  "Hi mummy!"

  I nearly cry when I hear his voice. I'm really missing him today, probably because I've been around Jax.

  "Hey honey, you OK?"

  "Yea, mama and grandad let me have pizza!"

  "You are a lucky boy. Are you being a good boy for mama and grandad?"

  "Yes!"

  "Good. Can you give the phone to mama or grandad please."

  "OK love you"

  "Love you too."

  "Cake mummy! Get cake!"

  I laugh and grimace at his panicked screeching down the phone.

  "Yes I'll remember the cake Finley."

  I hear some shuffling and then my mum says her hellos. I fill her in on the day so far. She thinks I should just get on with it and get together with Jax now. Being rich and famous probably has something to do with that. After making sure Finley has been fine I ask to talk to Finley again before I hang up.

  "You going to bed now? It's late."

  "Me and grandad watching Cars first."

  "Oh I bet grandads just loving that."

  I laugh, my dad gets so annoyed with Disney films.

  "Grandad went night nights so I smacked his face to wake him up."

  I hear my mum laughing in the background and I can't help but laugh aswell.

  "Finley you shouldn't smack grandad."

  "Sorry mummy but grandad was naughty. He has to watch it all."

  "OK, well I'm going now so night night and I'll see you tomorrow OK?"

  "OK, is the wedding boring?"

  "Yea really boring. Everybody is kissing and dancing."

  I can't say it's fun can I? It will make him sad.

  "Errrrrrr. Night mummy."

  "Night Finley, love you."

  "Love you mummy."

  Just before I hang up I catch sight of Jax watching me smiling and then I hear a screaming from my phone.

  "Jesus Fin stop shouting. Whats the matter?"

  "My cake mummy."

  "Yes I will remember the cake now go to bed."

  "After Cars."

  "Well be a good boy then and you can have the cake."

  "Good girl mummy"

  "Night rockstar."

  He hangs up laughing, leaving me alone with Jax. Oh shit I just called Finley rockstar when Jax is right here.

  "Rockstar huh?"

  On no!

  "Erm.."

  Shit I don't know what to say!

  "Sure sounds like he wants some cake."

  He chuckles his sexy laugh and I join in.

  "Yea, he keeps reminding me. He loves Jessica's cakes."

  He looks at me with a weird expression and I feel awkward.

  "So why rockstar?"

  My heart stutters, oh fuck.

  "What?"

  He laughs, probably at the stupid look on my face.

  "You said, goodnight rockstar and I know you wasn't saying it to me."

  Oh shit I can feel my cheeks blushing at that comment. I have just remembered as a joke, when we were together I would sometimes say that to Jax.

  "Yea he thinks his a rockstar. His always asking James to play his guitar and sometimes my dad takes him to Jonnys to play with them. My dad called him rockstar and he loved it, so it stuck."

  Jonny is one of the guys my dad was in the band with and they still jam together in his garage like there still in there teens. Finley loves going with him banging on the drums.

  "Wow, your dad still play?"

  I nod.

  "Yea, Finley likes to bang his drums and he prefers Jonnys guitar to James."

  "Finley sounds like a cool kid."

  We stand in an awkward silence.

  "Look Kendal, I don't want us to be awkward together. I really miss you. Can we at least be friends?"

  Friends? With Jax? I miss him too and I hate it being like this between us. If his moved back I will be seeing him more. I will be telling him he has a son tomorrow and I know he will want to be in Finley's life so I will be seeing a lot more of Jax. Weither it will be on good or bad terms yet I won't know until tomorrow.

  "Yea, friends sounds good."

  "Can I have your number? I can call you before I come by tomorrow."

  A good idea actually so we swap phones and enter our numbers into each others phones.

  "It's good to talk to you Kendal. I really have missed you. No matter where I was I was thinking of you. These past couple of days seeing you has been good."

  "I'm proud of you Jax. I heard when you got signed and I was really happy for you all. I've missed you to but you're living your dream you always talked about now."

  He nods slowly looking towards the floor. I hear him mumble something but I'm not sure what it was, I think he said 'Not without you.' But I'm not sure, surely he didn't say that. Probably just me hearing what I want to hear.

  "I'd better go and find everyone."

  "Yea OK. Have fun."

  I nod and try not to make it obvious I'm trying to walk away as fast as I can. I relax a little when I get outside and breath in the fresh air. I return to my group and I'm handed another shot which I happily drink. I join Tanya and Maisy with there grinding and I can't stop laughing as Jessica shakes her head at me. Now I'm having fun.

  After about an hour of dancing I take a break and walk up to the table Jessica is sat with the guys.

  "I don't know who you were looking at like that Jess because your dancing with Sam wasn't very PG."

  She leans over to Sam and licks his cheek. The guys moan in disgust and Sam laughs.

  "Jess!"

  She laughs at me and sits herself on my knee. At first I think it's because she's really drunk but then she whispers in my ear.

  "Jax hasn't taken his eyes off you since you came back out here."

  "We had a little chat after I spoke to Finley. He heard me call Finley rockstar."

  Her eyes bug out.

  "Shit, what happened?"

  I give her the information she wants to hear.

  "Did he buy that?"

  I nod. The story I told Jax about how Finley got his nickname wasn't 100% true. My dad does take him when he plays with his old band mates and he does think his a little rockstar but the main reason why he has that nickname is because Jax is his dad and Jax is a rockstar.

  "He wants to be friends. He took my number."

  "So, at least you can get in touch with him now."

  I don't answer, I'm dying to turn around and look at Jax. I can feel his eyes on me.

  "Can you be just friends with him?"

  I really want to but I don't know. I'm trying really hard to stay away from him and keep my feelings locked away but I don't know for how long. God knows what I'll be like if Jax tried anything.

  "I hope so."

  Tanya interrupts us and pulls Jessica off my leg.

  "Come on you two! Lets dance, Sophie's joined us."

  We follow Tanya and dance, all the girls together. Just like on the hen trip. Sophie grabs me into a hug and dances with me. Sam, Mark and James show up and say there congratulations to Sophie but then quickly disappear when Call Me Maybe comes on. We all sing it to each other in a funny tipsy way. I love my girls.

  Chapter 28

  After a long time on the dance floor with the girls were in need for another drink so we all sway over to the bar. Laughing al the way there. We chat to the guys at the bar and Rhys joins us and wraps his arms around Sophie. They look so happy.

  "I'm so happy for you two."

  "Awww Kenny. I'm glad your here with us."

  He pouts at me, yea Rhys is drunk too. I poke his bottom lip that his sticking out.

  "Me too, I missed you. You know you're the brother I always wanted right?"

  And so the drunken soppiness begins.

  "Obviously. I've always thought of you as my little sister, you know that."

  He grabs me in a tight drunken hug and I hear Sophie laughing. I know the drink is letting us speak out feeling but it's so true. I'm so happy for him and I love Sophie
to bits. So happy they found each other. Happy happy happy. I can't help but laugh when I hear the DJ announce the next song.

  "This is for Kendal and Max."

  I hear the music start to Nicklebacks song Rockstar and I get a tap on my shoulder. I know who it is and when I turn to face Max his already singing along. I laugh and join in with him, he wraps his arms around my waist and lifts me off my feet. He carry's me to the main dancing area but were singing to each other all the way. If we were into each other in that way this would be quite romantic. He sets me down just as the chorus starts and we get into it like the good old days. Screaming in each others face and doing all the hand actions. Before I know it the song has ended and on the last line he lifts me again so our faces are level as we shout.

  "Hey hey I wana be a rockstar!"

  We hug and before he lets me go his talks right into my ear.

  "Welcome back babe."

  He nearly brings tears to my eyes but then I hear cheers and turn to see our friends clapping. Sophie, Jessica, Sam, Mark, James, Tanya, Maisy, Leo, Rhys and Jax with big smiles on there faces. Max leads me back to them near the bar and Sophie grabs me.

  "Kendal that was awesome!"

  I laugh a bit nervously from her compliment, having them all watching shocked me a bit. I get a hug of Leo too.

  "Just like the good old days."

  I can hear Rhys telling Sophie all about mine and Max's little tradition. I get handed a drink from Mark and we all stand and talk. It's nice everyone getting along. The band and my guys laughing and joking together, I love the sight. I always wanted them all to get along. Mark has his arm wrapped around my shoulders and I chance a quick glace over at Jax and I'm shocked to see he doesn't look very happy, his glaring at Mark. It couldn't be because I'm in Marks arms could it? He knows about our friendship, he shouldn't be angry. Everyone cheers when Sweedish House Mafia- Don't You Worry Child starts and we all dance together. I see Jax is now enjoying himself like the rest of us. It's amazing being back with everyone, it's like I've gone back four years, only it's better because the band and the guys are actually having fun together. Doing the manly pat on the back thing they do, you know what I mean. Four years ago my two sets of guys never used to get along and an argument would always start, sometimes a fight. The thing is the Decoy boys never really had a problem with Sam, James and Mark. It was the guys who had a problem with Jax, Rhys, Leo and Max because they didn't approve of Jax and his after party's. People often did drugs but the band never took them and I certainly didn't but try telling my adoptive big brothers that. The thing is they didn't see how much Decoy looked after me. Not only the band but there roadies, it was like a family. So seeing them getting drunk together makes me feel warm inside, or it could be the alcohol because I'm pretty drunk right now. It could very possibly be the Vodka.

  We're on the dance floor together for a long time, were the main crowd dancing now. It could be because there are twelve of us but we are pretty loud and dancing a bit crazy. Sophie joined in on our lesbian dance and the guys obviously loved it. Leo took a picture actually and Rhys told the photographer they hired to make sure he got some good pictures of us all. Even little Milly had a few dances with us before she went home. When the song, I'm Sexy And I No It comes on were all dancing like crazy people. They guys are all over us and I can't stop laughing. Everything changes though when the song ends and Neyo's song Let Me Love You comes on. I'm dancing with the girls and I feel strong arms hold onto my hips, even in my drunken state my body reacts and I know it's Jax. He looks down at me with an intense look in his eyes I can't help but melt inside. He leans down and talks directly into my ear so I can hear him over the music. That voice sends chills along my body.

  "Please dance with me."

  His voice sounds a bit pained which is odd. I'm unable to answer because my body is going crazy and my throat is dry even though I've had more than enough to drink tonight. Instead of talking, I answer him by dancing against him and I hear him groan. That low groan sends my body alight and I let my body melt into his hard one. It feels so good to be so close to his warm, hard body. We're swaying together and I'm in my own little world, it's just me and Jax. My bottom is very conveniently placed on his groin and I know for a fact his enjoying this dance and it makes me very excited. My body is tingling all over. His big arms wrap around my waist and pull me closer so theres no space between us. His totally in control and he won't let me move away, not that I want to and I love it. His always been an alpha male when it came to sex and I always loved it. Just thinking of it now has my thongs getting damp. He moves his head from my shoulder and kisses the back of my neck over and over. I'm covered in goosebumps and my body is full of need. A couple of slower songs start to play as it's getting late into the night and the family's and young children have gone home leaving just the adults. I see Sophie and Rhys dancing and staring into each others eyes to the left of us and I know Jessica will be grinding up on Sam somewhere. Jax turns me around so I face him. I wrap my arms around his neck and he has his arms tightly around my waist, hands on the dip above my bottom. I totally loose myself to Jax.

  "Dude, you gonna stare at Kendal all night?"

  I sigh, ever since she walked away from me after her phonecall to her son I can't seem to take my eyes off her. When I saw Kendal walk into the house I followed her to speak to her alone. I heard all her side of the conversation and I knew she had a great relationship with Finley. The thought of asking her to be friends came out of nowhere but she seemed happy. I have no intention of just staying friends though.

  "I spoke with her, we agreed to be friends."

  She looked so beautiful when she was speaking with her son. Her face was all lit up, she looked so happy.

  "You sure you can be just friends?"

  I look to Rhys and shake my head.

  "No but I don't know what else to do. I want her to be relaxed with me again."

  Max and Leo walk up to us and hand us our drinks.

  "So, don't you think it's weird that her sons name is Finley and thats your middle name Jax?"

  Rhys and Max both look at Leo in shock. I'm surprised too that he picked that up but what I'm shocked at more is I didn't even think of that! How did I not realize that?

  "Well shit, I didn't think that."

  Rhys frowns at me and shakes his head.

  "Me either, she might not remember its your middle name."

  I know that's not true. Even though Kendal's had a child with another man I feel kinda smug that he shares my middle name. I decide to not to tell the guys that sometimes me and Kendal had talked about the kids subject a few times and she thought the idea was cute that if we had a boy she wanted to call him Finley. She told me she's always loved the name but the fact it's my middle name makes it better. It's a bit odd that she would name him Finley but I suppose she did always like the name.

  Max and Leo still think tonight's a good night to make the moves on Kendal. I'm 50/50 on what to do. Maybe I could sneak a dance or two but I don't know how Kendal would react. I turn my attention back to the dance floor where Kendal is dancing with the girls, it's good to see her having a good time. I watch her sexy little body sway to the music. Sophie and Kendal are holding hands and singing the words to each other, they look cute. I hear Rhys chuckle.

  "I love that those two get along so well."

  I quickly look at him and nod, his watching the girls dancing too. When I look back I can't help but laugh because Sophie and Kendal have there arms wrapped around each other, still dancing and singing the lyrics to one another.

  "Yea, they seem close."

  I'm happy there so close, I always thought Sophie would have liked Kendal. The morning after I had found out Sophie's new friend was Kendal I wanted to know everything they had done. I knew a little from what I heard her talk abut before but because I now knew it was Kendal I wanted to know more.

  Leo and Max seem eager to be the ones to get us our drinks. There's probably s
ome girls they keep running back to. They have been gone longer this time though and I can't see them at the bar.

  "Have you no idea who Finley's dad is?"
