As thoughts of her life with Bridget pranced through her mind she told the white knight, “Please, just kill me, I can’t live without her,” referring to the love of her life – Bridget.

Then as she waited for the knight to hopefully put an end to her life, she heard the words which she thought she would never hear, “Shhh Roma, it’s me Milo, I just needed to make sure you were rogue again,” and as she turned around and saw Milo’s face she burst into tears and hugged him.

“I remember it all Milo, I can see it in my mind over and over again, and I can see what he did to the love of my life,” Roma said, referring to Bridget’s brutal death.

“I’m sorry for your loss Roma, but we have much work to do. The white knights of mud lake are waiting to be awakened, and I promise that you will indeed have your revenge on Frank Brady,” Milo said.

Roma then nodded her head in agreement and then both she and Milo stealthily exited the apartment and began their covert journey to mud lake to awaken Usain and the rest of the white knights in order to begin their rebellion against Frank and the betasapiens within the Invisible Dome.

  CHAPTER THIRTY–TWO

Back in Zerros; Yokelis and Manaka began their trek to notify those who sided with them that the Phoenix was on the cusp of returning back to her home, and with her came the hope of restoring Zerros to its days of past glory, as well as hope and bliss for the countless universes, galaxies, and the billions upon billions of species under its rules and laws.

“So it begins Manaka,” Yokelis said as they made their way through the lush forest of Zerros.

“How did Galiac know of this Yokelis?” Manaka asked.

“It was his destiny Manaka, and from the moment the first droplet of water that eventually created him trickled from the fountain of life it was written for him to do this,” Yokelis responded, “We all have a purpose in life, and this was his purpose,” Yokelis continued saying.

“And what of my destiny Yokelis, how should I know what I am supposed to do?” Manaka asked.

“Have patience Manaka, and you will realize your destiny in due time, but for now we must pick up our pace as the destruction of the Xerrolux will soon begin,” Yokelis said, and with that, Yokelis and Manaka commanded their beasts to pick up speed, and they began to quickly run through the forest to their destination to meet the leaders of the old clans of Zerros.

Meanwhile, in the Grand Castle, Alkazar made his way to Venetia to advise her that everything was going according to plan and that the armies of Zerros were almost ready to leave for the Xerrolux to begin its destruction.

“Very good Alkazar, you have again proven to me that you are the true leader of the royal guards,” Venetia said to him.

“It is my pleasure to serve you, your majesty,” Alkazar replied, “But I must warn you my queen that there is one leader who disagrees with this approach,” Alkazar continued saying.

“Bring this leader to me so I may explain this very unique and delicate situation to him,” Venetia replied, and with that Alkazar commanded two of his sentinels to go and find the leader who opposed Venetia’s commands.

As the sentinels left to find Silom; Alkazar felt uneasy about the situation and said to Venetia, “My queen, he said it in haste, he did not mean it.”

“Very well Alkazar, I will give him an opportunity to explain himself,” Venetia said as she sat on her throne, as Yram, Leonis and Zalde looked towards their ruler with nods of approval.

As Alkazar looked at her, little did he know that the wrath of Venetia would not only be directed to the Xerrolux but to those within the Realm of Zerros as well.

Meanwhile, Yokelis and Manaka had finally arrived at the home of one of the clan leaders named Jinnack and was greeted by him along with a pack of his guards.

“Hello my friend, it’s been a long time,” Yokelis stated as he embraced Jinnack, “This is Manaka, the chosen son of Galiac,” he continued saying.

“I am sorry for your loss,” Jinnack said to Manaka.

“Thank you,” Manaka replied to him.

“We have no time to spare Jinnack; Venetia has ordered the destruction of the Xerrolux. It is time to come together as Galiac would have wanted,” Yokelis stated, and with that, they all entered the home of Jinnack in order to make preparations in accordance with Galiac’s plan.

As they entered the main hall; Jinnack, Yokelis, and Manaka sat at the table and began discussing on how best to proceed from this point forward. For the most part, Yokelis had the utmost trust and confidence in Jinnack and his clan. However, for Jinnack, his feelings were not the same for the other two clans of which he was to notify, and he made his feelings of this very clear to Yokelis and Manaka.

“We cannot let your personal feelings towards the other clans dictate what we do,” Manaka said to Jinnack.

“They have no loyalty to Galiac, and their clans have fought against us in the past. We do not need them as fate is on our side,” Jinnack said to Yokelis.

“My friend, Galiac said that we should not deviate from his plan,” Manaka said to Jinnack.

“I will not fight alongside the enemies of Galiac. They waged battles against us many times, and each time, Galiac and I led our clans to victory, it would be an injustice to Galiac if we fought together alongside them,” Jinnack said.

“We have all that we need my friends, my army is ready to fight, and my people are the ones on board the vessel that will bring the Phoenix back home, and I am ready to lead us into the battle for Zerros,” Jinnack continued saying.

“I do not doubt your loyalty Jinnack, but at the same time how can I not follow the plan that Galiac put forth?” Yokelis asked.

“It’s your choice Yokelis, it’s either them or me, and I can guarantee you that I am the better choice and the one that Galiac would have chosen were he still alive,” Jinnack said.

Manaka then looked at Yokelis with great concern as he was unsure of which side to choose and how to proceed with Galiac’s plan given the ultimatum which they now faced.

“You leave us with no choice Jinnack, and we will fight alongside your clan,” Yokelis said and with that Jinnack ordered his troops to begin preparations and sent out word to those on the vessels headed to the Xerrolux that the time had come for them to fulfill their duties of finding Ava and bringing her back to Zerros so that she herself may live up to her destiny in bringing peace and order back to the realm that created, and continues to create and rule the countless numbers of universes and galaxies in existence.

  CHAPTER THIRTY–THREE

As the sentinels brought Silom to Venetia, he bowed before her and waited for her command.

“Silom, it has been said to me that you are in opposition to my decision to destroy the Xerrolux,” Venetia said to him.

“Of course I am opposed to it Venetia,” Silom said and before he could say another word a sword sliced through his body quickly ending his life as Alkazar looked on having just completed the murderous task Venetia had assigned to him even though it was a task which he wanted no part of.

“If anyone else opposes my decision speak now or forever be silent regarding this matter,” Venetia shouted, and as she looked around the room, there was only silence.

“My ruler, no one in Zerros will ever oppose your decisions,” Yram said to Venetia.

“Very well, then continue your preparations for the invasion of the Xerrolux. The time is near,” she continued saying, and with that everyone dispersed to continue their duties as per her orders.

After the murder of Silom, Venetia, accompanied by Alkazar, made their way to the portals to the universes to oversee the sentinels as they made their way to parts of the Xerrolux through the black holes as well as through the many other mysterious forces of the universe. As they arrived, the sentinels were lining up and waiting to enter their vessels in order to be sent across the vast universe with the intention of imploding the Xerrolux back into itself and ending one of the most extraordinary lives under their rule.

&
nbsp; “My queen, with all due respect, I feel uneasy about this, perhaps we should delay it,” Alkazar said.

“Alkazar, the diamond army as well as the five dragons are only a thought away, never forget that,” Venetia threateningly replied to Alkazar.

“Watch your words Alkazar, as we would not want to think that you oppose our decisions,” Zalde said.

“I am sorry your majesty, please forgive me,” Alkazar stated as he and Venetia looked on as thousands upon thousands of sentinels made their way to the universe known as the Xerrolux.

Meanwhile, Yokelis and Manaka stood silently in a room as Jinnack commanded his army.

“How did he know Yokelis? How did Galiac know to plan for this?” Manaka asked.

“Because he believes Manaka. He believes in you, and he believes in good, he also believes in happiness and eternal bliss, and most of all he believes in the One True Creator,” Yokelis replied.

“Has Galiac seen the Creator?” Manaka asked.

“No Manaka, the Creator exists in a realm beyond anything we can ever imagine,” Yokelis replied.

“Why would the Creator let this happen to our world Yokelis? Why would the Creator allow Venetia and her clan to have power over Zerros?” Manaka asked.

“There are patterns and sequences of design in this world and in all worlds that we will never understand Manaka, and there is only one person in Zerros with any knowledge of our Creator, and this person is Zrakil. She is the teacher of the great Galiac, and she is also one of the first Zerrosians to be created from the fountain of life, and also one of the oldest known Zerrosians,” Yokelis said.

As soon as Manaka heard the name “Zrakil” he remembered a few conversations that he and Galiac had about her, and now it all began to make sense to him as Zrakil was the one who Galiac said would teach Ava about life on Zerros once she arrived.

“So Zrakil was Galiac’s teacher and mentor?” Manaka asked.

“Yes Manaka, she was that indeed. I don’t know much more than that about her as Galiac only mentioned very few things about her to me, but for some reason, I believe she has a great role to play in the fight for Zerros.” Yokelis said as both he and Manaka waited and watched as Jinnack and his commanders prepared for the fight of their lives.

Meanwhile, back at the portals to the universes, right under the watchful eyes of Alkazar, Venetia, Yram, Leonis and Zalde; three sentinels made their way to their vessel, with what Alkazar, Venetia, and the others thought was a mission to destroy the Xerrolux. But unknown to them, the three covert sentinels had a much more important mission which was to find Ava and bring her back to Zerros – the land in which she roamed free until her savage death at the hands of the five dragons many eons ago.

As they boarded their vessel they knew fully well that it would be no easy task finding Ava let alone bringing her back and keeping her safe from the vengeful powers of Venetia. Then, as they looked at each other, they knew that there was no chance for failure and that this was their one and only opportunity to bring Ava back to Zerros before the Xerrolux was destroyed.

As the last of the vessels made their way to the portals to the universes and were whisked away to their assigned areas of the Xerrolux for further commands from Alkazar and the leaders on when to begin the assassination of the universe, Venetia looked at Alkazar, Yram, Leonis, and Zalde and said to them, “The life of the Xerrolux will soon come to an end, and with it, the species of the humans as well as the countless other species in existence within the Xerrolux. There is no turning back my friends; the earth has seen its final sunrise.”

  CHAPTER THIRTY–FOUR

Back in the main control room within the Invisible Dome, the white knights looked at the screen, and to their dismay, they saw something they never thought possible – the humans and superhumans were headed towards the Invisible Dome in a bold and brazen attack upon the betasapiens.

One of the knights then quickly contacted Achilles and said, “Achilles, they are headed straight for us, we must prepare for battle,” and with that, Achilles began making his way to the main control room accompanied by Frank and the board of the betasapiens.

As they arrived, they were in shock to see the carriers headed their way and Achilles ordered the black and golden knights who had just recently arrived to begin preparing the defenses around the Invisible Dome. As the black and golden knights took their positions, they then waited for the incoming attack which none of them ever thought possible.

Meanwhile, the army of Freedom City and the silver knights, led by Ava; continued making their way to the Invisible Dome with their sights set on destroying the evil betasapien empire led by Frank Brady. Back inside the carrier; Ava sat and pondered upon the events that led to this, while Stryker, Amare, Zeus, Max and a few silver knights discussed their strategy of attack upon the Invisible Dome.

“How do we destroy the dome? Isn’t it supposed to be impenetrable?” Stryker asked.

“Yes Stryker, the dome is a great feat of technological wonder, but I assure you that it has weak points,” Zeus said.

“Then we’ll hit those points,” Amare said.

“That will be easier said than done Amare,” Zeus said as he pointed to the screen which showed the millions of knights that stood guard outside of the Invisible Dome.

Ava then walked over to Zeus, and as she looked at the screen she had a feeling of trepidation on the inside, but on the outside she appeared to be bold and brave as she knew that if anyone sensed her feelings of anxiety they would begin to doubt their ability to win the mission that lay ahead of them.

“How much longer until we arrive there?” Ava asked.

“We should be there in approximately two hours,” one of the silver knights replied. “Zeus, their army is more than twice the size of ours. Can she take control of them the way she took control of us?” the silver knight continued saying.

“I can’t say for sure, but my guess would be that it is highly unlikely, as by now the betasapiens know that the silver knights are under the control of something beyond what they know. I am also fairly certain that they have rerouted the power source of the knights from their home bases to the power source within the Invisible Dome,” Zeus replied.

“But we don’t know if this is the case Zeus, she has a good point. Perhaps going to the bases of the golden and black knights in order to take control of them is not such a bad option,” Max said.

“You don’t know the betasapiens Max, they always try to be a step ahead of the humans, and for all we know, the bases could be draped with traps or they could be set to self–explode once we arrive. And personally, I’m not ready to take that risk with any of our lives, especially hers,” Zeus replied as he pointed to Ava.

“He’s right Max, those bases could be rigged for all we know, and our best course of action is to attack now,” Sarah said.

“Yes she is right, this is their weakest moment, and they are most likely unprepared for us, and the longer we take to get there, the more time they have to prepare for us, so it’s best to head to the dome as fast as we can,” Zeus said. And with that, the decision was final, and the army of Freedom City and the silver knights continued making their way to the Invisible Dome to do battle against the army of the betasapiens.

Meanwhile, back inside the Invisible Dome, Frank Brady looked on as millions of knights finished taking their positions to protect their masters. And as he sat in relative disbelief, he pondered upon how it came to this, and he wondered what he could have done differently in order to prevent the looming battle that lay ahead.

“Master, is everything okay?” Achilles asked.

“Yes Achilles, I’ll be fine. Just make sure that everything is in place,” Frank replied, and with that Achilles left Frank’s side and headed to the main control room to oversee and ensure that the scattered armies of the black and golden knights knew which positions to take to defend the betasapien homeland of Australia.

As Achilles arrived at the main control room, he instantly
sensed the confusion amongst the commanders of the knights. And as he looked at the strategy that they put in place, he was astonished to see the layout in which the black and golden knights were placed.

“Why are they equally dispersed around the dome?” he asked.

“Achilles, we thought this would be best in order to protect the homeland of our masters,” one of the commanders of the golden knights replied.

“Look at which direction they are coming from you fool, we don’t have enough knights over here,” Achilles said pointing to the screen.

“But Achilles, we have double their army, and they will shatter like glass upon stone when they collide with us,” a golden knight named Aries replied.

“Aries, I trust that you have good intentions, but right now I need you to reassemble the knights and place them in proportion to the incoming silver knights. Please do so at once,” Achilles commanded.

“There’s not enough time Achilles, the silver knights will be here in less than thirty minutes,” Aries replied.

“We don’t have a choice Aries, do it at once,” Achilles shouted, and with that, the millions of knights that surrounded the Invisible Dome began to reassemble themselves for the incoming attack from the army of Freedom City and the silver knights of Russia.

As the command came down, the confused knights who patiently waited for their enemies to come to them began making a new formation around the Invisible Dome. As they moved around, they knew that it was only minutes before they would be engaged in a battle against their fellow knights and as they looked in the distance they saw an ominous cloud of silver approaching.
