. Well, all of him really. She’d never get tired of admiring her husbands. Hurrying to her room, she wondered what they had for her.

  * * * *

When she got to the table, she saw sandwiches, chips, cold tea, and two rolls of paper that looked like drafting plans. “Do I have to eat before you show me what’s in those?”

“We’ll tell you our ideas first. If you don’t agree we can discuss some other ones.”

  “You have me very intrigued.”

Chayton came around to her side of the table and knelt down. He held the larger roll.

“We thought we’d change our bedrooms and make one big master suite out of Steel’s and my room. We’d also turn the bedroom you
ve been using into a sitting room just for you.” He opened the plans and pointed to certain drawings as he talked. “Until the work is finished we’d use the visitor suite your folks are sleeping in. Of course we won’t start until they leave.”

“What do you think?” Steel asked.

“I love the idea.” She looked closer at the plans.

“You can take your time studying what the architect has drawn for us. He’ll make any changes you want.”

Her smile broadened in approval. “You both are too good to me. I feel like I’m going to burst with happiness.”

“Please don’t. We don’t want to lose you.” Steel grinned. He held the smaller roll in his hand.

“Show me what you’ve got,” she said.

“Darlin’, I showed you what I have. I hope you’re satisfied.” He chuckled and Chayton laughed when Dana felt her face flush.

“I love that we can make you blush,” Steel said. He moved his chair closer to her and opened the second, smaller roll of papers. “This is a plan for a cabin. It’s a bit bigger than Chayton’s. There’s an actual bedroom and a full bath connected to it. Also there’s a half bath for guests to use.”

Dana looked at Chayton. “What will you do with your cabin? I like it the way it is.”

“Good, because this isn’t for us, it’s for your parents or the rest of your family, whenever they want to visit. Your parents won’t have to drive the camper. Our mothers and yours have become fast friends. I imagine they’ll want to visit each other often,” Chayton said.

“What a wonderful, thoughtful idea.” She touched both their faces. A lump formed in her throat. Her voice was raspy when she spoke. “I’ll love you both forever and ever.” Then she kissed them.

“Same here, darlin’,” Steel said, cupping the side of her face in his hand. Chayton placed his warm hand on her shoulder. “And that’s the way I feel, too. But please don’t cry. This is a happy time.”

“Get used to it, cowboy. I’m one of those women who cries when she’s happy or sad.”
