He didn’t say anything right away. Please don’t let him walk away.

Russell rubbed a hand over his face, making his curled mustache wiggle.

Come on! Say what you said before and throw me down on the bed. Fight for what you love!

“You deserve someone who can treat you like a princess. Someone who can give you everything you want. I’m a thirty-year-old man who spends his whole paycheck on games and costuming.”

“And I love that about you!” I exclaimed. Throwing up my hands, I slid off the bed to stand in front of him. “Sometimes I pick buying a costume piece over buying food. Try again.”

Russell gazed at me in a most un-Russell-like way. Big doe eyes and a wee tilt of his head. “You’re still in university—”

“Nope. Doesn’t matter.” I shook my head and folded my arms. “Where did all this come from? We’re perfect for each other. You must see that. How can you not see that?”

He grabbed my upper arms and his Bambi eyes turned into the Big Bad Wolf’s. “I’ve fantasized about a life with you. So many dreams, each wonderful, hot and naughty. I don’t want to let anyone else have you. I want to hide you away, my own secret, sexy treasure. The ferocity of what I feel for you isn’t good. It overwhelms me at times. How could I be the man who ties you down when you live your life so free?”

My legs shook as I grew wetter than I had ever been before. Oh yes.

“Tie me down.” I could barely get the words out.

“What?” He frowned and leaned in, our foreheads almost touching. “This is the part where you run away.”

“If a chase turns you on, I’ll start running.” I nipped my lower lip, breathing more heavily. This villain could never scare me. “But I quite like being in your clutches, letting you have your wicked way with me.”

His lips crushed mine, the kiss even more ferocious than his words. His fingers dug into my biceps before he let go to circle his arms around me, mashing our bodies together.

My heart soared, zooming through the cosmos like a starship. Voyager, not the Enterprise. Russell loved me. He loved me, he loved me, he loved me! And not just loved me, he loved me so powerfully it overwhelmed him. This was even better than I could ever have hoped.

I wound my hands into his hair. It was slicked back, but not fixed so tightly as his mustache. I mussed it as I ran my fingers over his scalp and gripped his thick locks, pulling slightly.

A rumble reverberated in his chest and he took hold of my ass, lifting me as he turned. We didn’t stop kissing as we fell back onto the bed. Our teeth clinked, but he braced himself with his elbows so that our heads didn’t knock together.

Russell pulled at my T-shirt as I yanked open his jacket. His cape tumbled to drape over his left side. Too many layers. Damn Snidely for being such a conservative.

He stripped me quickly, kissing over my bared stomach and breasts. His tongue danced around my nipples before he took each in turn into his mouth to suck. I moaned and arched up, still trying to rid him of his clothes.

“Off. Get them off,” I hissed in my frustration. I needed him pounding into me, joining us together. Hot, hard and fast. I couldn’t think for want of him.

Russell nipped at one rosy nub and stood. He whipped off his cape, swirling it like a sinful matador. He let it go, and it was still fluttering in the air as he jerked off his jacket.

Yes. This was the man I loved. A showman dripping with raw sexuality. And he knew it. Oh, I adored how his movements contained not an ounce of doubt.

Jacket, shirt and tie, trousers and boots. It was a blur.

Then he was in me. I cried out, so close to coming already. My hips rocked against his, finding a desperate rhythm.

“I’m going to fuck you until you scream.” He breathed the words hotly into my ear. “Then I’m going to have my way with you. And you’ll scream again. I’ll do this every night for the rest of your life. I’m going to bring you such pleasure you won’t ever have the strength to leave the bed.”

Yes! Yes to every fucking part of that.

I dug my nails into his shoulders as he thrust harder yet. Russell added a grinding swipe with his hips each time he buried himself in me. He knew just how to get me off.

I could barely catch my breath as my orgasm exploded through me, sizzling heat powered by incalculable pleasure. I clutched him and kicked my feet in the air. I might have screamed, but the roar of ecstasy deafened me to everything else.

Just as soon as my blissful shuddering eased, he pulled out of me. I whimpered and tried to pull him back into me.

Russell unwound my arms and waggled a finger as he tsked. “Patience, darling.”

As he slipped off the end of the bed, I propped myself up to protest. My toes still curled and my heart pounded. Oh, how sublime he looked standing there. Naked, trim body with those long, toned legs. Maybe someone else would call him wiry, but I only saw perfection.

His erection stood tall, glistening with my juices. It nearly touched his navel, as if seeking some place for relief. Beet red, he hung right at the edge of climax. What control he must have!

Bending over, he rummaged through his clothes until he found what he was searching for. A sly smile graced his lips as he rose and strode around to the right side of the bed with the item concealed out of my view. His cock bobbed the whole way.

“There are no train tracks here, but the headboard will do nicely.” Russell snatched my wrist closest to him and tugged me to the top of the bed. I nearly panted with anticipation.

Rope! He had a rope. Of course he did. I squealed my delight.

And this was no soft silky stuff. This rope was like Snidely Whiplash would use when he tied screaming damsels to the tracks. That guy had some serious kink in his blood.

Much like me and the man who loved me. He loved me!

Russell didn’t ask, but yanked my other arm up and laid one wrist on top of the other. His throbbing member leaned toward me as he bound me to the headboard. The scent of my cream filled my nostrils, musky and rich.

I tilted my head and stretched my tongue out to take a lick. He dodged it and turned his body to the side so I no longer had easy access to his groin. “Not for you yet, sweetling.”

Oh yeah. He was ready to come.

I twisted my head around to see how he had tied the rope. It wound around my wrists in a crisscross and looped around one board with a tight knot. He finished with an approving grin, and I gave it a yank. An expert job.

When he climbed onto the bed, I thrust my hips toward him. “Take me.”

“So eager.” Russell grabbed my hips and leaned in, running his tongue along my slit. He licked his lips and, with graceful ease, flipped me over. A small peep of surprise stole from me at how easy it was for him to turn me onto my stomach like that. God, he just kept getting hotter by the second. The rope twisted around my wrists, but not too tightly.

I rose onto my knees, pussy aching, and wiggled my rear at him. “Now.”

Russell slapped my behind twice and pushed me flat onto the bed. He lay on top of me with his erection resting between the cheeks of my bottom. Kissing over my shoulder to my ear, he traced the shell of it. “You’re demanding for a woman who’s tied to a bed. Good thing I find that very sexy.”

His gravelly baritone sent shivers through me. I writhed under him, trying to tempt him to fuck me. I had to have him in me. “Then stop talking and fuck me already.”

With slow and sensual motions, he rubbed his cock against my ass. “Naughty, naughty. The mouth on you, darling.”

“You love my mouth. Now do it!” I was going to scream like a werecat in heat if he didn’t.

Lifting his body, he spanked me again. The sting made me hornier yet. “I do love every part of you, but you’re not the one in control here.”

I groaned as he sat up and slapped my rear. I gasped, my inner walls clenching and drenching me further with my honey. Not that I could see it, but that one would leave me red for a while.

  With anot
her whack, he took hold of one butt cheek and spread me open for him. Long fingers delved into me and dragged my juices along to soak my anus. He circled it, doing it twice more so that I could feel a thick layer of wetness dribbling down. I’d never been so wet in my life.

Russell pushed three fingers into my tight pussy as I cried out and squeezed them. He wiggled the pinky of his other hand into my anus and began moving his hands in tandem. “Mmm, you like that, don’t you?”

“Yes. Oh God, yes!” I couldn’t lie still. I moved with him, rocking my body, the rough rope wearing at the flesh of my wrists. Every sensation mingled in the most amazing way.

His fingers crooked and spread slightly. “You should see the gorgeous view from here. Your shaved little pussy sucking on my fingers. Everything so wonderfully pink. You’re all woman. My woman.”

Never mind the way he finger-fucked me or the added titillation of a pinky in my puckered rear, it was his words. I screamed as I came. So loud that I forced my face into the pillow to muffle it.

He didn’t let me come down from the high. His fingers were quickly replaced by his erection and he fucked me hard into the bed. My orgasm rolled on, or maybe it was another one. I couldn’t tell. Everything blurred together in bliss.

Nothing he had done had eased his tension. He climaxed with a great grunt and buried himself as deep as he could within me.

This was what life what Russell was going to be like. Furious passion and world-rocking sex. With lots and lots of costuming.

  Chapter Five

Geek girl problem #82: Your best friend doesn’t understand how you could be in love with Snidely Whiplash.

It was the perfect day to top all perfect days. Not even a day in Equestria could be as wonderful as this one. Sex with Russell, brunch with friends, and the costumes. Most particularly, my costume.

I’d designed and hand-sewed every aspect of it. I’d even dyed my hair pink to match Lightning’s from Final Fantasy XIII. The crimson cape flowed just right and the brilliant blue of my eyes popped with minimal makeup. I felt powerful and sexy as I walked around the con.

And damn right I won Best in Show at the costume contest!

I beat Russell to the prize, but he cheered louder than anyone else. God, he was hot in that steampunk inventor outfit. All the tiny gears and various gadgets were flawless. Every single one. I do love a man who takes time with the little things.

There was a bit of paperwork to fill out for the contest and photos of the winners were taken. I enjoyed every second. And just when I thought I couldn’t be happier, bam!

Outside, by the downtown water fountain, Russell lowered himself to one knee and opened a red velvet box. The diamond glittered in the afternoon sun, making it look bigger than it actually was. But I would’ve been ecstatic over a plastic ring from a gumball machine at that moment.

“Emily Angelina Solis, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?”

In a world filled with cynics, most people would think I was crazy to accept a proposal from a man who had just told me he loved me the day before. Really, it wasn’t logical to do so. We should see how we worked as a couple first. Maybe move in together for a little while and hope that fighting for closet space didn’t break us up. Rational people would take it one step at a time.

  But screw them!

I screamed yes and bounced on my toes. The crowd around us applauded as Russell removed the ring from the box and slid it onto my finger. The metal was warm, as if it had been sitting beside a fire. Had Russell been holding it in his hand for a while?

I threw my arms around him before he could straighten fully and kissed him as if nobody were watching. Hell, I would’ve taken him right there in front of the fountain with the crowd watching if it wouldn’t have gotten us arrested.

“I love you so much.” I smiled against his lips. I was walking on air. Really, I was. He’d lifted me off the ground and my feet kicked behind me.

“I love you more.” Russell nipped at my lower lip before setting me back on my feet. He didn’t let go, though. I never wanted him to.

“If only we could get married now.”

  “Why can’t we?”

His words stunned me into silence. I’m guilty of being one of those girls who’s dreamed about her wedding day. Of course, mine would take place at Rivendale surrounded by pretty elves and presided over by an old wizard. I’d make my own dress. No one else in the world could design it like I wanted. Better than any Disney Princess dress ever imagined.

“Let’s get married right here, right now.” Russell squeezed me and turned his gaze to the people. “Anyone here a minister? Rabbi? Judge? Priest of Pelor?”

My perfect wedding. I wanted my perfect wedding day. My heart pounded, echoing in my ears. Breathe. Remember to breathe.

Russell caressed my arm and I stared at him. So handsome, devilishly so. Top hat with goggles, jacket with long tails and mustache curled just right. I had a sword instead of a bouquet. And I was wearing white. Sort of.

I loved him. Oh, how I loved him.

We were cosplay geeks. It couldn’t get any better than this. This was the perfect wedding.

After we found the Pastafarian, it went by in a divine blur. We texted our friends, and only Morgan and Dean didn’t reply. We waited, but the pirate had to get to a game. My best friend wasn’t there, but when I faced Russell, holding his hands, nothing else mattered.

  I was Mrs. Russell Morrison.

Not even Legolas offering himself up to me could have made me happier. And when we finally found Morgan and Dean in the convention center later that evening, I was ready to gush about every detail to her. I held out my left hand, displaying the ring. “It was so romantic.”

Russell, standing regally beside me with the grin of a lucky cat, kissed me on the top of my head. “We found a Pastafarian who was legal. He performed the ritual by the fountain outside the convention center.”

“A Pastafarian? Seriously? The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster can now legally marry people?” Morgan gaped.

“Yes! We’ll have to get a marriage license, of course—” I stopped as I noticed her red face. Was she embarrassed? No. Surely she couldn’t be. Pissed off? Maybe. It was always so hard to tell. She could be just like Raven from Teen Titans. “Wait. You’re not happy for me?”

She took a deep breath and let it out slowly. “Emily, this isn’t like you. You didn’t have time to think this through. You were caught up in a moment. You’re going to regret it later.”

Yeah, she could be a cynic, but this wasn’t her life. It was mine! How dare she tell me how I felt? Tears pooled in the corners of my eyes. “Not like me? It’s totally like me! It’s just not like you. That’s why you don’t understand. We’re in love.”

Morgan gritted her teeth. “You can’t be in love. You just met him.”

Bitch. What did she know? Of course, okay, she didn’t know that Russell and I had known each other for a while. Maybe that would help my case, but I wasn’t going to tell her. Love could happen at first sight, but she was just too uptight to let it happen. A hot dude who adored her was standing at her side and she’d never let herself be vulnerable enough to love him.

“Love knows nothing about time.” My voice rose. “Besides, we’ve known each other for a long time online. We share the same passions, the same dreams. We’re compatible on every level. You’re my best friend. You should be happy for me. I’m happy for you that you’re having fun with Dean, even though we all know that’s not going to last.”

Morgan looked as if she was going to have an apoplectic fit. Dean laid a hand on her shoulder, but she didn’t even accept his support. “What the fuck? This has nothing to do with my relationship.”

I could see that she was already going downhill with her new man. I didn’t need this on my wedding day. Fuck her. I folded her arms. “It has everything to do with it in your mind. Since you can’t have happiness, you don’t want me to have it.” I gave Russell the signal that this con
versation was over and turned to walk away. “I don’t want to talk about this anymore. It’s my wedding day. I want to have fun.”

“You’re being absolutely ridiculous! That—” Morgan spluttered out a few unintelligible words. “Russell has filled your head with idiotic notions.”

  Oh no she didn’t!

I spun around and pointed a finger at her. “Don’t you dare say a thing about my husband.”

Thankfully Russell turned me away at that point. Good thing I wasn’t wearing thick mascara, because my tears were as fat as one of the Hutts. As I walked away, I expected Morgan to follow. Maybe it was more of a stupid hope. She was my bestie, after all, and I loved her, even when she was being a cold-hearted bitch.

Russell kept me close to him and walked us to a neighboring hotel with a quiet niche. He hugged me tight and let me cry. Not once did he tell me to forget about it or buck up, or coddle me like a child. Yep, he was the perfect guy.

Once the tears were gone, I stayed in his embrace with my head against his chest. His warmth and heartbeat calmed me. My chest swelled with the love I had for him.

After five or ten minutes, Russell tilted my head back and kissed me softly on the lips. “You okay?”

“I am now.” Smiling, I kissed him back and wiped at my cheeks.

“Do you need anything? A drink, a kerchief?”

Who said “kerchief” these days? My sweet husband, that was who! Sometimes I wondered if Russell had traveled forward in time. He was too sexual to be a Time Lord, unless there was something we didn’t know about the Doctor.

“All I need is you.” The words rang true. Other people might think they were cheesy, people like Morgan, but that was because they’d never experienced a love like this themselves. My lips thinned. How could she not be happy for me? The woman had the heart of a Terminator.

“Now you look like you want to murder someone,” Russell hedged in a whisper.

“It’s just that…damn it, how dare she?” I hit my thigh with a fist before I threw my hands in the air. “She has no right telling me what I feel and how I think. The fucking know-it-all. Always so logical. She never has any real fun. She knows nothing!”
