  Practice yoga. Because it brightens the light and lets you see what matters. Yoga introduces you to yourself and your deepest and highest beliefs. It shows you that the gifts of peace and goodwill are here every day if you allow them to be. It teaches you how to share them with little more effort than believing that you can. With yoga, every day has the potential to be sacred.

  Practice yoga. Because then you will know what it means to breathe. Really breathe, deep and free. You will know the power of one single breath and understand that one breathing man is a force of nature. You will understand that we all have power beyond imagining to speak our minds, help one another, change the world. To breathe is to join, to be aware, to participate in living. To breathe in yoga is to connect.

  Practice yoga. Because it revitalizes and soothes. Because it challenges and nurtures. Because it is a sounding board for health and living. Because it is more than headstands and pretzel twists. Practice yoga and speak out about it, loudly and with great force. Practice yoga and be a community that practices yoga. It is up to us to change the course towards healing and love.

  Be about caring for yourself and others. Be about integration. Be about the light. Be about the connection.

  Be happy. Practice yoga.
