King (Rogue Rebels MC)

Our eyes met across the bar, as the three of them walked towards the counter. It was an unspoken pact between us, we were going to act like we didn’t know each other outside of this place.
“What’s all this?” Slade had walked over to me, and was peering into the pages of my books. Big D had already started pouring them their usual drinks as they took up their chairs near me. Commando was avoiding my eyes now, even though I wanted nothing more than for him to look at me.
“Looks like a load of gibberish to me,” Slade pulled one of the books to himself and started flipping through the pages. I smiled at him and tried to get the book back from him, but he kept tilting it out of my reach and laughing.
“Knock it off Slade!” Commando growled from his corner of the counter, while Big D placed a glass of beer in front of him. King was smiling indulgently as well.
“You’ll have to take it from me if you want it back,” Slade laughed, dangling the book in front of me. I made another dive for it and missed, stumbling off the stool now and he reached for my waist, pushing me up roughly against his chest.
I wasn’t sure anymore, if this was just some casual flirting…if this was how these men casually flirted; or there was more to it. If Slade was making a move on me, in front of Commando…I had a feeling that things were not going to go down lightly. I struggled against him, keeping a weak smile on my face while he held on to me tightly. I didn’t want to make a scene or urge Commando on.
“That’s more like it. How badly do you want your book back?” he said, biting down on his lip as he looked me over. I tried to wriggle out of his arms, but he didn’t let me go, enjoying my struggle.
“Slade, leave her alone,” Commando said, but Slade wasn’t about to give in so easily. I reached for the book again as a last shot, and I had to lean towards him. He tipped the book out of reach and thrust his face forward. I avoided his lips just in time. Before I felt arms entwining around my waist. Commando was yanking me out of Slade’s grip. He plonked me on the floor roughly and squared his shoulders at Slade.
“I said knock it off!” he growled, in a deeper more threatening voice and I caught Slade looking a little confused.
“Just havin’ a bit of fun, brother. Calm the fuck down!” Slade barked at him, but Commando kept glaring at him.
“What’s gotten into the two of you tonight?” he said while I stood back and watched the two men face to face, glaring at each other.
“The rule is that you’re not supposed to touch the employees. So keep your hands in your pants,” Commando said, in a low deep voice and Slade clenched his jaw at him and then slid out of his reach.
Commando turned to me, and I saw the anger in his eyes. He held my gaze for a few moments, before he flipped around and walked around behind the counter and went into the back storage room.
I pulled the discarded book closer to me and sat back down on the stool. My cheeks, the back of my neck…were all burning up. I could still feel his steely grip on my waist when he had yanked me away from Slade.
I poured my head over the book, trying to avoid meeting anyone’s eyes as I sat there, trying to study again. Fuck studying. I wanted to see Commando again. I could sense that he was tensed and angry about something. I had never felt this special. This protected. Like he would have done anything to keep every man away from me.
While I tried to read, I could sense someone’s eyes on me. When I looked over, I saw King staring at me, a bottle of beer pressed to his lips. He was quietly studying me. I could see suspicion in his eyes…and also something else, a knowing look. I could see that he was going to figure out what was happening between Commando and me.
“Hi,” I said sweetly and tucked some strands of hair behind my ears. King said nothing, just kept sipping from his bottle of beer and looking at me.
I went back to reading my book and hoping that we weren’t exposed. I had no idea what would happen if Commando’s gang found out that we were sleeping together.
That I was living in his apartment.
Chapter 18
Ava
“Where are you going?” I heard his voice when I was leaving the bar that night. I flipped around to him and saw him standing with his hands thrust into the pockets of his leather jacket. His blue eyes were deep and glimmering in the dim streetlight.
“Back to my friend’s apartment,” I said, meeting his gaze.
“I’ll take you,” he said, bouncing his bike keys up in the air and then grabbing them in time before they fell to the ground. Without a word, I followed him to his Harley and he helped me up again. This time, I didn’t hesitate before I wound my arms around his waist and I held on tightly, breathing in his scent as he accelerated.
The wind lashed against my face, ruffling my hair as he rode. Half way through the ride, I realized that I hadn’t given him Charity’s address, so I had no idea where he was taking me. When he stopped, I realized that we were on a dark and deserted country road.
Commando got off the bike and then helped me down.
“Where are we?”
“Does it matter?”
We looked at each other silently for a few moments, before he stared up at the clear night sky. It was dotted with tiny shining stars. The air was clean, less polluted and clear out here and I leaned against the bike to stare up. When I looked back down, he was looking at me again.
“I didn’t mean to scare you earlier. Just needed to put Slade in place before things got out of hand,” he said, in a voice so soft that I didn’t even recognize him.
“No, thank you. I’m usually able to handle these situations…I was just dazed from studying,” I replied and I saw that he was watching me again. We had spoken so little before. Other than his name, I knew nothing else about him. That and that he had the bluest eyes I had ever seen…and those dimples!
“What are you studying?” he asked, pushing his hands into his jacket pockets again. We were standing close together, and it was so quiet around us that we could hear the crickets chirping in the grass. This was peaceful…and beautiful…and I had just never thought that a place like this would appeal to a man like him.
“I’m studying for an entrance exam into a Vet Tech course. I lost some good college years and I’m trying to make up for it,” I said, my eyes drooping with embarrassment.
“Vet Tech,” he said lazily, in a drowsy voice, and looked around him. “So you’re going to be working with animals?” he asked.
“If I get in, then yes…eventually. I would have liked to become a Vet, like actually study the science…but I don’t have the time or the skills. I just want to start doing the work I like, as quickly as possible,” I said and for the first time, it felt like someone was actually listening to me. Commando nodded his head quietly and his gaze dropped to my breasts, to my body.
“I think you’ll be good at it. You’ll be good at caring for animals, hell you can handle our zoo. Any Vet would be lucky to have you as their assistant,” he said and I felt a thrill run down my spine. He knew so little about me, but he had already formed his judgements and I couldn’t understand why he was seeing the best in me.
“Why did you lose out on your college years?” he asked next and I looked about me nervously. I didn’t want to bring the topic up, but I also wanted to be completely honest with him.
“I was too caught up in my previous relationship. I met him soon after high school and he was older than me, and didn’t want me to work. He wanted to be the one who brought home the bacon,” I said and Commando took a step in my direction. Immediately I thought this was the wrong decision. I shouldn’t have brought up Blaine at all, I should have made up some other excuse.
He was close to me now, peering straight into my eyes as he stared at me. I could see the rage on his face again, and then it washed away.
“I’m going to make sure that guy never lays a finger on you again,” he said, catching my gaze. My heart was pounding against my chest.
“Why?” I blurted out before I could stop
myself. Commando’s brows crossed, his blue eyes deepened. He seemed startled by my question. Now that it was out there, there was no point backing out of it.
“Why do you want to do that for me? I mean, you don’t even know me,” I said and he stepped even closer to me now.
“I know you, Ava Christenson,” he said my full name. Driving the point that he had taken the trouble of finding out my last name. There were goosebumps on my skin as he brought his face closer to me. I lifted myself up on my toes and with a sudden move of courage, I flung my arms around his neck, just as his lips met mine.
It was a soft, gentle kiss. He was slowly taking his time to rock me into arousal. His hands remained firmly on my face, while his tongue explored my mouth. Then when his hands travelled down to my ass, and he squeezed them tightly, I pulled away from him. Heavy and breathless with lust.
“We’re outdoors. Somebody will see us,” I said, panting for breath while he smiled wickedly down at me. He was searching my eyes, silent for a few seconds, till he hooked his fingers on the loops of my jeans and pulled me to himself again.
“Then we’ll be quick,” he said. “You have my permission to come whenever you want tonight,” he added.
Chapter 19
Commando
Ava was pressed up against the bike, and my tongue dove into her mouth again. I could feel her hot and squirming against me, her hips digging into me as she moved herself to match the rhythm of my plunging tongue. I pulled up the tank top she was wearing, flinging it aside so that it fell on the side view mirror and dangled there. I stared at her breasts, small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. Pert and pushed up with the bra she was wearing.
“Fuck. You have a gorgeous body” I growled under my breath as I reached for the clasps of her bra and when it came loose, I tossed it aside too. Ava brought out the animal in me. A different kind of animal. I didn’t just want to jerk off inside her. I wanted to devour her. Possess her.
Her pale skin shone in the moonlight as he arched her back over the bike. Her nipples were the color of dusty rose and erect and my mouth latched on the left one. My hand reached for the other one, squeezing and pinching and I delighted at the sounds of her moans. Then I licked her other nipple, rocking her as I sucked so that she dug herself deeper into me, reaching for my cock with her body. Her fingers reached for my hair, weaving through them and holding my face tightly down to her breasts. Her silky, pale, smooth breasts.
She wanted a quickie, so she was going to have one.
My hands reached down to the buttons of her jeans and I pulled the zip down. It was tight on her ass and I slid it down, pulling it over her thighs, while still sucking on her nipples, one at a time.
Her panties came down next, all collecting around her ankles and I spun her around, pushing her down by her back onto the seat of the bike. Ava’s bright red hair was splayed on her back, bright against the contrast of her pale smooth skin and I ran my hands up and down her back, feeling the curves of her waist, the dip of her belly. She was presenting her ass to me, sticking it up in the air.
Now that I had given her permission to come, it seemed like she was eager to. Like she had waited for it all day. Just like I’d been waiting to sink my cock into her pussy all day.
I undid my pants and stroked my erect cock. Ready for her. With my fingers, I found the wetness of her pussy again. The sweet juicy folds of her hot core where my fingers went sliding in. Yeah, she was ready too.
I reached for her hair, bunching it up into my fist so that I had her head slightly craned back. I wanted to be gentler with her, but I couldn’t. I was hungry for her. I wanted all of her, even though I already had her.
I drove into her pussy, so hard that it made her go up on her toes and she released a slow deep moan.
“Don’t stop, Commando, please don’t stop,” she begged and I smiled. I had no intention of stopping. With one hand on her back, I had her breasts pinned down to the seat of my bike as I shoved myself into her again. Then I smacked her ass and she moaned and moved her hips in a circular motion. She liked it hard. Just the way I liked to give it to her.
I could feel her trembling. She wasn’t going to hold back this time. My hands released her and I found her hips. She looked gorgeous like that, her hourglass shaped bare back splayed on my bike, her red hair burning and bright on her pale skin, her breasts bouncing on the seat as I drove into her.
“Keep that ass in the air, princess,” I growled and smacked her ass again, pounding her with force as I felt myself hurling towards the edge. The imprint of my hand on her ass was bright for a moment, before it started disappearing into her skin. She was moaning, moving her hips, close to coming.
“Come for me, Ava, come for me baby,” I said and she let out a final scream and then her legs trembled. I could feel her body jerking and her juices oozing out around my cock. Her pussy had clenched, making it even tighter and harder for me to drive in. Ava was panting, her movements slowing down but she didn’t stop moaning with pleasure. I smiled, happy that she had come so quickly, and then I exploded.
I pulled my cock out, spilling on her milky white ass. I jerked my cock up and down till the last drop had trickled down on her back. She moved herself, pushing up against me, still panting.
When I was done, I stepped away from her abruptly. After the haze of my orgasm had passed, suddenly I felt like something was different. I had fucked her three times already. And still I wanted more. This wasn’t enough. I should have been satisfied by now.
Ava looked sideways, her luscious hair falling over her green eyes as she tried to catch my eye. The tattoo on her shoulder stirred as she moved her muscles and I stared at her bare back, my cum spilt all over her body.
What was happening to me? This was supposed to be a one time thing. Just to get it out of my system and sweep it under the rug before Dad or anyone else found out. And now I couldn’t stop looking at her, looking at how she moved her body, how she smiled. Since when did I care about making a woman smile? Since when did I care about how good my cock made her feel.
Ava turned around and bit down on her lip, completely unaware of the panic running through my head.
“Will you take me home now, Commando?” she said, in her soft sweet voice.
Chapter 20
Ava
There were pizza boxes strewn around us in Charity’s living room. The TV was on, playing Runaway Bride and I was in the middle of painting a bright pink polish on her toenails. She was sitting on the couch with her hands propped up, waiting for the nail polish to dry.
“So, he rides a noisy bike. What else can you tell me about him?” she was persistent. She’d looked out of the window when Commando dropped me outside the building, and I’d also left her a short voicemail the previous night to tell her I wouldn’t be crashing with them at Rocky’s place.
I looked up at Charity now, and saw her narrowing her eyes at me. I could sense that she was being protective. She had seen first hand what Blaine was capable of doing, and it was natural that she was worried about my choice of men.
“He’s actually nice,” I said, carefully painting a coat on her big toe. I could sense her burning gaze on me and I looked up at her again.
“What?” I said and Charity widened her eyes at me.
“He’s nice? He wears a leather jacket, has millions of tattoos and rides a dangerous death machine!”
“You saw all that in the middle of the night?” I retorted and she rolled her eyes at me. She wasn’t going to let my joke slide, she wanted all the details.
“You’re telling me this guy is nice?” she asked and I sighed and looked down at my handiwork. I decided to give her something more. She was my best friend, she was the only family I had. If I couldn’t be completely honest with her, then who else could I talk to?
“Yeah, he is. He was worried about Blaine hurting me and offered to give me a place to crash. And I thought I’d give you and Rocky some time alone,” I smiled at Charity, but she wasn’t smiling bac
k.
“So, you crashed at his place…and what else?” she’d cocked up an eyebrow. Then reached for a cold slice of pepperoni pizza from a box next to her.
“And…” I began and she clapped a hand to her mouth, forgetting that her nail polish hadn’t fully dried yet.
“You slept with him!” she cried, with giddy excitement. I smiled, blushed and went back to painting her toes. Charity was assimilating her thoughts.
“Honey, you sure you know what you’re doing?” I heard her say, in a worried tone, and I looked up at her again. I wished I could explain to her just what Commando made me feel.
“I know that I did what I felt like doing. You know that I don’t easily fall into bed with the first guy I meet. There’s something different about him, he makes me feel safe,” I said to her and her eyes softened.
I had made a conscious decision to leave out the bit about Commando’s bloodied knuckles, and the rage in his eyes every time he was reminded of the bruise on my arm…and also of course, my suspicions that he belonged to a motorcycle club. I had a feeling that Charity wouldn’t understand. She would have the same preconceived notions that I had, before I started working at The Lucky Lady. That members of MCs were nothing more than rough thugs, criminals…Commando and his friends were nothing like that. They led a different kind of lifestyle, but I had seen first hand that they operated on strict rules and principles, no matter how loosely they treated their women. Those women chose to hang around them. Besides, Commando treated me differently.
I had a feeling that Charity would judge me for my decision to sleep with him, if she knew who he really was.
“Was it any good?” she broke the silence in the room and when our eyes met, she could see just how good it was.
“Did you come?” she asked, sputtering with excitement now and I stifled a giggle.
