The Fallen Angels Academy Trilogy: Paranormal reverse harem romance

He put his hands behind him, making his shoulders look even boarder and stronger. “The five of you have been chosen based on your merits. You will be assigned to your respective supervisors, whom you’ll be shadowing throughout the mission.”
From under his sleeve, Urken pulled out five envelopes like a magician and flicked them in front of our desks. “The letters will guide you to your assigned supervisors. You’re not allowed to exchange supervisors as they are assigned based on your merits. You may open it now.”
Debbie and I traded looks before I picked up the envelope in front of me. I stared at the slightly yellowed envelope when I found myself in a serious dilemma. I clenched tightly onto the envelope as the mental images of Urken and Mafento swirled in my head. It wasn’t even the case of getting either of them. I wanted them both. Because if I got either of them, that meant one of us here was going to get the other one.
I couldn’t bear knowing someone else being stuck with Mafento or Urken. I heard paper ripping. The other four had already opened up their envelopes and started looking at the contents of the letter. Maybe they found Mafento or Urken’s names in their letters and I got none of them. Panic made my fingers tremble.
I didn’t realize I was the last to open until Urken stood in front of me, his shadow fell over me. “Tessa, why are you not opening your letter yet?” Sitting at where I was, I looked up to his gigantic build towering over me with his crotch on the same level as my mouth, I couldn’t help but picture myself sucking his cock.
I sucked in a deep breath and looked away as shame spread through my face. My fingers were quivering as I tore the paper and pulled out the content. My eyes closed, I sucked in a breath and opened the letter. Debbie hovered over my shoulder trying to catch a glimpse as I peeked through one eye.
PROFESSOR FUCKING URKEN.
No. That wasn’t what it was written. It was what I was screaming internally. I got Professor Urken. When I glanced up, Urken’s lips curled slightly. It made me wonder if he had purposely set it up that way so that he could keep an eye on me. My thought went to Mafento. If I got Urken, who got Mafento?
An uncanny wave of jealousy rippled through me. I didn’t want anybody else to have Mafento. I craned my neck trying to take a peek at their letters and nudged at Debbie. “Who you got?”
She let me see her letter. I couldn’t be bothered once I noticed that the name didn’t start with an ‘M’. I turned to Lamora, trying to get a glimpse of Lamora’s letter. I couldn’t be bothered if the boys got Mafento. I didn’t think he swung both ways.
Lamora smirked and showed her letter. It was some female professor I barely knew. She leaned closer and whispered in my ear, “Not the one you were hoping for.” She gave me a wry wink and I shot back a glare at her. A sudden flashback of memories rushed through my head. I remembered matching her up with Aliuth when she first came here, hoping she would get on his good side so that we could use him to get us out. She knew my secrets. Then, we fell apart after she was caught in the threesome romance with Aliuth and Ehreus. It made me wonder how things would turn out if she hadn’t been shifted into Ehreus’ room.
Urken cleared his throat and had a disapproving look on his face. I forgot he wasn’t Mafento who didn’t give a damn about people talking in his classes. I sat up straight and put on a serious face when he said, “You may all now proceed to your respective supervisors for briefing and preparation for this important mission.”
I couldn’t stop smiling sheepishly to myself as the dirty fantasies of what Urken would be doing to me danced in my head. I followed their retreating backs as they got up and left the class. When the door was closed after Lamora, who was the last to left, the air turned into solid and the room shrank, closing in the distance between Urken and me.
Sitting upright, I laced my fingers together and mustered up a straight face when Urken’s attention reverted to me. It was getting hotter in the lecture hall and the urge to take my clothes off was getting stronger. The hot wetness in my pussy was getting harder to ignore as I tugged at the hem of my skirt.
I had no idea how long I could resist before throwing myself at Urken. How could I possibly keep my hands to myself when Urken was just there, right in front of me, teasing me with his ridiculously gorgeous face and the huge secret package he got?
“You didn’t think you would be chosen, did you, Tessa?” smirked Urken, his voice smooth and masculine. The way he called my name…oh god, I wished I was under his weight while he was fucking me right now.
“No, I didn’t, sir,” I muttered, fighting my urge to moan. I was debating in my mind whether or not I should take the plunge and risk it all. But what if, he wasn’t that into me? I just got into trouble with the Divine Principal and the last thing I wanted was to go and see him again. Especially when I struck gold with a deal I would die for?
I knew it wasn’t the only reason why I wasn’t willing to take the chance. I didn’t want to lose Urken. The same way I didn’t want to scare Mafento away. I’d rather live in the unknown, being tormented by the questions of whether or not he wanted me, rather than taking the plunge and risk losing him forever…
Urken nodded, his eyes lingered on me as his face hardened. I couldn’t help but imagine he was stripping me with his gaze. Well, it wasn’t like he hadn’t seen my boobs before. “If you betray the academy, I won’t let you go unpunished…” His jaw clenched savagely as he uttered those words. He was still so mad I felt a little guilty for getting all excited about being punished. Oh god, imagine being bent over his knees and spanked like a little child.
I nodded with a gulp. It would be a terrible idea to test the water now. Maybe I would try again when the incident would cool down.
“What…what do I do now, sir?” I asked.
“You will be restored your powers. But first I need you to promise me one thing.” He licked his tongue over his lips. “You’re going to be a good girl and submit to my orders…” My heart raced up, the blazing heat shooting through my system. I sucked in a breath, trying to focus. “If I find that you’re up to no good, your privilege and powers will be stripped...”

Tessa
I still remembered it took me few months to get used to living without my powers and a few more months to get over my resentment. It felt like an important part of me had stopped functioning. Almost as if losing a sense of sight or smell. There were times I forgot what I was capable of and what I was no longer able to do. Once, I almost jumped off the edge of the building only to remember that it would probably end up pretty badly.
Now, all the powers I thought I would never regain had come back to me, infused into every living cell in my body. Parts of me felt younger or time had never passed. Or that I went back in time. The feelings of having this magical power flowing through my veins again almost felt so surreal, like having some sort of foreign entity living inside me again.
I stood in front of the full-length mirror taking a look at my own reflection. I cupped my hand on my face, trying to take in what happened. It was so hard to digest when everything looked the same on the outside but everything felt different on the inside.
“It’s a strange sensation, isn’t it?” said Debbie, breaking into my trance. My eyes interlocked with her reflection in the mirror. “Having this superpower again after losing it for so long. It almost feels like it doesn’t belong in you.”
I nodded. “It’s like anything else. You don’t realize your skills improving or your magic growing little by little within you until suddenly, you lose it. Then, you feel the inconvenience and realize how far you’ve come.”
Debbie’s face darkened as she peeled from the edge of her bed where she was sitting. Taking my side, she lowered her voice. “Is the plan still on?”
“What plan?”
Debbie glared at me. “Getting the fuck outta here. Have you forgotten?”
“Oh.” It actually did completely slip out of my mind. My head was too preoccupied
with Mafento and Urken I almost forgot I was trying to get outta this prison. Debbie snorted and shot me a resentful look. “Have you forgotten that we were in a team? That’s why you left without me, right?”
My stomach lurched. I’d forgotten the incident completely until Debbie brought it up. “Well, it was an emergency. You could have escaped during the chaos. I can’t be piggybacking you all the time.” A disgruntled frown creased her forehead as she crossed her arms over her chest.
“You’re talking as if I was your burden. Look, you were the one who wanted me to get back on Ehreus’ good side so that we could charm him into getting us outta here. Now what? You got your ticket out of this fucking place now I become worthless to you?”
I rolled my eyes as an explosive sigh escaped from my chest. As if the thoughts of Mafento and Urken weren’t enough to mess with my head, Debbie had to start her dramas early in the morning. “Oh god, do you mind? I never had to use you to get me outta here, okay? It was just convenience. Plus, I could easily plan out the escape myself but I thought to let you join me out of charity so that you could get your pathetic ass out of here and get over your idiotic ex.”
Debbie’s eyes widened as much as her mouth as her arms dropped to her sides. “You’re a fucking fake bitch, Tessa.”
Anger surged in me. “Hey, don’t you call me a bitch, bitch. You’re the one who’s pissing me about this escape plan. Didn’t you hear what Urken say? I’ve waited for half a century to get my ass outta the walls, so I’m not planning on getting my privileges stripped any sooner.”
Debbie’s face turned bright red. “You’re just a fucking coward, Tessa. That’s why you never got out. I bet you with my life that even if the exit of Fallen Angels was wide open, you wouldn’t have the guts to bring your ass out there. Because you’re a fucking coward.”
Anger scorched my skin as I clenched my fists. Debbie and I had a glaring match before she turned away and huffed. “I should’ve known better than to depend on anything. None of you assholes here can be trusted.” I wanted to snap back but Debbie stormed off before I could.
I rolled my eyes again and turned to look at myself in the mirror again. I couldn’t be bothered about her throwing her stupid tantrums. What an ungrateful bitch. Still complaining about shit even after she got her magic and the freedom to set foot outside Fallen Angels back.
But if Debbie was going to try anything stupid, there would be dramas and I was attracted to dramas like moths to fire. Maybe I should even encourage her to go on with her escape plan to see what sort of punishment she would get so that I could weigh the risk. At least I wouldn’t be the only traitor in Urken’s books.
