GI Joe and Ebony, An American Love Story

Page 2

by Brenda Stokes Lee

If he liked it, then she loved. Ebony held on tight, squeezed her vaginal muscles hard and caught a ride on the pleasure wave with him. Screaming uninhibited as they simultaneously, released hard the two lovers collapsed on the bed sweaty and oh so satisfied.

  Chapter 4

Ebony could not believe that she was this mesmerized by a man that she barely knew. It’s Saturday morning and the only thing that they’d eaten was each other. GI Joe is sleep and Ebony decides that now would be the perfect time to slip in the bathroom and freshen up before another winning round of knee buckling, toe cracking sex. Let’s face it, nobody enjoys stale Hoe Cakes, so a shower was definitely in order.

To her total dismay GI Joe, her action hero was gone when she emerged from the bathroom. “What the fuck? Oh hell no! She vented. “Really? You couldn’t even pretend that you were going to call me? Seriously? What the fuck was I thinking fucking this man the first day we met?”

Just as she thought to grab her purse and make sure that he didn’t rob her, she heard someone unlock her front door. She ran downstairs to the living room to find Joe carrying two bags of groceries into the kitchen. Happy and relieved to see him she followed him into the kitchen to help with the groceries.

“Hey, I hope you’re hungry, because I’m starving. Slip on some clothes while I fix us some brunch. I’ll grab a shower after we eat.”

Amazed and so very elated to see that he had not left, Ebony hugged him tight before sampling his sweet lips. Basically in awe, she watched as this handsome man, who was now apparently her man, prepare her a meal.

  “Can you cook?”

  “Yeah. Why, do you ask?”

“I don’t know… I’ve never had a man to cook for me. Most of the men that I’ve dated can barely make dinner reservations, let alone dinner.”

“Barbie, I’m really not convinced that you’ve ever had a real man.” He said as he gently sampled her lips. “A real man would have never treated a diamond like you like it was worthless glass.”

“So what makes you different?” She challenged.

“I was raised by a good woman, who taught me how to nurture and treat a good woman. I’m not in to all the bullshit games that people like to play, that’s why I was single. I know exactly what I want and I’m patient enough to wait until I get it.”

“Speaking of your mom, is she going to be okay with the two of us hanging out?”

“Are you kidding me? She is absolutely ecstatic. She’s already planning a wedding and counting grand kids.” He laughed heartily.

“Are you serious? Well, that’s good to know, a little presumptuous, but good to know. I’m just glad she’s okay with it. I’ve known Sandy for over three years. I’d hate to lose a friend because I find her son irresistible.”

“Is that right?” GI Joe asked as he stole a sweet kiss.

“Yeah I’m afraid so.” Ebony admitted as she kissed him hard.

“Now, that’s good to know.” He laughed, “…Because you were going to have a hard time getting rid of me.”

“And why would I ever want to do that? Tall, handsome, sexy as hell and can cook, why would I ever let you go?”

“Unfortunately, like it or not, I’ll have to leave you for awhile. I’m committed to a bad game of real life Call of Duty. My unit deploys to Saudi Arabia in a little over three months.”

“My brother’s in Saudi Arabia. He’s been there for the past six months. He hates it.”

“I’m not looking forward to it myself. I have a six month call of duty and after that I’m all yours, until death do we part.”

Stunned by his frank statement of his intentions towards her, Ebony reserved comment. It wasn’t the first time that she had been promised the world only to end up with a broken heart, massive credit card debt and a ton of steaming hot orangutan shit to clean up. Instead she was content to enjoy his warm embrace and the delicious meal that he prepared for her that day. From that moment on she resolved to simply hope and pray for the best and spend every second she could in GI Joe’s arms until it was time for him to deploy.

  Chapter 5

Three months passed quickly. GI Joe and Barbie were perfectly matched; in fact they were made for each other. In a way it was as if they had been together forever, unfortunately it was all abruptly coming to an end. The thought of being alone again frightened Ebony. Her whirlwind love affair with GI Joe was so unexpected yet so exhilarating. She had absolutely no intentions of falling this hard and this fast for any man after what she had been through with the previous men she dealt with. But GI Joe made it hard for her to keep up her guards and fight off his affection for her and her growing love for him.

He was completely devoted to her. He anticipated Ebony’s every need and he made sure that he handled it, in and out of bed. She wanted for nothing and he gave her everything. The only thing that he could not give her was the only thing that she desperately desired, more time. Unfortunately, he was a soldier in the United States Armed Force and GI Joe’s time did not belong to him.

“Baby please don’t cry. I’ll be back before you’ll have a chance to realize that I’m gone.”

“How is that possible, when I miss you so much I can hardly, breathe and you haven’t even left yet? What am I going to do without you?”

GI Joe didn’t quite know how to answer that question, so he didn’t even try. He simply pulled Ebony into his strong, masculine arms and comforted her. “I know that you don’t want to hear this, but this is just a part of our journey. I have to go. There’s no way of getting around it, but when I get back our relationship will be stronger than it’s ever been.”

“What if you don’t make it back, or even worse what if you don’t come back the same?”

“Don’t talk like that. I’m coming back and I’m coming back whole. You and I are just getting started. We have a lifetime of love ahead of us. And nothing’s going to change that. Okay?’ He said as he tilted her chin up towards his face so that he could look directly into her big brown eyes.

  “Okay, but…”

“No, buts and no more tears. I’ve seen my future and there’s a whole lot more love between you and me in it. Okay?”

“Okay.” She conceded as she wiped the corners of her eyes.

“Besides, we have at least forty eight hours before I deploy. So you know what that means right?”

  “Lock down?”

“You know it. So I’m going to make a run to the store, to make sure we have everything that we need.”

  “I’ll go with you.”

“No, you just stay here and get ready for me. I’ll be right back.”

  ~*~*~

GI Joe was gone for almost two hours. He was gone so long the emotionally train wrecked Ebony decided to take a much needed nap. She had been asleep a little over an hour when she heard something that sounded like a puppy bark. Assuming that she was dreaming she rolled back over and tried to go back to sleep, but she heard the yelp of a puppy again and yet again.

Not sure what was going on she followed the sound downstairs to her kitchen where she discovered GI Joe holding the cutest Toy Poodle that she had ever seen. “Oh she’s so cute were did she come from?”

“I bought her for you. She can keep you company until I get back. I had to stop to get some things for her. Of course it took forever, but it was worth it.”

“Let me hold her.” Ebony said as she took the tiny puppy from GI Joe’s arms. She gently stroked the pet’s curly white mane as she watched GI Joe unpack the grocery bags. “She’s such a cutie. Aren’t you just the cutest little thing that I’ve ever seen?”

“Hey I thought I was the cutest thing that you’ve ever seen?” GI Joe teased as he stole a quick kiss on his way to the refrigerator.

“I must admit that you’re pretty cute, but not as cute as her. What’s her name?”

  “Mary.”

“Mary? What kind of name is that? …As in the Virgin Mary? Oh come on, she deserves a better name than Mary.”

p; “No, as in marry me…”

“What?” Ebony asked completely stunned as she watched GI Joe get down on one knee and present her with a ruby red, velvet ring box. Frozen like a fly on a metal ice tray she could not move or speak.

GI Joe opens the ring box and the flash as the light hit the near perfect two carat solitaire diamond set in platinum almost blinded her. “Marry me?”

“Oh my God! Is that real?”

GI Joe chuckled, “I can’t believe that you asked me that. Yes it’s real. It’d better be real. I practically cleaned out my savings account to get it.”

“You’re serious. It’s so beautiful.” Ebony mumbled as she eyed the stunning ring.

“Of course I’m serious. I’m in love with you. I knew I’d ask you this question one day from the moment we met. So, will you marry me?”

“I don’t know what to say.” Ebony’s voice cracked as she became emotional.

  “Do you love me?”

“Yes, you know that I love you.” She responded as she fought back tears.

  “Then just say yes.”

Ebony begins to nod yes repeatedly. “Yes, yes, yes! I will marry you!” She screamed as she jumped in his arms and kissed his mouth hard. “Oh my God! We’re getting married!”

GI Joe cradled her in his strong muscular arms and kissed her for what seemed like an eternity before placing the diamond engagement ring on her trembling finger. His face was wet from tears. As Ebony wiped them away he realized that they were his tears. They were tears of joy because he had found the love of his life. And they were tears of sorrow, because he knew that he’d soon have to leave her for the war.

  Chapter 6

An extremely appreciative Ebony took the opportunity to show her new fiancé just why he fell so ridiculously in love with her so quickly. She quickly sucked GI Joe’s lips and engaged him in a twelve alarm whore house hot kiss. Her long slender fingers slipped into the waistband of his pants and gently stroked the restless anaconda that begged to be freed. Releasing it from the pants that constricted it she continued to slowly and methodically stroke it from base to head and back again.

GI Joe was mesmerized by the preciseness of her firm yet gentle stroke. He groaned in pleasure as her head lowered and his hardness disappeared like magic into the depths of her throat. “God I love.”

“I love you too.” Ebony conceded as she briefly popped up for air.

Caught up and completely sold out for a one way ticket to Pleasureville, GI Joe relaxed back onto the floor and let Ebony do all the work. He watched as she continued to lick his stalk from tip to root and back again before sucking the head of his manhood in her mouth. As the blood quickly rushed from his big head to his little head he moaned and groaned in total delight.

“I need a condom.” Ebony replied as she sensed he was reaching his boiling point.

“There’s a whole box in the bag over there.” A dazed GI Joe responded as he sprang to his feet. “Come with me. Let’s get comfortable.”

GI Joe effortlessly lifted Ebony from the floor and carried her to the bedroom. He sucked her tongue in his mouth as he squeezed her round ass, before smacking it hard.

  Ebony giggled, “Stop that hurts.”

“Yeah, but did it feel good?” He asked ask as he sampled the nectar of her sweet, bountiful breast.

“Not as good as that feels.” Ebony groaned as he slurped her breast as if they were filled with chocolate milk.

“I hope you are ready for me.” GI Joe warned as he gently tossed her on the bed and begun to strip naked.

“I hope you’re ready for me. Don’t think that this is going to be an easy ride.” Ebony countered as she quickly removed her clothes.

GI Joe laughed, “Never once did I imagine that you’d be an easy ride. Besides I love a rough ride. It gets my adrenaline flowing.”

“Good, because you’ll about to become and adrenaline junky.”

Ebony watched as GI climbed into bed. His dick was as hard as a Quantum Physics final exam written in Mandarin Chinese. Big, thick and delicious, she couldn’t wait to devour it. As she grabbed it and stuffed it into her warm mouth her eyes briefly met GI Joes. There she found nothing but unconditional love and total adoration. Instantly she knew that GI Joe was in fact the love that she had searched for all of her life. He was her soul mate and the sight of him made her heart melt with joy.

GI Joe’s focus quickly faded as Ebony did some of her best work. Determined to leave an everlasting impression on this man’s heart she continued to suck, lick and stroke him to completion, just to get the night started.

Moments later she heard the words, “Ebony, I’m coming.”

Mission accomplished. She quickly straddled his face and allowed him to taste her sensual essence as she stroked him until he was rigid and ready again. Then she mounted him and rode him like he was a proud stallion who had just won the Triple Crown.

Ebony and GI Joe made uninhibited love throughout the night. Their bodies clashed together repeatedly like hurricane waves crashing against a deserted beach. By morning the two had become one in body, soul and spirit.

  Chapter 7

A little more than six months had passed since that day. Ebony and GI Joe’s love continued to flourish and grow. Their wedding day was quickly approaching and the couple couldn’t be happier. The planning the entire wedding alone had been extremely stressful, but it kept her busy and Ebony was grateful for that. Nonetheless, she was ready for everything to be over and done with, so that they could get on with their happily ever after.

Ebony's cell phone rings as she effortlessly navigates the busy Baltimore streets on her way to the Bridal Shop. Praying that it was Jay she presses her Bluetooth to take the call. “God, please let this be Jay.” She thought before nervously saying, “Hello.”

“Hey what's up?” Jay's deep sultry voice asked, sounding like and Orchestra playing sweet, soothing contemporary music to Ebony's ears.

“Hey yourself.” She casually replied as she sighed a gentle sigh of relief. “Not much I'm on my way to the seamstress for the final fitting of my wedding gown. Where are you?”

“The same hell hole I've been in for the past six months. God I’m so sick of this damn place. I wish I was home with you.”

“Yeah, I figured that much, but where are you? I mean are you on the road? Are you on base? Are you working… what?”

“Actually, I'm just getting off duty. I'm on my way to get something to eat and a couple of hours of sleep before I go back on. I just called to see how you're holding up.”

  “What do you mean?”

“The wedding is in a week. There's still time to back out gracefully or just turn tail, haul ass and run. You sure you want to go through with this?”

“Of course I do. Don’t even start that bullshit. What kind of question is that?”

“And honest one, that deserves an honest answer.”

“Okay, then yes. I'm absolutely sure about this. Why would you ask me something like that at this late date?”

“I don't know. I'm just making sure that everything is still on track. I haven’t been able to get a hold of you in a few days. I just wanted to make sure everything was still cool. You haven't had a change of heart have you? I don't want any surprises when I get there.”

“I don't want any surprises from you. Please tell me that you're going to make it in time.”

“I'll be there. I told you I'm flying out of Saudi Arabia a couple of days before the wedding. Did you order my tux?”

“Yeah, of course I did. You'd look silly standing at the altar naked.” She laughed. Don't worry, everything is all set. Your tux and shoes will be here when you arrive.”

“Is there anything that you need me to do?”

“Yeah, get here! No excuses Jay. Don't have me walking down that aisle alone, looking like a damn fool. Do you hear me?”

“Calm down. I'll be there. So, find something else to worry about. It’s too early for all of that nonsense. How's ever
ybody?” Jay asked in an attempt to change the subject and lighten the tension.

“We’re all fine, other than worrying about you. Things are a little hectic because of the wedding, but everyone is great. We're all praying for you.”

“Thanks. I need all the prayers that I can get. But I'm good. I mean it's crazy here, but it's crazy there too. Actually it has been pretty tame over here lately. The quite before the storm, I guess.” He laughed somewhat uneasy as the gravity of his own words rang true in his ears. “Yeah, it’s been fairly uneventful for a change.”

“Jay, promise me you'll be safe over there.”

  “Look, Ebony I’m fine.”

“Yeah, for now... I know you think you’re GI Joe the action hero, but you don’t always have to run in to save the day. Let somebody else get some of the glory for a change.”

  “What?

“Look, all I'm saying is just play it safe and don't take any unnecessary risks.”

“I know you didn't just call me GI Joe.” He laughed. “Oh my God. Ebony, I know that you worry about me, but I'm a soldier. Danger and risk are part of the game. I worry about you, but I don't obsess about it. I’d go crazy if I did. Hell, at least I have a gun. In fact I have a rifle and a gun, so don’t worry about me I'm good.”

  “I know but ...” Ebony hesitated. “It’s just that…”

“No buts. I can't do my job worrying about you worrying about me.”

“So, I'm not supposed to worry about you now?”

“Look, I just called to touch bases with you about the wedding. I don't want to get into a big thing about this right now. I'm tired, I’m hungry and I’m in much need of a hot shower. So, I'm going to get off this phone. I love you. I'll call you in a few days.”

“I love you too. Please be careful.”

  “You too.”
