“That’s it!” he moans between his teeth.

There’s laughter from behind my door and I slow my pace, almost to a standstill, suddenly remembering we’re not alone.

  “Brit, don’t stop!” he yells.

  “Shh,” I murmur against him.

“They can’t hear us, it’s okay.”

He thrusts with his hips and I begin moving my head again. His fingers swirl into my hair giving it a slight pull. I slow my pace, taking my time. My tongue glides around his length, taunting and teasing.

When Scott can’t take any more, he pulls me up to me feet.

“I need to be inside of you.”

With all too greedy of hands, Scott pulls my shirt off. I unclasp my bra and throw it across my room. He nips at my neck and I move my head to the side, allowing him more access. He moves effortlessly around the beads, as if they’re not even there. Neither of us move to take them off. He even still has his big oversized glasses on, and his pants wrapped around his ankles. The moment is too heated for either of us to think about removing the ridiculous St. Patrick’s getup. The only thing I care about right now is getting the rest of my clothes off.

I lock my mouth to his just as he pushes my hips back against the wall. I shimmy out of my jeans and underwear, kicking them to the side.

My hands wrap around his neck.

  “Happy birthday, baby.”

In one swift movement, his hands cup under my butt and he picks me up so my legs can wrap around his waist. He turns and begins to move toward my bed, but loses his balance and stumbles.

  “Shit!”

“Ah!” I scream, reaching out to steady us. My hand lands onto my door and we fall into it. His glasses shift to the side and my headband falls backward.

My eyes go wide with the loud thud.

  “Crap!”

Scott laughs. “Sorry about that.” We both look down and see his pants still wrapped around his ankles. “I forgot those were still there.”

I wait and listen to see if anyone outside my bedroom takes notice to the loud noise, but the laughter is still just as loud and the music is still going just as strong. I sigh with reassurance then let out a giggle.

“Just a little excitement,” he whispers.

I try to wiggle out of his grasp, but his hold tightens.

“Where do you think you’re going?”

I cock my head to the side. “Scott…”

“I’m not done with you yet.” He readjusts so I’m wrapped back around his waist comfortably.

My back is pressed against my bedroom door. “I won’t let you fall, promise.” He leans in and pecks the tip of my nose. I maneuver myself into a better position.

Grabbing his still erect length, I help him ease himself into me.

  “Shit, Brit. Right here?”

“No point in trying to move now.”

My head falls back against the door as he begins to thrust inside of me. My hands reach for the frame to brace myself.

  “Fuck,” he moans.

His thrusts harder and faster, causing my body to slam against the door. With each thrust the banging gets louder.

“Scott, slow down. You’re too loud.”

“I think she’s in her room.” I hear Erika say from outside my door.

“Scott,” I hiss, followed by a moan.

  “That’s it baby.”

“Someone’s outside the door,” I say.

He laughs. “There’s a lot of people outside your door babe. It’s a party.”

“Did you hear that?” A deep voice asks from the other side.

Scott thrusts again and my body slams against the wood causing another thump.

  “Brit? You okay?” Erika asks.

“Yup! Just fine. Be out in a minute!” I yell.

The music quiets down and Scott begins to pick up more speed. “I’m there, baby. Come with me!”

My eyes fall closed and I moan in pleasure. “I’m so close.”

“She’s in her room. She’ll be right out,” Erika says quietly to someone.

“She’s been in there a while.” I hear a familiar voice say. My eyes dart open.

  “Scott, stop!”

  “I can’t.”

“I’ll just go check on the birthday girl,” the voice says again.

“Shit.” Sudden panic slices through me. I know that voice. This cannot be happening!

The door handle begins to turn and I cry out to Scott. “Stop!”

We both halt just as the door is being pulled open. It’s too late. Before I can even think about running to the other side of my room to hide, I’m crashing to the floor. I see the sheer panic plastered on Scott’s face as we both go crashing down.

Suddenly everything goes quiet. There’s no music. No laughter. No talking.

  There’s nothing but silence.

I open one eye and see a wide eyed Scott pushing back on his elbows looking me over. His glasses bent to the side.

  “You okay?”

“I think so.” I feel okay. Nothing feels broken. My chest feels a little heavy from Scott, but beside that I feel okay.

It’s then I realize we’re laying on my living-room floor. With his dick still inside of me.

“We’re not in my room are we?” I know we’re not, but I need the confirmation.

“That’s a negative,” Erika answers for Scott.

I turn my head to the side. My bopper headband is laying on the carpet next to me.

I look up and see Erika looking down at us. My eyes shift to the couple standing next to her.

  My parents.

Fucking great! As if this couldn’t get any worse.

  “Mom? Dad?”

“Mom and Dad?” Scott repeats with surprise, eyes following mine.

“Uh, surprise?” my mom responds with hesitation.

There’s a little laughter from somewhere in the kitchen and all I want to do is crawl away and hide.

  Or die.

My dad clears his throat. “Your mother wanted to surprise you for your birthday.” I close my eyes. I’m mortified right now.

Scott gives a small wave to my parents. “Hi there, I’m Scott. The boyfriend.”

I swat his chest. This is no time for introductions!

I’m no longer at a St. Patrick’s Day Party. This must be Halloween because I’m in a pure horror movie at the moment. My parents have yet to meet my boyfriend and their first impression of him is banging their daughter with his pants wrapped around his ankles. Great!

My parents look at one another then give a polite smile. “It’s … Um … Nice to meet you Scott, but why don’t we do introductions once you have some clothes on?” my mom asks.

  Scott nods in agreement.

Erika moves quickly and comes back with a throw blanket from my couch. “Here.” She wraps it around us.

“Thanks,” Scott answers for us both.

“Come on everyone. Nothing to see here! Just a horny birthday girl. No big deal. Turn the music up.” Erika takes charge, getting the party back on track so Scott and I can move.

My parents walk away and all I can think about it wanting to run away.

Scott moves the blanket so it’s covering us both. Together we shift to a standing position, rapidly dart into my room.

Once the door is closed behind us, Scott laughs.

“What’s so funny?” I ask with a glare. “This is not a laughing matter!”

“Nothing, babe. Just, you know … Keeping things exciting. That’s all.”

  “More like fucking awkward!”

  Porta-John’s and Fireworks

  Brooke Page

Introducing two characters from the up and coming Riptide Series.

“We won’t get caught,” Colt whispered in my ear.

We were standing by the coolers of beer and pop behind my uncle’s condo on the river. Fourth of July celebrations were raging all around us. The channel had boats anchored to watch the fireworks, and the carnival was jam packed, only a few hundred yards away from his backyard. My entire family and uncle’s work associates were packed into his backyard, along with all of the other condo’s parties attendees on either side of us.

He had attempted to slip his hand up my skirt and between my legs three times in the two hours we’d been here. Once, while we were sitting at the picnic table, discussing how we met years ago with my aunt. Another time standing in line to get food, with my cousin chatting about her new job a foot away from me. The other was while I was getting the sparklers ready for all the kids.

“Come on Marcy, it’s almost dark. Everyone will be focused on the fireworks,” he coaxed.

I swatted his hand again, paranoid the little children running around with sparklers would stop and gawk at us. It wouldn’t be the first time my nieces and nephews had abruptly put a kabosh on our shenanigans.

“You can’t finger me on a blanket in the middle of a barbecue,” I hissed. “There are people everywhere, Colt. Between the carnival and multiple parties, there’s no way. You can wait until we get home.”

“There aren’t that many people around.”

I glared at him. “We can’t even get on the internet with our cell phones because there are so many clumped in one area. The answer is no, Colt. Now stop-” I swatted his hand from my thigh again. “-Trying to get into my panties!”

He laughed, grabbing my waist and pulling me to his chest. “I’ll never stop,” he flirted, kissing my cheek. “I miss you is all. We haven’t seen each other in what, two weeks? The last case I worked on was a real pain. All I want is to be close to you.”

My brows unfurrowed. I knew he’d been working hard undercover and had seen things I couldn’t dream of being a reality. I stroked his cheek, wanting the worry lines to fade from the sides of his eyes. “I know this job has been tiring, and I’m so happy you agreed to come here with me tonight. This party means a lot to my family, and I’m thankful how understanding you’re being.”

I watched the gulp slip down the front of his throat. He didn’t like talking about his job, but he knew he could confide in me.

Standing on my tiptoes, I curled my hands around the back of his neck and gave him a chaste kiss. “If you behave, I’ll be very generous when we get back to the hotel. In fact, I have a surprise for you.”

He lifted a brow. “I do love surprises, but, how about on the way back to the hotel you’ll be very generous?”

I sighed as if I was in heavy contemplation. “You know, that’s pretty dangerous.”

He smirked. “I’m a top notch driver. You’ll be safe with me.”

“Until we hit a bump, then I’ll choke.”

He laughed. “And I thought you’d be more concerned about me hitting oncoming traffic.”

“You do get a little crazy when I lick-”

Cutting me off, a dark haired little girl with alligator tears, pulled on my dress. “Marcy! I didn’t get a sparkler!”

Colt dropped his hands and squatted down next to my cousin’s daughter. “I know how you feel kid. Let’s go find you one inside.” Standing, he grabbed her hand and gave me a wink, leading her into the condo.

I only shook my head and grinned. He’d be getting a sparkler of his own later tonight.

I had a plan set now. Once the fireworks started to light up the sky, I was going to pull Colt to the side and show him just how happy I was he was here with me. Yeah, I was going to wait, but he was so handsome and sexy, I just couldn’t. Watching him run around with all of the kids and interact with my family did things to me. Things that made me extremely happy, therefore, I wanted to make him feel the same way.

I scoped out our surroundings, and I had a few possible places to sneak off too.

“Where do you want to watch the fireworks?” Colt asked, snaking his arm around my waist. “I’ve got a blanket in the truck.”

“Let’s go get it,” I purred, taking his hand and leading the way. I hadn’t thought about the truck. Maybe we could sneak in the back of the pick-up.

“You can stay,” he said sweetly, yet never let go of my hand.

“That’s okay.” Walking down the street, past multiple people, only causing me to frown. There was no way we’d get privacy. Especially with the family of six who planted themselves directly behind Colt’s truck to watch the fireworks. They even had a portable grill out.

I wrapped my arms around his waist while he reached in the back of the truck. “I was hoping we’d get some privacy by your truck,” I murmured against his back between his shoulder blades.

I felt him chuckle. “Is that all you’re looking for? Somewhere quiet?”

“Not even quiet, just out of view.”

Colt set his hand over the top of mine. “I’ve got an idea.”

I kissed his back, letting him lead the way.

Walking back to my uncle’s condo, I frowned. There was no way this would work. I’d have to tell my insides to calm down until the car ride home.

Instead of joining the party, Colt darted in another direction. “Where are we going?”

“Somewhere out of view,” he flirted, tugging me along.

“What the…” I said with pinched brows. “Do you have to go to the bathroom?”

His grin was wide as he nodded his head. “So do you.”

My eyes searched the long line of Porta-Johns, and all of the people standing in line waiting for them. I crossed my arms and stared at Colt. “No way.”

“Come on, baby. Once the fireworks start, everyone will run to their seats. We can hop inside one of these and fool around.”

“That’s gross. I’d rather take my chances in your truck.”

He shrugged his shoulders. “If you want to shake the shit out of the truck by that family, then okay. I don’t know who they are.”

I frowned at him. “Those things are tiny. How could we possibly do anything in one of those.”

He pointed his finger to the end of the row. “They have handicap ones. They’re really nice, have sinks and everything.”

I narrowed my eyes. “For handicapped people.”

“Handicapped, horny, it’s all the same.”

I shook my head at him.

Then, the lights of the carnival faded, and hollering from the crowd began to proceed. A loud boom vibrated the ground, and our eyes followed the rocket of sparks launching into the air, then exploding into a round ball of shimmering stars.

On point, the lines to the Porta-Johns faded, and Colt and I were left with only a few stranglers.

“After you,” he whispered, wrapping his arm around my shoulders. He was standing behind me, peppering kisses behind my ear. His other hand tickled the back of my thigh, skirting higher underneath my sundress. His touch made my skin tingle, and I wanted him.

But in a dirty Porta-John? They did look new-ish. Maybe they weren’t that bad?

“Colt,” I sighed, spreading my stance apart farther for his hand to creep higher.

“Someone might see us if we stay out here, and I don’t plan to stop if they do.”

Sighing, I stepped away from him, snugging my purse over my shoulder, I made my way to the end of the Porta-Johns, preparing myself for what I was about to do.

Colt followed without saying a word.

Opening the big green door, I was hit with the stench of shit. I held my breath, then coughed. “Oh my Gosh,” I choked, trying to breathe with my mouth, but o
nly gagging because now I could taste it.

Colt coughed along with me. “Don’t you have some of that spray stuff in your purse?”

I nodded, reaching inside and grabbing the cucumber-melon body spray, pumping it until my finger was tired.

“Now it smells like you, sort of,” Colt coughed again, wiggling his nose and pushing me inside.

  “I hope I don’t smell like ass,” I snorted.

  “You knew what I meant.”

Now we were inside the dimly lit Porta-John. A few flies were hovering in the toilet. Colt tapped the seat so it was covered. “That’s why it smells so terrible. People needed to close the top as soon as they're done.”

My brows were pinched together as I looked around the area. The plastic walls were faded, and thank the Lord it was the handicapped one, it was big enough that the two of us could stand in the middle and not touch anything. Dirt scraped along the floor and Colt’s foot as he closed the space between us.

  “Not ideal, but we’re alone.”

“I’m not sure I can even get wet in here,” I whispered between small breaths. “I’m distracted.”

“Oh,” Colt’s hands pressed against the backs of my thighs, skimming upward to my ass cheeks. “I’ll distract you. Close your eyes.”

Sighing, I did as he asked. How the hell did I agree to this?

Lips pressed against my jaw and down my throat as hands slid underneath my underwear. “Imagine my boat at The Shore. We’re in the middle of the ocean, just the two of us.”

I swallowed, pressing my hands against his chest and brought myself back to when we were younger. When we’d just begun our crazy relationship.

“Those were good times,” I sighed, moving my hand to the nape of his neck, tilting my own head so he could kiss and nibble further down my collarbone. Taking my purse, he set it on the sink behind us. I mentally ignored remembering seeing how gross it was, and that he just put my Coach purse in direct contact with it.

With one hand kneading my ass cheek, he moved the other to his belt buckle. The clanking of the metal on his belt was louder than the explosive fireworks in the background. Now both his hands were on my shoulders, reaching for the haltered back of my dress and untying it.
